Note: Sorry if I haven't updated this story in a while, I've just been busy with my other stories. However, I'm back to working on this. Before we move on, I'd like to say something to three reviewers.

Now that I've done that, it's time for chapter four.
Chapter 4: A Krazoa Spirit
Fox, Krystal and Tricky walked up to WarpStone, climbing onto the sentient boulder's hands. Once he saw them, the entity greeted the three smaller figures.
"Where to, lads and lass?" WarpStone asked.
"Send us to where the next SpellStone is, WarpStone!" Krystal spoke.
"Sure thing, lass!" The magical rock spoke. "However, I can't guarantee that ye will end up in the same location as the SpellStone you're after! Chances are, ye will end up in Volcano Force Point Temple!"
"Volcano Force Point Temple?" Fox asked.
"I haven't been to it either, so don't worry." Krystal said.
"C'mon guys, let's go!" Tricky excitedly said.
Fox looked at Krystal with hopeful eyes.
"Let's cross our fingers and hope that we get sent to the next SpellStone's location." Fox said.
"I have a feeling that we might end up in Volcano Force Point Temple." Krystal stated.
Fox looked up at WarpStone, his eyes meeting the sentient boulder's eyes.
"Are ye ready, lad?" WarpStone asked.
"Yes, we're ready!" Fox said.
All of a sudden, WarpStone's palms glowed. Once that happened, Fox, Krystal and Tricky found themselves being transported to their next destination. While Fox hoped that the next destination would be where the SpellStone was, his mind was telling him that they would most likely be heading to Volcano Force Point Temple. With Krystal being a telepath, Fox found himself believing her. It would've been a matter of time before they reached their next destination.
After a minute, Fox, Krystal and Tricky found themselves in Volcano Force Point Temple. The area was huge, to the point where one could get lost if they went through it without knowing what path lead to where.
"Alright, let's get the SpellStone back to its place!" Tricky said.
"Hold on, little guy, I need to call my team." Fox said as he got out his communicator.
"Mind if I talk to them as well?" Krystal said.
"Just don't say anything inappropriate." The orange tod told her.
"I won't, I promise." The cobalt vixen smiled at him.
Turning on his communicator, Fox dialed the number to the Great Fox, where he was greeted by ROB.
"Incoming call from Fox McCloud!" ROB stated.
"Hold on, we're coming!" Peppy's voice rang out.
Peppy and Slippy walked near ROB, looking at Fox through the communicator.
"What's the word, Fox?" Slippy asked.
"Krystal, Tricky and I found one of the SpellStones," Fox stated, "and now we're at some place called Volcano Force Point Temple."
"Volcano Force Point Temple?" Slippy asked.
"Do either of you have information on the Temple?" The orange tod asked.
"It's one of the two Force Point Temples that the Krazoa, the creatures behind Sauria's existence in the first place, created in order to contain the dark energy that was forcing the planet apart." Peppy said. "Once the SpellStones were added, Sauria was held together. However, now that they've been removed, the planet is coming apart again!"
"I noticed." The vulpine stated.
"Be careful in there!" Slippy warned. "Also, use your map! I hear that Volcano Force Point Temple is a huge place, so you wouldn't want to get lost!"
"We'll figure out where the SpellStone goes, don't worry!" He said.
Before he could hang up, Fox gestured for Krystal to come over to him. The cobalt vixen obeyed, looking into the communicator. Much to Peppy's and Slippy's surprise, the girl who Fox had mentioned earlier had cobalt blue fur. In addition to that, she was wearing clothes that were, no doubt, given to her by one of the tribes in Sauria.
"This is Krystal," Fox introduced the vixen to his teammates, "she's the girl I've been talking about. She asked if she could talk to you guys."
"Nice to meet the both of you!" Krystal greeted.
"Hello, Krystal, my name is Peppy Hare." Peppy introduced himself.
"And I'm Slippy Toad." Slippy stated. "The feeling's mutual when you say that it's nice to meet us. We might hang out when Fox gets finished with the mission."
"You can come down to Sauria, I won't bite!" Krystal said.
"We don't doubt that you wouldn't bite us," Peppy stated, "but we can't be with you guys all throughout the mission! Don't worry, we'll help out!"
"Thanks," the cobalt vixen said, "talk to you later!"
Krystal walked away from Fox, proceeding to talk with Tricky. Now that he had some freedom, Fox went back to speaking with his team.
"Bye guys!" He said.
"Bye!" Peppy responded.
"Good luck, Fox, Krystal and Tricky!" Slippy shouted.
Hanging up his communicator, Fox put it in his pocket and approached Krystal and Tricky. The two were having a little conversation, stopping when Fox came near.
"What are you talking about?" Fox asked.
"We were just talking about how nice your teammates are." Krystal said.
"Yeah, I want to meet them in person!" Tricky stated.
"You will," Fox said, "but we have to do this first, little guy. Krystal, can you sense for where the SpellStone needs to go?"
"It's a little faint, but yes." Krystal said. "However, there are a lot of SharpClaws in here."
"We'll beat them, I promise!" The orange tod said.
Krystal and Tricky followed Fox away from the warp pad, entering a room with separate passages. In addition to that, there were a few SharpClaw soldiers standing, with their weapons ready for combat. They noticed Fox, Krystal and Tricky, rushing towards the three with their weapons.
"Let's kick their asses!" Tricky said as he rushed towards a SharpClaw.
"Tricky, you're going to get yourself killed!" Krystal scolded, proceeding to fight with one of the SharpClaws.
"Hey, wait up!" Fox shouted as fired his blaster at the SharpClaw that was fighting him, hitting the Saurian in the head.
Krystal was in a stalemate with the SharpClaw she was fighting. While she could keep up with him, the cobalt vixen noticed that her opponent was paying more attention to which attack she was going to use. Not wanting the SharpClaw to gain the upper hand, the Cerinian aimed her staff and fired. After that, her opponent was frozen in a block of ice. Firing her staff again, Krystal then destroyed the ice, shattering the frozen Saurian into pieces. The pieces fell into the lava, destroying them for good.
"Your staff can do that?!" Fox asked.
"It can do a lot of things!" Krystal said. "Now, come on, Tricky needs our help!"
Tricky was trying his best to avoid each attack from the SharpClaw he was fighting with. However, the larger Saurian wasn't going to let him go without killing him. Despite that, the young EarthWalker had a brave look on his face, even though he was backing away from his opponent. Krystal ran towards the SharpClaw, intent on firing her staff at him
"Wait!" Tricky shouted. "This is part of my plan!"
"Part of his plan?" Fox asked.
All of a sudden, Tricky moved out of the SharpClaw's way. Before the blade-wielding Saurian could react, the young EarthWalker rushed towards him, knocking him into the lava. The SharpClaw sank into the lava, which would killed him quicker if he struggled. After that, Tricky walked towards Fox and Krystal.
"Tricky, what were you thinking?!" Krystal scolded. "You could have gotten yourself killed! And, also, watch your language, little man!"
"I thought that I would die, too!" Tricky stated. "But, then I got an excellent idea: I'd trick the SharpClaw into threatening me so that I could knock him into the lava!"
"Kid's more clever than I thought!" Fox said. "Honestly, Krys, you shouldn't worry too much!"
"You're right, I should take it easy." The cobalt vixen sighed. "I did sense that Tricky was planning something, after all."
"We can take it easy later, after we complete the mission." The orange tod told her. "Now, let's go put the SpellStone we've got with us back to where it belongs in this Temple!"
"I'll sense for the location, don't worry!" The Cerinian said as the three started to continue on their way through Volcano Force Point Temple.
After fighting through various SharpClaws in the area, Fox, Krystal and Tricky arrived at the SpellStone pedestal in Volcano Force Point Temple. Upon being inserted into the pedestal, the SpellStone began to glow as it functioned.
"Now that we've done that, let's go get the other SpellStone!" Fox said.
"Yeah!" Tricky excitedly said.
Krystal only chuckled at Fox and Tricky's chipper attitudes, letting them out before her. However, the cobalt vixen then sensed something with her telepathy. That something was coming towards Fox, who let out a startled scream. Alarmed, Krystal went over to Fox and Tricky, where she saw a Krazoa Spirit floating near Fox.
"Krystal, what is this thing?!" Fox asked, having fear in his voice.
"It's a Krazoa Spirit!" Krystal told him. "Don't worry, it won't hurt you!"
"But what's one of them doing in the Volcano Force Point Temple?" Tricky asked.
"It doesn't matter," the cobalt vixen stated, "we need to get it back to Krazoa Palace!"
"How are we going to do that?" Fox asked.
The Krazoa Spirit then phased into Fox, the force nearly knocking him down. Krystal went over to the tod, keeping him from collapsing. Tricky looked at the two vulpines, eyeing Fox in utter concern.
"Are you okay?" The young EarthWalker asked.
"I got my answer." Fox moaned as he stood up. "C'mon, let's get back to the warp pad."
Fox, Krystal and Tricky made their way to the warp pad, with Fox having Krazoa energy flowing inside of him. Once they reached the warp pad, the three stepped onto it, deciding to head to Krazoa Palace with it. Upon arriving at it, Krystal decided to take Fox to a shrine where the Krazoa Spirit would go. As for Tricky, he was told to head back to ThornTail Hollow, but Fox and Krystal promised to meet up with him again. After their farewell with Tricky for the time being, Fox and Krystal went through Krazoa Palace, coming across the place for the Spirit inside of Fox. Without hesitation, the tod stood forward, letting the Krazoa Spirit fly out of him. The Spirit then faced Fox, looking him in the eyes.
"Thank you, brave young man, for putting me back in my place!" The Krazoa Spirit spoke. "Once you get the remaining SpellStones in their respective, rightful places and my fellow Krazoa back together, we will restore Sauria back to its complete shape!"
"We'll do that, don't worry!" Krystal said.
"Your heroics will be rewarded once you do so, my friends!" The Spirit said before disappearing. "Farewell!"
Once the Krazoa Spirit was in its rightful place, Fox looked at Krystal.
"The Krazoa have been separated?" He spoke. "I guess that's another thing to keep in mind."
"I was going to tell you when we were getting the first SpellStone, but I didn't, I'm sorry, Fox." Krystal said.
"You're fine," the orange tod said, "just be more vocal. You can't always communicate with your telepathy."
"I know," the cobalt vixen stated, "let's just keep moving."
Fox and Krystal walked away from the shrine, exiting Krazoa Palace. Before they could get on the warp pad, they heard someone screaming to them.
"Krystal!"
Out from the sky came Kyte, who had a look of absolute distress on her face. The CloudRunner Princess landed near Fox and Krystal.
"Kyte, what's wrong?!" Krystal asked.
"CloudRunner Fortress is under attack from SharpClaw forces, I need your help!" Kyte stated.
"CloudRunner Fortress?" Fox spoke. "Don't worry, we'll help you!"
"Krystal, who is this?" The CloudRunner Princess gestured to Fox.
"Kyte, this is Fox McCloud!" Krystal said, gesturing to the orange tod. "He's here on a mission to save Sauria, like how I am!"
"Good," the flying Saurian said, "we need all the help we can get! Now, climb onto me, I'll take you to CloudRunner Fortress!"
Fox and Krystal did so, getting onto Kyte's back. Once they were on her, the CloudRunner Princess flew into the air, intent on getting her allies to where the SharpClaws were attacking: CloudRunner Fortress.
Note: So far, one of the SpellStones and two of the Krazoa Spirits are back where they belong. Despite that, Fox and Krystal have a LONG journey ahead of them, like how Krystal had in Dinosaur Planet (before it was altered into Star Fox Adventures) and like how Fox did in Star Fox Adventures. We can only hope for the best and root for our heroes, as they need to save Sauria from destruction. Until next time guys, this is Newcomer24, signing off. Peace!
