Countess Cavendish Castle, Edinburgh, Scotland

It was two and a half hours of exploration through the castle, in which the eleven divided into groups to try to speed up this mission, in which the first focus was to find Chariot Belmont, mission that not only was accomplished, but also the mind control that was in Du Nord was finally broken, that was for 10 years being kept as a puppet of Bishop Cedric and also with an influence of Daryl Cavendish. With this mission accomplished, only the main mission was missing, this one involved the meeting of Hellene and Diana with their mother Bernadette Cavendish, but of course this meeting won't be anything like the way the duo expects, since there is still the part that tells about the pact they made, being deceived by their own aunt, which says that they should kill their own mother, to gain something that at least the Cavendish always wanted to get rid of the burden of being a creature of the night and being considered a monster.

The sisters arrived at the highest place of the castle fortress, the room where Bernadette Cavendish was, they were walking through the corridors, where they came across a huge banquet table, but they just ignored it, given the seriousness of the situation, they reach the half-open door, which leaves a little more hidden the throne where the countess is sitting, but soon the two girls pass by there, exchange glances with the mother, who is seated on the throne, in an even imposing position, they are a bit shocked, frozen, because it's the first time the three are together after 10 long years, it's a somewhat exciting moment.
Without many words the oldest one gets up, she opens her arms, both of them by impulse are crying and go running to her mother, what ends up making them meet in a family hug, something that didn't happen for a long time, they were having that more comfortable time, more united, for a long time, until the fuss finish and each one went to a side of that room and they stayed all looking at each other, Bernadette was the first one to open her mouth to try to release some words.

Bernadette: I missed you, I really missed you, but we have to end it all, this thing has to come to an end, unfortunately, it is our fate, death has already sealed the pact and there is nowhere to run.

Diana: No, it can't be that! I don't want to kill my own mother, there must be another option, don't make us have to do this mum...

Hellene: We didn't come here to kill you, we just want to try and find a solution, it can't be that we have to stay here, did you know that all this is your rotten sister's fault, she who put you in this curse, she who made this pact, who knows how she made you sign it, but she must have fooled you.

Bernadette: Get them! I left these weapons waiting for your return, use these things to defeat me, don't forget to call the others too, by the way did you manage to save Chariot from her curse?

The two girls are a little bit without reaction, but Diana agrees with her head regarding what was said about the Belmont's curse, she got close to the shield and the sword and took both of them leaving the old sword aside, getting an improved version of the Claymore where she notices that the lightness is much better, besides the blade being a little longer, having a much bigger range, the movements that the Cavendish could do were much more agile.
Hellene on the other hand tried the gauntlets and felt as if the hands were bigger and stronger, besides the extra weight, was trying to give some blows to the wind and was a little surprised at how fast and strong it responds, both were amazed looking at those things, but still without saying much.

Bernadette: Didyou really come alone? Are you going to take this enormous risk? I am not cursed by Dracula for nothing, for that reason it will be almost impossible for you to kill me.

Diana crying: We don't want to kill you mother, we just want a less worse solution, there must be a way, we will go after my aunt, she will surely have to put everything to talk, she who deserves to pay, not you.

The younger Cavendish firms her hand on her sword and stands trying not to attack, but just then Bernadette closes the main door, snapping her fingers and beams at the middle of the red carpet, with her arms open she launches fireballs which Diana quickly goes with her shield to defend herself.

Diana and Hellene: We don't want to fight!

The vampire makes Diana's old sword come to her hand, feeling even a little bit the burn of the handle, making until she let go the with that she takes a random sword, pointing to the two, on that she goes dematerialized flying towards the duo, the younger Cavendish defends herself from a cut with the red shield that was given, McLaren appears from under the place and almost gives a punch with the gauntlet that ends up being dodged by the older one that then flies backwards, starting to throw fireballs as she opens the cloak.
The two girls get more distracted trying to defend themselves and right at that time Bernadette transports herself behind her older daughter who turns protecting herself from the sword, Diana makes a point of trying to throw a jab to scare them but is simply dodged as if it was nothing and so the mother of the two girls stands on top of the throne staring at them and then passing her hand on her face when noticing the somewhat tearful expression of the duo.

Bernadette: Please fight for real, put your mother out of her misery, I can't take this torment that is Dracula's curse any longer, do this for me, not for you, it will be the greatest act of love for your mother that you could ever do, make me find Mama Laura.

They both get a little emotional as they remember their mother, with the memories of the moment going in the girls' heads, leaving them even more confused and full of trauma, the older one continues to stare at the two, they are still unresponsive.
With a sigh, Bernadette dematerializes, going towards her daughters, again to give a cut, but this time in a way that she dodges Diana's shield, going to the right side and with that she's surprised by Hellene that dematerialized
herself appearing under her older sister and with the precise hand to punch the vampire that caught her very hard in the stomach to the point of her crashing against the castle ceiling, the older one dematerializes again goes down to hit the younger daughter, only the older daughter reacts with a cut that caught the sword that was defended, raising sparks with the impact.

Bernadette: That's what I want to see, reaction, you acting seriously, without hesitation.

Diana: There must be a way, don't take it that easy mum, we just want you to join us and find a way out.

Bernadette: This way out you will only find when you defeat me, now give it your all, I know there is a way out, I know you can do better than this or else I will have to be the one who kills her own daughters, you choose which way is the least worst.

The older girl strikes again at the two girls, this time she uses it to transport herself and catch Diana from behind, who turns with the sword and gives a spin that ends up scraping the blade raising sparks everywhere while underneath Hellene takes advantage of the gap and punches hard, uses what the gauntlet has to offer and with a well given punch the impulse was enough to knock down the iron door that was dividing the throne room from the rest of the fortress, the older sister even gets shocked with the younger girl's reaction.

Hellene: If that's the way you want it, then we'll do as you say, mother, but you must know that I won't be at all happy to hear that I was the one who ended up killing you.

Diana: Hellene, are you crazy, do you really want to kill our mother?

Bernadette stood up and laughed a little, getting more excited, she looked to the banquet table and started to levitate the cutlery making them fly in the sisters direction, the youngest one is punching some of them and dematerializes in the mother direction using the trick of dodging, but the mother herself knew the trick so much that she takes the handles well scraping the blade against the weapon and in this moment who is watching everything is the oldest one.
Hellene is not afraid and takes the blade in her hand, breaking it and with that she goes to Bernadette, who is dodging quickly, going backwards and backwards, almost being hit by a fireball through which McLaren almost hits the vampire who reappears behind the redhead.
Diana noticing the danger hits a diagonal cut on her mother's back that turns around and tries to hit her with her nails and even gets a scary expression on her daughter that keeps holding the sword half shaking and crying until the younger girl turns around and hits a well charged punch with the gauntlet that ends up hitting Bernadette that was thrown with everything towards the outside of the fortress, even hitting against the tower outside, what the two girls end up watching and get scared with that strength.

Akko: They have started to fight, we can't just stand here, come on Mari, come on...

For a moment a pile of stones begins to fall and causes the passage to the staircase to be blocked just when the pair would react to take some action, but nothing helped for Marianne and Akko to succeed, the two even face each other and determinedly try to remove stone by stone to open the way.

Akko: Those times your luck would be a wonder it's happening right now, but we're suffering here to be able to get to and help Diana.

Marianne: I told you I'm not a good luck charm like you like to posture about me, now let's move on, better we act than stand around complaining.

The two dhampirs' girlfriends go trying to dig a way out, going taking stone by stone, without noticing that Bernadette's impact against the tower that caused that huge burial in the exit.
The Vampira came back with everything to hit her daughter that gently dodges to the side when she would be hit by the claw and with that Hellene would punch her mother that is defended by the hand of the older one causing an impact wave, Diana was still a little afraid, it would be the perfect time, but she stayed still, just watching the two fight, so much that the younger one was signaling the whole time.
Then she is hit in the face by a scratch, after that Bernadette stabs her nails in her daughter's belly that starts to spit some blood, but even so she doesn't give up and with the gauntlets she gives a hammer blow on the mother that ends up falling on the floor with force, Hellene stays with her hand on her belly feeling some pains and Diana still has that expression of shock and trembling.

Hellene angry: Are you going to stand there?

Diana: I... I... I... Do we really have to do this?

The Cavendish was crying still holding the guns a little bit shaking and right at this moment Bernadette catches her oldest daughter and hits her chest with all her strength with a scratch then she gives another one on her belly, followed by one on her face and then she grabs the neck of Diana, who starts to fight to try to get out.
Hellene sees the scene and goes running towards her sister, but she ends up being barred by fireballs on the way and then by a wall of fire that stands on the way while slowly her mother was squeezing her daughter's neck, who is still struggling, trying by all means to escape from those claws, but nothing worked.
Only Diana soon reacts, she opens her eyes suddenly and with the sword she cuts off Bernadette's two arms and thrusts herself backwards pointing the blade at the older one that soon regenerates and looks surprised but with a murderous look at the same time.

Bernadette: Finally you decide to get a grip, to stop being a weak and useless girl! That's what I like to see, now get ready, I will kill you now.

The way Bernadette spoke was even strange, she went from a soft way to a more murderous and bloodthirsty way, the two girls are even a little scared, but Diana doesn't let herself be intimidated, she goes up to her mother with the sword and has the attack blocked by a sword that her mother made appear on her hand to defend herself.
In the meantime Hellene tries to throw a punch, but it is dodged by the vampire who dematerializes and even tries to hit a cut on McLaren who defends with the gauntlet, almost managing to hold the blade to break in half.
Only soon Bernadette raises the blade and goes to give a defense of a cut of Diana, the older uses a fire cage magic around the body and this causes the sisters to jump back to not be hit and this drives both away.

Bernadette: Now we have a fight worthy of Dracula, two opponents worthy of my power who will soon complete my curse.

Diana in shock: Who are you?

Bernadette: That's me losing control, kill me soon girls, I'll end up becoming Dracula totally and will lose my remaining humanity, the more you guys keep stalling and...

The older one dematerializes herself towards the two, putting the sword in Diana's stomach that starts spitting blood, what leaves Hellene in shock and angry, she goes up with everything towards her mother, changing into a wolf to give impulse, then into a bat, but when it's time to punch her with all her strength, the vampire simply dodges.
The punch ends up hitting the wall, opening the biggest hole there and that's the cue for Bernadette to hit Hellene, but Diana is the one who hits, giving a stab on the chest taking her mother from behind that almost caught the heart, just crossing the body. She comes out of that blade and turns to her daughter, being hit by a crawl given by Hellene who then gives a hammer blow punching her with everything against the ground.
With rage the younger one starts hitting harder and harder sinking her mother that she ends up falling one floor down due to the impact, stopping right on the stairs of the multiple boss rooms.

Angry Hellene: Don't lay a finger on my sis!

Bernadette goes back to the upper floor, she stays floating with some bats around her body showing an intimidating look to the two girls, both of them were pissed off, the older Cavendish regenerates her wounded chest, as the younger one too, all of them keep looking at each other, just waiting for the right time to attack each other.
Hellene takes a deep breath and dematerializes herself towards her mother, she just turns around giving a cut, well the way McLaren wanted, since she turned into a bat on the spot, then she leaned with both feet on the sword, she gives a punch disarming her mother, her older sister leaves the sword ready for a stab, but ends up having the attack deflected with the vampire dematerializing herself.
Diana wastes no time and starts to follow her mother, tries to hit another cut, but is dodged, Hellene appears from behind, gives another hammer blow making Bernadette this time a little stronger and doesn't hit the ground, she dematerialized and that's where the older daughter almost hit a punch that was deflected, but not the punch that Hellene hit very hard on the vampire's face, making her be thrown with everything towards the tower where the girls were, this time the impact was strong enough to go inside and make a good part of that tower collapse, falling in front of the stairs, so much that the girls felt the strong tremor of the impact.

Akko: Damn, they are really pushing the limit! I wish I could at least watch all this.

Croix: We've got to get out of here, before that tower comes crashing down on us!

Marianne: But what about the...

Croix: They are hybrids, they have vampire powers, so it's okay about that, if they survive then it's a sign that this whole castle will fall apart, we have to get out of here before the tower comes crashing down on us!

Croix was starting to run out, just like the other girls, as soon as some stones and the tremor increased in intensity when the collapse started to gain strength, the nine jumped the only window nearby, what Lotte with a rest of magic was trying to use glyphs to reduce the acceleration and speed of the impact, making them fall straight into the pile of rubble that gathered where was the bridge that was the mine cart, behind them in the tower of the fortress the structure was collapsing.
Wounded many of them got up from the rubble full of bruises, they went trying to drink what they had of potions and went but it still wasn't enough to heal the superficial injuries, just getting to the point of healing broken bones.

Akko: What the hell! How are we going to make it this time? The only way is closed.

Croix: Let's keep cheering, that's what counts, it remains for us to hope the girls are safe, they really are fighting in another league and another level of powers.

The nine girls keep watching everything from far away, seeing Bernadette's fast figure passing to the tower of the castle fortress, and in this she arrived to the inside, the two girls dodged, were dematerializing backwards, from the mother's attacks that took two swords, she was taking her practically to the outside, that when noticing the structure all collapsed Diana is in shock.
She gets angry, blocks the two swords of the mother, throws fireballs, Hellene hits a punch on the mother who is thrown, the younger Cavendish appears behind the older one who blocks the cut of the daughter, who simply tries to throw another fireball, but the mother dematerializes dodging the attack and also the onslaught of the younger daughter who almost hits the punch on her sister, but smart as she is, Diana gives a cut to the back stabbing right on the vampire's hip, then she takes out the sword, almost takes a blow, but the swords are broken by a strong punch from Hellene, now Diana gives a shoulder to the mother and hits a cut on the chest that tears, gushing blood everywhere.

Bernadette: Damn you! You can't defeat Dracula! Never! I am invincible!

Diana: Your reign of terror will end here Dracula!

The vampire dematerializes again, but this time the two daughters follow her and go back to normal, trying to hit the mother that goes splitting into smaller pieces, doing everything to hit the mother, who simply escapes through small holes returning in one of the walls, which hits a scratch that catches Hellene that elbows the mother.
Diana passes quickly and gives a cut breaking the mother's body in half, then does a somersault and uses the sub item of holy water to throw it all over half of Cavendish's body that starts to bleed. Hitting both of them.
Bernadette's legs are burning, disappearing, leaving only the upper half of her body.

Diana: You are now half body, we will finish you off Dracula!

Bernadette laughing: Hahahaha! I'm not going to die that easy.

In an instant the vampire regenerated her legs back to her body, with the lower part all exposed, leaving the girls a little bit blushed with embarrassment, Bernadette even snapped her fingers making the trousers appear, then she goes up the duo, dematerializing herself, but it only causes again that the two keep dodging the mother's attacks, even Hellene started to know a little bit and landed a powerful punch on her stomach, crossing her body, then Diana would cut the mother that simply dematerialized.
But the duo still didn't give up attacking, they went up anyway, Diana was trying to give a cut, but was blocked by shields that suddenly appeared by the vampire that was using as a way of defense.
Hellene on the other hand take advantage of that to punch down and with that stuck her mother on the floor when the shield hit her body that had to turn into a bat, taking advantage of the gap by the shield and almost was not hit by Diana that gave a graze cut.
Bernadette gets back to normal and takes advantage of the gap to hit with her nail with everything on her daughter's head, only that the claws were stopped when Hellene appeared giving a hook on her mother's chin that ended up hitting the ceiling with everything, being finagled by a spear on the ceiling but then falls on the floor which McLaren takes advantage of.

Hellene: Time has stopped!

This was the perfect time for McLaren to stop time and quickly grab Diana's old sword, thrust it into her own mother's chest, then walk forward facing backwards, which Diana was already in a pose to slash.

Hellene: Time is running out again.

Time has returned and Bernadette begins to vomit blood, on the other hand Diana is in shock as she tries to take a swing and sees her mother already through with a sword in her chest and Hellene soon turns in style as she notices her mother with the sword in her chest lying on the ground, she goes into shock, no longer keeping her determined expression.

Hellene: Mother...

Diana: Sis, did you do that?

Hellene agrees with her head, crying a little and getting a little upset, she tries not to look, but seeing her mother unconscious like that, lying dead on the floor made her emotional, so much that Diana goes to her sister passing her hand on her shoulder, both of them are crying, looking at Bernadette's body.

Diana: She fought bravely to the end, unfortunately we had to kill her.

Hellene: Well anyway, I guess that's the end of it, but still strange we get the mark of the pact, I wonder if mummy really died.

The two arrive at Bernadette's body turn around seeing that she is all pale with veins showing, some ashes are showing, mainly around the sword, where Diana makes a point of taking it from her mother's chest, watching the blade breathing a little deep as she sees that that same old claymore she always used was responsible for the death of the person she held most dear.

Diana: Who would have thought that you would determine what will happen to fate in this world of ours, now I will take you as a symbol for being the one who put an end to it all.

Hellene: I'm sorry it's come to this, sis, it was either that or we die, I chose the smarter option, anyway, goodbye mama Bernadette... I will always love the wonderful mother you always were, I'm sorry I killed you.

The two girls are crying still half emotional watching Bernadette's body, but strangely the tattoo was still present, as well as the red eyes of the two girls, they were still dhampirs, there was something in that pact that wasn't mentioned, or it could be something else, something even stranger, even more that it was happening with the vampire herself.
Dracula's power was still present, the older Cavendish's glass starts to float, the two girls find that strange, her chest is regenerating, they both find it strange that that was happening, it was all a bluff of Dracula's curse, Bernadette opens her eyes, showing a somewhat desperate expression which already made the girls worried too.

Bernadette: Girls defeat me at once! I will be under the full control of Dracula's curse! I love you and save this world from the clutches of this curse! You are the best daughters a mother could have, goodbye! I... I'm... I'm coming... Ahhhhhhhhhh.

The vampire starts to get involved in a purple sphere, the two are apprehensive, with the transformation that was happening, the same sphere is surrounded by a pentagram, the floor around also, the walls are being remade and then a bigger brightness emanates almost blinding the pair of hunters that is watching the new form of Bernadette.
The vampire was practically the same, but changed some very evident, the hair became white, the skin became paler, the eyes remained red, demon wings left the back, the hands became with black claws much bigger than the nails, in the legs she became with demon paws, this wearing the same clothes as before, only with some rips, the fangs also increased in size and she started to wield a labrys axe in hands.

Dracula: Witness my true form and my true power.

Diana: Dracula, for everything you've put my mothers through all these years I'll make you pay and swallow everything you've done, you bastard, die monster you don't belong in this world!

Dracula: Itwas not by my hands that I became alive in the flesh, it was all because of the greed of humans! Humans like your aunt who were greedy and put you in this fate.

Hellene: These are rotten humans who only do evil to innocent people, we won't show you any more mercy, Dracula! Prepare to die! Your reign of terror ends here.

Diana: Bernadette Cavendish and Laura McLaren died because of you, because of your curse that only ruins lives that have nothing to do with it, now we will make you meet the world of the dead again!

Dracula laughing: You can kill me, try anything, you are already doing me a favour by ridding me of this useless host, you will soon lose your privileges as creatures of the night, so come, show me what you are capable of, I will love to train with you two, you can even call your friends for help.

Diana: No more games, now we who will train our new weapons, thank you for everything Mama Bernadette, your death will not be in vain, I know you did all this for us and we will do everything to defeat this cursed creature.

Dracula: I don't have all the time in the world, I want to go straight to my host, I don't want to wait here, I hope you're not as pathetic as you were before, show what you've got.

Diana: You have made the biggest mistake of your life Dracula, you have made me angry, I will not spare you, not even when you go to this new host, I will hunt you down until I can't anymore.

Hellene: We will, for all that you have put us through, for all the deceit that my life has been, for all the bad things you have done, for the evils, for humanity, we two the daughters of Bernadette Cavendish will put an end to it all.

The two soon get in fighting position, Dracula starts to open his arms getting all in an imposing and confident position, as if he was underestimating the two girls, wanting them to come with everything, McLaren landed a punch right in the chest and noticed that the monster didn't even feel it, the same thing with Diana giving a cut, but at this time the cut even caught opening a wound on the monster that soon regenerated, making the sisters confident for the attack.

The battle against Dracula begins for good, after the two sisters defeat Bernadette Cavendish as far as it was possible to keep control of the woman, a fight that is heartbreaking since the two did not want to reach that point of killing their own mother who did not deserve a cruel fate like that, but unfortunately the world did everything to make things complicated for the poor girl who once only dreamed of being a witch, but fate made her a demon.
