merendinoemiliano-Thank you so much!

No one-Ah, thank you! Yeah, it's okay if you didn't cry for that chapter! It's fun to make readers cry, but it's more important to make characters you care for more cry. Rise of the Titans did show that, but only the barest amount. That's why everyone's deaths felt hollow. (And I would sob too if all my characters died my gosh that sounds horrible.) And thank you again! Sometimes I feel rushed to update so I appreciate it :)

Creepslayerz6511-Aw thank you so much! I really like Steve and Eli as characters, so the fact they hardly got any screen time frustrated me. (Love your username btw.) And I'd love to check out your fic! Seeing others' perspectives on rott is always so much fun. Hope you like what's in store for this fic!

"UAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

"Oh, relax Blinky," Jim said with exasperation. "It's perfectly safe."

Charlemagne released a booming laugh. "No, no, let him carry on, Trollhunter! He's precisely the reason I signed up for this. And I've been taking it easy!"

The dragon tucked his wings against his body and fell into a freefall. Jim couldn't hold back his whoop of joy as the wind hurtled past him. Blinky, on the other hand, was screaming bloody murder. Charlemagne corkscrewed through the air several times before snapping his wings back out. The air buffeted them up again, and their peaceful flight continued.

"I simply love it when he screams!" Charlemagne snorted.

"Enough, I beg of you!" Blinky pleaded. "You've shown your exceptional capacity of flight. Now just give me a moment of peace!"

"Oh, alright," he grumbled. "You're no fun."

Blinky visibly sagged in relief. "You have my gratitude."

Jim laughed quietly to himself. Blinky had lived for so long, seen so many things, that Jim found it funny he was scared of a harmless thing like flying. He thought it was enjoyable-the stars glimmering in the night sky above, the clouds rolling beneath them. It was a nice break from all the recent chaos.

"Enjoying the flight?" Toby asked, scooching away from Argh to sit next to Jim. "I'm sorry, we ran out of in-flight snacks. Please don't let this impair your experience in any way!"

Jim chuckled. "Maybe you should be a flight attendant, Tobes. You'd totally rock the uniform."

He puffed out his chest. "I know, right? They could use someone with a glowing personality like mine." He cocked his head and poked the amulet. "By the way, how're you feeling? Any sudden desire to poof back into a troll?"

Jim shook his head. "Nope. I want to make flying easier for Charlemagne, and since my troll form is significantly heavier than my human form, I'm good staying this way for now."

When they had first embarked on Charlemagne, the dragon had quickly told them it wasn't going to work. Carrying three trolls and a human was too much, even for him. So, Jim had thought about being a human again. He needed to be, for their sake. And sure enough, the amulet complied.

Toby beamed. "Does that mean you're finally getting the hang of it?"

"I think so!" Jim replied. "All you need is control of your emotions. Granted, I'm not the best at that, but so far, so good."

"At last!" Blinky cried, interrupting their conversation. "We have arrived!"

Jim and Toby looked down and gasped. The city of Hong Kong lay beneath them. The countless lights shone brightly. Skyscrapers soared into the sky. A neon bridge spanned the ocean channel.

Jim always knew Arcadia was a small town, but seeing a city like this made him realize just how tiny it was.

"Wow," Toby breathed.

"You said it, Tobes."

"We shall land at Stonecarver Bridge," Charlemagne said, nodding at the bridge below them. "Then-oh my!"

Something small zipped by them, almost blowing Charlemagne out of the sky. The dragon squawked and flapped his wings vigorously to regain balance. "What on earth was that?!"

Jim looked behind them and felt his heart drop. "Oh, you gotta be kidding me."

Two fighter jets soared around them, watching their every move. Sleek, fast, armed with missiles fighter jets. They circled them one last time before disappearing into the clouds.

That's when Jim realized the danger they were in.

"Go!" he yelled into Charlemagne's ear. "Go, go, go!"

"You don't have to tell me twice!"

The dragon divebombed toward the ocean, and not a moment too soon. Another missile whistled over their heads and exploded in the distance. They screamed as Charlemagne skimmed the surface of the water. Missiles boomed from their left and their right, sending up sprays of water. Charlemagne flapped his wings, gaining altitude.

Jim forced himself to take deep breaths. It was taking every ounce of self-control to not turn into a troll. They couldn't afford the extra weight, they needed to be as fast as possible. No, what they really needed was a place to lay low. Someplace to land, where they wouldn't be found-

His gaze fell on the bridge glowing in the moonlight. It was near a dock, with dozens of shipping containers and boats everywhere. Perfect.

"There!" he shouted. "Go for the bridge, we can take cover there!"

"I see!" Charlemagne yelled back. "Hold on tight, everyone!"

He flapped his wings harder than ever before, making everyone scream as they shot through the air. He swooped and twirled to avoid the barrage of missiles, and more than once Jim almost fell off. The wind stung his eyes, but he didn't care. Their dodges were getting narrower and narrower. If they didn't get to the bridge soon-

His eyes widened as he saw a missile veering straight for them. "Charlemagne, on your right!"
The dragon whipped his head around and opened his mouth. A torrent of fire streamed from his maw. It connected with the missile and exploded.

Which was a mistake. The resulting blast buffeted Charlemagne off course. The smoke got in everyone's eyes, making it impossible to see.

Great, Jim thought as he tried to cough the smoke out of his lungs. What else could go wrong?

It was then that he noticed they were falling.

"No, no," he rasped. The sky became a blur as they picked up speed. The wind screamed in his ears. But the dragon was still unconscious.

"Charlemagne!" he shouted hoarsely, slapping his snout. "Wake up! You need to wake up!"

He didn't stir. Jim forced down his rising panic. The others were losing their minds; he couldn't ask them for help. But how do you wake up a three-thousand pound dragon?

He glared down at his fist. Maybe he should turn into a troll…but no! No, still too heavy. If only there was a way he could use his troll strength without turning into a troll, that would've been perfect-

An idea sparked to life in his head. And why couldn't he do just that? To use the amulet to just tap into his troll strength? It was worth a shot. It's not like he had any other option.

He furrowed his brow in concentration. Okay, okay, he could do this. Just allow a little bit of troll to come through. Not the full change, just a little…bit…more…

He gasped at the sudden surge of strength that ran through him. Yes! he crowed.

Before he could lose focus and the strength that came with it, he punched Charlemagne soundly on the snout. "WAKE UP!" he shouted in his ear.

"Ah!" Charlemagne started. He blinked, confused, at Jim. "Why did you strike me? I have done nothing-oh, oh my! I see! I'll get right to it!"

He opened his wings seconds before they crashed into the ground. They slowed down, but just barely. They smacked into the cement and rolled several times before coming to a stop.

Jim groaned. Some troll durability would've been nice, he thought grumpily. Naturally, the amulet didn't listen to him, and he stayed human. Of course.

Jim wiggled out from the mess of limbs and got to his feet. He winced at the sight of everyone piled on top of one another. "Everyone okay?" he asked as he pulled Toby out from under Blinky.

"Argh okay," Argh rumbled as he (gently) pushed Charlemagne off him. "Hope he didn't squish anyone."

"You may have given me a few bruises, but nothing too serious, old friend," Blinky reassured him, patting his arm. "I'm just grateful we managed to get out of that fall."

"My sincerest apologies, everyone," Charlemagne said ruefully as he picked himself up off the ground. "I wanted to treat you to a nice flight, not nearly kill us all."

"Hey, it's not your fault those guys shot at us," Jim insisted. "It was because of your fancy flying that we got out of that mess. And look! We landed near the bridge after all," he gestured to the shipping containers surrounding them. "I think we'll be safe here."

Suddenly, the loud whirring of helicopter blades filled the air. Jim hissed as a blinding spotlight shone on them.

"You just had to say something, didn't you Jimbo?" Toby yelled, shielding his eyes from the piercing light.

"Shut up, Toby!"

"It's alright!" Charlemagne shouted. "I can take care of them!" He opened his mouth, and his throat started glowing a fierce orange.

"No no wait!" Jim cried. Charlemagne shut his mouth and cocked his head at him. "Don't hurt them, they're just scared!"

"Then what do you propose we do?!"

"I don't know, I-"

Then without warning, the spotlight disappeared. Jim watched, dumbfounded, as the helicopter veered away from them and off into the distance.

"Umm…dragons don't happen to have telepathic abilities, do they Blinky?" Toby muttered under his breath.

"No we do not, young one," Charlemagne huffed. "But we do have quite good hearing, and I would appreciate it if you talked as if I was not here."

"Sorry."

"I wonder what drove them away, though?" Blinky mused, putting a hand to his chin. "I can't imagine there's anyone that's more interesting than us."

Jim paled as he saw what exactly the helicopter was heading to. "I can think of one."

The titan of fire had arrived.

.

.

.

Zoe had seen Douxie do a lot of weird things in her life. The time he'd challenged a siren to a singing competition, when he masqueraded as a prince to get close to an evil warlock, and how could she forget the time he accidentally did magic in front of scientists, explained it away with meaningless equations, and became known as Albert Einstein?

But riding an electric guitar like a surfboard? Well, that was new.

Douxie laughed as the air whipped around his hair. "I've been dying to show you this trick for ages, Zoe!" he called behind his shoulder. "Pretty cool, eh?"

"I'd find it cooler if you were able to summon guitars for us," she replied grumpily, "instead of making us use our own magic to run."

He glanced at the glowing platforms Zoe and Claire had to summon with each step they took. He winced. "Sorry 'bout that. But Archie here can't shapeshift into something big enough to carry you both, so-"

"Oh, yes I can!" the familiar protested as he flew alongside them. "But that requires a great deal of energy, and I want save every bit of my strength for that." He nodded towards to steadily approaching ice titan.

Zoe swallowed as she gazed at the massive titan. Suddenly she wished there was more distance between them and Skrael.

"Do we have a plan?" Claire shouted over the whistling wind and snow.

"Simple: we hit him with everything we've got," Douxie said. "We take him out, and the titan goes too."

His face filled with determination as they finally caught up to the titan. "Go!"

He leapt off his guitar and landed on the orb of the ice titan. Zoe and Claire followed suit. Twenty feet below them, Skrael hovered, oblivious to their presence.

"Good," Douxie whispered, his guitar morphing into staff form. "We have the element of surprise. Everyone ready?"

Claire grinned as shadow magic sparked to life in her hands. "Lead the way, Teach."

Zoe smirked and pounded her crackling fists together. "I've wanted a crack at that bastard for a long time. I'm more than ready."

"As am I," Archie added.

Douxie grinned. "Let's do this."

They slid down the orb and landed behind Skrael. Perfect, Zoe thought as she raised her hands. I can get a nice, clean shot-

Skrael whipped towards them, an eerily wide smile on his face. "Surprise."

He thrust his hands forward and sent a barrage of ice towards them. Zoe yelped and dove to the side. From the corner of her eye, she could see Claire and Douxie doing the same.

"Fools!" Skrael cackled. "You think you could sneak up on me? On my titan?"

Zoe grit her teeth. With a yell, a bolt of electricity exploded from her hands and zipped towards Skrael. Ice burst from the ground, shielding him. The lightning struck the ice and shattered it with a boom.

Skrael cried out as a blast of purple magic hit his shoulder. He turned to Claire with a snarl.

"Oh, I'm sorry," Claire said apologetically. "I was aiming for your head!"

She raced towards Skrael. Ice ruptured from the ground, trying to stop her progress, but she nimbly dodged them. A pair of glowing daggers formed in her hands and she swung them at Skrael. He scowled and formed a weapon of his own, one that was very similar to his old staff. He deflected her daggers seconds before they could hit him. Claire jumped back to avoid his next blow and threw one of her daggers at him. He knocked it away with his staff.

"I got your back Claire!" Zoe shouted, picking up the dagger. The weapon turned pink as she imbued her magic into it.

She sprinted at Skrael and slashed at him. She just managed to graze his arm, drawing a thin line of purple blood. He hissed in pain and directed his attention to her.

"Who are you supposed to be?" he snarled.

"The person who's going to kick your ass!" she retorted, thrusting her hand into the sky.

Lightning streaked down from above and electrocuted Skrael. He shrieked in agony. Zoe backed away and shielded her face from the kicked-up snow.

The light faded, and Zoe blinked to see the deadly end of Skrael's staff pointed at her throat.

"That," he panted, his whole body smoking, "was not pleasant."

"Get away from her!"

Blue ropes lashed around Skrael, wrenching him away from her. Douxie raised his staff before plunging it down. Skrael slammed into the ground with a groan.

"Arch, flame me!" Douxie yelled, flames swirling around his hand.

A torrent of flames blew from Archie's mouth and connected with Douxie's hand. The fire turned a cool blue and tripled in size and heat. It roared towards Skrael, an unstoppable wave of heat and light.

But the wizard only laughed. He flicked his hand, and the snow around them started swirling faster and faster. Zoe quickly used her dagger to anchor herself to the titan. Still, the wind nearly blew her off. She had no clue what was going on. All she could see was a mass of white.

Then just as quick as it started, the storm ended. Zoe gasped at the sight before her.

Skrael had condensed the snow into an enormous fist. It hovered in the air, inches above Douxie. He giggled gleefully at Douxie's distressed face.

"Goodbye, boy."

He rammed the fist into Douxie, sending him flying off the titan.

Zoe's heart stopped. "Douxie!" she wailed.

"I got them!" Claire yelled, diving off the titan after him and Archie. "Hold off Skrael until I get back!"

Zoe got to her feet, a growl escaping her throat. "You're going to regret that, you shaved ice piece of shit."

Skrael raised an eyebrow. "Oh? The wizard I've never heard about is going to stop me?" He twirled his staff with a smirk. "Then by all means, try."

Zoe unleashed a battle cry as she charged the wizard. He swung his staff through the air, spraying needlelike ice particles at her. She leaped over both the ice and him and landed behind him. She kicked him in the back.

As he stumbled forward, she waved her hand and shouted, "Ignis desplodo!"

Tiny spheres of pink light scattered from her and attached themselves to Skrael. He glanced down at himself. "What-"

Then they exploded. Zoe smiled to herself in satisfaction as he was lit up by the tiny bombs. She had to admit, that was one of her favorite spells.

But when the smoke cleared, the wizard was still standing. That shouldn't be possible! she wanted to scream.

"You have nasty habit," Skrael wheezed, his skin slightly charred, "of blowing up your enemies."

Zoe readied herself for his next attack. "It's not one I'm intending on changing either, so you better get used to it."

Skrael glared at her, any humor in his eyes gone. She didn't know if she was happy he was finally taking her seriously or scared out of her mind that he was taking her seriously.

He slammed his staff into the ground. Chunks of ice burst from below, protecting him from her. Undeterred, she whipped her hand through the air. Hot pink lightning arced from her fingertips and across the icy shield. It fractured into a million pieces.

She yelled as she brought her foot down upon his head. He dodged her attack but she quickly recovered, aiming a sparking fist at his face. He batted her fist away and swiped his staff through the air. She propelled out of the way with a pink blast. He shot another barrage of ice at her, but she blocked them with a conjured shield. She pushed the shield towards him. He swung his staff clean through the middle, cutting it in two.

But Zoe was ready for that. Before Skrael could summon more ice, she unleashed a beam of magic so strong it blinded her. The air hummed with power. She could feel her hair standing on end with the electricity surrounding her. Her body danced with pink lightning, but still, she pushed on.

Just a little more, she thought, sweat trickling down her brow. Just a little more-!

"ENOUGH!" Skrael bellowed.

Her magic was cut off abruptly by a massive boulder of ice. The resulting explosion sent her reeling. She coughed, her ears ringing. Through the smoke, she could dimly see a shard of ice flying her way.

Her eyes widened. She skidded out of the way, but she was too slow. The icicle scratched her arm, and she cried out. She whipped around, scanning for Skrael, but the snow was too thick. She could see nothing.

She gasped as another shard grazed arm. She hastily called up a shield, but as soon as more ice struck against it, it broke into pieces. She was too weak, too exhausted.

Skrael's laughter echoed around her. "Poor girl," he crooned. Another slice, another yelp from Zoe. "Forgotten by history. I wonder, how many times have you saved their world and they never knew? Never cared?"

Zoe watched helplessly as her spiked jacket fluttered away. It had been torn to shreds, and now she was exposed to the freezing cold. But the pain from the cuts was nothing compared to Skrael's stinging words.

Zoe gasped as Skrael appeared from the fog and grabbed her throat. He lifted her into the air easily. A deadly sharp spear of ice formed in his other hand.

"Ooh, that looks like it hurts," he purred, his gaze flicking across her bleeding body. "Let me make it go away."

He slashed the ice across her face, and everything went black.

.

.

.

Douxie was vaguely aware of the sensation of falling. It occurred to him that he should probably be worried about this, but he was so tired and sore he rather enjoyed the feeling.

"Douxie!"

He groaned. Fine. He could never catch a break, could he?

He cracked his eyes open and promptly screamed. The ground was hurtling towards him at an alarming rate. But he couldn't cast a spell; he couldn't concentrate-

"Douxie! Take my hand!"

He looked up above at Claire, who had her hand outstretched. She gazed at him pleadingly. "Come on! Stay with me!"

He shook his head. "R-right!"

He grabbed her hand. She opened a portal below them and they fell through it a millisecond before they would've smashed into the ground. Douxie felt momentarily weightless before the portal spat them out. He rolled several times before coming to a stop.

He groaned. "Ow."

"Douxie!" Archie flapped over to him and butted him affectionately. "Don't you ever scare me like that again."

He chuckled and sat up. "You know I can't promise you that, Arch." He looked up at Claire gratefully. "Thank you."

"No problem," she panted, wiping her forehead. "Just…don't cut it so close next time Teach."

"Will do."

Suddenly, a beam of light erupted from the ice titan. Douxie could feel the crackling power from it even from all the way down here. He grinned. He would know that magic anywhere.

But, almost as soon as it begun, the magic died off. Which meant-

"Zoe's in danger!" he shouted. "Claire, get us back up there!"

"On it!" She flicked her hand, and portal appeared before them.

Douxie ran through it without a moment's hesitation. Please, he thought. Please, be alright!

He stumbled out of the portal and started scanning the titan for Zoe. Come on come on come on-

And then he found her.

Bleeding. Unmoving in Skrael's icy grip. Unconscious, or even-

Unwittingly, Douxie's eyes started to glow. "Get your hands off her!" he roared.

He flung his staff away from him. It sliced through the air and knocked into Skrael, forcing him to release Zoe. The staff caught Zoe just before she fell and carried her until she was safely behind Douxie.

"Now," Douxie said, taking off his hoodie. "Let's finish this." The tattoos on his arms flared cerulean blue. "Ignis impestuom!"

His arms burst into flames.

Skrael's eyes widened in shock, and even a little bit of fear. Douxie yelled as he charged towards the wizard. A slab of ice flew at Douxie, but he didn't slow down. He reeled his fist back and punched the ice. The heat from his fire was so intense that the ice melted as his fist went through it.

Skrael started backing away even as he blasted more and more ice at him. Douxie smashed his way through all of them, the rising blue flames matching his fury. He shattered the last ice wall protecting Skrael, leaving the wizard fully exposed.

"No more hiding!" Douxie shouted.

"Yes," Skrael agreed. "No more hiding."

He clapped his hands, unleashing a wave of fire that consumed Skrael. The wizard spun, creating a small blizzard the snuffed out the flames. He directed the blizzard at Douxie, but the air around him was so hot that the snow evaporated into steam. Douxie aimed a scorching fist at Skrael. He dodged it and brought his staff down on Douxie's head. He sidestepped to avoid it and kicked Skrael in the stomach. With a snarl, he rammed his fist into Skrael's face.

Skrael reeled back from the blow. He raised a trembling hand to the ugly, blistering burn that now marred his face.

He stared at Douxie incredulously. "You…you burned me. No one's burned me before." His face twisted in anger. "You will pay for that, boy!"

He jabbed his staff at Douxie's side. To his horror, Douxie caught it.

"No," he said coldly. He wrenched the staff from Skrael's grip. His fire melted it into puddles of water. Before Skrael could summon another weapon, he grabbed the wizard by the throat.

"You're done hurting me and my friends," he growled, tightening his grip. The fire flickering around him was nothing compared to the inferno inside. He had hurt so, so many people. Hurting Zoe was the last straw.

Skrael shrieked as the fire danced across his skin. His cold tried to combat it to no effect. He scratched Douxie, but only succeeded in burning himself more. His blue skin started smoking. With one final anguished scream, he turned into ash.

Douxie stood in place, panting. The flames still roared around him. Had he…had he really done it? Was Skrael really gone?

"Douxie," Claire said, "you better…you better get over here."

Zoe! His tattoos stopped glowing, and the fire disappeared. He dashed over to the others. He looked down at Zoe and barely restrained a sob.

Her jacket was gone, exposing her many scratches to the freezing cold. Worst of all though was the cut on her forehead, which was still bleeding profusely. Her face was covered in blood.

He could barely manage to get the next words out. "She isn't…she isn't-"

"She's still alive," Archie said softly. "But she needs immediate medical attention."

"I'm sorry," Claire whispered, her voice wobbly. "I-I don't know any healing spells, otherwise I would've done something-"

"Hey, it's okay," Douxie reassured her. "It's okay. Let me."

He knelt next to her. He forced down the lump in his throat as he gazed at Zoe. She looked so calm and peaceful unconscious-it didn't feel right. His Zoe always had a fierce look in her eyes. To see her so-so lifeless…it hurt.

He took a deep breath and gently placed his hand on her forehead. "Consano medeor," he murmured.

Cool blue magic spread from his fingertips and into the cut. It flashed brightly for a brief moment before it disappeared.

They waited with bated breath. The longer nothing happened, the more Douxie's panic rose. Why wasn't she waking up? That was a strong healing spell. If she wasn't moving even after that, then maybe Archie was wrong, maybe she was-

Zoe coughed, and Douxie nearly jumped out of his skin. "Urgh…I feel terrible," she said, her voice raspy. "What happened?"

Fresh tears spilled from his eyes. "Zoe!" He wrapped his arms around her in a hug. "You're okay!"

"I won't be if you suffocate me Casperan," she grumbled, but she hugged him back all the same. "Thank you," she whispered.

Archie rubbed against her arm. "Look at you. Went head-to-head with one of the most powerful wizards ever and survived."

Zoe snorted and pulled back from the hug. "Barely." She looked around the desolated titan. "Speaking of which, where is the dickhead?"

Claire punched Douxie's arm playfully. "This guy here took care of him," she remarked. "Went nuclear and totally wrecked Skrael."

Her mouth dropped open. "I don't believe it."

He chuckled. "To be honest, I'm having a hard time believing it myself. The fight…it's all a blur."

"Still, you finished him off with some impressive magic," Archie stated. "And now, one titan is down."

"Yeah." His gaze roamed over the husk of a titan. "We only have-"

Suddenly, the ice cracked from underneath them. The fractures spread across the surface of the titan and over every limb. The ground started shaking violently.

"Uh, what's happening?" Claire asked nervously.

"With Skrael gone, the titan must be going with him-ah!" he yelped as the titan quaked again, nearly throwing him off balance. "We need to get out of here!"

"Way ahead of you!" A portal flickered to life ahead of them. "Let's go!"

Douxie scooped Zoe up in his arms and sprinted through the portal after Claire and Archie. They emerged on the icy ground, about a hundred feet away from the titan.

They watched in awe as pieces of the colossal titan fell off one by one. They crashed through the ice sheet and splashed into the freezing water below. The orb was the last thing to disappear underneath the ice, the golden runes surrounding it long gone.

And just like that, the ice titan was no more, reduced to a pile of ice sinking in the ocean.

"Whoa," Claire said.

"Indeed," Archie agreed.

"Ow," Zoe groaned. "Think we could go back to the castle now, where it's nice and warm?"

Douxie shook his head with a smile. "You have your priorities sorted, don't you?"

"Sure do," she quipped. "Not to mention there's a doctor on board. That's an added bonus."

Douxie turned his back on the fallen titan and faced the castle. They had defeated one titan and managed to survive in one piece. He should be thrilled, ecstatic! But…despite their victory, he couldn't get rid of his lingering doubt. What if…what if he couldn't break Nari from Bellroc's spell? What if he had to do the same thing to her that he did to Skrael?

He set his mouth in a grim line. No. He would make sure that didn't happen. He was going to bring her back.

Hold on Nari, he thought as he stepped through Claire's portal. Just hold on.

I'm coming for you.

A/N: For those who've seen it, yes, the Zoe v. Skrael showdown was hugely inspired by Teny Issakhanian's art. I love her work, and that fight scene she drew resonated so strongly with me I had to write it. I hope I did her work justice! I highly recommend you follow her Tumblr, she is such an amazing artist and she draws some beautiful Zouxie pieces.

And yeah, I thought it was kinda silly that a dragon flying over freaking Hong Kong went unnoticed. Like I get it, it's a kid's movie, let's not complicate things, but at the same time you should try to make it realistic? So yeah! Extra action scene go!

I love Douxie's tattoos, and I've always wanted them to serve some kind of magical purpose. Fire arms just seemed so badass, and it seemed like a perfect way to end Skrael (yes he's really dead.) I also like to think that Jim's able to incorporate some trollish traits into his human form, so I added that in, just for fun.

Next chapter, Jim finds out about Nomura. Yeah, it's not going to be pretty.
