Eijiro Kirishima was sitting in the passenger seat of his father's car. Said car was the man's personal car rather than the expensive sports cars he drove for his boss. From the outside one could tell the car was an older model at least several decades old, yet was in surprisingly good condition. Eijiro was leaning against the window looking rather distraught while his father was driving the car.

"You know ya don't gotta look so glum. I'm sure the Young Boss will be able to help you out of yer rut." The elder Kirishima told the younger.

Eijiro sighed before muttering, "What's so special about your boss's kid that he'll be able to help a useless guy like me?"

"There you go talking like that again. What happened to all the spunk ya had? Aren't you going to become a hero?" Ishi questioned.

"Yeah. My quirk may not be flashy but I can make up for my deficiencies with spirit or at least that's what I'd like to say." He said self-deprecatingly with a downcast look.

"Hah, look, Eijiro. This guy is special. I know he can help you, in fact, he's even worked through the same problem you're having right now so I know he can help you better than anyone else. This kid is gonna be one of the big boys in the future. Even in the world of heroes, connections are important." Ishi explained to his despondent son.

"Really? What's his quirk?" Eijiro asked.

Finally pulling up to the dojo where Izuku trained Ishi put the car in park before turning to his son, "That, you'll just have to find out." The Chauffeur put his hand atop his son's head and ruffled his hair, "I know that even without my help you'd have figured it out on your own but even the manliest of men need help sometimes. Remember that will ya."

The younger Kirishima pushed the elder's hand off of his head and said, "Alright, alright I get it. I'm going now, seeya." Eijiro got out of the car and started walking toward the dojo.

His old man of course rolled down the window and gave a quick, "Good luck!"

Eijiro smiled at that. His parents had always supported him even in his recent slump, so he gave a small, "Thanks Dad."

His father left and Eijiro had reached the front door of the dojo. After a knock and thirty seconds of waiting the door opened showing a boy around the same age as himself with shiny green hair and piercing red eyes.

"Eijiro, right?" The red eyed boy asked to which Eijiro just nodded. The green haired boy extended his hand, "I'm Izuku. Come on in."

Izuku then led Eijiro through the dojo to what looked like a training area with all the mats laying on the ground. Not much else was in the room besides a rack with several bokkens and a few boxes upon which a girl with blonde hair and red eyes was sitting. Izuku led him to the mat in the middle of the room before holding up his hand as a signal to wait for a second. Izuku went up to the rack holding several bokkens and picked up one before going to Eijiro on the mat.

"Your father told me you were in a slump but not much else, so explain to me what you are lacking and I can help you based on that." Izuku stated clearly.

"I want to become a hero but I don't have a flashy quirk. All it does is harden my skin. I thought I could overcome that but in the end when I had the chance I hesitated. I'm not good enough to become a hero. After all, if I can't act when the stakes really matter how could I ever be a hero?" Eijiro explained, his eyes downcast and his fists clenched tightly.

"I see. Alright how about this then." Izuku said, under his breath, "Block this!"

Eijiro was surprised but brought his arms up and hardened them in time for when the blow landed. It was a strong blow, Eijiro slid back at least a meter and the wooden bokken immediately broke, scattering into many pieces. His arms felt like they were about to fall off.

Eijiro heard a snort from the background followed by a,"Couldn't even take a single hit."

Eijiro was almost frozen. He had managed to respond in time but that single attack had nearly pierced his armor. He knew he should have started berating Izuku for the lack of warning for the attack but all he could think about now was that it only took a single hit. Then it all went back to that giant that was terrorizing two of his classmates a week ago that he couldn't save. No Mina had to step in and save them because he was experiencing the same shock flowing through his body right now. Fear. His body refused to move because it knew that he couldn't win against his opponent.

"Don't stop now! Dodge!" Izuku yelled at Eijiro before throwing a telegraphed punch.

It seemed that Izuku's words brought Eijiro out of his shock and allowed him to move again. So he moved. Sliding his head just out of the way of Izuku's punch.

"Good. Keep either blocking or dodging like that until you find an opening then punch back with everything you got." Izuku told him as he punched out again.

Eijiro didn't know what was happening at this point but he followed the green haired boy's instructions. Several punches came and he was lost in the flow. Instead of finding the time to freeze Eijiro had to dedicate all of his attention to either dodging or blocking. The outsides of both of his forearms were cracked due to the initial bokken swing so he couldn't very effectively use his arms to block. Dodging soon became necessary as even with the bokken broken Izuku's fists hit like a truck and Eijiro personally didn't feel like finding out what would happen if the occasional kick Izuku threw out connected.

The fight had felt like it had gone on for hours when in reality it had barely been a minute. Eijiro was already worn out but Izuku still looked completely fresh. Izuku was simply stronger than him but it didn't seem like he wasn't some insurmountable force. Beyond the initial strike with the bokken none of his punches were able to get through his armor. They still hit hard but Eijiro could take it albeit probably not for long. Izuku was fast enough that anytime Eijiro thought he could get a hit in, he was denied with a quick retreat. Eijiro didn't know when it had happened but he had gone from the crippling fear he had felt from the first strike to slowly building a confidence that even if he couldn't win he was sure he could still get a good hit in.

Izuku had fallen into a predictable pattern. Punch aimed at the chest, then at the head, then at the arm, and finally ending with a kick aimed at his shoulders. He could do this! The punch to the chest came straight and Eijiro was able to dodge it with a simple step backwards. Izuku pulled his fist back and stepped forward to send a haymaker right to Eijiro using his right hand. It was a close thing but Eijiro was able to tilt his head just enough so the punch only clipped the tips of his left ear. Before he had even pulled back his right arm from its attempted haymaker, Izuku sent his other arm out to hit Eijiro's right arm. There! Eijiro caught Izuku's left hand in his hardened right, holding it as tightly as he could. Pulling Izuku's arm to him Eijiro sent his left arm out sending out his punch as hard as possible. Normally Izuku would pull back out of the hit or block it but his right arm was still out of position and his left was being held by Eijiro leading to the hit connecting.

Izuku was punched hard nearly two meters back. He was smiling as he picked up his arm and put it against the bleeding part of his chin where Eijiro had punched and said, "Good. Now do you think that you can't be a hero?"

Eijiro wasn't sure how to respond. At the beginning of the fight he almost froze again yet by the end he delivered probably the strongest punch he had ever thrown. Eijiro stood there for a second before saying, "I-I don't know. I'll have to face a lot more scary situations if I want to become a hero and I almost froze against you."

"Sure you were scared at the beginning but are you now?" Izuku responded.

Eijiro didn't get the point of the question. He had almost frozen again and his opponent wasn't some ten meter tall giant. How would he ever become a hero the way he was? "No." He answered still.

"Then that means you're capable of change. Nobody starts off fearless." Izuku said with the blonde girl in the back yelling a quick, "Speak for yourself Deku!"

Izuku chuckled a bit at that before telling Eijiro, "There's a saying I like. True bravery isn't having no fear. It's having that fear and fighting in spite of it. Even the greatest hero has moments where they freeze, that's nothing to be ashamed of. What's shameful is allowing yourself to make the same mistake twice. Just because you make a mistake does not mean you are forever the man you were when you made it."

Eijiro's eyes widened, finally realizing what Izuku was trying to tell him. Of course he couldn't become a hero as he is. Because no one is born a hero. Everyday is a chance to change into the man you want to be. Eijiro fell to his knees and felt sweat coming out of his eyes.

"Kirishima Eijiro, you can become a hero." Izuku held out his hand and took Ejiro's arm into a manly clasp, pulled him up and looked him right in the eyes. "Follow me and you will feel the fear you felt today again and again until you can no longer take it. Are you willing to change?"

Eijiro knew immediately what his answer was so he spoke with determination, "Yes."

Izuku smiled at that and said, "Then just follow me, I'll lead the way."

Eijiro couldn't help himself at that point yelling, "Boss you're the manliest. I'm all fired up now."

"Hey, I still haven't accepted him yet." The girl with blonde hair and red eyes had gotten down from the boxes and had walked up to where Boss and him were.

"I'm surprised Kacchan. Did he not show his mettle?" Boss asked her before turning back to Eijiro and saying, "Sorry for the late introduction this is Bakugou Katsumi by the way."

"You were holding back on him. He'd just slow down our own training." Bakugou said directly.

"Is that true Boss?" Eijiro asked his new superior.

"Haa, yes but I also hold back against her and she's been sparing with me since we were both ten so don't feel too bad." The Bossman replied.

"What the hell are you talking about Deku, you're a lot faster when we fight." Bakugou picked up the collar of Boss's shirt.

"I go full speed when I spar with you, but if I use my full strength when we fight you could be seriously hurt." The Boss put up his hands in surrender.

"So what you think I'm some kinda dainty maiden that can't take it." Bakugou yelled and shook the Bossman.

"No, but you are a human with limits. Just like I don't use my full strength you don't use your biggest explosions." The Bossman calmly replied.

Bakugou's head tilted downwards and she slowly let go of the Bossman's shirt before muttering, "You don't know that." Before running out of the room.

Holy crap did I just start a lovers quarrel. Eijiro looked at the Bossman who was looking back at him now that Bakugou had left.

The Bossman put his hand through his hair and sighed before saying, "Sorry Kirishima, but I need to go after her. I'll be back in a bit."

Eijiro could only give a thumbs up to the Boss before telling him, "Don't worry about me Boss, just go after your girl."

Izuku gave a quick, "She's not my girl." Before exiting out of the room.

Eijiro hoped that he hadn't damaged the Bossman's relationship; it would have been pretty unmanly of him to do that right after the Bossman had helped him.

I was flying pretty high after helping Kirishima with his problem. It seemed as though he was in the period where he was doubting himself. To be honest I just came up with fighting him on the spot. I mean I was going to give this whole speech but to be honest I don't think it would have worked out because Kirishima just didn't view me the same way he viewed Crimson Riot. Instead I gave him a trial by fire. I knew his hardening was strong so I swung as hard as I could with the bokken to see where he was at. That I nearly broke through his hardening was a surprise. I knew that his quirk had to go through a lot of training before it was as useful as it was in canon but I didn't think that I would almost be able to break it in one hit. Still the desired effect was achieved accidental or not.

Although I wasn't sure how I felt with how he looked at me and called me boss with a little less than a year till UA I could train up his hardening far beyond what it was in canon. Kirishima will be the shield of the group I want to create. Unfortunately the explosives expert is running off into the streets right now. I have no idea what made Kacchan run off like that. If I had to make an educated guess it would be that she is feeling useless because I said that I held back against her. I thought she had already gotten over the whole superiority/inferiority complex. I mean I've beaten her at something every day for the past decade so how could she still think like that?

Luckily she didn't get far before I started chasing after her and she isn't faster than me when she isn't using her quirk. Unluckily the streets were rather crowded right now so either of our theoretical top speeds didn't matter. Ultimately I lost her in the crowd and had no idea where she was going. Well there was one place I could think of in the area we ended up in, but it seemed unlikely she would go to the park we went to when we were kids of all places. Normally I would have assumed she left for her house but for some reason I just had a gut feeling that she was at that park.

It would seem that I was a genius. Kacchan was sitting in one of the swings of the park. I walked up to swing right next to the one she was in and sat in it. Kacchan was looking at the dirt and seemed to be thinking of something. I sat in the swing for a while waiting for Kacchan to think.

Finally without looking up she spoke, "I don't need your pity, Deku"

"It's not pity. I'm just curious why you ran away like that." I responded.

"Bull. You feel pity for me because I'm weak!" She howled at me.

I was a bit taken aback by that, sure Kacchan might lose against me but I thought we had a worthy rival thing going on. I wasn't sure what to say. Did her losing against me so much destroy her self confidence to such an extent that she thought she was weak? If that was true then why blow up at me today? I mean I get the holding back comment would get at her but I'm about ninety nine percent sure she doesn't use her strongest explosions on me when we train. So was it something else that was bugging her?

"Weak by what measure?" I asked.

I could hear Kacchan tighten her grip on the metal links of the swing before mumbling, "I'm weaker than you, a quirkless nobody when I have this amazing quirk."

"Quirks don't equal fighting strength, you know. I just happen to have a strong body and be talented at fighting. Having an amazing quirk alone doesn't make anyone strong." I responded.

"You think I don't know that! Everyday I work hard yet despite that you always seem one step ahead of me. I'm weak so you're replacing me with rock arms!" She yelled at me, arms shaking.

Ah I see that's how it is now. I got up from the swing and turned to Kacchan and told her, "Come with me for a second."

"Don't order me around Deku!" She exclaimed despite her moving to get up off the swing and follow me.

We walked in silence for a minute before we reached our destination. It was the part of the park we used to play at when we were kids and also where we had our first fight. She was afraid I'd leave her behind. I was the bar she needed to reach in order to become a hero. She may not have been as physically strong or possess as much talent for fighting but she possessed something better than that. Arguably the best quirk you could possibly have to become a hero. Despite that I was always beating her. She still sees victory as the greatest accomplishment any hero can make. Odd that I hadn't seen this coming, seeing as Katsuki acted the same way when Deku was surpassing him. I had thought that her repeated defeats at my hands had tempered her thinking but I suppose not.

Perhaps I could give some grand speech to tell her why that world view was wrong, that she was still plenty strong even if she was defeated but that wasn't me. I didn't have that kind of eloquence and besides Kacchan wasn't going to be persuaded by words.

So I raised my fists into a fighting stance and said,"Fight me."

"Why? So you can show how big the gap between us is!" Kacchan roared.

"No. I won't hold back but only if you don't. The gap between us is not nearly as large as you believe so just this once truly try and kill me." I met her gaze with determination.

It appeared as though she didn't need to hear any more encouragement as she blasted toward me using her quirk to quicken her movements into a blur before coming into focus again right next to me. She reached out with her right palm facing me before yelling, "Die!" And activating her quirk. I was blinded by the improvised flashbang but moved in accordance with my instinct and dodged out of the way of her follow up.

It took a minute before my eyes were usable again which was mostly filled with me dodging Kacchan's attacks. Luckily she can't use that opening blitz too often because her body can't take such rapid acceleration multiple times in succession. So this time she was using her quirk at a lower power to boost her movements. She threw a strong right hook at me which I knew was a feint. I quickly slid my head out of the way of her attack and sent out a strong left hook that connected, sending her tumbling onto the ground before she could get off her real attack.

"You're still holding back! Come on!" I shouted at the bomber.

She got up off the ground looking positively pissed before saying, "You want full power, fine I'll give full power!"

We ran at each other going quite fast. I went for a strong right hook that Kacchan dodged under at the last second using her quirk to propel herself faster than I could react. I was about to send out my left hand to block any attacks that she was going to give but Kacchan suddenly did something that caught me off guard. Instead of sending out a punch a kick like I expected she went for a grapple. She launched herself at me before I could react, holding onto my waist tightly. Usually when someone went for this move they had a size or durability advantage on their opponent so they could effectively pick them up before the enemy had a chance to land a blow on their exposed back but Kacchan had neither and had likewise never used this move on me before. So why was she using the move on me? Well that is quite simple. You see just because she could ignite the sweat in her hands easily did not mean that she couldn't ignite the sweat elsewhere in her body. That meant the fact that she was only wearing a tank top over her chest was very bad.

My eyes widened as I realized this meeting Kacchan's upturned gaze that had gone from the grimace she had been wearing all fight to one that seemed to be a mixture of smugness and concern before she went, "Boom."

My entire world was an explosion for a second. When I came out of it my shirt was almost entirely burned up with my pants luckily only being singed. What came next was entirely instinctual as I went and grabbed Kacchan as she was trying to detach from me. I grabbed her shoulders and I pushed her down which ended up with me holding both of her arms in place with mine while I was straddling her. Now obviously when I figured out what my body had done on autopilot I realized just how stupid what I had just done was. I mean grappling with a living bomb that just exploded on you and could very well do so again was just about the dumbest thing I could do. Even still that last explosion hurt a ton and I was still gathering my breath. Kacchan squirmed underneath me for a few seconds while I was focusing on getting my heavy breathing under control.

Odd. When I gathered enough energy to be able to think again I realized Kacchan hadn't activated her quirk for anything more than a few low powered blasts and even her attempts to get out of my grapple were very lacking. My eyes finally came into focus and I looked upon Kacchan's face only to realize she was crying now.

"Why? Why? Why can't I beat you? I just want to become heroes with you but you're always too strong." She poured out.

"What are you talking about? You just need to use your quirk again and I'll be done for." I asked.

"Always with this bullshit. You just powered through my strongest explosion and shoved me to the ground to show that you're the strongest." She responded.

Ah crap. I was giving off that impression wasn't I. She definitely won't believe me if I say it was on instinct.

"Kacchan, I'm on my last legs here, seriously. You're far stronger than you realize. You inspire me every single day to do my best so I won't get passed by you." I argued.

"You just don't get it Deku. You don't know what it's like training with the undefeated you. Despite what everyone says. Despite what you say. I'm never able to reach you. Despite my quirk's power. Despite my own talent. Despite everything I can never touch you. You're always out in front of me standing tall. It's like we're separated by a wall that can never be overcome. I tried for so long to overcome that wall to prove myself until I realized one day, that I didn't care about overcoming the wall anymore. I just wanted to be with you, because you're the only one around me who really gets it. You're the only one I respect. Everybody else are just extras. I don't want to go back to that shallow life I lived before that day, but if I can't keep up with you then you'll just leave me in the dust." Kacchan unloaded on me. By the time she had finished her rant she was out of breath again and the last of her tears had fallen from her eyes.

It seems that I was wrong again. She had already accepted that she wasn't number one and instead had latched onto me as the only one she considered worthy of respect. She didn't care nearly as much about being number one as she used to. Despite that it seems that her passion did not flicker out and was instead redirected. To her everyone else was an extra. Little did she realize just how much I cared for her.

"Kacchan." I said forlornly. "This whole time I thought we were rivals always fighting to improve ourselves and each other but that's not it. You mean far more to me than just some rival. Kacchan, you're my best friend. Even if I become far stronger than you could ever become I would never leave you. Do you realize how much you mean to me? Your willpower and determination make you one of the very few people I actually respect. I'll never allow you to leave me. Do you understand? I would be a ship with no anchor without you." I was starting to allow too much of my obsessiveness to bleed through so I stopped myself from talking further instead pulling Kacchan into a hug near the end. Kacchan seemed surprised at first but eventually she reciprocated the hug.

We stayed there on the ground for a minute before breaking the hug and getting up. Kacchan looked at me now that we were both standing up and started to blush upon seeing my essentially shirtless body before yelling, "This never happened!" And running off.

Geez, I guess she can dish it out but can't take it. It didn't take me long to get back to the dojo to find Kirishima to tell him to go back home since it was becoming late. Thankfully he didn't question too much and just gave me a thumbs up and told me he was fine coming back another day and that he already got a lot out of the short time today so he was happy.

I wanted to talk to Kacchan a little more because we didn't get to finish our conversation before she ran off and I wasn't sure if she understood what I was trying to tell her. So I ran to the Bakugou's house that was situated right next to my own.

Katsumi Bakugou felt a weird jumble of emotions as she lay on her bed holding a plushie. She was quite embarrassed but also happy and maybe a bit scared. From the beginning she always knew she wanted to be number one. In what didn't become clear until she saw All Might. After that it became clear to her just what she wanted to be. When she received her quirk it just reinforced her beliefs except for one problem. Izuku Midoriya. Their parents knew each other and they themselves had been friends until it was revealed that Izuku had no quirk. At the time Katsumi had thought that Izuku would just be another extra. A stepping stone for her on the path to greatness.

But then he beat her. To even a four year old Katsumi it was something unacceptable. Not just unacceptable, it was inconceivable. All of her teachers and classmates all extolled her greatness. Her quirk was amazing, the best out of all the kids in her school. She was supposed to be destined for superiority but Izuku stood in her way time and time again. She was supposed to be the protagonist but little by little with every defeat by what was supposed to be a quirkless extra destroyed her worldview. Even now she couldn't understand what he was after all this time. Eventually all the praise she was receiving all began to ring hollow. All the teachers and classmates had become cemented in her mind as extras. Not just in the way they were before though. Before they were just her stepping stones to greatness and to be fair she still thought that but now they were also NPC's. Every conversation she had seemed to flow back eventually to how great her quirk was.

Eventually she was unable to talk to them like they were humans. The new friends she had made all eventually fell away and she became antisocial. Well more antisocial than before. She hadn't realized this at the time though so the only one she could blame was Izuku. She thought that beating him would make everything back to the way it used to be, so put her everything into beating Izuku. For years it went on like this until one day she finally won. She couldn't be happy with the win at the time though as it was practically given to her by Izuku. Her mother had given her good advice on that day and she was finally able to beat Izuku in a fair fight for the first time.

Of course it didn't change anything so she reasoned that she should beat him over and over until she was number one again. So she started spending more time with Izuku so they could do more challenges. It wasn't until two years into this did she realize that essentially she was just Izuku's friend and that she didn't even mind losing to him anymore. It wasn't just that either. She hadn't held an actual conversation with anyone besides her family or Izuku in nearly the same amount of time.

Of course realizing this made her quite angry so she stopped challenging Izuku for a whole week trying to actually talk with other people for once. When she had first gotten her quirk she loved boasting about it and receiving praise. Yet now when she tried the same thing it only felt very hollow. All those around her sounded exactly the same with no deviations. For a whole week she tried anything to talk to those around her yet it was always the same. It started to make her crazy. She had finally realized that the problem wasn't with her, it was with the extras, after all how could stepping stones on her path to greatness be able to hold a real conversation with her. Izuku was the only one that she actually respected. After this realization she went back to challenging Izuku and acted the same in her classes but she never initiated another conversation with a classmate again.

Frankly it scared her upon further realizing that she couldn't bring herself to care about being a hero nearly as much as being with Izuku. For years consciously or unconsciously she had taken in the expectations of those around her and made them her own. Yet now that she couldn't bring herself to even talk to them anymore she found that she frankly didn't care at all about becoming number one anymore. Rather only Izuku seemed to matter at all in her view.

When Izuku had brought in sharp teeth she didn't really think much of it. He had told her that he was helping sharp teeth because the kid's father had asked. She thought it was going to be a simple thing he was doing to repay a favor. Except Izuku looked at sharp teeth the same way he looked at her. That he was more than an extra. That made her nervous but nothing too bad. That was until the fight happened. To be clear Izuku was holding back quite a bit and the fight still remained heavily in his favor but the one attack sharp teeth pulled off in the end was a strong hit. Strong enough that Izuku smiled. Something he had only shown to her before. Then she started to panic. She had thought that the relationship they had was reciprocal but if sharp teeth could make Izuku smile then she could be replaced. She tried to throw sharp teeth out but after Izuku made a comparison between her and sharp teeth she panicked harder and ran.

The fight in the park had just been an affirmation to her that she was replaceable. At the end she was desperate so she said things she normally never would have. When she revealed that she was afraid that she would be left behind she saw the look in his eyes. There was only one thing that the look could be compared to. While she didn't see Izuku's father much there was one memory she had of him that was burned into her memory. It was the look Izuku's father gave when he looked at his wife when he thought nobody was looking. His eyes burned with something far beyond love. She knew what that looked like thanks to her parents. No, Izuku's father's gaze was that of obsession. An obsession that was one in the same with the look Izuku gave her.

That gaze of his had cleared up any doubts on whether she would be left behind far more than the speech he had given. Rather she didn't think he would allow her to be left behind even if she wanted it.

She looked at the plushie she had made a few months ago during a moment of weakness. It had green hair and red eyes. An Izuku plush sat atop her lap and she was hugging it. She knew that Izuku's obsession should scare her but instead she just felt happy although still embarrassed by what had happened in the park.

"Brat get down here!" The old hag called.

I had arrived at the Bakugou's house feeling worn out. The damage from the explosion had mostly healed by now but that process required energy. Thankfully this probably wasn't going to take too long. I rang the doorbell and waited. Mitsuki-Oba opened the door and her eyes widened as she saw my current state and was about to ask me what happened until she realized that it was explosion damage and sighed instead.

"What did the brat do this time?" Mitsuki asked exasperated.

"We had an argument. I wanted to talk to her because she ran away before we could finish." I said plainly.

"Yeah, that sounds like her alright. Brat get down here!" She yelled up the stairs.

Kacchan ran down the stairs fast before she yelled, "What!"

"Apologize to Izuku you brat!" Mitsuki instructed Kacchan as she ground her fist atop Kacchan's head.

"What the hell old hag! I don't need to apologize for anything!" Kacchan argued back.

Well this wasn't going to go anywhere fast so I'm gonna act first. I went up to Kacchan and clasped one of her hands. Both Mitsuki-Oba and Kacchan seemed surprised by the action.

"I don't know if I was able to get this across in our last conversation but I just want to say this anyways. Bakugou Katsumi I will be with you for the rest of my life no matter what you will never get rid of me." I said.

"I-I know stupid Deku." Kacchan said as her face turned a shade of bright pink before she looked away from me.

In the background I could hear Mitsuki-Oba yell into another room, "Masaru we're going to have grandkids afterall!"

I guess I hadn't needed to come by after all. Hopefully my talk with Kaede tomorrow won't end in a fight too. One can hope.

A/N: So Kirishima has joined the squad and we get a look into Izuku and Katsumi's relationship. I don't know if I was able to convey it very well but both of them are very dependent on each other in a very unhealthy way. They both have essentially been the only ones in their age group that they can talk to for years.

Next chapter: Kaede and a new enemy.

Beta's Note: Heh-heh-heh-heh. The Ship is beginning to sail. So one thing I really like that Bloodwolf is doing is how he is shaping Bakugo's personality and why it is the way it is even though so much of her past and early life has been changed around. This has been fun -Fighingdragon
