Somewhere on an orange farm in rural Australia, four years after the death of the 99th Emperor of Britannia, the Demon Emperor Lelouch vi Britannia...

"I want to see her... I want to see her so bad," Lelouch stares at the floor, his hands clasped in front of him as sadness fills his eyes.

Recently, the newly christened immortal received word from his wife, C.C, that his little sister, Empress Nunnally vi Britannia, will be paying his current country of residence, Australia, a visit. The problem is that there is going to be a massive parade in her honor, and even though she declined the parade, the people insisted on it as a welcome party, so she accepted, not wanting them to be sad.

For Lelouch, this would make visiting his sister impossible, something he knows he can't do in the first place due to the risks involved, and yet, his heart yearns for her...

C.C, who is gracefully stuffing her mouth with cheese pizza, looks at him with sorrow but says nothing. Instead, all she can do is reach over and hold his hand for comfort as he squeezes hers in return.

Suddenly...

KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!

A loud banging at the front door alerts them to someone's presence.

The couple exchange looks, sitting still for several seconds, expecting either Jeremiah, Sayoko, or even Anya to shout out that it's one of them. How strange considering those three have keys to the house.

Silence...

KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!

"Stay here," C.C wipes her hands clean of the pizza's grease before pulling out a pistol as she warily makes her way towards the entrance. The house they live in is a single-story home, so there's no need to traverse a second floor.

Approaching the door, she says, "Who is it?"

A soft female voice, not as soft as Nunnally's, but soft nonetheless, announces its presence. "Are you the Immortal Witch by the name of C.C?"

C.C freezes. "H-How do you-"

"Please. I can tell you're scared. I promise that I mean you no harm."

"... How do I know I can trust you?"

"You're a code bearer, right? I know a lot about that and Geass, plus, I am aware that your husband, the supposed-to-be-dead Lelouch vi Britannia, is with you. If I were to rat you out, I'd have done so long ago because I have known about this for a while. Actually, I know a lot more about both of you, especially your struggles during the war."

The greenette sighs and opens the door.

The seemingly young, attractive woman she's staring at has blood-red eyes, silver hair that extends just beyond the nape of her neck, and is wearing a small white dress that does little to conceal her pale white skin, nor contrast with her clothing.

She smiles brightly at C.C, so brightly that the immortal thinks she may melt under such a gaze, almost as if this woman were quite literally an angel.

"What's your name?"

"Hm... I won't tell you my name yet."

"Then how do you know all this?"

The stranger simply turns around and lifts her hair where C.C can see a familiar symbol. It's the Geass sigil, one that would normally signify that she is a code bearer, however, for some reason, it is upside down, and instead of its usual red tint, this one is colored blue.

"... I see."

"Anyway, like I was saying, I won't tell you my name yet because I'd prefer to do all that at a later date once we have assembled everyone for the task I wish to give you since I hate explaining things more than once."

"Task?"

"Indeed!"

She hands C.C three different movie jackets. They're titled as follows: R1, Akito The Exiled, and R2.

"What is this?"

"This is the truth," She says as Lelouch approaches the door with his disguise on. "All the events of Lelouch's life have been recorded on these."

"Y-You know who I am?!" Lelouch exclaims.

C.C sighs. "No need to be alarmed, my demon. She means no harm."

The woman nods. "It's good to see you're doing okay, L.L." Lelouch tenses up. "I need to go. Just make sure to set up a date one month from now so that you may watch the content of those discs with everyone involved. Oh, and here's a list of 28 people you need to watch it with, otherwise you won't be able to see it if everyone isn't there."

She turns around and begins walking away.

"How do I gather so many people?"

"I'm sure you'll figure it out. Bye bye~!"

With that being said, the stranger leaves.

"What was all that about?!" Lelouch almost shouts, freaking out about his identity being discovered.

C.C shuts the doors. "Oh, relax."

"My lord!" Jeremiah enters with Sayoko and Anya behind him. "I thought I saw an intruder! She disappeared right in front of us, as if-"

"Jerry," C.C's soft voice breaks the cyborg-like man out of his doting father mode.

"Ah? Yes, Lady C.C?"

She hands the movie jackets to him. "Please take these to Nunnally as well as that list of people. Have her set up a date one month from now so we can all watch it together."

"Yes, my lady! May I ask what is inside these?"

"It contains the truth of Lelouch's life."

Jeremiah stiffens before he sighs. "I see."

"We can't show them that!" Lelouch begins freaking out.

"My lord?"

C.C pinches Lelouch's ear, making him wince in pain as she seductively whispers, "Let him do it, and at the end of all this, I'll reward you for being a good boy."

"Damn you, woman!" He howls in pain. "Fine! Do as you wish!"

She smirks. "Yay."

"Yay~" Anya deadpans.

Sayoko claps happily, despite knowing the dangers that may come.

Jeremiah looks anxious and confused. Regardless, he obeys and directly delivers C.C's message to Nunnally by the end of the day, who immediately begins working on invitations once she heard what this was all about.

.

.

One month later, somewhere in a New Pendragon theater...

"Hello, everybody. Thank you so much for coming. I see that we have some new faces, so to make everyone feel welcome, let's all introduce ourselves. I'll start. I'm Nunnally vi Britannia, the 100th leader of the Holy Britannian Empire. Nice to meet you all!"

One by one, they all introduced themselves as familiar faces warmed up to one another or glared with hostility.

Weird looks were sent C.C's way, mainly due to the suspicious man wearing his disguise next to her, a sombrero and a white mask covering his mouth and nose, his head ducked as his hat conceals his eyes from view.

Two of them didn't mind, a young man and woman dressed in the E.U's dress blue military uniform, listening closely as greetings were passed around.

Then, the newer ones made themselves known starting with those two.

The first one is the girl in the E.U dress blues, a beautiful one at that.

"Hello. I am General Leila Malcal, former Britannian noble, former Commander of the E.U's W-0 Unit, more commonly known as the Wyvern Unit, and the current Grand Duke of the E.U. Nice to meet you all." She gestures to the boy next to her. "This here is my fiancé."

A handsome boy with shoulder-length dark blue hair takes his cue to talk. "I'm Major Akito Hyuga of the E.U, bodyguard of Grand Duke Malcal as well as her succeeding Commander of the W-0 Unit. Nice to meet you."

"If you don't mind me asking, what is the W-0 Unit?" Gino voices his curiosity.

Akito nods. "It is a group of elite knightmare pilots exclusively made up of Japanese soldiers in the E.U, including myself. Unfortunately, before Leila became the head of the E.U, many of us weren't treated as equals. My fiancé is the only officer to have treated us kindly. However, despite her best efforts, when she wasn't the Grand Duke of the E.U and was just our Commander, we were treated as expendable."

The kind military couple is received warmly by the Black Knights and even the three Britannian royals present along with their guards.

Behind his Zero mask, Suzaku can't help but feel nostalgic and a tad bit of jealousy of the couple while being mostly happy for them since they remind him of himself and Euphie.

Kallen stares at Leila. "You said you're a former noble, and yet your title is that of the Grand Duke?"

Leila winces but nods, hoping this wouldn't be a sore topic amongst the Black Knights. "Correct, Miss Kouzuki... I'd rather not talk about it yet, but I'm currently in the slow process of changing the E.U into a republic so that my title changes to that of a President."

Tamaki groans. "Not to be rude or anything, but the two of you look way too young to be such high ranking officers, much less leaders of your people!" He points at Leila and Akito. "What's with that, huh?"

"Now, now, everyone." The stranger claps her hands to gather everyone's attention. "I'm sure all will be answered in due time, as that is why we are here."

"What do you mean? And who are you?" Cornelia voices their curiosity.

"My name is A.A. I'm the one who had Empress Nunnally summon all of you." Her name draws a few raised eyebrows towards C.C, especially from Kallen.

"Oh? What for?" Schneizel smirks, having his suspicions that this all has something to do with his late half-brother. But what?

"Lelouch vi Britannia," A.A states without delay, making most of the audience tense up, especially the person in question. The only ones who are nonchalant are A.A, C.C, and Anya. "What was his life like? To some, he was Lelouch Lamperouge. To others, he was the Demon Emperor. To a few, he was just Lelouch. Many of you still wonder why he did the things he did, and for that, I have gathered you all here to provide you with the answers you seek; not verbally from me, but from three different sets of discs I have provided to C.C, who had Jeremiah pass them on to Her Highness Nunnally."

"Why can't you just answer our questions?!" Chiba frowns.

A.A smirks. "Where would be the fun in that?"

Xingke steps forward. "How do we know that what we'll be shown is the truth? According to former royal guards of the Pendragon Palace, it is rumored that the 98th Emperor of Britannia, Charles, had his own mystical ways that could alter a person's perception of reality in some way, and that method is now theorized to be Geass, despite any lack of proof, so how do we know you're not doing the same thing?"

"You won't. All I can ask of you all is that you must go into this with an open mind and a neutral stance if possible, as you watch the past unfold before you come to your own conclusive judgement."

"Have you forgotten what the Demon Emperor did during his rule?!" Cornelia shouts, still upset about Euphie and many other matters she wish she could settle with her brother face-to-face without his Geass, any army, or weapons if she had it her way.

"Innocent until proven guilty, Princess Cornelia."

The stranger's simple response infuriates the purplette, but Schneizel places a hand on her shoulder to placate her. "Calm down, sister. I think this will be a good opportunity to see our little brother's journey from his beginning as Zero to his conquest of the world. Besides, what General Xingke said earlier has me once again wanting to know what father was up to."

"I agree," Tohdoh shocks those who disagree, such as Chiba. "Personally, I'd love to see all the dirty secrets of such big figures come out of the dark."

For some reason, Ohgi squirms uncomfortably, which his wife Villetta notices and squeezes his hand tighter.

"Very well." A.A suddenly disappears right in front of their eyes. However, they can still hear her voice speak. "Before the show begins, the discs titled R1 and R2 are 25 episodes long each while the Akito The Exiled films are five 1 hour films, so you will be spending a week here to get through them all and discuss things amongst yourselves when you feel that you need a break."

Soon, they find themselves in their seats.

Cornelia reaches for the holster on her hip, only to find that her gun is no longer there, much to her shock. Everyone else who is normally armed experiences the same thing except for the five orange farm residents.

C.C sighs a breath of relief when Jeremiah looks over and nods. 'It seems that woman is being merciful to us, though I wonder why?'

"One last thing, though. Who are you?" Lloyd turns around and points at the figure in the sombrero, who is no longer wearing a sombrero, but instead is wearing a Mick Thomson mask from the band Slipknot, their black hair tied into a ponytail, making it impossible to discern their gender.

The person in question stays quiet.

C.C sighs and clears her throat. "This is L.L. He's mute. I found him shortly before the Second Battle of Tokyo Settlement at the remnants of the destroyed Geass order, orphaned, experimented on, and abandoned. However, he managed to survive on his own and went into hiding until I came in contact with him many months later."

She spoke a half-truth mixed with some lies. Technically, he is abandoned and orphaned...

... And abandoned again and again, especially by those he thought he could trust after already having his trust broken.

'It's no wonder why I married you,' She thought. 'We found love in our mutual pain.'

"Hmmm? So he has Geass, you say?" Lloyd's voice makes Cecile roll her eyes, knowing he wants to experiment on the mysterious power.

Everyone not well acquainted with the power looks at L.L in fear, but their fear gives way to relief at C.C's next words.

"Yes, but not every Geass is the same as Lelouch's like you people are afraid of. His is actually quite useless in that he can time travel a few hours to the past, but at the cost of severe physical damage to his body. As such, he lost his ability to speak."

They all nod, simply passing them off as a couple of weirdos that would be naturally stick together.

Most of the audience buys it, but a few of them feel a suspicious sense of déjà vu when looking at L.L, mainly Schneizel, Tohdoh, Xingke, Kallen, and Kaguya.

"How is time travel useless?! That is wicked cool!" Rivalz fanboys.

"Because he cannot change fate. For example, if someone close to him dies, he cannot save them because they die every time he tries to do so."

"Hang on, what the hell exactly is Geass?" Milly is confused.

Rivalz shrugs. "Who knows. Guess we'll find out."

"And what I don't understand is why we were brought here. It's not like we were important to Emperor Lelouch's plans or close to him, right?" Milly asks.

Kallen winces. "Actually, you were. You just don't remember because something happened to your memories. We're not sure what, though."

Chiba snorts. "Obviously, they were Geassed by that madman."

"We don't know that!" Kallen gets defensive.

Schneizel stands up. "Calm down, you two. We will see the truth anyway, so it is useless to argue about it right now."

'Hm?!' Jeremiah studies the Ashford heir and her friend closely. 'Could it be?!'

"What is it?" Anya whispers.

"I think those two students have had Geass used on them. However, it's too risky for me to use my Geass Canceler here."

He doesn't want to reverse the Geass order his Master Lelouch placed on Suzaku Kururugi, the current Zero, who is also in the room.

Sayoko nods. "I remember them very well. They were good friends with Master Lelouch at school and still care about him, even if they don't realize it. During Master's reign as Emperor, he had a small list of people he gave to those he trusted the most, a list of people he wished to protect, and those two were on it."

Behind his disguise, Lelouch gulps, trying to control his anxiety at the truth coming out. He chooses not to so much as even whisper to his wife to not raise suspicion.

To his left, Jeremiah and Sayoko are trying to stay as inconspicuous as possible while their daughter figure seated in between them, Anya, is as stoic as ever, so this will not be a problem for the pinkette.

"Hang on, you're..." Leila, now having a much better look at C.C, studies her appearance.

"Hm?" The Witch tilts her head innocently.

"... Nevermind," The blonde Euro-Britannian shakes her head. "I just feel like I met you somewhere. I can't remember where, though."

"I am curious as to why the two of you were brought here." Cornelia turns her attention to the European reps. "How do the two of you feel about Lelouch?"

Leila exchanges a glance with Akito. "Well, we're not sure what to feel about him. We know he is responsible for many heinous acts of violence across all other parts of the globe, but as Emperor of Britannia, he never once hurt any of our people. Sure, our people hate him, but it's only because they feared him."

Akito nods. "Yes. As a matter of fact, after he defeated the Black Knights in the Battle of Mt. Fuji, Emperor Lelouch gave Europia its sovereignty, a move that absolutely shocked us."

"That's not true, though." Guilford is confused. "He was murdering European residents."

"No, actually, he was only going after the rich Euro-Britannians and those in positions of power as well as all their friends and families. Cruel, I know, but the E.U is a lot less corrupt than it used to be thanks to him."

"I'm going to start the episode now," A.A's voice announces.

The theater's projector suddenly turns on, and the first episode begins playing.

A scroll of text is shown on the screen reading, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness," -Suzaku Kururugi.

Kallen scoffs. "Right. Righteousness. How rich coming from that guy."

The masked vigilante looks down in shame.

Cornelia frowns. 'That sounds like the kind of thing Euphemia would say. She probably rubbed off on you to a certain extent, Kururugi, so why did you join Lelouch, Euphie's murderer?'

Then, the title reveals itself in pink wording.

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion

Behind his mask, Suzaku gulps. 'Lelouch... Is everything we fought for, everything you died for, about to be invalidated by the truth?' He sighs. 'I guess we'll find out.'

Nunnally senses his discomfort but focuses on the screen instead of trying to comfort the one who murdered her brother.
