I don't own Kim Possible or any of the characters. They are doing a life sentence to the owners of the mouse without the chance of parole. Enjoy part 3 of date with destiny.

Rockwaller residence 11 PM

Ron after residing to the fact that he not only got scooter jacked by some asshole but was stuck at the Rockwaller home until the next day decided to call his parents and let them know he would be spending the night at a friend's home.

'Not that I would call Bonnie a friend but still.' Ron thought to himself as he picked up the phone and began to dial his home phone number.

After Ron punched in his home phone number the phone began to ringing like any other phone would. Unfortunately for Ron the phone rang out and a very familiar message played much to his dismay.

'Hello you have reached the stoppable residence. Dude to us taking a second honeymoon we won't be home for at for the next three months. Please leave a message after the beep. Oh and Ron if you are worried about Rufus don't worry we took him over to the Possible home so you can pick him up there.' The answering machine said before beeping.

Ron sighed in discontent. While he knew his parents were never really home all that much due to either their work or in other cases them up and deciding to take trips on a whim normally they would at least tell him in advance about their work, or call him when they decide to take their trips, but this had to be their laziest way to inform him yet. But on the upside at least he knew Rufus was in good hands.

Figuring it would be completely pointless to leave a message since no one was there Ron hung up the phone and walked back into the living room where Connie, Lonnie, and Bonnie sat finishing off their respective meals. Seeing that the three sisters were finished with their food Ron took their plates, and went back into the kitchen to wash their respective plates. As soon as Ron was out of sight and hopefully out of hearing range each sister let out every unfeminine burps of contentment before smiling.

"While I am not happy with how it happened I am glad I was able to taste the cooking of the gods again. He may be the biggest bottom feeder in school but his cooking is anything but. Shame we won't be able to get him over hear anymore though." Bonnie explained.

Hearing there younger sister's words both of the older Rockwaller sisters once again found themselves on the same wavelength as their baby sister. The last time either of them tasted his food was as Bonnie mentioned when his school for a short period of time became the highest class restaurant in Middleton and you needed to have a reservation even if you attended the school to get in.

"You know Bonnie you could just leave who you are currently with, and ask Ron to be your…"

"Not even if he became a Multimillionaire again Connie. Not only would Tara never forgive me for telling her he was beneath her only to claim him for myself, but even if I did decide to drop my reputation and the food chain to go out with him I would have to play second fiddle to that redheaded green eyed best friend of his Kim Possible, and a Rockwaller plays second fiddle for no one!" Bonnie spat.

As Connie and Bonnie continued going back and forth Lonnie who was listening to what her youngest sister was talking about began formulating a plan to solve both her and her sister's problems. As she pieced together how everything should go Lonnie couldn't help but feel a triumphant smile form on her face. After Lonnie did all the mental work and had all the kinks worked out she turned to her bickering sisters.

"Connie, if Bonnie doesn't want to date Ron and is worried about her placing on the food chain then she doesn't have to do date him.'It is her loss anyways.' " Lonnie explained while saying the last part to herself.

"Since when do you disagree with me/Connie and side with Bonnie/me?" Both Connie and Bonnie asked in unison.

"Since I have a solution to all of our problems. However, this is something I need to do on my own so I am going to need the two of you to leave me for the moment." Lonnie explained earning a confused look from Bonnie, and a thoughtful one from Connie.

"If you can make it where we get his cooking on a regular without doing something drastic I honestly don't care." Bonnie replied before leaving the living room and heading upstairs.

As soon as Bonnie was out of sight Connie turned to her older sister and gave her a knowing look despite having a very vague idea of what her sister was planning.

"I hope you know what you are doing big sis. While I personally have nothing against him seeing as he did save you and made us that wonderful meal…"

"Oh trust me I know exactly what I am doing Connie, and when everything is all said and done everyone will benefit from my idea. But for what I am doing to work I am going to need some alone time with my hero." Lonnie explained calmly.

Complying with her older sister's request Connie walked up the steps and went to her room leaving the mocha skinned blonde by herself. Five minutes after Connie went upstairs Ron came out of the kitchen in a different outfit than the one he was in prior. Ron attire consisted of a long-sleeve navy blue mock-turtleneck shirt under a short-sleeved red jersey, light brown cargo pants, and white sneakers. After getting a good look at what he was wearing Lonnie did all she could to keep her disappointment with his attire from showing.

'As much as I hate to admit it Bonnie is right about one thing. He certainly doesn't have a knack for fashion. No matter that is something I will help him out with later on but for now time to get the wheel rolling.' Lonnie thought to herself.

Seeing that Ron was still standing Lonnie began to pat the chair right next to her causing the blonde hero to sit right beside her.

"Ron while you were in the kitchen I had a little talk with my baby sister to find out what kind of person you are at school. While a lot of it I honestly don't believe I would like to know is it true that you don't care about the food chain, the latest trends, or any of the social norms?" Lonnie asked in a even tone.

"Honestly I could careless about the food chain. The Ron-man lives by his own rules and my personal motto is 'Never be normal'." Ron explained.

"While I can respect that view on life seeing as from personal experience I know looks and image aren't everything…" Lonnie started only to break down due to remembering the helplessness she felt prior to being saved my Ron.

This didn't go unnoticed by the younger blonde who quickly took her right hand, and gave it a very gentle squeeze.

"Lonnie what happened as well as what nearly happened wasn't your fault. It was your idiot of a date who caused this, and believe me he is going to regret trying to use and abuse you. He was on a date with a goddess, and instead of treating you like the queen you are he tried to make you a cheap conquest. Don't even allow that loser to occupy a single spot in your beautiful mind. You can do so much better then that asshole, but he could have done a lot worse with you." Ron explained while giving Lonnie's hand a second gentle squeeze for strength.

As Ron continued to comfort Lonnie the later couldn't help but feel her mood lift right back to what it was prior to letting Tommy occupy a thought in her mind. Giving her savior a small smile as thanks Lonnie decided to go back to her original plan.

"As I was saying while I can respect your view on life, and that looks aren't everything I am far more concerned about hearing about the average to borderline passing grades at best that you are earning. Aren't you in the least worried about your future?" Lonnie asked not doing anything to try and hide her concern.

"While I do think about the future I try not to think about it. I do my best to live in the here and now and just let things flow naturally. Besides even if worse does come to worse I know KP will always have my back at the end of the day, and do her best to help me." Ron explained earning a frown from his fellow blonde.

'He really is planning on living his life like that? Ugh it seems I have a lot more work than I thought to truly making this diamond in the ruff shine. No matter I am a Rockwaller and I can do anything I set my mind to.' Lonnie thought to herself.

"Ron that isn't a very good outlook to have on life. Let's says lord forbid something were to happen to your best friend where she either passed away, or she and her family had to move away due to some drastic change happening. Or what about if she just gave up on helping you altogether…"

"KP would never give up and abandon me Lonnie. She is my best friend, and she has always been there for me through thick and thin!" Ron explained adamantly.

'I know you are going to hate me for doing this Ron, but this is for your own good. If you don't start seeing the truth everything I do to try and help you grow will be pointless.' Lonnie thought to herself.

"Ron, when it came down to doing your latest mission with you and going on a date with a boy she liked which one did Kim choose?" Lonnie asked already knowing the answer.

"As much as I wish it wasn't so she choose going out on a date with Monkey boy over being with me on this mission."Ron said not in the least trying to hide his bitterness.

"Is this the first time she has done something like this or has she done this on a regular basis?" Lonnie asked.

"With missions I am glad I can say what she did today wasn't normal. But when it came time for us to hang out sometimes doing non save the world or mission related things and a pretty boy, or someone she is gushing over asks her out on a date, she would regularly choose going out with them over hanging with me even if we made the plans out days or even sometimes weeks in advance. Normally I would just let her off the hook, however if I bring up how we had plans first and offer any resistance due to her being wrong… she uses her ultimate weapon the dreaded PDP." Ron muttered in disgust.

"PDP?"

"Puppy dog pout. Granted to get anyone to cave to her will when used. Hell I am even willing to bet that it would even work on our enemies if she tried it." Ron explained.

"Now can I ask you when Kim asks you to do something for her do you usually keep doing what you are doing, or do you drop whatever it is you are doing and go out of your way to help her to make her happy?" Lonnie asked earning a nod from the her fellow blonde.

"While most of the time it is saving the world business for the later I have done that quite a few times. I mean KP is my best friend, and as her best friend I feel it is my duty to make sure she is happy even if it makes me miserable. Heck I still remember when I followed Kim on one of her dates with Monkey boy just so I could keep her from embarrassing herself out of existence." Ron explained earning a raised eyebrow from Lonnie.

"Another one of those bad guys schemes?" Lonnie asked earning a nod from Ron.

"Drakken sprayed her with a special pollen prior to her date. One that would make Kim disappear a little bit every time she got blushed from embarrassment. Had Drakken succeeded Kim would have disappeared into nothingness." Ron explained.

As Ron continued to explain the events of said mission and date Lonnie studied Ron's facial expressions and voice flow for any kind of deceit or deception. However, after not being able to find any as well as remembering how Kim and Bonnie were stuck together prior Lonnie couldn't help but shake her head.

'Bonnie wasn't joking when she said he was extremely loyal to his best friend. It also explains why she would keep someone like him around. However, he is so devoted to her that he is failing to notice the things around him. In fact I am beginning to wonder how many missed opportunities he has had with the girls in his school because he is so blindly devoted to his best friend?' Lonnie thought to herself.

"Lonnie while all of this is well and good can you tell me why are you asking me all these questions?" Ron asked.

"To show you that the level of devotion you are showing your best friend isn't normal or healthy for that matter." Lonnie explained.

"Being normal is overrated Lonnie. It is why I live by my motto of never being normal." Ron explained.

"Is your motto so important to you that you would blindly devote yourself to someone who will not only not show the same level of devotion to you, but as a result of said devotion miss out on all the other opportunities around you? Think about it for a moment. You went out of your way to not only get an antidote for the pollen this Drakken guy used to try and make Kim completely disappear out of existence, but stopped Kim from making herself disappear just so she could enjoy that date with a boy. One might I add that was hurting you personally. Yet Kim while I have no doubt she has some level of devotion to you would never make the same level of sacrifice just to make you happy. As mentioned she was willing to put a mission on your shoulders just so she could go out on a date with a guy just because he asked her out last minute and the mission was simple enough. Your friend has also shown that she was willing to cancel meetings with you if someone she is remotely interested in asks her to do something with them. In other words she isn't willing to give up being a teenage girl for anyone no matter who they are." Lonnie explained bluntly.

As Ron continued to listen to the young woman he rescued speak more and more about the situation between him and Kim the more he felt the frustration that he tried to banish to the darkest pits of Tartarus rise towards the surface. As much as he loved and cared for his best friend, how could she so easily push him aside when it came between hanging out with him and going a date with some pretty boy even when he and Kim set their plans first? Why couldn't she show the same level of devotion towards him as he did her? Wasn't he worthy enough? Apparently not seeing as when the situation is convenient she can cast me aside.

As Ron continued to to show visual signs of his frustration due to accepting the sad truth Lonnie couldn't help but smile inwardly. While she wasn't happy about making him feel this way she was happy that she finally opened his eyes to what he had been doing, and now that he was aware and no longer in denial the process of polishing her diamond in the ruff could finally start.

"You know Lonnie when it came down to everything despite seeing what was going on and the obvious truth smacking me right in the face I choose to push my anger and frustration to the darkest pits of my mind so I could stay devoted to my best friend. Seeing as she was the only person who actually accepted me for who I was when I was in pre-k, and was originally the only person who stood by my side through thick and thin. It was why I made her the center of my world It was why I was willing to do anything to make her happy and to see her smile. Even if it meant I had to put aside my own wants and needs to do so." Ron started feeling the flood gates open.

"God I am such a fool. It was smacking me in the face the entire time, and I could see that my attempts weren't working yet I ignored everything my brain told me to blindly follow my heart in hoping she would see how I felt. But sadly it seems it wasn't meant to be." Ron said in a dejected tone. "Maybe Bonnie is right. Maybe I am just as big a lo..."

"Don't you dare finish that sentence! Just because you finally see over devoting yourself far beyond the normal limits one should to someone doesn't mean you are a loser. In fact by doing so you finally took the first step in helping you fix this issue." Lonnie explained.

"Which is?"

"Using some of that devotion you would normally shower on your best friend for yourself. For example you need to work on improving your grades, as well as on yourself. By doing this you can not only help stabilize your chances for a better future but you can also help improve yourself overall as a person." Lonnie explained tactfully.

"Lonnie as much as I hate to admit it I am not exactly the best at studying. Heck even when I try to focus I end up failing miserably due to having a somewhat short attention span when it comes to things like that." Ron explained.

"Well I guess that means we will have to fix this problem now won't we?" Lonnie explained causing the young blonde to go wide eyed.

"We? As in you and me? But why would be so willing to help me?" Ron asked in an astonished tone.

"Yes Ron because when I look at you, I don't see the loser Bonnie calls you but rather a diamond in the ruff. Sure you have your flaws, and quirks, but despite all that you have many good qualities. You are kind, easy to talk with, brave when you need to be, loyal to a fault, observant enough to notice certain important things, and oh god you have cooking skills that could put even most top quality chefs to shame. After everything you have done for me I want to be the one to help you not only realize your full potential but also help you achieve it." Lonnie explained with the utmost sincerity.

"Thank you Lonnie. Not only for making me see the error of my ways when it came to my over devotion but for reminding me of my good points as well. In all honestly the only time I ever noticed my full potential was when Drakken's evil infected me after he used the Attitudinator. While under the influence of said evil I was able to create a potato tosser, tricked out my old tricycle into an ATV with a build in plasma catapult, and earthquake generator, and even a mega weather generator but that isn't the weirdest part. For some odd reason after having Drakken's evil removed from me from time to time I have an odd craving to listen (1) Toccata and Fugue in D Minor " Ron explained.

Ignoring the last part of Ron's statement Ron once again decided to push a point Ron was once again overlooking or at least she was hoping he was.

"Did this device in any way increase your intelligence or is it supposed to make you pure evil?" Lonnie asked cutting off Ron.

"No the device that infected me with Drakken's evil only removes your good and evil and only puts back the evil. It doesn't make you smarter than you already are." Ron explained earning a smile from Lonnie.

"Which only proves that you are more capable than you think you are. All you need is the right motivation and I am willing to bet you could bring home grades like you do in home economics every grade period." Lonnie replied in a sultry tone before wrapping her arms around him and sitting on his lap.

While Ron was many things completely clueless when the hints were as obvious as they were now wasn't one of them. Sure he unknowingly missed a lot of the hints with Tara due to how blindly he followed behind Kim as well as the fact that Tara was not only shy and meek but also didn't actively pursue him due to Bonnie's words, but Lonnie unlike her fellow blonde had no such issues. She knew what she wanted and she was going to get it.

'Wow she is really going for it. I can't believe she actually desires me beyond that... Stop lying to yourself Ron, she was loving the small sample of devotion I was giving her and she was more than willing to stand up to her sister to defend me. I may have screwed up with some of the girls in school but I refuse to do so here but first...'

"Lonnie are you sure you want to rush into something like this? After what happened before..." Ron never got the chance to finish his thought as Lonnie still in the mood place a finger on his lips.

"Oh I am not rushing into anything Ron. I am just want to give you your reward for saving me from that creep." Lonnie explained in a sultry tone as she caressed Ron's face.

Wanting to look her savior in the face Lonnie shifted her position in such as way that her savior could feel her every move until she straddled his lap. Not wasting any time Lonnie wrapped her arms around Ron's neck and proceeded to begin a heated make out session with the younger blond. As the two blondes continued their make out session a certain brunette haired Rockwaller watched from the top of the steps with a look of astonishment.

'Wow Lonnie is really going all out with the loser just to say thank you for saving her. While I am grateful he saved my sister and would be grateful if he had saved me like that I doubt I would go that far as a thank you. At best I would just make it so people left him alone at school. But then again if Lonnie does intend on doing what I think she is going to do then I will help play cupid. If everything goes according to plan everyone that matter will win. You should consider this your lucky day loser because it isn't everyday that someone of your stature gets to be with a woman completely out of your league.' Bonnie thought to herself as she continued to watch the make out session with a dark smile on her face.
