Severus felt drained once the Mind Healer left, informing him she'd be back at the same time the following week. He wasn't sure how he felt about any of it. Sighing he dropped his head back onto the sofa, noting that he appeared to have drunk half a bottle of…something, the bottle seemed not to want to be clear and the label seemed to be insisting on moving, in not a lot of time. Perhaps a nap would help. A power nap, that sounded better. Napping in the evening made him feel ancient. Although he had teenage children. Perhaps he was ancient. Maybe that was the problem. He was old and past it and should just accept that he was now someone who napped. Next he'd be buying slippers….although the dungeons were cold. Slippers sounded nice. And maybe a recliner. Easier for his old bones to get up from. It was a shame those electric ones muggles used wouldn't work at Hogwarts, maybe he could convince Saul to take it on as a project. A magical, moving recliner. Perfect for ancient wizards who at the grand old age of thirty three were clearly almost dead. If he had to nap surely he couldn't have that long left?

He almost groaned at the sound of the floo, he was not up for people tonight. He'd had enough of them. All of them. He'd just keep the dog, the dog that appeared to have decided that he was a pillow in the short amount of time he'd slept. It was quite warm really,...and nice…to know you weren't the only living thing in the room. Not that he'd admit that. He was growing quite fond of Thanatos. Not that he'd admit that either. Although something about the dog still felt…odd. He really was rather intelligent and he had a way of looking at you like he understood what you were saying perfectly. Not that he could. Unless he was someone's experiment. Maybe he was. Severus wasn't sure he cared. He was sleepy and wrung out and unable to human any more today.

"Severus, are you alright?" Ugh for fucks sake. Now he'd need to human and he didn't want to. He should, he knew. He knew that voice but really…he was very sleepy and he wasn't sure who it was. It'd be fine.

"M'fine." he mumbled, wrapping his arms more securely around Thanatos. He was like a furry hot water bottle. It was…nice. The dungeons were cold. Maybe he really should get those slippers soon. And socks. Fluffy socks. Old people liked those, didn't they?

"Severus! Merlin what happened to you and what the fuck is that beast your cuddling?" there was a pause. "Severus Snape, are you drunk!"

He pried an eye open. The person in front of him was….moving….and standing still. Were there three of them? Maybe. He didn't think he knew any triplets. Lucius had a story so fucking awful it was funny about triplets. Narcissa had not been amused by it. That had been what had made it funny now he thought about it. The things Lucius described just sounded exhausting. Fuck he really was fucking old wasn't he?

He straightened slightly, blinking himself awake as he struggled against Thanatos' weight.

"Severus…what's going on?"

Ah fuck. The person had stopped moving and he knew that face. She looked…concerned and a little annoyed.

"Mind Healer" he grunted. Words were fucking hard. Especially when you couldn't fucking breathe because the worlds largest dog was on your chest. Maybe it really was a grim and it was here to murder him. That wouldn't really be a surprise given his luck. And really, he should have known better than to trust a beast that looked like that but answered to fucking Puppy.

"Oh Severus. How much have you drank?"

"Dunno. Bottles somewhere."

"Half a bottle then." she sighed, eyeing the bottle he clearly hadn't realised he was still holding. "I guess it could have been worse. I sent your children away. I don't suppose they need to see you in this state. Be prepared to explain yourself tomorrow."

Had she? Fuck, when had that happened? Hermione was going to fucking hex him. He really hoped she hadn't started that book from Saul. Who the fuck was he kidding, his foggy brain mocked him, she'd have it fucking finished and half the curses mastered. That did not bode well for him.

"Sorry." he slurred, finally registering that perhaps whiskey had not been one of his better ideas today. He really did need healthier coping mechanisms.

"It's fine." Amelia sighed, "Now what the fuck is this beast?"

"Thanatos. Only answers to Puppy. Hermiones doing."

Amelia hid her grin as she took in the sight of a drunk and sleepy Severus Snape pinned under the weight of a giant black dog who apparently answered to Puppy, of all the ridiculous things.

"I see. And will…Puppy move to allow me to pour you into bed?"
"Not child."

Amelia snorted, "No you're a drunken idiot who is old enough to know better. I'll let you off because it's your first session. However I absolutely will not tolerate a repeat. I'll have Minerva order the house elves to steal your stash."

He stared up at her in horror, "You would not!" He gasped.

"I bloody would and you know it. Now, up with you. It's time for bed."

"Puppy, up" he muttered, shoving ineffectually at the dog who turned to face him, looking like he was grinning.

"Effective," Amelia deadpanned. "Thanatos. Get up, now!" The dog turned its head to her and cocked it slightly before burrowing back down.

"Only listens to children." Severus muttered wondering if he truly needed to breathe.

"Oh for fucks sake. Roly?" The elf looked confused at being summoned by Amelia. "I need you to get Hermione Granger-Snape or Harry Potter." she sighed.

The elf returned with them both.

"What's going on?" Hermione asked, her eyes darting about the room.

"Your Father is…."
"Drunk." she supplied, suppressing a grin.

"Drunk." Amelia agreed, "And I can't move the bloody dog."
Hermione and Harry laughed. "Thanatos! Come here Puppy!" Hermione grinned. Thanatos bounded over to them, barking playfully as he crashed into them, demanding pets and allowing Hermione to wrap her arms around him as Harry scratched his ears.

"For fucks sake." Amelia muttered, "How do you do that?"

Harry shrugged, "He seems to like Hermione's fussing. And to be honest I'm not convinced he isn't ignoring everyone else because he thinks it's funny."

"Wonderful." Amelia groused.

"Amelia? Is Father ok?"
"He'll be fine. I imagine today brought up some things. I've warned him this is his only free pass. We are going to find him some healthier coping mechanisms."

Harry snorted, "Good luck with that."

"He drinks that often?" Amelia asked, surprised.

"Oh…to this degree? Not that I know of. But you've heard him and Professor Mcgonagall talk. I think they have a drink or two a few times a week."

Amelia exhaled with relief. "If you could refrain from making him sound like a barely functioning alcoholic next time I'd be grateful."

Harry looked sheepish. "Yeah, sorry about that. Do you want us to take Thanatos tonight?"

"If you could. Although don't get caught!"

"Of course not," Harry scoffed with an impish grin.

Hermione let go of Thanatos for a moment, wrapping her arms around Severus' middle "Night Father."

"Goodnight my girl." he muttered sleepily, not opening his eyes. "Best thing that's ever happened to me you know?"

Hermione squeezed him tighter, "Love you too, Father. You're going to have a really sore head tomorrow."
He hummed in response. ""Night Severus." Harry called with a grin. "We'll visit for breakfast tomorrow for a chat about acceptable behaviour."

"Annoying little sod." Severus muttered, "Still mine though… My boy."

Amelia was polite enough not to comment as Harry's eyes went glassy and he buried his face in Thanatos' fur for a moment

"Come on brother mine." Hermione said softly, tugging him up to standing. "Come on Puppy, let's introduce you to everyone. Bye Amelia!"

"Good Night you two. I expect I'll see you bright and early tomorrow." She waited until the door shut behind them before turning to Severus. "Alright you, time for bed."

"Yes. Tired." he agreed, not opening his eyes.

"Do not make me levitate you, Severus." she threatened, pleased when he finally looked at her and huffed.

"Remind me why I like you?"

"Because I do that wonderful little thing with my tongue…." she responded tartly.

"Ah that's it."

"Arse. Get up. Now. Or I swear to Merlin I will hide your hangover potions and let you suffer your children's lecture without one."

He paled, the alcohol already beginning to wear off. "That is a cruel and unusual punishment."

Indeed it is." she said cheerfully. "Now let's get you to bed."

When he woke, his head was less sore than anticipated. Either he had drunk less than he thought, which in itself surely showed he was getting better at this handling his emotions nonsense or….or he had built up an unhealthy tolerance and his body now knew how to function with concerning amounts of alcohol. He glanced slowly around the room, moving slightly as he carefully tried not to disturb Amelia. There was a bottle on his bedside. Scotch, not cheap vodka as was his want when he was completely emotionally fucked, so that was an improvement and there seemed to be half a bottle left. All in he was taking it as a win. Not that he'd be voicing that to Amelia or the children. They probably wouldn't see it the same way he did.

One shower and clean clothes later, Severus decided that he felt almost human. Although his rooms were suspiciously quiet. It took him a moment to realise what was missing. Where the fuck was the dog?

"The children took him after I had to call them to remove him from your person." Amelia's voice came softly from behind him, interrupting his slightly frantic movements. He almost slumped in relief. The children would have fucking annihilated him if he'd lost the beast.

"The children were here?"

"Yes. You don't remember?"

"I…" Severus frowned, before a fuzzy image of Hermione hugging him came back to him. "Vaguely. They're coming for breakfast to lecture me aren't they?"

"Oh yes." Amelia grinned, wrapping her arms sound him. "How's the head?"

"Fine, actually."

"Surprising." she muttered. Severus shrugged, awkwardly pulling her round to face still wasn't sure he knew what to do with this. Amelia appeared to have no such reservations as she bounced on her toes and kissed him. "Hmmm good morning."
"Good morning. You know you didn't need to stay."

Amelia snorted, "I am aware, Severus."

"Why…why did you?"

She looked at him pointedly as if that would make the answer clearer. "Because I wanted to." she enunciated slowly.

"Oh."

She shook her head at him in fond exasperation, "You truly are hopeless. I almost feel sorry for your Mind Healer, she has her work cut out." He glared at her, although it lacked his usual heat. Both of them winced when they heard the door slam before he could open his mouth.

"That will be the children then." he mused lightly.

"Bad Puppy. Go and sit over there." Hermione was clearly furious, her back was towards them as she scolded a clearly remorseful dog. The dog whined slightly but slunk off to the side of the room when Hermione merely folded her arms.

Amelia glanced over at Harry who had a slightly worried frown on his face. "What happened?"

"He tried to eat Ron's rat." Hermione sighed. "Scabbers went missing last night and Ron blamed Crooks. We found him this morning but Thanatos went….berserk. He must be bruised given how many things he crashed into trying to catch him. We only got him to leave because Scabbers escaped out of the portrait hole and disappeared. It took us ages though."

Severus' eyebrows hit his hairline. That was…unusual behaviour for a dog who was around rats in his lab. He felt like he was missing something. Again. "I see." he said slowly. "You don't think that strange?"

"Yes!'' Hermione all but stomped her foot. "Yes I think it's strange, he hasn't seemed that…vicious so far and Crooks….Crooks keeps trying to get him too although he is a cat."

Severus looked at her intently, "You think there might be something amiss with the rat?"

"I don't know! He's not looking well….maybe they just sense he's dying?"

"Perhaps." Severus acknowledged. "How long has Weasely had it?"

"I…I don't know. Since first year but he was Percy's before that wasn't he?" she asked, looking at Harry.

"Yup. Definitely Percy's first."

"That is…an unusually long lifespan for a rat." Amelia mused. "They usually only last two or three years."

"Oh. Even magical ones?"

"Is it magical?"

"I…I don't really know." Hermione frowned. Thanatos whined again, making her sigh and look immediately contrite. "Oh Puppy, come here." The dog bounded over immediately throwing itself at the children as if he hadn't seen them for months. "You can't eat Scabbers until we work out what's going on with him, are we clear?" She asked, holding the dog's face in her hands as Harry ran a hand over his back in an attempt to calm him down..

Harry laughed at her. "Do you really think he understands Hermione?"

"I think he's far more intelligent than we give him credit for, aren't you pretty boy?" Thanatos barked, nuzzling the side of her face with his making her giggle.

Amelia shot him a concerned look. "You did check that dog over didn't you?"

"Of course I did!"

"You bring him to me or to Harry or to Father, understand? No eating Scabbers!" Hermione continued. Thanatos gave a slightly resigned sounding bark.

"For everything?" Amelia checked again.

"Do you think I would have allowed him near my children if I had not!" he groused back.

"No…but…that's not normal."

"I had wondered if he was one of Hagrid's more benign experiments." Severus admitted.

Amelia looked back at him thoughtfully. "Possibly. I hadn't considered that. Ask him?"

He nodded. "Of course. Now will we get this lecture over with?" His eyes drifted over to the sofa where the children were now sitting, waiting expectantly with Thanatos draped over their knees.

"You cannot drink every time something happens that you find overwhelming." Hermione opened. He winced, she wasn't easing into this then.

"I am aware."
"Are you?" she asked archly. "Would you allow me or Harry to act the way you did last night?"

He frowned, "You are teenagers, of course not!"

"When we're older then."

"No! It's not a healthy coping mechanism." Her arched brow was his only response. "Yes alright, I am aware its not healthy but might I remind you that I am your parent, you are not mine."

"You shut yourself away again." she said softly and his heart sank. Fuck. This was not about the drunkenness. This was about him shutting them out when he forced them to allow him in. He moved carefully and sat down beside her, manoeuvring the dog that was hanging off her lap so he could pull her to him. "I'm sorry, my girl. It won't happen again."

"Promise?"

"I'll try." he allowed, "This does not come easily."

"I know and I'm not asking you to tell us anything but….you don't allow us to wallow so we won't allow you."

"Stubborn Gryffindors." he muttered fondly into her hair.

Harry snorted, "You seem to be surrounded by them," he said cheerfully. "I'd just give in now."

Severus groaned, even as a small part of him revelled in the idea that they truly did care.

"Mr Snape, my name is Cora MacKillop." he eyed the young, clearly nervous woman in front of him. Cora MacKillop. Hufflepuff, graduated four years ago, shit at potions but a passable herbologist. What the fuck was she doing working at the Ministry as a family inspector?

"Professor Snape, Ms MacKillop." he corrected with a smirk, earning him a smack to the back of his head from Pomona. He could have sworn Thanatos grinned.

"You be nice, Severus! She's not a student any longer!"

Cora Mackillop looked like she wanted to be absolutely anywhere other than where she was. He could see her fighting not to smile in case he let loose with the vicious tongue he was famous for, torn between amusement and fear. She seemed beyond startled when he rolled his eyes.

"You've been spending too much time with Minerva." he groused.

"Or I've been watching Hermione, she seems to have you well under control." He merely glowered.

"I….I maybe we should have that chat now?" Cora squeaked.

"Ms MacKillop contrary to popular belief I do not bite." he sighed.

The girl flushed. "Yes, well…you see…it's just that this is my first solo case."

"And they sent you to me?" he asked incredulously.

"I, well… you see…the entire department, bar Verity, thought it was a joke…Sir."

Severus pinched the bridge of his nose, "Fucking wonderful." he sighed. Pomoma shot him a sympathetic look. "Come along then let's get this over with and then you can meet my children to prove that they are indeed real."

"Right then." Cora replied faintly following him into his rooms and perching nervously on the sofa. She almost hit the ceiling when Thanatos thumped his head on her knee, clearly looking for attention.

"Thanatos. Come." The dog raised its head and looked at him incredulously. "I am not calling you Puppy!" he growled. The dog gave a happy bark and bounded over to him, making him sigh. "My daughter's doing." he explained with a careless wave of his hand. Cora gaped.

"Right then…" she squeaked before visibly attempting to calm herself back down. "I…how do you feel the placement is going?"

"WIth Harry?"

"Yes."

"I….I assume reasonably well."

"Any issues?"

"Beyond him being a teenage boy with an irritating penchant for sticking his nose in where it doesn't belong? No."

"Right…I ah….do you have any questions about the visits and such?"

"How many are there likely to be?"
"Every ah…Every quarter-ish. It depends on what Harry says."

"I see. And adoption?"
"I…you want to adopt him?" Thanatos ears seemed to perk up.

Severus sighed, "He's my daughter's brother. They had a spontaneous sibling bond which they have since sealed. As was mentioned previously, his muggle relatives were abusive. You are, of course, aware of his story in regards to his parents."
"Ah yes but….your….do you not think….your ah…affiliations might make it difficult?"
Rolling his eyes, Severus rolled up his left sleeve. "Oh my!" the girl breathed. "It was all lies?"
"No. it was true." Severus smirked, enjoying her paling face. "However it was a stupidly rash decision made as a teenager that i regretted almost instantly. All this means is I don't have to hide that fact."

"Oh…I think I'd like to speak to your children now" she said faintly.

"Both of them?"

"Harry's placement affects your daughter too. I think it's wise."

"Very well. Roly?"

"Master Snape's bes wanting his children now?" the elf asked before he could open his mouth. Severus sighed, apparently he'd used Roly for this task too often.

"Yes. Thank you Roly."

Seconds later Harry and Hermione stood in his rooms. "Puppy! Look at you, pretty boy!"

Cora didn't even hide her grin this time as the giant beast bounded over to Hermione for pets and cuddles.

"Hello to you too my girl,"

Hermione's head jerked up looking guilty before she shrugged. "I saw you in class, Father." she replied dismissively, turning back to the dog, "Yes I did but I didn't see you. I haven't seen you since our run and that was ages ago! Oh you're looking so much better than last week, pretty boy.``

Beside her Harry was laughing watching the giant dog act like a puppy as Hermione cooed over him.

"I think you might have been replaced, Severus."

Severus growled, "Remind me why I agreed to the dog?"

"Because you can't say no to Hermione?" Harry suggested with a grin.

"You are getting far too cheeky, my boy. I don't like it." Severus pouted.

Harry laughed but he was looking at him strangely as he did so. Almost…unsure? Fuck. What had he said? What the fuck was going on. He had missed something he was sure of it. He had no fucking idea what though.

"This is Ms Mackillop. She's from the Ministry." he explained, trying to corral his thoughts into some semblance of control.

Both Harry and Hermione stilled, making Thanatos whine, bumping his nose under first Hermione's then Harry's hands, demanding attention.

"Hush Puppy, it's alright." Hermione murmured, running a hand over his back as Harry absentmindedly stroked his ears.

"It's nothing to worry about, this is just a chat. I've already had one with….Professor Snape and now it's your turn. I'd like to speak to you both individually if it's alright?" Cora interjected, clearly reading the shift in mood.
Harry and Hermione shared a glance before nodding. "Wonderful. I'll start with Hermione. Is there somewhere we can go?"
"My office is just through that door." Severus indicated watching warily as Cora and Hermione headed for it, Thanatos following at their heels.

"Do…what do you think they're going to do?" Harry asked in a small voice.

"It is just a chat." he soothed, "She asked how it was going and if I needed more information, that's all."

"So why not speak to us together?"

"I assume in case there are things you didn't want to say in front of anyone else."

They sat in uncomfortable silence until Hermione reappeared half an hour later, her face giving nothing away. "She asked me to send you through. Puppy is through there."

Harry gave a weak smile at her refusal to use Thanatos' name as he disappeared through the door.

"Are you alright?"

"I…it feels invasive." she said quietly.

"In what way?"
"She wanted to know what I thought about Harry, what I thought about you and Harry and how I felt about you…it's…I understand why they need to be careful but it just felt …strange I guess to be discussing it."

Severus hummed, moving to sit beside her so he could hug her. He'd never admit it but having someone here and evaluating him unnerved him too, especially as she'd told him the entire department thought it was a joke.

Harry reappeared over an hour later looking slightly shaken, his hand buried in Thanatos' fur as he walked back in. He immediately sunk onto the seat at Severus' other side, his head dropping onto his shoulder. Startled and more than a little concerned, Severus wrapped his arm around him. Before he could ask what was wrong Cora was back in the room.

"Thank you for your time,"she said softly, looking slightly like she couldn't quite believe what she was seeing.,"I'll submit a report and see you at your next inspection. No need to get up. I'll see myself out"

"What's wrong."he asked the moment the door was shut.

Harry shook his head. "Nothing…exactly. She…she wanted to know how about the Dursley's. And…I…I don't like talking about them. Andromeda is already making me talk about them with her."

"Ah" he replied softly, pulling him closer. "I see."

"They can't send me back can they?"

"No." he growled. "If nothing else, I'd like to see them withstand your sister and your grandmother if they were to try."
Harry let out a startled laugh but relaxed immediately. "Fair point. Can we…can we just stay here for a bit?"
Severus inclined his head towards Hermione who had picked up a book to give them the illusion of privacy.

"Do you think she's moving any time soon?"

Harry laughed, but the way he burrowed himself closer into Severus' side highlighted just how unsettled the meeting had left him. Thanatos whined and dropped his head onto Harry's lap, allowing him to cling to his fur.

"Mr Potter. Stay after class." Severus saw the worried look the boy shot him but really, he didn't have to be nervous. Perhaps he should have waited until the end of class to call him back, he could see that Harry had no concentration now and Hermione was hissing instructions at him the same way she did to Longbottom. He swept his way around the room, inspecting cauldrons. Goyles was an unmitigated disaster, the Gods alone knew what that would do to whatever the boy tried to shrink. Melt it probably given how ominous those steam spirals looked. Draco's was…acceptable. As it bloody should be, the boy had had the best tutors Lucius could buy. He felt a small frisson of pride for his daughter who still managed to surpass him without all the advantages he had had. Theo's was unfortunately also acceptable which meant he had to move on without reminding the boy he was watching him. "Miss Parkinson?" he drawled, "Please do explain to me why your potion is pink?"

Pansy flushed, "I don't know, Sir."

"You do not know? Can you not read?"

"I…Of course I can Professor."

"Hmmm, read me line four."

"I ah…chop four daisy roots finely."

"And line five?"

"Add five hairy caterpillars." she squeaked.
"And tell me, Miss Parkinson, did you do either of those things?"

"Ah no, Sir."

"No. What did you do?"

"Chopped five daisy roots and added four caterpillars."
"Indeed." he replied waving his wand and vanishing her potion before the bloody thing blew up. "I expect you back tonight, Miss Parkinson. And every other night until you brew that potion correctly, are we clear?"

"Yes Sir." she muttered.

"While you're waiting, I want four feet on the importance of correct ingredient handling and the dangers of incorrect amounts."

"Yes Sir."

Rolling his eyes he swept over to the other side of the room. Finnegan appeared to be managing for once, Thomas's was also acceptable. Brown and Patil appeared to have made something that was a violent shade of purple. It wasn't caused by any combination he was aware of which was concerning. He vanished it immediately before it could surprise them all and do something strange and potentially fatal. It wouldn't be the first time. "Did you hear Miss Parkinson's instructions?"

"Yes." the squeaked.

"Good. Follow them." For fucks sake. He sighed, three fucking students to deal wth tonight.

Weasley's was acceptable and Harry appeared to be holding his own. With Hermione's instructions. Surprisingly Longbottom appeared to be brewing semi independently. Hermione's potion was, of course , perfect. Not that he'd have accepted anything less. The girl had no business brewing at Master level if she couldn't manage a simple Shrinking solution after all.

"Relax." he muttered into Harry's ear as he passed, making the boy jump. "It's not bad news." Harry's shoulders almost slumped with relief as he resumed brewing with far less interference from his sister.

He was beyond grateful when the class finally ended, even if Harry was hovering nervously at his desk with Hermione hovering behind him. He barely refrained from rolling his eyes.

"Do you not have somewhere else to be, my girl?"

"Is everything alright?" she asked instead.

"Everything is fine. Harry will catch up, now shoo."

She pouted but bounced on her toes to kiss his cheek anyway. "Fine, Father."

He rolled his eyes at her even as he curled an arm around her shoulders for a hug.

"Your seal arrived," Severus said the moment Hermione closed the door behind her.

"Oh!" Harry's eyes lit up with excitement, examining the seal Severus placed in his hand. It was unusual, the shield of his house with tiny lions wearing crowns on it. Belladonna wreathed the outside at the top with the Potter house words around the bottom. "Wow! it's …pretty almost."

Severus laughed. "Indeed. Now off with you before your sister worries herself into a state."

Harry grinned. "Neville's pretty good at talking her down, it'll be fine."

Severus rolled his eyes making a shooing motion with his hand, "Fine, if you don't go now Weasley will have left you nothing for lunch."

Harry laughed and darted for the door, "Fair point."

Dear Ms MacKillop,

I wanted to write to you after our meeting butI 'm not sure what to say. Severus told us that guardianship has to be in place for a year before adoption, I guess I was just wondering if there was a way around that?

Harry Potter.

Mr Potter,

While there are, they are only used in the most extreme of situations.

Cora MacKillop

Ms MacKillop

My sister asked me to ask if someone in power being overly interfering and insisting on things he has no business being involved in counts?

Harry

Mr Potter,

Tell your sister I need more information.

Cora MacKillop

Ms MacKillop,

Headmaster Dumbledore prevented Harry going to anyone but his muggle Aunt and Uncle, despite there being other options such as Madam Longbottom. He has kept him there for years, despite them being abusive. The Weasley's rescued him during the summer between first and second year because he had not responded to our owls. They were not only starving him, they had bars on his window and had locked him in his room. We are concerned that if the Headmaster finds out the Father is planning on adoption, he'll intervene. I'm sure you are aware that he is beloved by many which will make opposition difficult despite the circumstances. Either Headmaster Dumbledore was aware of the abuse or he abandoned a baby on a doorstep over a decade ago and never checked on him again.

H. Granger-Snape.

Pomona,

I include a copy of a letter I received from Miss Granger-Snape, is this true?"

Cora.

Cora,

Unfortunately, Verity will be able to verify, I believe she accepted the first guardianship papers with Augusta Longbottom as a witness.

Pomona.

Mr Potter & Miss Granger-Snape.

Leave it with me.

Cora MacKillop.
