"Are you sure you just want to go home and relax today?" Rory asked incredulously as she and Logan drove towards the house. He had surprised her by taking her out to breakfast that morning and then he had suggested stopping by a bookstore she loved, and they had spent a few hours looking around. All week he had talked about wanting to get her out of the house, get some fresh air and now after only a few hours he wanted to go home.

"Is it that hard to believe that I just want to spend a relaxing day with my girlfriend and not do anything crazy?" he asked her with a laugh and grabbed her hand.

Rory was transported back to a day long ago, they had stolen the yacht and he had thrown her a felon party... With a smile she turned to look at him and replied, "the last time you were mellow you had a 104 fever. And even then, we went bar hoping for an hour before you fainted."

He turned and looked at her, a bright smile overtaking his features as he remembered that night, that was before everything had gotten messed up, before he let his insecurities get the best of him. "Men do not faint. Men pass out," he stated with a twinkle in eye and he laughed before he focused back on the road.

"We were so young," Rory sighed wistfully.

"Yeah, we were," he replied and moved her hand to kiss her wrist. They drove the rest of the way in silence, both lost in the memories. Soon Logan pulled up to the house and pulled into the garage. Before she could move out of the car, he squeezed her hand and she turned to look at him. "I love you," he told her. "I never stopped loving you and I never thought it was possible to love you more but each day I do. You have given me such an amazing life; I love you Ace."

Tears immediately sprang to Rory's eyes and she leaned towards him and placed a kiss on his lips. "I love you to," she whispered. "I love you so much and I am so happy you are here with me."

They sat in silence for a few moments until the position became uncomfortable for Rory in her pregnant state. "As much as I hate to break this moment," she murmured as she tried to adjust, "I really have to get out of the car."

Logan laughed and placed another soft kiss on her lips before he let go of her hand and they got out of the car. They walked into the house and Rory noticed the blue decorations everywhere and turned to Logan. "So much for a mellow day," she told him as she wrapped her arms around him.

"It will be," he laughed and pulled her as close to him as he could, "after the party that is."

Soon the two were broke apart by cheering friends and family. Rory was amazed at all of the people that were there celebrating with them, Honor, Josh, Paris, Lane, Zach, Emily, Francine, Chris, Gigi, Mitchum, Colin, Finn, Robert, Rosemary, Juliet and Stephane were all there and Rory felt the love from each of them. Honor had even hired a caterer and people to serve and cleanup so that Livy, Paula and Ingrid could also attend. There was a ton of food that everyone ate and another amazing cake that was in the shape of a pram. Each person brought a book for the baby and had inscribed a message on the inside front cover, Rory knew that those books would be something that she would cherish forever. The group spent that afternoon telling stories and enjoying the company. She loved watching everyone talk and socialize and knew that she would forever be thankful for this group of people and she considered each of them family.

The biggest surprise on the guest list were Luke and April. Luke was hesitant to come but Logan had assured him he would be welcome, he had nothing to do with either Lorelai or Jess's actions and Rory considered him family. While Lorelai wasn't welcome in the child's life, Luke still was, so he found himself uncomfortably talking to those in the room with him. But he was able to watch how Rory interacted with these people, the way they all seemed to love her, even her staff. For the first time in a long time, Luke saw her smile was real, she had confidence and an ease about her that he had not seen for years. During her brief visits since she had graduated college, she had seemed restless but now she seemed like she had finally found where she belonged. During the party, he found himself talking to Christopher and found an unlikely ally with the man even offering him legal assistance if that is what Luke wanted. Emily had talked to him about what he wanted to do, and Luke admitted that he didn't know, but he did know he needed to know the truth. He had decided that he couldn't live in the shadows and the truth needed to come out so that everyone could know the extent of what Lorelai had done so they could all move forward.

April had always enjoyed spending time with Rory, but she was reluctant to attend, only agreeing so that her father would have some support. She found herself in discussion with Paris about the clinic and was even offered a job in the lab. Rory's friends were fun and energetic, and she found herself happy that she had attended. The two girls were able to talk for a bit and Rory had assured her that she was still welcome in Rory's life.

"So, are you going to tell us the name?" Honor asked and the entire group turned to look at the couple.

Rory and Logan looked at each other, they had talked about waiting until he was born… "Could you all excuse us for a moment?" Rory asked as she grabbed Logan's hand and pulled his towards the study.

"You got him in trouble," Colin exclaimed, the laughter evident in his voice.

"They are naming his Finn after his favorite uncle," the Aussie exclaimed.

As soon as the study doors closed Rory looked at him. "I know we talked about waiting until he was born…"

"But everyone is here," Logan finished for her. "So, you want to tell them?"

She smiled and he pulled her towards him to give her a soft kiss that quickly deepened. "Yeah," she sighed, "lets tell them."

The two walked back into the room and the conversation quickly stopped. "Okay, we decided that we wanted the name to mean something to us."

"And for his first name there was no doubt what it would be but the middle name…" Logan told everyone.

"We had a few choices and we just recently decided…" Rory stated and then looked at Logan.

"Our son will be named Richard," Logan told them and both he and Rory saw the tears spring to Emily's eyes and Francine wrapped an arm around her. "He meant so much to Rory and was a great man."

"And for the middle name will be Hayden in honor of my father. A man who has helped me and been there for me so much," Rory told them with tears trickling down her cheeks. "Our son will be named Richard Hayden Huntzberger."

Chris immediately walked towards her and pulled her into a hug. "I love you kiddo," he murmured as a few tears escaped his eyes. "I love you so much and I am so grateful that you have given me this chance."

"I love you to dad," Rory whispered as she hugged him back.

Champagne was passed around to everyone and Rory received a sparkling cider, "a toast to Richard Hayden Huntzberger," Mitchum boomed.

"To Richard," the group echoed and then Emily walked over to Rory.

"Oh Rory, Logan," Emily stated as she grabbed their hands. "Richard would be so honored that you named your son after him."

"I couldn't think of a stronger, more loving man that grandpa," Rory replied her tears causing her voice to go slightly hoarse.

The party ended and the house was once again spotless. Rory and Logan lay in bed and he gently caressed her stomach, loving the feel of her in his arms, the feel of their son moving against his hand. She was asleep, the day had been a lot for her and after the last guest had departed, she had insisted on 'thanking him' for the party and everything that he had done for her. As soon as they had made it to their room she had pulled him towards her and gave him a passionate kiss, one that he had gladly returned and before he knew it they were both naked and she stepped back from him. Her slightly flushed skin, the blossoming belly, stirred something in him, she was his. Before he could pull her back towards him she sank to her knees and gently kissed the tip of his erection and he had to hold onto the dresser as she wrapped her mouth around his erection. The feel of her tongue, the way her teeth gently scrapped him was driving him wild and he tangled his free hand in her hair and enjoyed the sensation, her attention. She was relentless as she moved her hand to massage his balls as she took as much of him as possible into her mouth, her movements started off slow, teasing him and when he growled, wanting more, needed more, she picked up the pace and moaned, the feel of the vibration causing him to thrust into her mouth and she welcomed it and used her free hand to grasp his ass and squeeze. Soon he tumbled over the edge, pushing himself deep in her mouth he came, and she continued to suck and lick every drop of him before moving off of him and looking up at him through her lashes. Sex had become slightly move difficult with the size of her bump, but he wasn't going to let that stop him from repaying her and when he caught his breath, he moved her towards the bed and positioned her so her legs were off the edge and he moved between them, sinking down and gently running a finger along her folds, loving the way she was so wet and hot for him. He teased her until she arched and moaned and with a smirk, he moved his nose towards her and inhaled, savoring the smell of her before he licked her softly. He told her how sweet she smelled, how the taste of her drove him insane and then he ate her out like a starved man. His tongue and fingers were relentless as he pleasured her and he made sure she was satisfied, not pausing as she crashed over the edge of her first orgasm and quickly brought her to her second. As she lay trembling on the bed, trying to catch her breath he looked up with a satisfied smirk, admiring the look of her body, the way her fuller breasts moved up and down with her breath. Slowly he moved her, so she was fully on the bed, laying on her side and he positioned himself behind her before covering them both with the blanket. They basked in the afterglow, both content knowing they were in love and soon she let the exhaustion of the day overtake her and she fell asleep.

As he studied her, he was amazed that this is what his life was now; this was what he always wanted, what he had always hoped for and he had it now within his grasp and he was never going to give it up. The events of the past few months had been hard to deal with, but they were working through them together, they were communicating more than ever, and a deeper trust was forming between them. She was almost 37 weeks now; the baby was doing great and she could deliver at any time and he should be fine, and he was thankful they had made it to this point and he now just couldn't wait until his son was here. He had faith that everything was going to work out, that one day she would be his wife and hopefully they would be blessed with more children, he wanted a family with her and if that was once child or more, he knew more than ever he just needed her. HPG could be gone tomorrow along with all of his money, his status, but he would be fine, his life would be amazing as long as he had her.

Emily Gilmore stopped her car in front of Clarissa Montgomery's home and wondered about the purpose of this meeting. Clarissa had called her the day before asking to meet and Emily had agreed, curious to the purpose. The women had been vague on the phone but had been insistent that it needed to be in person, and it needed to be soon. Emily had agreed to stop by after Rory's surprise baby shower and was anxious to know what was going on. There was something in the other woman's voice that put her on edge and Emily assumed that his meeting had something to do with Shira, and because of that feeling she had already spoken with Mitchum and Chris and they had provided her with a small recording device so that she could tape what happened. Emily knew that Shira wouldn't go without a fight and they were all worried about what her next move would be. She knew about the blackmailing attempts, knew that she was trying to blackmail Lorelai, but no one knew what the disgraced woman had on her daughter. Wanting to get this meeting over with she got out of the car and walked to the door. It seemed that Emily had barely pressed the bell before a maid answered and she was immediately ushered into the parlor and Emily's eyes narrowed at who she saw in the room.

"Hello Emily," Shira replied as she sipped on a martini. "I think the two of us need to talk."

Lorelai sat in a small coffee shop in New York as she waited for someone to arrive. She knew that Rory was quickly approaching her due date and she had to do something quick, there was no way her grandchild would be born a Huntzberger is she could do anything to prevent it. After much thought she knew what she needed to do, she needed to destroy Logan and once she did that Rory would come back to her, she knew it. While Rory may be embarrassed when this story came out, she could find sanctuary and support in Stars Hollow. The people there were her family, the only family that she would ever need. Rory would be back, then hopefully Luke would return and she would have everything again with the addition of a grandchild. Lorelai had worked on this story for hours, it would raise questions about why the engagement ended, and she was sure that women would start coming forward with tales about their own affairs with Logan, there was no way that it was just Rory he was screwing around with. She had to be careful not to mention anything about Shira or Odette hiding the baby from Logan, that would spin the story to give Logan some sympathy and she couldn't have that. She also didn't need to be on Shira's bad side. This was going to work, she would be able to pay that woman off and get her life back to where it was, she refused to think there would be a different outcome other than what she wanted. A man approached the table and looked at her for a moment before asking is she was Lorelai and when she nodded, he slipped into the chair across from her.

"So, Lorelai," the man stated as he studied her. "I hear you have some gossip for me, something regarding the Huntzberger's."

"Yes, I do," Lorelai replied with an evil smile. "I'm going to tell you about the truth to why his engagement was called off, about how he knocked up his mistress."
