Chapter 26: Split Apart Part 2

Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto, or Avatar the Last Air Bender, or Hades whom is Disney's version of him. I do own Kasumi along with most of her deck which is based off of Fire Emblem female characters and the four Titan Cards.

Morning seemed to have come quickly. As soon as the early sun's rays hit my eyes, I woke up and sat up straight stretching. Takara my pet was sleeping with the rare baby snow white Vulpix that my friends and I had rescued last night. I gave out a giggle as Takara seemed to be extremely protective of the baby Vulpix covering her and daring thing to try to attack the baby. At least Takara was taking this seriously. Once I got up, Takara stirred and walked off the baby towards me "Vulpix?" she asked me.

I smiled petting her head "Good girl Takara. Protecting the baby."

The baby woke as well and tried to move but I gently smile "Easy there little one, your legs are still broken."

Aang heard my voice coming around, shortly after him Haku, Hanabi and Toph woke after him.

"Okay guys" I told them gently holding the baby Vulpix in my arms "Let's go to this Pokemon Center. Both for this baby Vulpix and Takara. I want to make sure Takara's fine after taking an attack that shot upward from the ground."

"She seems to be fine" Haku told me looking at Takara "But you're right, it's best we get both Vulpix checked out."

"This is going to cost money to pay for two animals" I muttered checking my wallet.

"Not really" Haku told me "If the two Pokemon Trainers I heard last night are correct, a trip to heal injured Pokemon from other trainers is completely free."

"That's mighty generous of the doctors at the Pokemon Center" I muttered "No one does things absolutely for free now-a-days, especially when doctor offices and hospitals are involved."

"I must agree with you" Haku admitted.

"We'll eat once we get to the Pokemon Center" I told my friends.

"I know that" Hanabi told me "It's one thing you wanted to do at first light, which is now."

Toph agreed with her "So...Haku...Where is this Pokemon Center?"

"Let's get out of the this cave and we'll see where it is" Haku answered.

Once out of the cave we saw a path. Haku turned to me "Lady Kasumi, until we get to the Pokemon Center, we shouldn't make eye contact with other trainers at least you shouldn't."

"Why's that?" Aang asked for me.

"Trainers make a living battling other Trainers" Haku told us "In form of a competition known as Pokemon Battle."

"Chunin Exam-Fighting part of it all over again?" I inquired.

"In a way...Yes!" Haku answered me. "Only the objective of a Pokemon Battle is to make the opponent's Pokemon faint" he caught sight of Takara growling almost accepting battle part and looking actually ready to kill "AND NO KILLING THE OPPONENT ETHER!"

"Vulpix..." Takara muttered shaking her head.

I gave out a giggle "That's going to be extremely hard for Takara not to do. All this time she's been fighting alongside me to kill or prevent an opponent from capturing me."

Haku agreed "Which is why I had to stress that last part."

We headed towards the Pokemon Center amazingly avoiding any contact with other Pokemon Trainers. We exited out the forest and I was glad mostly because I saw bug type Pokemon which creeped me out, let's put it this way...Unless your a Butterfly I fear bugs and these Bug types weren't butterflies well except for at least one. It seemed beautiful, I watched it a few moments as it didn't seem to be a bother to anyone as we made it out. Haku pointed towards a building which had a strange ball icon above it "If the trainers I heard last night are correct, that should be the Pokemon Center."

"Then let's go!" I said eager to have the two Vulpix checked out.

Without listening to my friends I took off. I heard Haku speak out "She's not wasting time today I see."

Hanabi giggled "She wants to make sure the two Vulpix are healed."

Aang took off after me and Toph was following the group from behind. Things were looking better, I carried the baby Vulpix with Takara at my side and just as I rounded the corner...WHAM! I ran into someone and SPLAT! We both fell onto out butts.

"ASH!" another voice a female's sounded.

"Are you okay?" another male's voice asked.

I gave out a groan rubbing my butt as Haku was the first "Lady Kasumi!"

"Are you okay?" Aang asked me.

"With the exception of a sore behind I'll be fine" I answered I looked at the baby Vulpix "Are you okay little one?"

The baby Vulpix nods as in the head on collision she wasn't hurt.

Hanabi helps me up "Thanks Hanabi" "You're welcome Lady Kasumi."

I got a good look at the boy, he had black hair, wore blue jeans, black and white sneakers, a black shirt with a blue jacket, green fingerless gloves and a red and white ball cap. He groans as he now heard his two companions "Yeah, I'm fine guys."

I got a good look in with his companions, one was a girl wearing a white hat, pink boots, fish nets around her legs, white skirt and black shirt. The other was looking at me in a loving patern, he was black, wore a green shirt with a brown vest and gray pants. He took one look at me and comes at me "Ah, where have you been at the love of my life. My name's Brock and your like a wonderful angle! And-"

I saw an object burst open from the guy's pocket and out came a purple frog like creature "Crogunk!"

Without warning I saw the creature's hand glow with poison and it jabbed Brock's stomach with it. Brock gasps changing what he was going to say immediately to being "I need a doctor now!" he collapses and Crogunk dragged Brock away, I'm assuming to find an antidote. The boy in the red and white ball cap gets up stretching his hand towards mine "Sorry miss! I didn't see you."

"I should've been the one looking where I was going" I told him shaking his hand.

The boy looked at me specially my eyes, then he saw Takara at my side and the baby Vulpix that I was carrying "Are you a new Pokemon Trainer?"

I gave out a sigh "No. My friends and I got here somehow and we have to figure out a way to get get back to where we are from. I'm Kasumi Aki Fudo."

"That's a wonderful name!" the girl said "I'm Dawn.

I gave her a polite nod. The boy then introduced himself "I'm Ash Ketchum of Pallet Town."

"Nice to meet you Ash" I said turning to my friends "Introduce yourselves guys."

Ash gulped nervously as Haku stepped forward, well yeah, Haku was wearing his mask the whole time we left the cave and who wouldn't be scared of Haku's mask. Haku removed it "I'm Haku and I'm Lady Kasumi's bodyguard."

"Bodyguard?" Brock asked and I was surprised he was back so soon "What for?"

"Answers will come later" I told him "Right now let's finish introductions."

"Fair enough" Ash admitted.

I saw a yellow mouse sitting on Ash's shoulder, in fact it looked like the creature my mother and I looked after one day when I was five years old, it was yellow and had red cheeks. "Whose this?" I asked.

Ash smiled "This is my buddy Pikachu!"

"Pikachu!" Pikachu said smiling at me.

I smiled "Hello Pikachu."

Aang advanced towards the three "I'm Aang."

Hanabi walked up next and Brock almost fell for her beauty too only he didn't due to having Crogunk at his side "I'm Hanabi Hyugga. Lady Kasumi's best friend."

Ash turned toward Toph and saw her eyes "Are you okay miss? Can you see us?"

"No" Toph answered "At least not in the way you and Lady Kasumi can see me. I'm Toph Bei Fong."

Ash turned towards me seeing Takara at my side "Kasumi, is this your Vulpix?"

I smiled "She is. This is my Takara."

Brock then saw the snow white baby Vulpix and walked closer "Interesting, is this Vulpix yours too?"

"No" I told him "Aang, Haku, Hanabi, Takara, Toph and I rescued her last night from" I paused looking at Haku "Steelix right?"

"Correct" Haku reported.

"She's the reason why I needed to come to this Pokemon Center" I told the three "The baby Vulpix is suffering from two broken legs and a partially broken chest.

Brock examines the baby Vulpix's legs and chest "Seems like the injuries were worse before do any of you know some way of healing?"

"I tried healing her" I answered "Only my way was going to take a while as I don't have enough practice with it."

"Then let's get our Pokemon checked out" Ash told me "Let's walk in together."

As a group the eight of us walk in. Once inside the Pokemon Center, I saw a big comfortable place inside it, it wasn't only a hospital for Pokemon but it also had things to do while the hospital went to work. I saw a red haired nurse and walked over to her "Excuse me."

The nurse smiled "Yes? Welcome to the Pokemon Center. I'm Nurse Joy, how can I help you?"

I gently picked the baby Vulpix up and brought her forward "Um, Nurse Joy, my friends and I found this Baby Vulpix, she was attacked by a Steelix. Is there anything you can do for her?"

Nurse Joy gasps as if she saw the Vulpix's injuries as she gently pets the Vulpix's head to comfort her "Poor little thing, luckily this girl rescued you in time. Sure miss, my staff and I will look after her and heal her. Is there anything else you'd like me to check out to?

"Vulpix!" Takara said leaping onto my shoulder.

I smiled petting her "I'd like you to look over Takara here, she and I battled that Steelix so my friends could get the baby Vulpix to safety. Takara took a blow too."

"Sure thing" Nurse Joy said "I'll take the two Vulpix."

She turned to Ash, Brock and Dawn whom wanted their Pokemon including Pikachu looked over. The kind nurse walks off to work on the Pokemon. While in the Pokemon Center, I sat down at a table with Aang, Haku, Hanabi and Toph with us. Ash, Brock and Dawn joined us and it turned out that Brock was an amazing cook! He cooked the entire groups breakfast. As we were eating, I had decided to tell the three Trainers our story. The Trainers were shocked especially Brock whom looked at me "You, Haku, and Hanabi are ninjas?"

"We are" I admitted.

Ash studies Haku "I'll believe Haku is a ninja, that mask he wore freaked me out, but you Kasumi and your friend Hanabi?"

"Just because Lady Kasumi and Hanabi don't look like ninjas" Haku warned him "Doesn't mean that they aren't. Lady Kasumi is one of the most dangerous ninjas an opponent can face off against. Hanabi can strike an opponent down with just one jab of her wrists."

Brock turned to Aang "And you can bend Four Elements?"

Aang sighed "I am the Avatar which allows me to do that, but I'm currently still learning how to Earth Bend, and I have to learn how to Fire Bend."

"You have a long way to go before you come strong in Earth Bending" Toph sighed.

Dawn turned to me "So you and your four friends were ambushed and attacked by this Princess Azula, then this giant snake sent you to a star which brought you five here?"
"That's correct" I told her "We aren't sure how to get back but we have to."

"I could live here for eternity" Aang told me.

"You'd like it here" I muttered "As for me, I'd like to stay clear of the forests where Bugs are common."

"You are afraid of bugs?" Ash asked me.

I nodded "Indeed, I think I got that fear from my father whom is also afraid of bugs."

"Well" Ash told us "Why don't you stick with me and my friends? I mean safety is in numbers plus, it doesn't sound as if Lady Kasumi doesn't have any Pokemon Battling experience."

I sweat dropped "I suppose I could learn, I mean, if I can teach my brother Naruto and Hanabi Duel Monsters, I'm sure I could learn how to Pokemon Battle...Although it would be extremely hard to call off Takara from finishing off an opponent."

"Finishing off?" Brock inquired.

Haku nods "In the area we come from, especially if you're living the life of a ninja, it's literally this when you are on a mission, it's kill or be killed. Or in Lady Kasumi's case be captured and used against your will. Plus Takara has been at Lady Kasumi's side for a long time fighting alongside the Lady Signer.

"Oh" Brock said "Wait a second why do your opponent's want Kasumi? She seems normal."

"She's an Earth Bender for one thing" Toph answered him "But, she's also Psychic."

Ash gulped "Psychic Pokemon are no joke. In the Pokemon World there are trainers that are Psychic...Kasumi would fit right into that."

"Still" Dawn said puzzled "Why is it that she's targeted because of those things? I mean sure predicting the future sounds good but that can't benefit you."

Hanabi answered "Lady Kasumi's Psychic Powers are more than just seeing the future. She mastered her psychic powers allowing her to use her powers as a weapon which devastates the foe."

"Plus she is a Signer" Haku told them, he then explained about the Crimson Dragon.

"Kasumi is one of these Signers?" Ash asked bewildered.

I nodded pulling down my sleeve revealing my birthmark "This is proof, the Mark of the Crimson Dragon."

"Ultimately" Haku told the three Trainers "It's because of all three abilities Lady Kasumi has that make her a target for the enemy. She's an Earth Bender which is impressive, her Psychic Powers make her even more dangerous and she's a Signer which means if there is danger in the world she's sworn to get rid of the danger with the Crimson Dragon's power."

"Man" Brock said looking at me "She has all that power in one body. I now can see why she's targeted by opponents. They want to use her powers as weapon for themselves."

"Exactly" Haku said "Which is where I come in as the Lady Signer's bodyguard "I do what I can to make sure Lady Kasumi isn't captured and used without her consent."

Ash blinks turning to me "How long do you think you're going to stay here?"

I shrugged "Not sure, it's all about figuring out how we got here, or what brought us here and reversing it to get back. But at the moment there is something else I must do."

"Which is?" Dawn asked.

"Finding that baby Vulpix's mother" I answered her "She's lost and alone. She'll never survive without her mother raising her."

Ash gave me a smile "Then mind if we help you?"

"You'll help?" I asked him.

"You bet!" Ash said "You want to make sure the baby gets back to her mother. That's something your right in. She has to be reunited with her mother, if left to be on her own and try to find her mother she'll wind up in other battles against other Wild Pokemon or caught by a trainer."

"Thanks guys" I told them.

"Plus you'll need us" Brock told us "It's unsafe to enter any area of the Pokemon World without a Pokemon at your side, even though you have Takara, she can't protect all of you."

"Alright then" Hanabi said "It's agreed."

"We'll stick together and figure things out" Dawn said "So there is no need to worry about it!"

"There shouldn't be anything to worry about" Ash said looking at me "I want to battle you one day Lady Kasumi. Specifically you and Takara against me and Pikachu."

"Hmm" I muttered "I should get some practice in sooner or later I'm going to be dragged into one of these Pokemon Battles and I only have Takara, now I have no intention of capturing other Pokemon"

"But what if we find the mother Vulpix to the baby one and the baby wants you to take her instead?" Aang asked me.

"If that were to happen" I said hesitating "I'll take her in."

"With that in mind" Brock told me "You could become one of the best Vulpix Trainers around. But I've gotta admit this, I never saw a white Vulpix before."
He turned to Aang "You say she breathed ice right?"

"She did" Hanabi answered him.

"It was pretty funny when Aang ask her why she did that" Toph admitted.

I looked at my friends "If you want Pokemon, I suppose that'll be fine, but I don't like the sound of these Pokeballs. They sound like cages to me. I've never caged Takara up and I won't start."

Ash sighed "Pikachu hates Pokeballs too. You can keep your Pokemon out of their Pokeballs though and I see that you don't have a Pokeball for Takara."

"She has a license and a collar" I told him "That's a sign she's owned."

"Plus" Brock adds on "The way she's happy around Kasumi is a sign that the Vulpix is hers. Anyone especially Officer Jenny would see that as more proof.

There was a single going off, Dawn stood up "That's the single that the Pokemon are healed."

We get up and walk to the area to retrieve our Pokemon. Nurse Joy turned to us smiling as she handed out the Pokeballs to Ash, Brock and Dawn "here you go" she eyes me smiling as she brings Takara out "And here you go, your Vulpix is healthy."

"Takara" I shouted as she jumped into my arms.

"Vulpix!" she says.

I looked at Nurse Joy "How's the baby Vulpix coming?"
Nurse Joy frowned "It's taking quite a while to heal her. Poor thing is intimidated by even my Chancsy."

"Poor thing" I sighed out "It's scared."

Aang walked over to Nurse Joy "Is there anything I can do to help?"

"Do you have experience around animals?" Nurse Joy asked.

"I like animals ma'am" Aang told her "In fact I was the one that managed to get her away. She trusts me, and Lady Kasumi."

Nurse Joy turned to me and Haku "Would you two mind to follow me and calm her down?"

"Sure" I said.

"We'd be glad to" Aang adds on.

We followed Nurse Joy to the room where the snow white Vulpix was indeed intimidated by Chancey. The pink Pokemon weren't so intimidating to me. I knew they were there basically as healers for the Pokemon Centers. Still at the same time I knew it was scared because the last time a giant Pokemon appeared, she was attacked without warning. It saw me and Aang.

"Easy there little one" I told it.

"Yeah," Aang told it "The Chancey want to help you."

Takara was at my side "Vulpix, Vulpix" She admitted.

I walked over to it petting it's head calming her down "There, there."

"Vulpix" The baby said as it wanted to be held in my arms.

I picked her up gently and put her back down on the bed to rest "You need your rest. Let the Chancey help you. Takara won't let anything happen to you."

Takara agrees leaping onto the bed alongside the baby "Vulpix!"

She curls up around the baby in a protective manner. Aang smiled at the baby which looked happy to have the three of us around especially Takara. With Aang and me in the room, Nurse Joy went to work trying to heal the baby Vulpix. It took a while but it seemed to work, then the power went out causing the Pokemon Center to turn completely off.

"Power outage?" I asked "Aang, could you look outside to see if there is a storm?"

Aang obeyed looking outside the door "Negative Lady Kasumi ma'am."

Then there was explosions that were set off as smoke cleared the room.

"What's going on?" I asked

Aang prepared to air bend the smoke away "Not sure! But it seems like someone's attacking this place."

It is then I noticed he was right as a female voice announced "Listen, is that a voice I hear?"

There was another voice "It speaks to me loud and clear!"

"On the wind!" the female voice announced

"Past the stars" the male's voice sounded.

"In your ear!" a third voice sounded.

"Bringing chaos at a breakneck pace!"

"Dashing hope, putting fear in its place."

"A rose by any other name is just as sweet."

"When everything's worse, our work is complete."

"Jessie!" the female's voice sounded as she finally revealed herself to be a red haired woman wearing a white outfit with her shirt having a Red R on it's chest and black boots.

"and it's James!" the male's voice announced as the smoke revealed a blue haired man in the same outfit but he obviously didn't have a skirt.

"Meowth! Now that's a name!" the third voice said revealing itself to be some sort of cat like creature.

"Putting the do-gooders in their place..." Jessie spoke.

"...we're Team Rocket..." James ended.

Then all three shouted "IN YOUR FACE!"

A Pokeball burst open and a wierd blue creature appeared "Wobbuffet"

Aang and I looked at each other and we weren't intimidated by these three.

"Team who?" I demanded.

"Weren't you listening to our introduction?" Jessie berated me "We're Team Rocket!"

"Is that like a circus clown act?" Aang asked.

"You haven't heard of us Team Rocket?" Meowth demanded "We're not circus clowns but-" He glared at Jessie and James "But sometimes two of us seem to act like the group is."

"HEY NOW!" James demanded "That wasn't nice!"

"Team Rocket" Nurse Joy told me "Is a criminal organization that steals Pokemon from trainers or in the Wild."

I gave a glare at the three members of Team Rocket "Do they now? Well let's see them try it."

Aang agreed "There's nothing worse than thieves that steal Pokemon from others."

"Enough chit-chat!" Meowth said "We're here for that snow white baby Vulpix!"

I stepped in front of her as Takara shielded the baby "Vulpix!"

Meowth glared at my pet "Aren't you a brave Vulpix, protecting your kin like that! We'll take you too then!"

I smirked as Takara didn't like to be addressed that way "VVVUUULLLPPPIIIXXX!"

The three members of Team Rocket only had time to duck as a stream of fire roared over towards them.

"Lookie here you little brave fox!" Meowth told Takara "Team Rocket's not going to be intimidated by you ether!"

I stepped up "You're forgetting that Takara belongs to me. If you want Takara and the baby Vulpix you're going to have to go through me!"

Aang agreed "And me too!"

"Fine" Jessie said "Meowth set the smoke bombs off!"

Meowth agreed pressing a button and smoke came into the room but Aang was ready and Air Bended the smoke back out.

"WHAT GIVES?" James demanded "That boy just blew the smoke out.

"Air Bending" Aang told the three "With it I can blow out your smoke, no matter how dense it is."

"That normally would be helpful against normal trainers" I told Team Rocket "But against Aang who can Air Bend? That strategy won't work!"

"Then let's see how you handle this!" Jessie demanded throwing out a Pokeball "Seviper come on out, and use Poison Tail!"
"You too Carnivine" James shouted throwing out his Pokemon "Use Bullet Seed!"

Out of Jessie's Pokeball a snake appeared with a huge lethal tail, out of James's Pokeball a green venus fly trap appeared and CHOMP! It bit James' head and the man was struggling to break free "WHY MUST THIS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME? DON'T ATTACK ME! ATTACK THE GIRL!"

At the last second James managed to throw his Pokemon off him and it came at me. It opened it's mouth and fired seeds at me. At the same time Seviper came at me with it's tail glowing dangerously in purple poison. I smirked holding up a card and mentally thought Come on out, Scrap-Iron Scarecrow!

At my command a scarecrow appeared blocking both Pokemon attacks.

"WHAT WAS THAT?" Meowth demanded.

"A scarecrow?" Jessie demanded "Just blocked our attacks"

I glared at the three "Keep your attacks coming because I can use Scrap-Iron Scarecrow all over again."

Aang took his chance and Air Bended the two Pokemon backwards. The two Pokemon roared and were blown on their trainers.

"Get back in there Carnivine!" James ordered "Bullet Seed!"

The plant comes back and Takara opened her mouth and shouted "VVVUUULLLPPPIIIXXX!"

She unleashed a powerful fire attack at it just as it opened it's mouth.

"That's Flamethrower!" Nurse Joy told me.

"I thought it had to be something" I said I looked at Takara "Takara? Want to battle these clowns?"

"Vulpix!" Takara said nodding leaping down.

It was at this time Ash joined me "What's going on?"

Haku was with him turning to see Team Rocket "Those three outside."

"Team Rocket!" Ash demanded.

He sees Takara facing Seviper and Carnivine "Kasumi! Let me help you."

"Relax" Haku told Ash "Lady Kasumi's got this."

"Oh really?" Jessie demanded "Seviper, Poison Tail that Vulpix!"

"Ash, and Haku" I told them "Help defend the baby Vulpix, Takara, you know what to do."

Takara nods timing the Poison Tail right and dodged it then she unleashed a blinding ray at Seveiper confusing it.

"That's Confuse Ray!" Ash said.

I smiled as Takara rammed into Seveiper at incredible speeds with her head. The attack sent Seviper at Carnivine knocking it down.

"That's Quick Attack" Ash calculated.

"JUST ONE FOX IS OUTSMARTING US?" Jessie demanded.

"Not for long!" James shouts "Carnivine, Raser Leaf!"

Carvivine raises and unleashes leaves as I held up a card and Haku spoke "Lady Kasumi! Don't use your Synchro Summoning abilities!"

"I'll do it" I told him "Appear now, Swordmaster Mia!"

With my Psychic Powers I evened out the battlefield and my swordmaster appears sword in hand, I wasn't surprised that she easily deflected the leaves without injuries.

"How did she do that?" Meowth asked.

Takara gathers in ghostly flames and unleashes them at Carnivine and Seviper, the flames hit burning them.

"That's the last move!" Ash told me "That's Will O Wisp! It causes the burn Status when it hits."

I smirked "One more, I use Spell Card Double Summon to bring out Hyper Synchron!"

Hyper Synchron appeared and I gave it a nod "Why don't we show these clowns a lesson? I'm tuning you with Mia to Synchro Summon Olympian Dragon!"

Hyper Synchro disapeared into four rings scanning Swordmaster Mia and in it's place after a show of white light, who should show up but my Synchro Dragon Olympian Dragon.

Ash was bewildered "What's that?"

Aang answered "That's Olympian Dragon!"

Haku smirked "Team Rocket doesn't know what they are into...Olympian Dragon isn't a Pokemon. They can't even beat Takara..."

Meowth gulped "How does she do this?"

I answered "I'm Psychic that's why. I can do this with my Duel Deck and it's Extra Deck. Now, let this be a lesson to you. Takara! Use Flamethrower and Olympian Dragon my friend...Attack with Olympian Lightning!"

"VVVUUULLLPPPIIIXXX!" Takara shouts unleashing her Flamethrower attack at Team Rocket.

Olympian Dragon gathers in lightning around it's body then shot it out at Team Rocket and their Pokemon combinding with Takara's Flamethrower to make the attack firey.

"AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" The three shout as the attacks comes at them.

There was an explosion as the attack connects and it sends Team Rocket flying into the sky with Jessie demanding "THAT GIRL! SHE'S TOO POWERFUL!"

"That Dragon is extremely Rare" James admitted "We should try to capture it often."

"YOU HEARD THAT ONE TWERP WITH THE MASK!" Meowth said "It's not a Pokemon!"

"TEAM ROCKET'S BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" was the reply from the three.

Team Rocket was gone in a star finish and Olympian Dragon disappears into it's card format. Takara leaps into my arms "Well done Takara!"

"Dang" Ash said looking at me "That was amazing!"

He eyes my Vulpix petting her head, she looks at him as he spoke "One day, your owner Kasumi and I will have a battle."

He turned to his Pikachu "Wouldn't it be fun to battle Takara Pikachu?"

"Pikachu!" Pikachu replied nodding.

"One day" I admitted "It'll happen."

I gave out a gasp as I went onto my knees.

"What's wrong with her?" Ash asked.

"She strained herself" Haku said holding onto me for support "She does this when Synchro Summoning for real."

Aang nods "Take Lady Kasumi to get her rest in. I believe the baby is almost healed."

"She is" Nurse Joy said she turned to me "You're one brave girl to stand up to Team Rocket like that."

"Next time if there is one" I muttered weakly "I'm using my Psychic Powers for real."

Haku took me back to my friends where he explained the situation.

"So" Toph said turning to Dawn "You have Team Clown around here too?"

"They call themselves Team Rocket" Dawn said but she smirked "But honestly, I never thought of Team Rocket as clowns but...you know that works out for those three!"

"Too bad you strained yourself fighting them" Hanabi sighed to me.

"They made mad" I told her "I wanted to show them true terror in Olympian Dragon."

"Oh, I think they got the message" Haku said to me "I'm sure they don't want to deal with Olympian Dragon head on again."

"Now it'll take eight days for me to recover" I muttered.

Haku sighed "I warned you not to."

"True" I admitted.

Takara was at my side happily. Ash turned to Brock "Takara was amazing. She handled Team Rocket long enough for Kasumi to bring out Olympian Dragon."

"Takara didn't get hurt once?" Brock asked.

"Nope" I said.

"That's amazing really" Brock admitted "Especially seeing it was two against one for a long time before you brought out Olympian Dragon"

Five minutes later Nurse Joy appears with Aang at her side and a completely healthy baby Vulpix.

"Thanks for helping out Aang and Kasumi" Nurse Joy said "This baby Vulpix is completely healthy. She's ready to travel."

I smiled "Good...Too bad I'm not."

"You'll recover" Haku said "I mean you can still walk but your powers are drained, it won't be wise for you to battle a trainer or opponent as if we'd do normally."

Out of the corner of my eye though, I saw Toph glaring at Hanabi. Hanabi seemed to not notice it but I had a feeling something was going to happen between those two.

Part two of Split Apart has come. No duel in this chapter as it was introducing Kasumi to Ash, Brock, and Dawn. Plus Team Rocket needed an intro...Don't worry, Team Rocket's still alive. Anyway next chapter. Chapter 27: Split Apart PIII, Hanabi vs. Toph: While waiting for Kasumi to recover from her strain, Toph challenges Hanabi to a Duel to determine which of them is Kasumi's true best friend giving Ash, Brock, Dawn, and Officer Jenny their first ever Duel experience.
