The next morning
Draco woke up excited for his and Janelle's birthday today they would be getting there Hogwarts letter's. Draco got dressed in his outfit for today and went into his sister's room. Janelle was sleeping still like always and Draco gently shook her.
" Jan wake up." Draco says looking at Janelle and Janelle woke up smiling
" Dra."Janelle says as Draco smiled happily touching her forehead and he suddenly frowned
Janelle was warm very warm. Draco knew this ment she was sick and Draco had to tell there parents. Janelle hated the medicine of course she would be against it. Draco as a big brother and the first twin knew what he had to do.
" Father! Janelle's sick!" Draco yelled as Lucius came in running and Lucius checked Janelle's temperature
Sure enough she indeed had a fever of 99.0. Lucius patted his son's head for doing the right thing and Draco left the room.
" No medicine." Janelle wined and Lucius looked at her
" Yes medicine or it will get worse. I'm sorry princess the birthday party is cancelled I'll tell your mother and you are forbidden from getting out of bed unless you need to use the bathroom. Now be a good girl." Lucius says as he summoned the medicine and Janelle open her mouth
Lucius gave Janelle the medicine and made sure she swallowed it. Lucius left the room and told Narcissa to cancel the party since Janelle was sick. Narcissa cancelled the party and worried about her daughter.
Narcissa came in to check on Janelle, Narcissa felt her head it was burning up and Narcissa summoned a elf.
" Dottie make some chicken noodle soup and hot honey tea." Narcissa says looking at Dottie and Dottie nodded
Dottie popped away and came back with the things Narcissa requested. Narcissa gave Janelle and set the hot honey tea beside Janelle.
Janelle ate the soup as her mother watched her to make sure she ate every bite. Narcissa gave Janelle the tea and Janelle drank it all just like the soup. Once she was finished Narcissa kissed Janelle's forehead and left the room with the dishes.
" Dottie." Narcissa says waiting for the elf to arrive and Dottie arrived
" Yes mistress?" Dottie says looking at Narcissa and Narcissa looked at her
Narcissa gave Dottie the dishes and Dottie waited for instructions from Narcissa. Narcissa sighed a little bit not liking that her daughter was sick.
" You are to alert me if Janelle gets out of bed. She is sick she is not allowed to step foot out of this room Dottie. I don't want her anymore sicker then she is." Narcissa says looking at Dottie and Dottie nodded
" Yes Mistress, Dottie will Alert Mistress if little Mistress gets out of bed." Dottie says as Narcissa nodded and Narcissa left the house elf
Dottie popped away to her son Dobby who was playing with a duster. Dottie shook her head and took the duster out of his hands. Dobby looked at his mother and waves at her.
" Dobby you must clean silly boy. I must tend to little Mistress you was these for mummy, ok?" Dottie say as Dobby took the dishes from his mother and nodded
" Dobby will do as mummy says." Dobby says as Dottie popped away and Dobby washed the dishes
Dottie watched Janelle's door to make sure she wouldn't leave the room. Inside the room Janelle was sleeping in her bed and Dottie slowly went in the room. Dottie peeked at Janelle and smiled.
" Sleep Little Mistress, Dottie is here." Dottie says gently touching Janelle's face and pulling her hand away
Janelle slept as Dottie cleaned up the room and left the room. Around noon Narcissa came in Janelle's room and Janelle was sitting up. Narcissa felt her forehead it didn't feel hot anymore and then she checked her temperature it was normal.
" Thank goodness it passed. Are you feeling well my love?" Narcissa asked Janelle and Janelle smiled
" Yes mommy." Janelle says looking at Narcissa and Narcissa held her close to her
Tomorrow they would have the party it had gotten late and Draco's Hogwarts letter had arrived already but Janelle's letter hadn't arrived and Narcissa sent a letter to Dumbledore to send the letter quickly before tomorrow morning. Narcissa didn't want the kids to found out they weren't twins or even slibings. But it didn't matter who's daughter Janelle really was she was there child now.
Narcissa left the room to tell Lucius the good news. When Narcissa arrived in his study he was holding a letter.
" Janelle's letter arrived." Lucius smiled as Narcissa put it with Draco's and she smiled to
" Now our twins have there letter's." Narcissa says smiling at Lucius and Lucius kissed her cheek
After dinner everyone went to bed to prepare for tomorrow. For tomorrow would be the birthday party for both Draco and Janelle.
