A wide goofy grin speared over Ranma's face after hearing Nabiki's full fletched explanation of what the sweet story actually was…! At first he kind of felt embarrassed because of his lack of understanding about what this protection meant.. He thought that they were talking about some kind of martial artist weapon or something like that.. But after a lot of scratching of his own head, when he finally understood the real meaning of it, his face blasted with hot embarrassment!! He could see how Akane was reacting to this. She became completely speechless, her body completely gone rigid and he could feel her angry aura mixed with her fierce mortification.. Her whole body was shaking with the tight emotions she was feeling as she vigorously balled her hands by her side.

"So..That's what transpired there.. And now we are here, looking for you guys for hours!!"

"What do you mean by that, Nabiki? Do you mean to say that they still haven't done it yet?! You mean to say, it's not true at all!!!" Akio asked in disbelief, looking slightly disappointed..

Nabiki smirked at him and said,

"Don't look too disappointed, dear.." Nabiki turned to look at Akane's messy state and said while smirking, "The way things are looking, I am sure it won't take long now!"

"Oww!!! Would you guys just SHUT UP!! How DARE you!! How could you made up such a lie about us!! It's a lie, lie, LIE , LIE!!!" Akane snapped at them angrily...

"Calm down, baby sister! Why are you reacting like this! Learn something from Ranma! Look, how sportingly he is taking this situation!! Right, Ranma?!" Nabiki said with a silly tone as she eyed Ranma with a smirk on her face.

Akane swiftly turned to look at Ranma and was surprised to find him struggling hard to not to grin as he failed to look serious about this situation. She growled loudly and asked him angrily,

"HEY!! Why are you beaming like a baka!?"

Ranma's every attempt to look serious went downhill as he wildly grinned at her face. Now how could he explain to his tomboy how supercilious he is feeling about this whole situation! Yes, indeed, they haven't done any severe things like this yet! But boy, does he wish for this to happen or what! And to think that, that psychotic Taichi now thinks that he and Akane are closer than anyone could ever imagine, it's making him want to celebrate in joy. It's true that they haven't done anything serious yet, but as Nabiki said, who could tell, the way their relationship is moving, it might happen anytime now!! And he is more than ready to explore this new journey with his tomboy.. Now all he desires is to make her his fully! Not only mentally, but physically as well! He doesn't know if she is still ready for this or not, like he is willing to risk it all!! But he just hopes, hopes that they would soon come to that point where he could fearlessly declare to this world that Akane is his, only his…!!! Now, if he answers her honestly, about what he is actually thinking at that moment and the real reason for his smiling face, he knows very well how badly she is going to react.. So he kept trying to suppress his smiling face, which was getting wider as he kept looking at her.. Then he said to her in a tightly controlled serious tone,

"What are you saying, tomboy!!?? Ya must be imagining stuffs!! I am not smiling at all!!"

"Aww!! OH HONESTLY RANMA, You are such a PERVERT!!"

Nabiki giggled at their childish bickering and said in a sly tone,

"People, people, calm down now! I still haven't told you why we were looking for you in the first place!"

At that, Ranma and Akane both turned to look at Nabiki and Ranma asked her,

"There is more?"

"More and important.." Nabiki said smirking.

"And that is?" Akane asked while crossing her arms in front of her chest.

"You are still moody, baby sister! Anyways, back to business, the good news is, after we made up this sweet love story of yours, Taiche immediately left with her granny.. But the bad news is, our aunt Suki couldn't take this news positively and she fainted.."

"WHAT! And you are telling me this now!! You should have told me about this first thing!!" Akane said in a panicked tone.

"Calm down now!! Other than fainting for two times, she is completely fine!"

"Nabiki, you guys know how sensitive she is, how could you guys do this to her!" Akane said with tears in her eyes.

"What is done is done sis, let's come to the main issue.. Kasumi and we had already told them that we don't know when you guys will return.. But as I told you about aunt Su's condition, you guys need to go back there.. There is no other choice left.."

"We were going to get back there anyways!" Ranma said with a foul mood.

"I know that.. And that's why we came here to tell you guys that you can not enter the hotel the normal way!! Ranma, take Akane back to her room by the way you took her out from there.. Can you do that?"

"Of course, I can!" Ranma said, smiling proudly.

"That's good! And maybe, you have to stay with us until the wedding starts! We don't want them to find out about your arrival at the hotel! They are way too nosy, they would eventually catch you guys if you try to live separately. Is it okay with you?"

"Why not! But what about aunt Suki! Is she okay with this?" Ranma asked as his heart started to beat hard in nervousness.

"She has no other choice left, Ranma!! Now, all she wants is to see her baby safe and secure, that's all! So now.. Shall we go back? Or you want more explanations?!"

"No! That's enough ! Let's go…"

Akane said in a hurry and started walking as fast as she could. She felt Ranma's presence beside her as she turned to look at him. He gave her a warm smile and offered his hand to her. But she dismissed it completely and averted her eyes from him. She was doing everything to ignore his presence, because she was still feeling awkward about the whole story they had made up for them. Thinking about that, she blushed furiously as she thought to herself,

'Oh honestly! Why am I reacting like a kid?! Why can't I meet his eyes! Why can't I hold his hand!? What's happening to me?! I mean, I know they made up this story because they wanted Taichi to leave us alone.. And it worked too! Didn't it? But still.. Why I can't stop my heart from beating hard after that! I mean I know, me and Ranma would eventually come to terms where maybe…maybe we would…we... Uhhhh… I DON'T EVEN WANNA THINK ABOUT IT!! Aww it's so embarrassing!! Me..with Ranma..'

She slowly picked at him and saw his upset-looking face, as if something had really hurt him. She sighs sadly as she slowed her pace and thought to herself,

'I am such an idiot..!! How could I act this selfish! He is trying his best to go with the flow and take it easy with me.. But what am I doing?! Pushing him away'!? I know very well that we both are not comfortable with this type of situation and we are trying our best to be comfortable around each other.. Now, it's looking as if he is the only one who is giving his best to come out from his comfort zone to make me comfortable! But I can't expect him to do everything, right? It takes two hands to clap.. It's like, in this relationship, he is the one who is making an effort and all I am doing is acting like a baby and pushing him away..! I am feeling so awful now.. I think I have to do something to make him believe that I am with him at every step and I won't push him away again.. I am such a dummy!'

"Stop here!"

Akane's train of thoughts got distracted by Nabiki's sudden declaration. They stopped walking and looked at each other and then asked her,

"Why? What happened?"

Hearing Akane's question, Nabiki smiled at her and said,

"From here, I will continue going to the hotel with Akio, and you guys, I think you should now head to the back area! Isn't it where you took her from, Ranma?"

"Oh yeah! I forgot!" Ranma sighs defeated, as he nodded sadly.

"Anyways guys, see you guys soon then?!" Akio said smiling as he nodded at them and started walking with Nabiki, back to the hotel entrance..

Back to themselves again, but both were feeling way too awakened that they couldn't even say anything to each other. He silently started walking beside her and saw her looking down with a depressed aura surrounding her. He begins to feel restless and helpless. He wanted to say lots of things to her, but after she refused to hold his hand and the way she ignored him all the way, after seeing her this side, all types of negative thoughts began to roam over his head,

'Am I pushing her too far?! Is she scared of me now!? Is she not happy that we are getting closer to each other?! Does this bothers her so much to think of us together, doing those things! Doesn't she want me?! Doesn't she want to kiss me? Did I force her!? But.. but she willingly responded to it, right? Why is she trying to avoid me? Does she regret everything that's happened between us! Why does..'

"Ranma! I think this is the place, right?"

Ranma stopped and looked at their surroundings. She was right.. This is the exact place from where they can go back to her room. But he became so distracted with his thoughts that he again forgot to stop at the right place. He looked down and sighs sadly, the he said,

"Umm yeah!! Sorry I was distracted.. let's go th.."

Before he could finish his talking, suddenly Akane tightly hugged him from behind.. She buried her face on his back and started crying while sniffing..

"Kane!! Hey, what's the matter?" He tried to turn on her arms , but she didn't let him.

"I am sorry, Ranma! I am such a dummy!! I am feeling so awful now!!"

"But why! I am sorry if I made ya feel any less!"

"No.. No! You are so gentle with me! But look at me, I am behaving like an insensitive Baka!"

"Stop saying that, Baka!" He forcefully turned on her hug and puts his hands over her wet cheeks. Then lifting her head up , he warmly smiled at her and began to wipe her tears with his fingers,

"Don't cry! It doesn't suit you!"

"But Ranma.. I didn't hold your hand! I was so embarrassed ! I didn't know what to do!! I was.."

"It's 'Kay!! I can understand!!"

Akane sniffed and pouted up at him and said,

"Stop being so understandable! It doesn't suit you!"

"Oh yeah!! I am always like that, tomboy! Ya are the one who jumps into conclusions quickly!"

He said while smiling as he pulled her towards him as he envelope her in a tight hug. He gave a sigh of relief and his fear slowly began to leave him. Suddenly, all his insecurities left him as he kept hugging her closer to his heart.

Akane could feel how hard his heart was beating. She must have scared him so much with her sudden mood change. She could have never imagine how sensitive her intensive fiancé actually is! She smiled fondly as she moaned and laid her head over his heart and hugged him tightly.

"Akane?!"

"Umhmm!!"

"I uhh.. What I wanna say is.. We... Uhh

.. we can't do these kinda things for two more days , right?!"

Akane opened her eyes as realization suddenly strikes her. They were now going back to her room, but despite the fact that Ranma would have to stay with her , the room would be too crowded for them to do anything like this. Suddenly, her happy mood became foul as she instantly started to miss these magical moments between them.. She slowly looked up at him and saw how intensely he was looking back at her..

"Ranma.."

And without any word, they meet each other with a departing kiss.. It was so warm and so perfect, it brought tears to her eyes. But she doesn't want to feel depressed about it! She wants to enjoy every bit of it and she doesn't want to feel valuable at all! She growled in between their kiss and forcefully ended the kiss.

Ranma was shocked when she did that and became scared that he might have pushed her again. But before he could ask her anything, she again surprised him as she pulled his face towards her hard and began to kiss him with force. Ranma was more than happy to comply with her wish, who is he to push down such an amazing offer.. After a long moment of battling with their pent-up emotions, they broke their kiss and took support from each other to calm their uneasy puffs. Akane kept panting hard as she laid her head over his chest, a complete satisfied smile on her face. Then she heard as Ranma asked her in a breathless tone,

"Wow!! I mean I ain't complaining but, what about being gentle and stuff!?"

Akane smirked at that and looked up at him while innocently batting her eyelashes at him,

"What are you saying, Ranma? Who wants to be gentle anyways!? Are you imagining stuffs, huh!"

Ranma smirked down at her and said in a husky tone,

"Ya are such a pervert!! I will get you for that, tomboy!"

He growled and began to attack her with his harsh kisses, which she obliged with her own passion. After some moment, things started to hit up for them and they completely lost themselves in each other's arms . Their constant panting and moaning was working like music in their ears. Ranma started to feel a little bold as he began to explore her body with his shaky hands. Akane was stiff at first, but eventually she calmed down and started to melt in his every touch. Things started to get out of hand, they both could understand that, as they continue to explore each other more intimately.. They both knew they should stop now, but it was as if some force was stopping them to end this passion-filled battle. Then suddenly, she felt something unexpected and her eyes went wide with realization.

Old reflections kicked in as she suddenly pushed him hard to make him leave her. Panting hard, she landed over a tree as she closed her eyes while putting her hand over her beating heart.

Ranma immediately understood why she did that.. He cursed himself while panting hard. He sat over the ground as he landed his back over the same tree. They both were desperately catching their breaths as Ranma said in a harsh whisper tone,

"I.. I am sorry Kane.. Damn it!"

Akane gulped as she calmed down a bit.. She looked down by her side as a small smile formed over her blushing face. She slowly sat behind him and circled her arms around his neck.. Then she slowly whispers to him,

"Maybe.. It was meant to happen, right?"

Ranma only nodded his head and laid his hand over her hand..

"I am sorry, Ranma! I didn't mean to push you like this.. It's just.. This is so new for me.. Please give me some time to become familiar with it.."

Ranma nodded again and said in a low husky tone,

"Yeah I know.. I am sorry! I didn't have any control over it.. Just give me some time.."

Akane slowly brushed her lip over his sweaty red cheek and sat comfortablelly beside him. She sighed and puts her her over his back as she looked up at the hotel building..

"Ranma, are you sure you can take me up there now?"

Ranma gave a big sigh as well and looked up at the building with a doubtful expression.

"I.. I am not sure.. Perhaps, when my legs stops wriggling like jelly, then maybe I can take a risk!"

She giggles hearing that as Ranma turned to sit beside her. She laid her head over his shoulder as they both interlocked their hands with each other. They both began to try their best to calm their wildly rising hormones as they closed their eyes and slowly began to relax in each other's arms.

"You sure they are coming, Nabiki?" Suki asked worriedly as her eyes stayed glued on Akane's window.

"They may come anytime now?!" Nabiki said, not believing her own words as she also looked at the window side.

"Are you asking us or telling us?" Kasumi asked her, sitting over Akane's bedside..

Nabiki growled in frustration.. She had come back to this place half an hour ago and still they couldn't find any trace of the couple. Suki sighs and lands over the bed railing , ready to be sick again. How could she blame her! For last thirty minutes, she has been telling her they are coming any minute!! But it's been more than thirty minutes now.. Now she is also beginning to feel scared. What if her honest explanation made them leave this place once and for all..! What if they decided not to come back at all..! She began to feel dumb for letting them leave like this.! She stood up in a hurry and declared hotly,

"I am going out to search for them again.."

"Call Akio then.. He can go with you.." Kasumi said standing up from her sitting position.

"Nah! He only makes things complicated for me!! I will go then.."

"Where are you going at this late hour, Nabbs?"

Suddenly hearing Ranma's carefree tone , everyone quickly turned to look at him. He just entered by the window while carrying Akane with him. He smirked at their surprised faces as he slowly puts Akane down on a standing position..

Nabiki loses her cool and said bitterly,

"Look who's talking!? Why the hell did it take you guys this long!"

"Umm Ranma got confused about the windows!" Akane tried to make a point.

"Oh really!! This is the lamest excuse anyone could ever.."

Nabiki couldn't finish her bickering as suddenly she saw Suki running towards Akane and giving her a bone-crushing hug..

"Mom!"

"Oh I am so glad!!" Suki looked up at Akane and looked at her face closely, then hugged her against she said with a happy sob , "Oh Kami, I am so glad!!"

"Mom please don't cry!! I am so sorry!" Akane said in a low tone as she tried to calm her down.

Suki slowly broke the hug and laid her both hands over Alane's cheek. Then she said in a shivering tone,

"Please don't scare me like this again.."

"Why were ya scared, aunt Suki!?" Ranma said as he looked at her with a confused expression, "I told you right, that I will always bring her back home!?"

Suki looked at him with tears in her eyes, she gives him a warm smile and slowly nodded her head.

"Oh! I just remembered something!"

Akane declared suddenly as she left Suki's side and went straight to her wardrobe. She began to search for something and when she got it on her hand, she gave a satisfied smile and took it to give it to her mom.

Suki became surprise when Akane suddenly came back to her with a happy face and handed her a box. She immediately recognized the box as she asked her,

"Akane? Why are you giving your Mother's jewellery to me?."

Akane smiled as she said,

"I don't want them.."

"What!! But why!! Please don't say that honey, this is the only position your mother had left for you.."

Akane shook her head and said,

"No.. You are wrong, mom!! This is not the only position that our Mother had left for us.. In fact, this is nothing but a piece of jewellery to me, compared to what she left behind for us.."

"I don't understand what you are saying..?!"

Akane smiled and said with tears in her eyes,

"It's you, my mom!! My Mother has left behind such a valuable position for us as you, we don't need anything more from her.. And… And after what I heard from Ranma, the way that woman behaved with you and tried to blackmail you because of this jewellery, at that exact moment this thing lost all its valuablity to me.. I don't need it anymore, mom.. Now please don't ask me how Ranma discovered it. It's a long story, I will tell you later.. Mom, All I want is my mom's carefree nature back to action and your freedom , that's all.. Because we will always look up to you.. And we will never let anyone take advantage of your situation.. Please give it back to them.. I don't need them.."

Kasumi came beside Akane's side and gave her a hug from the sideways..

"I am so proud of you for saying that, imouto. You are right! We don't need it! And we will give it back to her! But Suki, why haven't you said anything about this to me!?"

"When did she ever share anything with us!? It became her nature to take all the hard blows by herself.."

Nabiki said while coming towards them.. Suki became so emotional after hearing her daughters statements.. It was like all her long struggles and sacrifice has suddenly paid off. She sobbed and pulled all her childs for a group family hug. They all hugged each other happily as they cried happy tears in each other's arms. Suki's tear filled eyes suddenly met Ranma's clear blue eyes as he kept looking at them with a warm expression over his face. Her heart instantly melted by his innocent look. She smiled at him and offered him to join their hug.

Ranma became too surprised to respond, because this is the last thing he was expecting from her. Then he became more stunned when he felt her forcefully pulling him towards them and making him join in the family hug.

Akane felt stunned when she felt a new presence by her side, then when she saw how her mom was hugging Ranma back, it made her so happy, all she wanted to do at that momentum is to jump with happiness. She saw with a smiling face as Ranma kept looking at her with the same astonishment as she was feeling at that moment.

"Welcome to my family ,Ranma! Welcome my son!"

Suki's words brought tears to Akane's wide eyes. She saw that Ranma was rapidly blinking his eyes as he tightened his hold over her back.. They both smiled at each other and bumped their heads together while they shared this precious moment together….
