It has been a couple years since the events of last chapters and things have changed a bit. Janja and his clan haven't really made a major move against the pridelands in a long time on account of the guard being stronger then ever with 6 members. They were just scraping by until they noticed a lioness walked in their home and they all got up and got into a battle stance.

"Who are you and what are you doing here" janja said.

"I am zira and I am here with a proposition" she answered.

Janja and his clan backed off and decided to hear the lioness out.

"We both share a common enemy but given their current strength they are to strong to take on for now" she said walking around them

"What are you getting at" janja demanded.

"That until we are ready to take on the lion guard we need more territory" zira said.

"So we work together to get what we want" she said

Janja thought about it, him and his clan can food more, and that it would benefit his clan so him and his clan reluctantly agreed to join the lioness.

"Ok so what's are first move" janja asked.

"First we deal with jasiri" zira said with an evil grin.

"How do you propose that" janja asked.

"We eliminate her and her clan" zira said firmly.

Janja smiled evilly since him and his clan have despised jasiri and her clan. Then they moved out to jasiris clans home with the rest of ziras pride.

Jasiri had also grown up her mane had grown down more her back, her chest was also a bit bigger, her form was still sleek. The twins had also grown up a bit as well but they still are playful as ever. The clan were enjoying a nice peaceful day relaxing near their watering hole until the watcher spotted janja and zira moving towards them.

"INCOMING!" yelled the watcher.

The clan were panicking, janja and the outsiders working together this would be a fight they can't win without casualties and that was something jasiri didn't want. Jasiri quickly thought of something but she knew her clan was not going to like it but it was the only way to protect them.

"Everyone we have no choice but we haft to leave" jasiri said with sadness in her voice.

The clan didn't like it but they couldn't take on the outsiders and janjas clan. Then jasiri went up to her sister to ask something.

"Madoa take the clan somewhere safe" she said firmly.

"What! why" madoa asked shocked.

"I am going to lead them away while you get the clan out of here" she said seriously.

Madoa tried to complain but she could not convince her sister. So madoa lead the clan somewhere safe while jasiri went to divert the enemy away and when she reached them she saw janja and zira together.

"Well well well jasiri pleasure meeting you here" janja said sarcastically.

"It has been a while my dear" zira said plainly.

"Yeah haven't seen you since kion roared you out and kovu ditched for being a bad mother" jasiri retorted back

"Grrrr kill her and her clan!" zira said pissed off at that memory.

Both janjas clan and the outsiders chased her down while some went to secure jasiris clans watering hole. Jasiri ran away from where her clan was hiding but knew where they were since they were prepared for something like this. She then ran into a dead end and she ended up fighting she held her own but she was against intense odds. By the time she got some space she realized she was corned. She looked over herself and saw she had bruises and scars all over her body. Then janja showed up and he had a nice grin satisfaction on his face since had been waiting for this moment. Jasiri started to flashback all her memories of her clan, her sister, the twins, and kion. That was when she remembered that she hadn't confessed to him her love and she was a fighter and she wouldn't die here.

"Well jasiri looks like the end of the line for you" janja said evilly.

"Since when are you taking orders from a lion doesn't seen like you" she shot back.

"Hey I don't care as long as I get food and get rid of you I'm happy" janja responded getting closer to her.

Jasiri then noticed above her were some rocks that would fall over if not carful. As janja was about a foot away jasiri made a break for the rocks, despite the pain she was feeling she powered through it. When jasiri got to the rocks she started to push them over causing the outsiders and janjas clan to run. As the dust provided her cover she slipped away despite her injuries. Janja returned to zira with the news of their failure although disappointing jasiri and her clan have lost their watering hole so they won't last long.

Jasiri had gotten a good distance away from them and tried to make her way to where her clan was hiding but then she saw a way over into the pridelands. She then realized that jasiri and her clan need help now that they lost their watering hole and jasiri decided to go ask for help from kion. She hopped over to the pridelands and made her way through trying to find kion for help.

With kion

In the pridelands kion and the guard were enjoying time off from the lack of attacks from janja but still dealt with the jackals. Kion had grown up into a handsome lion his mane was a bit more developed and his muscles had grown to, kovu however had his mane fully developed and he had grown taller than kion and as for the rest of the guard the also grown up. As kion was walking down the ramp at pride rock he noticed that many of the lioness were giving him dreamy smiles and blowing him kisses. He was a bit disturbed at this especially since 2 of them were zuri and tiifu his sisters best friends. They fell for him after kion saved zuri from crocodiles and she told other lioness about it and they immediately were swoon over him.

Kion shrugged them off and joined up with the rest of the guard. Fulis spots were darker and she had grown sleeker and became a beautiful cheetah, bunga had some more developed muscle on him, ono had grown a few inches taller and was still good at spotting, beshte as always was strong and big but always a gentle giant. They were going out on their usual patrol until ono spotted something.

"Hey guys I see something" one called out.

"What do you see" bunga called back.

"I see what looks like a single hyena" ono responded.

"Guys it's jasiri and she looks hurt bad" ono said

The second ono said that kion took off like a shot and ran towards where ono was looking. The guard never seen him like this but they could probably guess why (like it ain't obvious to them that kion has a crush). When they got their jasiri saw them and walked over to them but collapsed due to exhaustion and passed out. Kion caught her before she fell, kion picked her up bridal style.

"Kion what are you doing!" simbas voice roared out.

"Dad look she needs help" kion said defensively.

"She is a hyena, and you know how dangerous they are" simba stated.

"She is my friend and she needs help" kion stated with a serious face.

"Give me one good reason why she should stay" he said.

"Because she helped me in the outlands" kion stated

Simba was reluctant at first but after hearing that this hyena helped his son so long ago he agreed. After they got to rafikies tree she suddenly woke up and explained every thing. With that kion ordered kovu to lead the team to get her clan to the pridelands. Simba was also their and he talked with kion on how to handle this, he did not think hyenas would respect the circle of life but he trusted kion and thought their was something he didn't tell after his adventure in the outlands. He would allow jasiri and her clan a place to stay. And with that simba made an announcement about the new arrivals and the new threat. Jasiri was relieved about that her clan will have a safe place to stay and away from harm.

Then she looked over at kion and saw that his main had grown, his muscles were bigger and got a lot taller. She was staring at the lion in front of her and was drooling a little bit until kion got her attention.

"Hey jasiri" kion said snapping the hyena back to reality.

"Yeah what's up" jasiri said a bit started.

"You ok" he asked.

"Yeah" she answered.

Kion was glad to hear that and then as he was about to leave his arm was grabbed. He looked to see and it was jasiri who was looking away and her face was red.

"Something wrong" he asked.

Jasiri was hesitant at first but wanted to ask.

"Kion I was wandering if you would go out with me sometime" she said still looking away blushing.

Kion was shocked that she would but he couldn't refuse, since he figured that he could confess his love to her.

"Yeah I would love to" he said smiling.

Jasiri was excited and then let kion go and then kion left she was so happy that he said yes and waited to get fully healed and when she went to sleep she had a big smile on her face, and forgot about all the bad things that happened today.
