Luz arrived at the castle and looked up, seeing Belos at the top of the castle. He looked at her and motioned for her to come get him. Luz walked across the bridge, her magic may be broken, but she remembers something that Eda told her.
"Remember, whenever you're in trouble... always carry something that can give you an upper hand."
Luz tightened her grip on her bat. She entered the castle and was met with a few guards, not surprising. Luz held her bat out and a few glyphs lit up, setting the bat on fire. Luz smiled as she held the bat and charged. She slammed her bat against one of the Guards, no longer caring if she hurt someone, she lost that emotional care long ago. As far as she was concerned, anyone that aligned herself with the Emperor, was an enemy. Elsewhere, Raine, Skara, Boscha, and Amity were walking through the woods.
"I swear, I'm going to ground that girl until she's thirty." Raine said, "Stay on guard, girls, there's no telling what will happen."
Right as Raine said that, Hunter landed in front of them. They all held out their staffs, while Raine got their violin ready. Hunter put his hands up.
"Wait, I don't want to fight!" He said, "I have something important to tell you!"
"Why should we trust you?!" Skara said, "Because of you, Luz is no longer able to fly, and my Nini has to use prosthetic hands! You've given us no reason to trust you after all the pain you caused my family!"
"You're right, you shouldn't trust me, just hear me out." Hunter said, "It can help save the Isles."
Raine glared, but put their Violin down.
"Out with it." They said.
"The Day of Unity is a mass genocide attempt." Hunter said, "Emperor Belos is actually a witch hunter from the Human Realm."
Hunter handed the papers over and Raine took them, looking over them for a minute.
"Take us to that castle." Raine said, "Now."
Hunter nodded, seeing the silent fury of a parent when their child is in danger/doing something stupid... Luz was often the latter. At the castle, Luz finished wiping the floor of the guards on the first floor and moved to the next one. Bloody footprints followed as she took each step.
"Well, guess I'm getting new shoes after this." Luz said, as ice spikes came out of her bat, "I'm coming for you, bitch."
