"Blake."
Blake shook his head.
"You don't need those."
Blake watched the pill bottle topple onto the floor as he leaned over the sink
"Don't you like me anymore?"
"Please I-"
"You left me to die."
Blake looked into the mirror peering up at the two gastley faces peering over his shoulder.
"Stop it!"
"Blake?"
Blake wheezed as he stared at the blood sliding down his forearm.
Lisa cracked the bathroom door open sliding halfway in.
"Blake?" She asked again as she stared up at the cracked mirror his fist was pressed against.
"Lisa I…"
Blake shook his head.
Lisa watched as he dropped down picking up pills and shattered glass placing them where they needed to go.
"Blake ok?" Lisa tried again opening the door a smidge further only for Blake to stop her.
"Stay out there you might hurt yourself on the glass Lisa." Blake cautioned as he handed her the bottle.
Lisa nodded, holding out the bottle just outside the bathroom for Blake to place more dropped pills into it.
"Thank you Lisa." Blake said after cleaning up the mess " Could you put those in my drawer for me."
Lisa nodded before pulling two out "Take."
Blake blinked owlishly before holding out his uninjured hand.
Satisfied Lisa raced down the hall to place his pills into his dresser drawer.
Blake sighed, turning the faucet on before scarfing the pills down his throat.
placing his mouth under the sink for a sip a sharp knocking emanated from the foyer.
wiping his mouth with a washcloth Blake went to inspect who it could be.
"Hey!" Miles said, swinging Blakes front door open.
"I got a job today so I need you to look after two hybrids-"
Miles looked down.
"What happened!"
Blake placed the washcloth over his bleeding knuckles.
"I fell and broke my mirror." Blake shrugged "I'm fine."
"As a doctor I disagree." Tragger chimed in as he entered the apartment.
"Who-"
"Names Trager."
Blake flinched as Trager grabbed his wrist.
"You expect this guy to be able to take on Eddie?" Trager questioned as he inspected the man's wrist.
Miles huffed "Blake is capable."
"Blake!" Lisa yelled running towards the group first aid box in hand "Help!"
Traggers eyes widened as a small Hybrid bumped into him slamming his groin with the metal tin
Miles' eyes teared up as a laugh erupted from his mouth as Tragger peeled over clutching his jewels.
"That's what you get for questioning my intelligence." Miles rubbed it in as Tragger groaned.
"Lisa, be more careful." Blake warned as he grabbed the medkit.
"Sorry." Lisa said, patting Traggers head.
Tragger waved her off.
"Blake you ok?" Miles questioned as Blake opened the box.
Seeing Lisa distracted by Tragger Miles made his move.
"Soo," Miles started making Blake flinch. "Lisa came crying to my Waylon. You want to know what it was about?"
"Sorry." Blake muttered as he poked around in the box.
"I'm not the one who needs to hear that man." Miles whispered as he leaned against the wall.
"Want to talk about it?"
There was a tense silence before Blake sighed defeated.
"Sometimes I see them." Blake confessed.
"Lynn and Jess."
Miles nodded sadly as Blakes hiccups erupted from his mouth.
"Blake?"
Blake jolted, swiping fiercely under his glasses as Lisa's attention turned from Tragger to him.
"I Just found the wraps." Blake's voice wavered as he tried to smile
"I'll ask you about it later." Miles whispered as he stood "Well would you look at the time! Lisa, me and my friend have to go now but let's make sure Blake takes his meds before I leave."
Lisa nodded, slipping out of the room and quickly returning with a glass of water and Blakes other pill containers.
Blake rolled his eyes as Miles watched him take the rest of his meds for the day before the two turned to leave.
"See ya Miles and nice to meet you-"
"Tragger." the man next to Lisa nodded
"Tragger." Blake repeated.
