Lucius was looking at the letters and smiled as they said Draco Lucius Malfoy and the other one said Janelle Rosemary Malfoy. Lucius sighed as he was worried about his little girl being way from him for the first time ever. Lucius looked around and the family pictures and his eyes set on him with Janelle when she was two years old. Lucius smiled at the memory of that day. That day started off with Lucius trying to get Janelle's little shoes on but she kept kicking them off, so he promised her a teddy bear if she didn't kick them off till after the picture. After the picture Lucius kept his word and gave her a little brown teddy bear.

"Daddy?" Janelle says rubbing her eyes holding the brown teddy bear and Lucius smiled

"Yes pumpkin?" Lucius responded as Janelle made his way to him and Janelle sat on his lap

Lucius held her close to him smiling at her softy. Janelle looked at Lucius and smiled at him. Lucius could hold her forever but it was the middle of the night so he looked at her.

" Janelle what's wrong?" Lucius asked Janelle and she sighed

" What if no one likes me?" Janelle asked Lucius and he chuckled

Lucius boops Janelle's nose and stood up with her in his arms. Lucius headed for the stairs with Janelle and Janelle cringed to him. Lucius laid Janelle in her bed and covered her up.

" Everyone will love you Janelle. Your a sweet, kind and wonderful little girl. I love you my little princess." Lucius says looking at Janelle and Janelle smiled

" I love you to daddy." Janelle says yawning and Lucius stayed to watch her sleep

Why did it have to be so hard to let her go? He knew she needed an education but he wasn't ready for this day at all. Where did the time go?

meanwhile at Hogwarts

Dumbledore sat in his office burning the original letter for Janelle and he glared at it.

" I will not let Harry get distracted by a twin sister that shouldn't have been born in the first place." Dumbledore says watching the letter burn and Severus entered his office

" You called?" Severus asked Dumbledore and Dumbledore looked at Severus

Dumbledore used his pawns well it was his game of chess. Severus was just a pawn just like Harry was but he didn't expect Janelle to be here nor be born. But she wouldn't join his game with Harry no the brat would be a Malfoy, he just had to keep the two apart no matter what.

" Yes Severus I hope you have everything ready for the school year." Dumbledore says as Severus nodded and saw the fire

" Are you burning something?" Severus asked as Dumbledore nodded and threw a piece of wood into the fire

Severus watched Dumbledore and nodded leaving the room. Dumbledore kept the smile until Severus left.

" Bastard finally left. If he wasn't useful I would get rid of him but the prophecy must be fulfilled." Dumbledore cussed and smirked as the letter was now gone

He's little game was going according to plan. Only a few things to take care of and then Harry would be free to do what needed to be done.
