Skara and Boscha landed outside the Owl House. It's been a rough four years, especially for Skara's family. Namely Luz. Nothing could help her, not Eda, not Raine, not even Amity could break her out of her funk. The two folded their wings and went inside. The Owl House has basically become the unofficial family home, where Luz, Eda, King, Skara, Boscha, Amity, and Raine stayed.
"Hey, are you okay, Skara?" Boscha asked.
"Y-y-yeah, I'm fine." Skara said.
Boscha new her fiancé was lying, and she already knew what the problem was... it was Luz. Boscha sat on the couch and Skara sat on her lap. Skara was such a family girl, if something was wrong with her family, then she was equally as affected. It was one of the qualities that Boscha loved about Skara, she was such a carrying person. They heard a door close and Amity walked down the stairs.
"Well, Luz is not happy." Amity said, "I've tried everything to make her happy. I've made her favorite foods, I groomed her wings, I even offered to have sex with her."
Amity sat on the couch and looked upset.
"She usually loves having sex." Amity said, "Am I losing my touch?"
"No, you're not Kid." Eda said, coming in from the kitchen, "Today's... that day."
The two teens and one twenty year old quickly cursed themselves for forgetting today. Today was the day that Belos kidnapped her and caused her and Raine immense pain that they've yet to recover from. Raine has been able to get by and use prosthetic hands. They're not as good as real hands, but with some small adjustments, Raine's been able to make them work. Luz on the other hand... wasn't so lucky. Her mental scars are just as bad, if not worse, than her physical ones. Eda sighed.
"I'll go talk to her." Eda said, "You three stay here."
Eda began to go up the stairs, hoping she can get through to Luz. Elsewhere, a man in a golden mask walked into a room.
"Uncle."
Belos turned around and smiled.
"Ah, Hunter, how is everything?" Belos asked.
"Everything is going according to plan." Hunter said, "Everything should be ready for the Day of Unity within three weeks."
"Excellent." Belos said.
"Uncle, what do we do about the ones at the Owl House?" Hunter asked.
"Them? Leave them to me, everything must go exactly as planned." Belos said, "Soon, they will all be dealt with."
