Chapter 41: Kasumi vs. Marik P2
Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto, or Avatar the Last Air Bender, or Hades whom is Disney's version of him. I do own Kasumi along with most of her deck which is based off of Fire Emblem female characters and the four Titan Cards.
As I watched the Winged Dragon of Ra's attack come at me closer and closer I knew that if this hit me I was finished. No way was I going to take a direct attack from the Winged Dragon of Ra. Luckily I had my face down card and waited till the Battle Damage step was calculated. When the attack hit me not only were my friends calling my name in fear that it would kill me where I stood, I also felt the incredible attack on my body as the explosion sounded around me. Once I knew the damage step was coming I quickly activated my Trap Card. When the attack ended, I heard Marik the Third's laughter "That should've done it! Now, kneel Lady Signer and I may spare you miserable life!"
"I'm sorry" I muttered as the dust cleared while actually sweating a bit as the attack might've been reduced to zero but the powerful God Card's attack still had heat to it and when I mean heat I mean extreme heat to it "But I'll never kneel to evil or beg for my life!"
"She's fine!" Hanabi sighed with relief.
"Thank Goodness" Haku muttered "That could've been the end of her."
Marik the Third looked at me bewildered as he noticed my Life Points were still at the standard amount of 4000, he then looks at me "Check your gear...Lady Signer...You're Life Points should be at zero!"
"Me gear is fine!" I told him "In your quick nature to destroy me you failed to realize that at the last second when the damage step was calculated that I activated my Trap Card!"
It is then Marik the Third noticed that my Face-Down card had activated and he spoke gritting his teeth "CURSES! DEFENSE DRAW!"
"That's right!" I told him "This Trap Card doesn't target Winged Dragon of Ra but it makes any attack my opponent makes on me to zero, and I get to draw a card!"
Once this was explained I drew my card and analyzed the scene one last time while Marik spoke "So you managed to survive that attack...Thanks to your Trap Card...However you can't last against my mighty Winged Dragon of Ra! Even if I have to destroy all your Monsters you manage to summon eventually you'll run out of Monsters or you run the risk of putting one in attack mode...With the Winged Dragon of Ra's attack at 8500, you'll be finished no matter what you try to do! Turn end!"
I carefully studied the scene more what he told me was true all he had on his side of the field was the Winged Dragon of Ra with 8500 attack points. He also had four thousand Life Points, but I wasn't going to give in.
"Say what you will Marik! No matter what you have in mind, just like my father before me, I'll never give in...You may have a powerful Monster but I'll figure a way to beat it! It's my move, I draw!"
I drew my card "If Hermes, the Messenger God is in my Graveyard during my Stand by Phases I can Special Summon him back to the field!"
Hermes, the Messenger God reappeared on the field ATK: 1000
I checked my hand nodding "Here we go, I activate Continuous Spell Card: Synchro Draw! Any time I manage to Synchro Summon a Monster, I get to draw one card from my deck while also gaining five hundred Life Points."
"Nice" Marik told me "Not like that's going to help you!"
"We'll see!" I told him "I summon my Cleric Mist to the field in defense mode!"
Cleric Mist appeared on the field DEF: 500
I looked at him "When Cleric Mist is successfully Normal or Special Summoned to the field, I get one thousand Life Points!"
My Life Points rose. My Life Points: 5000
"This is going to be intense" Haku muttered.
"Eighty-five Hundred Attack Points is nothing to take lightly still" Toph admitted "So Life Point recovery is going to be key for her if she needs to take any attack. Sadly though she has to play smart."
Hanabi agreed "All it takes is just one strong attack and she'll be defeated...However she doesn't seem intending on losing."
I gave it a nod "Alright Hermes, the Messenger God, one more time! I'm going to tune you to my level two Cleric Mist!"
"Here comes her favorite Monster Michiah!" Lance announced.
I chant out as Hermes, the Messenger God split into four rings scanning Cleric Mist whom had two stars "Born by Blood by the Crimson Dragon, the Light Shines for the truth...For Justice, Synchro Summon...Michiah, Maiden of Dawn!"
Michiah appeared on the field in a flash of light ATK: 2400
Marik the Third eyes my Monster smirking "Even with her ability to give all of your Monsters five hundred attack points, Not even she can save you in attack mode Lady Signer."
"I agree" I admitted while noticing Michiah's attack rise a bit 2400-2900 "But you forget that she was Synchro Summoned so now that I have Synchro Draw comes into play and I not only gain five hundred Life Points, but I can draw one card from my deck!"
My Life Points rose by five hundred while drawing my card My Life Points: 5500
Once I drew my card I spoke "I activate Michiah, Maiden of Dawn's Special ability by halving her attack points until the end of my turn, I can Special Summon any Monster in my Graveyard, however neither Monster can attack on the turn I use Michiah's special ability"
He watches as I half Michiah's attack points 2900-1450 then I shouted "With Miraculous Reborn, Michiah's effect name, I'll bring back Swordmaster Mia!"
Swordmaster Mia appeared on the field and thanks to Michiah's first special ability had her attack points increased by five hundred. ATK: 2300.
"Next" I told Marik the Third "I'll activate Spell Card: Double Summon, which allows me to Special Summon one other Monster!"
I choose my Monster "and it's my Pegasus, the Faithful Steed Tuner Monster!"
Pegasus the Faithful Steed appears on the field ATK: 1000
Marik's eyes widened as he saw it "Nuts!"
I nodded "That's right, it's a Tuner I can use to Summon MY own Signer Dragon...and I'm going to do it, I'm going to tune my Level four Pegasus, the Faithful Steed Tuner Monster with my Level four Sword Master Mia!"
Pegasus, the Faithful Steed Tuner Monster splits into four rings scanning Swordmaster Mia while I chant out "Born by blood and loyalty to the Crimson Dragon...The Light Shines for the Truth...For Justice...Synchro Summon...OLYMPIAN DRAGON!"
My own Synchro Dragon appeared on the field ATK: 2600
Then thanks to Michiah's first ability her attack points rose by five hundred. 2600-3100
"Doing that reactivated Synchro Draw!" I told him as my Life Points rose again.
My Life Points: 6000
I also drew my card.
"None of those Monsters can save you!" Marik told me "Their too weak"
"Perhaps" I said "But I activate my Field Spell Card: Mount Olympus!"
The Famous Mountain world of the Greek Gods and Goddesses appear and I smile knowing my Life Points were spared as long as I controlled one Monster. I checked my hand and had a card in it "I'll set one card face-down and end my turn!" Now that I have ended my turn Michiah's attack points returned to normal 1450-2900.
"You're puny Monsters mean nothing!" Marik told me "It's my move, I draw!"
He drew his card but it is then I activated my Trap Card "I activate Continuous Trap Card: Shade!"
"NICE!" Haku announced.
"Good move!" Hanabi admitted.
"May I ask what it does that makes you two sound like it is a good move?" Lance asked them.
I answered for him as I looked at Marik the Third "Now, I can only activate this Continuous Spell Card if I have at least two Monsters Face-up on the field...If I have one stronger than the other, you can only target the stronger Monster to attack!"
Marik grits his teeth "That means..."
I nodded "With Olympian Dragon at thirty-one Hundred attack points, she's the stronger Monster on my side of the field, which means you can't target Michiah!"
"Plus" Dawn said figuring it out "Olympian Dragon's own special ability means that she can't be destroyed by battle!"
"Then with Mount Olympus's effect" Misty said "Lady Kasumi won't take Battle Damage!"
"Impressive Lady Signer" Marik muttered seeing that he had no answer to my set up at the time "Don't think this set back means anything! My Winged Dragon of Ra is still stronger than any of your Monsters! I'll figure how to break your unstoppable combo yet! I end my turn!"
I sighed with relief that my last turn really helped me out, as long as I had my set up of Shade, and Mount Olympus, I could protect my Life Points, I looked at my drawn card then it looked like I might have a way to defeat the Winged Dragon of Ra "I activate Two Monster effects, one of them is Hermes, the Messenger God, once again he reappears on the field! Hermes, the Messenger God reappeared. ATK: 1500
"Next" I told Marik "I activate Michiah's own Special ability by halving her attack points, I can bring back any Monster in my Graveyard...So...Come back out, Stardust Dragon!"
I halved Michiah's attack points again 2900-1450 then Stardust Dragon appeared on the field roaring ATK: 2500 then with Michiah's added boost had 3000 atk.
"Two Signer Dragons!" Max announced.
"Three Synchros" May said counting down.
"Next" I told Marik the Third "I activate Hermes, the Messenger God's ability it allows me to Special Summon one level four or below Monster from my Deck or Hand, and I choose Wyvern Rider Jill!"
Wyvern Rider Jill appeared on the field ATK: 2000
I then spoke "Sense Winged Dragon of Ra is divine type which is also Light, Wyvern Rider Jill's attack decreases by half.
Marik smirks seeing this 2000-1000 her attack points rose by five hundred thanks to Michiah's first ability.
1000-1500
"Next" I said to Marik "I'm going to Tune My Level four Hermes, the Messenger God once again to my Level four Wyvern Rider Jill in order to Synchro Summon...Darkened gales, reveal hidden wishes on your wings! Synchro Summon! Soar, Black-Feather Dragon!"
Uncle Crow's Signer Dragon appeared ATK: 2800
Then thanks to Michiah's ability it's attack increased. 2800-3300
"Four Synchros!" May announced.
"Three Synchro Signer Dragons" Brock admitted "And Lady Kasumi's favorite Monster."
"Synchro Draw's effect goes into play" I told Marik the Third "Allowing me to draw one card and gain five hundred Life Points!"
My Life Points increased yet again My Life Points: 6500
Then I drew my card. I looked at Marik smiling. He looks at me "What's that smile on your face for, none of your Monsters have the attack points needed to take on my mighty Winged Dragon of Ra!"
"Not one-on-one" I said smiling "However if I can have them work together as a team, then they could take on your mighty God Card."
"I'd like to see you try to take my mighty Winged Dragon of Ra on!"
"My pleasure" I told him "Now it's time for Battle!"
Marik just grinned "Bring all three of your Dragons on, on second thought only two can attack Stardust Dragon can't attack due to being revived by Michiah's ability."
"True" I admitted "However, I activate Quick-Play Spell Card: Synchro Dragon Team Attack"
On my new Spell Card which I played it had Olympian Dragon, Stardust Dragon, Black Rose Dragon, Red Dragon Archfiend, and Ancient Fairy Dragon on it charging all together at Earthbound Immortal Uru which seemed to be more giant than ever before.
Marik gasped "Oh-no!"
"Oh yes" I told him "Here is how it works, I can only activate this Spell Card if there are three or more Synchro Dragon Type Monsters face-up on my side of the field and if they are in attack mode! It allows them to attack combining their attacks into one. If their combined attack is higher than your Monster, then even Ash knows what happens next."
Ash did know "Sense the Winged Dragon of Ra would have the weaker attack, it'll get destroyed!"
I gave Ash a wink nodding then I turned to him "Plus...Sense it's a Spell Card activated on the Battle Phase you'll take the difference between the combined attacks as damage!"
Marik growls stepping back with a face whose emotion read that this took him by surprise. Finally he spoke "No way...And."
I nodded "Sense Michiah's Maiden of Dawn's effect boosted all three of my Dragon's attack by five hundred I'm sure you know what that means."
Marik did knowing that the Winged Dragon of Ra's attack didn't match up to the combined attacks of the three Signer Dragons as I spoke smiling "So here it comes, Olympian Dragon attack with Olympus Lightning! Stardust Dragon, Shooting Sonic, and Black-Feather Dragon, Noble Stream!"
I watched as all three Signer Dragons shot outwards to the Winged Dragon of Ra almost fearlessly as I was and I watched as they unleashed their attacks at the Winged Dragon of Ra.
"STOP THEM WINGED DRAGON OF RA!" Marik the Third shouted "COUNTER WITH BLAZE CANNON!"
The Winged Dragon of Ra roared obeying forming a huge fireball and fired it at the three Signer Dragons's combined attack. The three Signer Dragon's attacks collided with the Winged Dragon of Ra's attack but compared to their combined strength which was 9400, the Blaze Cannon attack was weaker and instantly the combined attacks forced the Winged Dragon of Ra's attack back at it as well as hitting the Egyptian God. All eyes watched to see if this actually did it. At first I wasn't sure but then I saw lightning, air and black flames coming from the Winged Dragon of Ra before it blew up in a blazing inferno destroyed. Marik's eyes widened "MY WINGED DRAGON OF RA! No way!"
He cringes in pain as the battle damage strikes him and his Life Points lower.
Marik's Life Points: 3100
I checked my hand "Sense Michiah used her ability to bring back Stardust Dragon back out she can't attack, however I'll set one card face down, and end my turn."
Seeing the destruction of the Winged Dragon of Ra caused Team Rocket to break into a celebreation with Meowth shouting "AMAZING! I didn't think it was possible! But way to go Boss Lady! You deserve to be congratulated on this achievement! Come on Jessie and James join me in cheering our boss lady on!"
"You bet!" Jessie and James said as the three members of Team Rocket celebrated early shouting my name and giving me courage to continue "You're doing well Lady Kasumi continue the good work!"
"DID YOU ALL SEE THAT?" Ash asked excited "SHE DIDN'T NEED HER TITAN CARD TO DEFEAT THE WINGED DRAGON OF RA!"
"I gotta hand it to Lady Kasumi" Max said "The way she did it was great! I wasn't sure what her game plan was for when I saw Black Feather Dragon's attack was higher than Olympian Dragon's that meant that Black Feather Dragon could be destroyed on Marik the Third's next turn."
"That's right!" Misty announced "Team Work overcame a God!"
May smiles "Now things should be easy! Lady Kasumi still has four Monsters on the field so she should be able to defeat Marik the Third with ease on his next turn!"
Dawn clapped "We don't have to worry any more! Lady Kasumi has this win in the bag! Not to mention she damaged Marik the Third's Life Points!"
Aang was excited "Now what's left is for Lady Kasumi to defeat Marik the Third on her next turn and it's game set and match! Then victory is hers!"
Only Haku, Hanabi, Lance, and Toph weren't cheering. Deep inside my heart, I felt glad that I was able to defeat Winged Dragon of Ra, but I also knew that it also had deadly effects when it was Special Summoned onto the field. I had to be ready for anything.
Ash noticed that those four weren't cheering "Hey Lance, the Lady Signer just struck a bad blow...So why aren't you cheering?"
Haku was about to answer for Lance but Lance beat him to it "While I admit getting rid of the dangerous 8500 attack point Winged Dragon of Ra using Synchro Dragon Team Attack and did Life Point damage to Marik the Third was a good thing...I'll even congradulate her on being able to defeat Winged Dragon of Ra at 8500 attack points which isn't an easy thing to do...However it's too early to celebrate."
"Why's that?" Ash asked.
Haku answered "True an eighty-five hundred attack point Winged Dragon of Ra is devastating...However...It's true terror lies in the way a player Special Summons it from the Graveyard."
"It won't have the huge attack anymore" Misty told him.
"That's not the problem" Hanabi told her "Winged Dragon of Ra has many devastating abilities which when it's in the form of Phoneix Mode...It's still very dangerous...Mark my words...This Duel is far from over."
Toph agreed "Plus this Marik the Third still has some Pokemon in his deck with who knows what their abilities are although that might not be the solution to Marik's problem though as he has four Monsters he has to contend with." she smiles "Although we aren't arguing with you that what Lady Kasumi was impressive! It was impressive but look at her."
All eyes turned to me causing me to blush as if I was caught completely naked taking a bath in a hot springs as was common for ninja of Konoha to do. Hanabi then spoke Toph's worry "Does the Lady Kasumi's expression say she knows she has Marik the Third beat yet?"
"Good point" Brock admitted seeing this "She doesn't."
"That's a good sign" Haku admitted "Because that tells me she's aware of Ra's sinister special abilities when in Phoenix Mode or when it's brought back to the field in a Special Summoned method."
"It's my move!" Marik announced glaring at me "I draw!"
He checks his hand "I activate Spell Card: Max Revival Item! It allows my to Special Summon any Monster in my Graveyard as well as give me one thousand Life Points and allows me to draw three cards, so what other Monster to Special Summon than my Winged Dragon of Ra!"
The Winged Dragon of Ra came roaring back onto the field ATK: ? This wasn't the only thing that happened for Marik's Life Points rose Marik's Life Points: 4100 then drew three cards.
"Now" Marik the Third spoke to me "I shall use my Winged Dragon of Ra's ability when it's Special Summoned from the Graveyard, I can pay all but one of my Life Points and add it to the Winged Dragon of Ra's attack!"
I watch as Marik paid all but one of his Life Points. Marik's Life Points: 1 Winged Dragon of Ra's attack shot upward, ?-4099
Meowth huffs not scared for me, then again he didn't know what was about to happen"As if that's scary! It should be easy for Lady Kasumi to beat you on her next turn!"
"Next" Marik told me "I activate Spell Card: Ra's Light! It negates all face-up Spell or Trap Card effects until the end of my turn!"
"Nuts" I muttered knowing this could be bad.
"Now!" Marik announced "When I do battle, my Winged Dragon of Ra can attack all Monsters on your side of the field!"
"THAT THING CAN DO THAT?" Ash asked Haku.
Haku nodded "Sadly so."
"With Mount Olympus and Shade negated" Dawn muttered worried "That means she's going to take some damage!"
Marik points at Michiah "I'll handle your favorite Monster first, Winged Dragon of Ra attack Michiah Blaze Cannon!"
The Winged Dragon of Ra roars and fired it's attack at Michiah. My favorite Monster took the attack and is destroyed.
I felt the intense heat of the Winged Dragon of Ra on my body and kneel in pain as my Life Points took a hit.
My Life Points: 5301
"Without your Spellcaster, your Monsters lose five hundred attack points."
I watch as my three Dragons lost their boost 3300-2800, 3100-2600, 3000-2500
"Now" Marik told me "The battles continue, Winged Dragon of Ra attack Black Feather Dragon! Blaze Cannon!"
Blaze Cannon strikes Black Feather Dragon destroying it and dealing damage to me more.
I kneel even more burnt as ever My Life Points: 4001
"She's getting a bit crispy for my liking" Max muttered.
"Time for the third Monster to go down!" Marik told me "Winged Dragon of Ra attack Stardust Dragon! Blaze Cannon!"
Again the Winged Dragon of Ra struck my Monster destroying Stardust Dragon. I cringe burnt more taking the attack. My Life Points: 2401
I was gasping in pain and he had one more attack. He eyes Olympian Dragon "Time to take her down, Winged Dragon of Ra, attack her Olympian Dragon!"
The fourth attack strikes my Olympian Dragon but I spoke the effect knowing that if Winged Dragon of Ra could attack me directly if I was left without a Monster "Olympian Dragon's own second special ability prevents her from being destroyed by battle!"
"So that means I can't attack you directly as I planned to finish you off!" Marik snarls "But that means you'll still take damage."
The Blaze Cannon's recoil got to me and dropped me to my knees as I felt my Life Points drop more. My Life Points: 901
"Oh, man!" Ash shouted "She had him and now he reduced her to nine hundred and one Life Points left!"
"Told you that the Winged Dragon of Ra's effect when Special Summoned makes it dangerous" Lance told him.
"Had enough Lady Signer?" Marik asked mocking me "Want to surrender now?"
"N-N-N-Never" I muttered weakly trying to stand on my legs which surprisingly was hard for me to do.
I looked at him defiantly "When you end your Turn, your Winged Dragon of Ra goes back to your Graveyard!"
"Not for long!" Marik told me "I activate Quick-Play Spell Card: De-Fusion!"
I frowned knowing this too "Great..."
Marik nods "Normally I can use it on a Fusion Monster to defuse it! But I can also defuse the Winged Dragon of Ra and gain all of it's attack points as Life Points!"
I growled annoyed a bit "Chicken...Cheep dummy...Cowardly...Should've seen that move coming..."
Marik's Life Points: 4100
"This is what it is like against my Winged Dragon of Ra Lady Signer...Next turn your finished for sure! I'll set two cards face-down and end my turn."
I then spoke "I activate my Trap Card: Crimson Dragon Miracle!"
On my face-down card it showed the Crimson Dragon glowing as I spoke "I can only activate this Trap Card when my opponent has ended his turn, now By paying eight hundred of my Life Points, I can bring back two Monsters that were destroyed by Battle. So Michiah, Maiden of Dawn returns as well as Stardust Dragon"
I paid eight hundred of my Life Points My Life Points: 101 Marik watches this growling as my Monsters returned with Michiah being first and due to her being first all Monsters had their attack points increased. ATK, 2900, 3000, 3100.
He growls "No fair, I'll just have to get rid of the other two again!"
"It won't be so easy next time" I told him "You only got away with that last round because of Ra's Light but now that you ended your turn, the card effects go back into play!"
"Even so Lady Signer" Marik said with his Winged Dragon of Ra going back to the Graveyard "I'll still win this!"
"It's my move!" I announced, "I draw!"
"I activate my Continuous Trap Card!" Marik announced "Call of the Haunted! It'll bring out my Winged Dragon of Ra again!"
Winged Dragon of Ra reappeared and I was glad that the Call of the Haunted Trap Card could only work by summoning a Monster in attack mode which caught Marik off guard "What? In attack mode?"
Hanabi giggled "I see you were trying to Special Summon it in defense mode to make it unable to be destroyed in battle...However Call of the Haunted only allows you to do that in Attack mode!"
"Fine" Marik said not believing this "I'll pay all but one Life Point to give to Ra!"
I actually smiled as I saw him do that and my smile was one my father would've done "I was hoping you'd bring it out."
"What?" Marik asked.
Marik's Life Points: 1
Winged Dragon of Ra's attack points: 4099
I gave him a smile "Because if I find a Monster with over 4099 attack points, I win."
"Hard to do when none of your Monsters can touch me, plus you haven't activated Hermes, the Messenger God's effect!"
"I don't need him on the field" I told Marik "Plus true, but his effect can be activated at will and any time he's in the Graveyard...However I don't need him to win."
"Being cocky now are we?" Marik demanded.
I held up a card "Nope, I know I'm going to win, you see, the last card in my hand is the one that's going to seal your fate. It's called Polymerization!"
"Your deck has Fusion?!" Marik asked.
"SHE HAS A FUSION MONSTER?" Aang, Haku, Hanabi and Toph asked surprised more than Marik was which Max found hilarious "You four are her friends and you didn't know."
"She never shown it until now" Hanabi explained.
"This should be interesting" Haku admitted "Wonder how she plans to tackle the Winged Dragon of Ra with it."
I smiled "I'll use Polymerization to fuse Michiah, Maiden of Dawn on the field with both Stardust Dragon and Olympian Dragon!"
The two Dragon monsters all gave Michiah a nod as the three seemed to jump into the Polymerization Spell Card as I chant out "Maiden of Dawn, transcend the heavens with your guardian dragons to merge into one...Fusion Summon Level 12: Michiah, the Dragon Goddess!"
When the fusion appeared Michiah reappeared this time she literally she wore Stardust Dragon as armor while literally sitting on Olympian Dragon like a knight ATK: 4000
"She's not strong enough!" Marik announced. She falls just short!"
I smiled "Sure she's weaker...However for now."
"For now?" Marik asked.
I nodded "Oh yes, indeed, you see while Michiah, the Dragon Goddess is on the field, she gains five hundred attack points for every Warrior, Spellcaster, or Dragon Type Monster in all Player's Graveyards!"
Marik smirked a bit scared "That's scary! However I don't have any of those cards mentioned."
I nodded "True, but I do! Most of my deck is Warrior, Dragon or Spellcaster! And I have lots of them, Hermes, the Messenger God, Archer Naomi, Knight Meg, Swordmaster Mia, Red Dragon Archfiend, Stardust Dragon, Olympian Dragon, Michiah Maiden of Dawn and Black Feather Dragon! Count em yourselves!"
"That nine!" Brock shouted.
"Nine times five" Max said smiling "Equals...Eighty-Five Hundred attack points, the same as Winged Dragon of Ra's attack Points!"
He was right my Monster's attack Points skyrocketed 4000-8500.
"Nuts" Marik muttered.
"Now" I announced "Michiah, the Dragon Goddess, attack Winged Dragon of Ra with Light Force Judgment!"
Michiah, the Dragon Goddess took aim, opened up her hands then just as if she were using the Force fired a powerful light wave of energy from the heavens.
"I'm not finished yet!" Marik shouted at me "I activate Trap Card: Mirror Force!"
"Uh-oh!" Hanabi announced "That Trap Card can destroy all Monsters on Lady Kasumi's side of the field in attack mode!"
"ARE YOU SAYING IT'S GONNA BE DUSTED BY THAT MIRROR?" Jessie asked her "But how can a mirror be that strong."
"There's a reason why Duelist from my world say Mirror Force is a game changer type card" Hanabi told her "And it's because it can do that."
I then smiled "Figured that was your other Trap Card"
Marik blinks "What do you mean?"
I answered "I activate Michiah, the Dragon Goddess's Special ability the part she acquired from Stardust Dragon! She can't be destroyed by Card Effects if one tries to activate a card effect that card is destroyed, and the other ability she got from Olympian Dragon is that she can't be destroyed by Battle!"
"WHAT?" Marik asked shocked seeing that his Mirror Force was destroyed...He watches in terror as the light strikes his Winged Dragon of Ra and sense his Life Points were at one...It was easy to depute them to zero and he shrieks out "NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOO! THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE!"
There was a blinding light of explosion as his Life Points completely dropped to nothing.

"She did it!" Ash shouted "She won!"
Hanabi giggled turning to a shocked Toph at what she had heard happened "So...Toph...Glad Lady Kasumi used a different side deck on you?"
Toph nodded "Y-Y-Y-Yeah, for once, I'm glad her Extra Deck was different...I didn't realize how powerful the Signer Dragons and her new Fusion Monster can be..."
Aang agreed "She's certainly strong."
I was huffing in pain glad to have won the Duel and survive it, but the Winged Dragon of Ra's attacks on me did a number to me. I literally felt as if I had sunk into the sun itself. My whole entire body felt roasted. And I could've sworn I smelled myself nearly roasted like a turkey or a pig at a Luau. I was kneeling as I looked at Marik the Third whom looks at me "This...Is impossible! I was supposed to win this, I had the God and you didn't use your Titan."
"Didn't need to Marik" I told him.
He glared at me as I saw him beginning to die due to this Duel being real life Battle damage and a Shadow Duel "You have defeated me and the Winged Dragon of Ra saving both this pathetic World and your own homeland...I should've acted when you first arrived to destroy you while you didn't know my existence..."
"Why did you attack this world because of my father?" I asked "What did my father ever do to you?"
Marik looks at me in the eyes "If you must know he made things worse for Ishtars the moment he took down Zone whom was trying to make a better world. I wanted to avenge Zone's defeat by taking Yusei down and if I could've killed you in this Duel, I would've immediately moved onto him...My Pokedeck was supposed to be a good deck but that snow white Vulpix got away. With the Pokedeck I was going to take on Yusei and the other Signers to defeat them for what they did to me! However as the saying says like father like daughter."
"Where are you holding this one's mother?" I asked him.
Marik looks at me "Where else? In my own home one or two days away from here, now good luck rescuing the mother! I was taking a page out of Pokemon Hunter J's book and selling that Vulpix's mother...The new owner of hers will be there soon."
In his dying breathe he gave me the area of his home as I turned to the others "We need to get out of here and save that mother."
Ash agreed "Count on it!"
"We're with you to the end!" Meowth said.
"You three can go back into being evil" I told them.
"Where would the fun in that be?" James asked me "You're with Ash nearly all the time and from what I've seen from your dueling skills...I don't want to ever fight you."
"Yeah...Anyone that can defeat the most strongest God Card isn't someone to take too lightly!" Jessie admitted "We'll help...In fact I have a plan myself...Team Rocket can intercept that owner and delay him a bit."
I liked the sound of that "Alright then."
Team Rocket left pronto as we headed out towards the exit of the building and to the next area with me gritting my teeth thinking That owner is going to get something from me and Takara. We'll battle him for the baby's mother.

So Kasumi wins against the Winged Dragon of Ra! I hope you like these two last chapters which I feel as if I did this justice. Anyway the Pokedeck Marik was designing was for the client in the next chapter mostly Marik was just testing it out while using Winged Dragon of Ra. Anyway next chapter is chapter 42: Gem Knights vs. Pokedeck: Kasumi and her friends manage to get to Marik the Third's house and save the snow white baby Vulpix's mother an Alohan Ninetails. However the client Marik gets to finds them too and Toph must buy time for her friends to escape by Dueling the client. It'll be the clash of Gem-Knights vs. the true might of a Pokedeck.

The Third card is
Synchro Dragon Team Attack
Type: Quick-Play Spell
Effect: Activate only when you have 3 Face up Synchro Dragons on your side of the field in Attack Mode during your Battle Phase. Combine each Synchro Dragon's attack and select one Monster on your Opponent's side of the field, if the combined attacks are higher than the opponents, then that monster is destroyed and the battle difference is calculated.

Effect: This card can only be Fusion Summoned by the Cards mentioned and can't be Special Summoned by any other means. For Every Dragon, Spellcaster or Warrior Type Monster in any player's Graveyards this card gains 500 ATK. This card can't be destroyed by Card Effects, (if a card's effect would destroy this card negate that effect and destroy it) or be destroyed by Battle.
A/N Owned by Kasumi, and currently seems to only use it when she has all five Signer Dragons but I might change that to all the time regardless of what side deck she uses. Let me know in the reviews if you think I should or not. I mean she's going to keep Stardust Dragon in her Extra Deck as that is a card she also likes so it's a possibility she could use this new Fusion Monster.
