This idea has been circulating in my head for a while now, but I haven't been sure if I should actually do it. After some mental debate, I decided, "eh, why not?". This FanFiction is a crossover between Senran Kagura and Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal. IMPORTANT: None of the Duelists from Zexal will appear in this. I'm only using Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, especially the Number Cards. Due to how the Senran Kagura games are made, I'm left with no choice but to rate this FanFiction T for Teen. The games are rated M, but I'm going to try to tone it down a bit. Enjoy.

Senran Kagura- Number Versus
Prologue
(Kurokage's Cabin, 11 years ago)
A young girl was sitting next to the fire on a cold night, her grey hair reflecting the light of the fire, an older and scarred man beside her. He smiled at the girl. "Yumi, there is something I would like to show you." He got up and walked away a bit, Yumi watching him with curiosity. He returned holding what looked like a deck of cards. She looked at him. "What are they, Grandfather?" He answered with a smile, "Duel Monster cards. It is a card game that has become very popular." Setting his deck on the floor in between them, he said, "One day, I will give this deck to you, when you are old enough to understand how much these cards mean to me." Yumi looked into his eyes with confusion.
(Kurokage's Cabin, present day)
Yumi and her team opened the door to the cabin, and turned on the lights, looking at their master's old home, where they would be staying for the summer to train away from prying eyes. Shiki giggled as she practically ran to one of the bedrooms, Yozakura sighing as she went after her, Minori in tow. Murakumo looked at Yumi and asked in her deep voice, "Is there a particular reason you chose Master Kurokage's cabin for summer break?" Yumi nodded. "I did have a reason, something I left behind when we first went to Gessen at his request."
Yozakura soon returned. "You had a reason for coming back aside from it being Master Kurokage's home?" Yumi nodded, and walked to the fireplace, moving a stone to reveal a small brown case in a hidden slot. The masked Shinobi gasped in her deep voice. Yozakura asked, "What is it?" Yumi opened the case, revealing the Duel Monsters deck. Both of her fellow elites looked at it in shock. Yumi explained. "Grandfather was a Duelist in his spare time, before I met him. He stopped playing the game so he would have time to train me."
They faced her with interest. Yumi continued. "Grandfather told me the deck would be mine once I understood what his cards meant to him." Looking at the deck, she said, "I believe I understand now. Some say that Duel Monsters is just a means to an end. Grandfather did not agree, and neither do I. Dueling opens a world of possibilities." Facing them again, she added, "One would have to be a fool to ignore that." She picked up the deck, and said, "I will take up Grandfather's mantle as a Duelist, so that I can honor him in more than one way aside from the Path of the Shinobi."
They both felt inspired from her words, and Yozakura said, "I'll learn the game, too. We can use our combined strength to accomplish anything if we work together." Yumi nodded in agreement. "You encourage me, Yozakura." Minori ran in, jumping for joy. "I wanna learn, too!" Yumi chuckled at her. "Yes, Minori, you may learn as well. As may Shiki and Murakumo if they are willing." Looking at the cards again, she said, "This will be a path we walk together. We will not fail."
A/N
If anyone does read this story, please leave me reviews so I know what your opinions are. I am asking that people request Number Cards for Shinobi with the following exceptions: Yumi, Renka, Hanabi, Kafuru, Homura, Haruka, Ryobi, and Ryona. I have Numbers planned for them. I won't spoil which ones they are, but if the Number you request is taken, I'll message you if I can to tell you it's already taken.
