"Oi, your brother nearly caught us again," James yelled, throwing his Quidditch robe into his locker. Regulus shrugged.
"Then let him, not like he has a monopoly on snogging someone in the potions' classroom," he stated, wrapping his arms around James and kissing him. "You were amazing out there."
"Is that why we lost then?"
"No, you lost because unlike you, I didn't get completely distracted by my boyfriend," Regulus laughed. He always sneaked into the Gryffindor changing rooms after a match.
"You were not distracting me," James countered, pulling Regulus' shirt off. "Got a nice bruise forming there."
"It's nothing, you've got a bit of a shiner yourself. I know that's not from the match."
"Some of your housemates," James muttered.
"I'll make sure they leave you alone, better targets to pick on anyway," Regulus shrugged. "How long do you think we've got before everyone else shows up."
"Not long enough for that," James laughed. "But I doubt anyone's going to notice me skipping history, you've got a free period then, don't you?"
"As if you haven't memorized my schedule. Sirius will be in class, won't he?"
"Unless he skips, yeah."
"Want to do it on his bed?" Regulus asked, a smirk crossing his face. James smiled, brushing his hair out of his face.
"Sometimes Regulus, I swear you're reading my mind," he replied, putting a hand on Regulus' shoulder. "Now, get out of here before someone decides I'm a spy for the Slytherin team."
"As if," Regulus commented, "You'd be a rubbish spy!" he added, darting out a minute before the rest of the Gryffindor team filed in, talking about the horrible loss and that Slytherin had obviously cheated. James ignored it, nodding his head in agreement whenever someone looked to him. Maybe Regulus had been right, maybe he had been a bit distracted, but was it really his fault Regulus looked so hot on his broom?
