Chapter 43: Rescuing a Ninetails P2
Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto, or Avatar the Last Air Bender, or Hades whom is Disney's version of him. I do own Kasumi along with most of her deck which is based off of Fire Emblem female characters and the four Titan Cards.
Toph and I were making quick progress to cut off Daimon from arriving to Marik the Third's house. Toph and I had to give our friends time to save the mother Ninetails that was trapped in Marik's house. While the two of us made quick work on getting to cut Daimon off, we knew deep inside Ash, and the others were trying to break her out. Finally Toph and I managed to cut Daimon off. He sighted us right away and oddly I noticed he was wearing a Team Rocket Uniform. I turned to Toph "Did Ash ever mention he was a member of Team Rocket?"
"Negative" Toph said "Perhaps he might be another "tester" so called Pokedeck."
"Perhaps" I admitted then I also added on "Although him being a member of Team Rocket...That's a scary thought..."
Daimon now sees the two of us and tries to intimidate us "What do you ladies want?"
I looked at him feeling very sorry for any Pokemon he had with him, one didn't deserve to follow orders from this loser then finally I said "We know your game Daimon! You want that Ninetails."
"Correct!" Daimon snaps at me "I promised Giovanni the leader of Team Rocket that I'd complete a new Pokedeck with him, and Marik the Third offered a heavy price to make the deck...he said come back to me when I've captured that white Ninetails!"
I shook my head now seeing that Team Rocket was very much involved with this plot...The only ones that weren't were Jessie, James and Meowth, probably because they were on a separate mission. Then I saw why Giovanni this leader of Team Rocket was doing...He was using Daimon like a willing puppet which actually got me to smirk knowing Daimon was just another "pawn" in Team Rocket's game but he didn't seem to know he was one and then he had to insult me "Now now little girl-"
I looked at him giving him a death glare as Toph smirked "Oh, you do NOT want to call her little girl."
"Oh, and why is that?" Daimon demanded at Toph "I'm saying that because it's the truth, she's little! And pu-"
I didn't let him complete his sentence as I unleashed my a Psychic burst of energy at him sending him flying into trees badly injured with him shouting the last word "PUUUNNNYYYY!"
He gets up looking at me "Psychic hugh?"
"There's more to where that came from!" I warned him then I smirked "Of course, a mere Team Rocket "pawn" wouldn't understand the feelings a mother Pokemon has for her baby."
"Mere Pawn?!" Daimon shouted enraged "I'm no mere pawn!"
Toph saw why I called Daimon a mere pawn and taunted further "Are you sure you aren't a pathetic pawn? Because I'm sure of this Giovanni was interested in this so called Pokedeck then he would come to complete it rather than sending some lacky to do it in his place."
"Oh that's it!" Daimon shouted grabbing three Pokeballs "I'll crush you two with these!"
I looked at Toph and we both nodded and Earth Bended a total of six boulders each, Two of Toph's boulders hit him in his shoulders causing him to drop the Pokeballs "Ouch!" Two of my boulders hit him in both legs causing him to be in more pain, then mine got him in the balls.
"THE PAIN!" Daimon shouted feeling his crushed balls "It's unbearable!"
Then Toph's third boulder hit him in the head nearly knocking him out. Surprisingly he was still conscious with Toph admitting "Man...I gotta give you for a lacky and pawn for Team Rocket credit...You have a thicker skull then I thought you did."
"What's with you girls?" Daimon asked weakly his voice was still high pitched do to one of my boulders crushing him in the balls.
"Here me out Daimon" I told him in a warning tone "We know your game! And honestly from the stories we've heard about you from Ash and his friends Brock and Misty...You make me sick to my stomach by calling yourself a trainer!"
"What would you know?!" Daimon asked "I don't seem to see a Pokemon with you!"
"She actually has one" Toph said "Her pet Vulpix Takara whom would mess you up on Lady Kasumi's command if she wanted it to."
I looked deep into his eyes "Toph's right, I do have a Vulpix named Takara, and I would never treat her like you do with any of your Pokemon! And yet you illegal poach this Mother Ninetails Marik has and want her in your deck just so Giovanni can see it in action? I might've thought Marik the Third was crazy, but you..." I smirked "I gotta say, your the most pathetic person I've ever met."
"Good one" Toph admitted to me.
I looked at Daimon whom was growling at me for insulting him "Pokemon aren't meant to be tools of war! Nor should they be mistreated like that...Now Daimon...It's clear that you aren't going to be detoured from your mission...Just like a true pawn would...So you have only one option...Defeat me or Toph in a Duel and you might get to your reward."
Daimon looked at me seeing that I was indeed strong and looked at Toph "Fine, I'll pick the little blind girl! Should be easy defeating a blind girl."
I smirked thinking That was too easy! In fact it is Toph that wanted to Duel him in the first place...
Toph walked up looking in the direction he was standing in "If you think just because I'm blind I'm an easy win doesn't mean I'm weak. Prepare to be pulverized."
"Fine" Daimon said "And when I win that Ninetails will be mine!"
"Buddy" Toph warned activating her Duel Disk "Even if you are a pawn in Giovanni's game...You're on the side of evil!...That side never wins!"
"We'll see, prepare to crumble against the might of a Pokedeck that will soon be complete!" Daimon shouted activating his Duel Disk.
"Then it'll be my pleasure to show you how wrong you are!" Daimon growls.
I whisper to Toph "Careful Toph...I wouldn't take him to play a fair game. He might have a way to cheat."
"I'll keep that in mind" Toph told me.
The two activate their Duel Disks and shouted "Duel!"
Daimon's Life Points: 4000
Toph's Life Points: 4000
"Prepare for me to show you the true terror of a Pokedeck girly" Daimon shouts "It's my move I draw!"
He drew his card "and here we go..."
He checks his hand "And here is the first monster! I summon Pokemon: Scyther in attack mode!"
A green Bug Type Pokemon appears, it looked similar to a praying mantis but instead of sharp spiky front legs a mantis would use for catching prey, this one had scythes ATK: 1800. I sweat backing away as I admitted to Toph "I'm so...Glad...You're dueling him..."
Toph sweat dropped whispering to me as she wasn't afraid of this Monster but knew I was "You gotta get your fear of bugs checked one day...Lady Signer..."
"Next" Daimon said "I'll set one card face down and end my turn. Over to you little blind girl...Let's see what you can do...Not much I'm guessing."
"Then prepare to be amazed!" Toph announced "It's my move, I draw!"
She drew her card "Nice, I summon Muka-Muka to the field in attack mode!"
Muka-Muka appeared on the field in attack mode ATK: 600
"Muka-Muka's effect sets in whenever it is summoned onto the field" Toph explained "It gains three hundred more attack points for every card in my hand, and I have five currently which means my Muka-Muka's about to get stronger!"
True to her words her Muka-Muka was stronger 600-2100
"Battle!" Toph shouts "Muka-Muka attack Pokemon Scyther! Charging Bite!"
Muka-Muka charges right mouth ready to bite the opponent's monster.
"Impressive Monster little blind girl, and it's attack is over Pokemon Scyther's a bit...However which Scyther is it?" Daimon said.
"Come again?" Toph asked.
Daimon smirked "I activate Quick-Play Spell Card: Poke Defensive Move: Double Team!"
Scyhter began to magically split into three different Monsters as Daimon explains "Poke Defensive Move: Double Team allows me to Special Summon two Poke Tokens with the same attack points as the original Monster I choose and only one of them is real...You have two choices, you can carry out your attack knowing you could hit a Token instead due to Double Team's randomly choosing the target, or you can end your Battle Phase."
"I'm not one to back down from a battle!" Toph said "My attack will still continue!"
Daimon smiled "Then we'll see what Poke Defense Move: Double Team's random effect decides to reward me or you!"
Toph nodded "Fair enough!"
Her Muka-Muka charges right for the middle Scyther, it bit down and there was an explosion but I did notice Daimon's Life Points remained the same at 4000. When the dust cleared the "Tokens had disappeared and the real Pokemon: Scyther was still standing with Daimon smirking "That was a miss! If you hit Token instead of the real Pokemon Scyther, I take no battle damage and my monster is spared for the next round."
"I can tell you that was a lucky move" Toph told him "But I'm not beat yet, I end my turn!"
"It's my move!" Daimon said "I draw!"
He drew his card "Nice, now I activate Spell Card: Poke Item, Metal Coat!"
"Not this again" I muttered remembering Marik the Third used this on me as well.
Daimon then smiled "Now I can discard Pokemon Scyther from the field to the Graveyard in order to Special Summon Pokemon: Scissor!"
Pokemon Scyther vanished then in it's place stood what I can only describe as an Iron Man version of Bug Pokemon. Literally this Monster looked like a red armored praying mantis. ATK: 3000
"Now" Daimon told Toph "Time to cut you down! Pokemon Scissor, attack Muka-Muka with Bullet Punch!"
The red praying mantis charges Toph's Monster aiming an armor claw at high speeds almost as if it were using it's claw like a bullet. It punches Muka-Muka destroying it.
Toph braces herself as her Monster was destroyed "So much for Muka-Muka..."
Toph's Life Points: 3100
"That was only the beginning little blind girl, with Scissor on my side of the field you are finished" Daimon promised.
"That's yet to be seen" Toph announced "It's my move, I draw!"
She drew her card "Perfect! I'll activate Spell Card: Polymerization! And I'll use it to fuse Medium Piece Golem with Big Piece Golem in my hand in order to Fusion Summon, Multiple-Piece Golem!"
Multiple-Piece Golem appeared on the field ATK: 2600
"Next" Toph told him "I'll summon Elemental Hero Woodsman in defense mode!"
Elemental Hero Woodsman appeared in defense mode DEF: 2000
"Then" Toph said "I'll set one card face down and end my turn!"
"It's my move then" Daimon told her "I draw!"
He drew his card "I activate Spell Card, Pot of Greed, it allows me to draw two more cards!"
Daimon drew two cards "Now it's time for battle! Pokemon: Scissor attack her Multiple-Piece Golem with Bullet Punch!"
"I was hoping you'd do that!" Toph announced "Because that move has activated my Trap Card and it's going to cost you as my Trap Card is...Energy Drain!"
Daimon gasped "Oh-no not Energy Drain!"
"Oh yes, Energy Drain!" Toph promised "With Energy Drain's effect I can target one face-up Monster on the field and have it gain 200 more attack points for each card in your hand! So sense my Multiple-Piece Golem is weaker than your Pokemon: Scissor I'll use Energy Drain's effect to give my Fusion Monster two hundred more attack points for each card in your hand! And you know something, playing Pot of Greed cost you as that has given you four cards in your hand!"
"She's right!" Daimon shouted cursing "Which means..."
Toph nodded "My Multiple-Piece Golem gets eight hundred more attack points!"
I watch as Toph's Energy Drain trap card counted all four cards in Daimon's hand and gave eight hundred more attack points to Multiple-Piece Golem 2600-3400
This made it stronger than Pokemon Scissor by four hundred points! I smirked seeing Scissor's claw striking Multiple Piece Golem and it seemed to look at it in surprise when Multiple-Piece Golem remained unscratched then Toph smiled "Now Multiple-Piece Golem counter attack with Flying Fist!"
Toph's Fusion Monster heard and obeyed it aimed it's fist then fired the fist. The fist strikes Pokemon Scissor appearing to completely go right threw it and it exploded. Daimon shouts "SCISSOR! NO! Not you!"
He growls at Toph as his Life Points now took the hit "Lucky little blind girl!" Daimon's Life Points: 3600
He then looked at his hand "Fine, I summon Pokemon: Gastly in defense mode!"
A poison ball of gas ghost like Pokemon appeared DEF: 200 "Next" Daimon promised "I'll set one card face down and end my turn."
Toph nodded "When you end your turn Multiple-Piece Golemn's attack points return back to normal." true to her words Multiple-Piece Golem's attack points returned to normal 3400-2600.
"It's my move!" Toph announced "I draw!"
She drew her card then points out "If Elemental Hero Woodsman is still on my field during my Stand by Phase, I'm allowed to search my deck or Graveyard and add in One Polymerization card into it, so since I have Polymerization in my Graveyard, I'll be using his effect to add Polymerization into my hand!"
With this white light appeared glowing around Toph's Graveyard as Polymerization was added into her hand from it.
"Sweet!" Toph announced she turned to me "Hey Lady Kasumi, remember this Monster from our first duel we had together?"
She returned her attention to Daimon "I summon my Stone Princess Tuner Monster!"
Stone Princess appeared on the field ATK: 1000
I smiled remembering it quite well, that was a Monster I remembered as Toph spoke "I'm going to tune my Level Four Stone Princess with my Level four Elemental Hero Woodsman!"
Stone Princess split apart into four rings as it scanned Elemental Hero Woodsman with Toph chanting out "Humble creature of the Earth and guardian of castles emerge from the ground to protect your homeland...Synchro Summon...Emerge, Limestone Gargoyle!"
Limestone Gargoyle emerged ATK: 2500
"A Synchro Monster too?" Daimon asked "No way!"
"Oh yes way!" Toph told him "Now battle! Limestone Gargoyle attack Pokemon Gastly with Gargoyle Rampage!"
Limestone Gargoyle roars taking up it's spear and coming down at Pokemon Gastly. The spear grew bigger as it stabbed out at Gastly but Daimon spoke "I activate, my Trap Card: Destiny Bond!"
Daimon's Trap Card activated and Toph watches as he explained "Now if my Gastly goes down then this Trap Card destroys the Monster that attacked it with it!"
Toph smiles "Then your telling me it was a good thing for me to Synchro Summon Limestone Gargoyle hugh?"
"What do you mean?" Daimon demanded.
Toph answered "Limestone Gargoyle's Special ability is what I'm talking about! You see once per any player's turn she can't be destroyed by Card effects or by Battle, although if she uses her effect to prevent her destruction by card effect that negates her can't be destroyed by battle once per turn."
"RATS!" Daimon shouted enraged that Toph had figured his Trap Card out with ease.
He watches as Gastly burst apart destroyed and his Trap Card which was Destiny Bond had activated but due to Limestone Gargoyle's effect, it wasn't destroyed."
"And sadly for you" Toph said to Daimon "You have no Monsters on the field to protect you and, I have one more Monster."
Daimon gasps and steps back trying to delay the duel so they could continue with their current Life Point score "No, you wouldn't, you can't attack me directly!"
"Learn the rules of Duel Monsters fella" Toph said "Multiple-Piece Golem attack that sniffling coward directly with Flying Fist!"
Daimon watches as Multiple-Piece Golem took aim with it's fist and unleashed it at him. Daimon took the fist in his head and he dropped like a rock, he glares at Toph "No...Not fair this deck was supposed to win!" Daimon's Life Points: 1000
"Quit your sobbing like I'm being the bully to you" Toph told him "You aren't finished yet, but you might be on your next turn."
Daimon eyes her "I'll see that you die in the end of this! I'm the one that's supposed to be winning! Not some stupid blind girl!"
He gets up "It's my move, I draw!"
He drew his card "I activate Field Spell Card: Pokemon Center!"
A Pokemon Center appeared on the field and I had a bad feeling about this as Daimon spoke "Now once per turn I can bring back all of my Monsters in their current forms for each Pokemon I bring back I get to draw two cards and increase my Life Points by five hundred! So I'll use Pokemon Center's effect and bring back Pokemon Scissor and Pokemon Gastly!"
Pokemon Scissor and Pokemon Gastly appeared on the field ATK: 3000, 1000
With this he drew two cards and increased his Life Points by one thousand. Daimon's Life Points: 2000
"Next" Daimon told Toph "I'll send Gastly to the Graveyard in order to Special Summon Pokemon: Haunter from my hand!"
Gastly disappeared but in it's place soon because a purple face with hands... ATK: 2000
"Next" Daimon told Toph "I'll activate Spell Card: Evolution by Trade! By discarding Pokemon Haunter from my field to the Graveyard I can Special Summon Gastly's final form, Pokemon: Gengar from my deck!"
Haunter disappeared but in it's place stood a pitch black smiling shadow. ATK: 3000
"Next" Daimon told Toph "I'll activate the last Spell Card in my hand, it's called, Pokemove: Hypnosis, a move that only Ghost Type Pokemon such as Gastly, Haunter, Gengar as well as Abra, Kadbra and Alakasam which are also in my deck can only use...Now I can select one Monster on your side of the field then up to five turns that monster can't attack or switch battle positions or until you flip a coin and call it right. So I choose to put asleep your Limestone Gargoyle!"
Toph watches as Limestone Gargoyle got put to sleep.
"Now" Daimon promised looking at Toph's Monsters "Pokemon Scissor shall attack your Multiple-Piece Golem with Bullet Punch!"
Toph watchesas Scissor comes at her Multiple-Piece Golem smashing right threw it with a fist. Multiple-Piece Golem was destroyed and Toph took the Battle damage.
Toph's Life Points: 2700
"Next" Daimon shouted "Pokemon Gengar shall attack your Limestone Gargoyle! And due to one of his special effects if he attacks a Monster which is sleeping due to Pokemove Hypnosis, not only will his attack increase by the difference but my Life Points shall also increase by the difference!"
Toph heard this and knew this could be trouble.
Daimon points "Pokemon, Gengar, attack with Dream Eater!
Gengar unleashed an attack at Limestone Gargoyle but Toph countered fast "Limestone Gargoyle's effect prevents it from being destroyed by battle or card effects once per any player's turn!"
"I know" Daimon said "But by my next turn your Monster is finished...Plus it's highly unlikely your Monster can wake up until five whole turns because you are blind you can't tell what side of a coin is!"
Toph watches as her Monster took Gengar's attack and even though her Life Points suffered a bit she wasn't about to go down Toph's Life Points: 2300
She watches Pokemon Gengar's attack rose by five hundred 3000-3500 then Daimon's Life Points also increased by five hundred. Daimon's Life Points: 2500
"Maybe I can still win this! There's no way the combo of Scissor and Gengar can lose!"
"Say all you want!" Toph said "I'm not a quitter like you were when I gave you a direct attack to the face."
"Turn end" Daimon said.
"It's my move!" Toph announced "I draw!"
She drew her card "Alright, you like drawing moves I see, then I'm going to show one of my own, I activate Spell Card: Retreating Landslide!
Daimon gasps "What the heck is that spell card for?"
Toph explained the effect " Now I can return all Rock Type Monsters from play and add them straight to my deck or Extra Deck, then reshuffle my deck and we both draw until we have six cards in our hand, then for each card I draw that's an Earth Attribute Monster you'll take two hundred points of damage and I gain that amount as Life Points!"
She checked her Graveyard returning Muka-Muka, Big Piece Golem, Medium Piece Golem, Elemental Hero Multiple Piece Golem and Stone Princess and ether returned them to the deck or Extra Deck then she five Earth Monsters.
Daimon watches as rocks fell upon him like rain and he took one thousand points of damage "Grr...My Life Points again just when I had the upper hand!" Daimon's Life Points: 1500 He watches as Toph's Life Points increased by one thousand "Rats!" Toph's Life Points: 3300
Toph checked her hand then smiled "Sweet! It's time to face defeat Daimon! I'll activate Spell Card: Polymerization! With it this time I'll fuse Gem-Knight Crystal in my hand and Gem-Horse also in my hand in order to Fusion Summon, Gem-Knight Crystal the Paladin!"
Gem-Knight Crystal the Paladin appears on the field ATK: 3500
"Next" Toph said "All I have to do is battle you and I win!"
"Hard to do" Daimon said "When I have two Monsters and you don't! Besides your Limestone Gargoyle can't attack do to being put to sleep!"
"Speaking out of turn are we?" Toph asked him
He blinks hearing her say this "Hugh?"
Toph held up a Spell Card the only one she drew with Retreating Landslide's effect and he began to have a bad feeling about it "W-W-W-What's that do?"
"You're about to find out!" Toph told him "I activate Quick-Play Spell Card: Gem-Force Storm, and it can only be activated when there's a Gem-Knight Monster on the field! For each Gem-Knight Monster I reveal to you in my hand, you must discard two cards. All what happens next depends on how much cards you discard!"
Daimon blinks as Toph revealed the last three cards in her hand to be Gem-Knight Garnet, Gem-Knight Sapphire, and Gem-Knight Emerald. I watched as the images of the three Gem-Knights appeared like ghosts surrounding Toph's field.
Daimon sighs "Great...That means I discard my entire hand!"
"Correct" Toph said "Which means all sixs cards you've drawn! No discard them all to the Graveyard!"
Wind howled around Toph's field as she now explained "Now if my opponent discards five or more cards form his hand not only does this spell card negate any other opponent Spell or Trap Card effects on any of my monsters but it allows my Monsters to combine each gain one thousand more attack points!"
Daimon blinks "Wait...All of your Monsters?"
Toph nodded "That's correct! Now if it were to have only been one to three cards you discarded it would've only been the effect of Spell or Trap Card negated only but with five or more cards discarded...Well it's Spell or Trap Cards negated and one thousand more attack points for my Monsters."
Daimon blinks now noticing this as Limestone Gargoyle and Gem-Knight Crystal the Paladin had their attack points increased 2500-3500, 3500-4500
"No!" Daimon shouted "This can't be...I had the ultimate team!"
"Oh please" Toph told him "I've seen worse! That's not the ultimate team! You only focus on nothing but power and while you do have support for that deck it's no match to decks that have mastered Fusion, or Synchro Summoning for that matter! Now Battle, Limestone Gargoyle attack Pokemon Scissor Gargoyle Rampage!"
Limestone Gargoyle flew into the air and comes down and speared Scissor destroying it.
Daimon's Life Points suffered. Daimon's Life Points: 1000
"And now one more!" Toph shouted "Gem-Knight Crystal the Paladin, attack with Gem-Slash!"
Gem-Knight Crystal the Paladin came at Pokemon Gengar and slashed it to pieces. It screeches before exploding and the battle damage was enough to defeat Daimon.
Daimon's Life Points: 0
"No way!" Daimon shouted on his knees "How could this deck fail me?"
I heard chuckling sounds coming from behind Daimon. "Whose laughing at my failure?" Daimon demanded whirling around.
Toph and I watched as he would get his answer. Standing in front of him was a man a wealthy one at that with a Persion.
"Why Daimon...Don't you recognize the sound of my voice?" the man asked
"BOSS!" Daimon shouted.
Giovanni strolls up glaring at him "Correct it's me."
"What are you hear for boss?"
"I came to see that Pokedeck of yours as you promised in action" Giovanni told him.
He looks at me and Toph and smirked "Which of course I watched your whole confrontation with these ladies including your Dueling Skills...And I gotta say it to you...Your pathetic...You let this blind girl beat you."
"She's tough boss!"
"Don't give me that logic"
"I would've beaten her if Marik the Third didn't lose that Snow White Baby Vulpix!"
"Never blame that failure on him!" Giovanni roared "This whole idea was yours to begin with which makes this failure all your fault! Now why should I have an incomplete deck when you as it's tester is so weak at Dueling."
Daimon blinks not sure what to say.
Giovanni turns to me seeing me "I do applaud you Daimon that you didn't Duel this girl...I can tell she was the stronger one of the two and she'd cap you if you were to have Dueled her."
Giovanni turned his back to Daimon "For that matter, you were delayed to get to Marik's house, I don't care if that Ninetails isn't a card! That rare Ninetails was mine by right! I was foolish to employ you in Team Rocket Daimon...You were delayed by other members of Team Rocket how foolish of you and those three members of Team Rocket are better than you and that's saying something right there."
Daimon was silent as Giovanni now looks at me "What can I say girl?...You were right I was using this fool. I knew he'd fail me...However" He smiles "How about I offer you a job in Team Rocket? You'd make an admin position in no time with your skills...Even the blind girl can join."
"Tempting offer" I told him "But I don't join gangs."
Toph agreed with me "Yeah, Lady Kasumi and I need to get back to our dimension."
The two of us leave the area right away with Giovanni turning to Persian "Power Gem."
The cat purred and unleashed it's Gem at me and Toph. Toph and I turned but were too slow to react the gems hit us in our backs sending us to the ground.
Giovanni smirked at me and Toph as we turned towards him "I can tell that you two need persuading...I'll make you two members of Team Rocket rather if you are willing to or not."
Daimon stands "Allow me to...'
Giovanni turned to him "You're fired! I have no more use for you."
He turned to six other members of Team Rocket "Take this fool away."
They nodded taking him away. I looked at Giovanni whom was making his way towards me and Toph "You two are coming with me."
"I think not..." I muttered.
"Yeah" Toph said "Me neither!"
Giovanni smirked throwing out two Pokeballs "Rydon, Nidoking grab them!"
A Gray rock Pokemon with a horn on it's head appeared then a purple Pokemon also appeared. I tried to get up but the Rock Pokemon grabbed my head holding me in the air "Let go of me!"
Toph tries to Earth Bend at the Purple Pokemon but it dodges her rock boulder and grabbed her by the throat and held her up high.
Giovanni nodded towards his Pokemon and has them pin me and Toph on the ground. He looks at me as I was staring defiantly at him "I like the way you look at me girl however, once I've seen you handle Marik the Third and his Winged Dragon of Ra and your little friend here took care of that fool, I can't let you go...You'll be a member of Team Rocket and you'll like it."
"VVVUUULLLPPPIIIXXX!" Takara shouted breathing out fire.
Giovanni turned dodging her attack.
"Takara?" I asked "I thought I asked you to save the Mother Ninetails!"
"Vulpix vul!" Takara said understanding me but she also gave me the knowledge that the mother Ninetails was freed.
"Ahh, a Vulpix" Giovanni told me with Rydon still pinning me "And one that is yours."
"Sandshrew...I don't suppose you can dig your way underground to take me by the legs could you?" Toph asked feeling her Sandshrew at her feet.
It is then I saw Haku throwing his needles. Giovanni saw it too "Masked Ninja."
Haku "Quick Aang, Lady Signer's in trouble!"
Aang's voice echoed "Gotcha! Air Bending coming our way in three-two..."
Giovanni thought fast and snapped his fingers towards the six members of Team Rocket "now!"
They nod setting off explosives which blinded everything and everyone. I held onto Takara as Toph tried the same with Sandshrew then the next thing Toph and I saw was Giovanni's grunts helping him to drive me and Toph into a helicopter tied up and we were captives of Team Rocket with Takara at my side and Sandshrew at Toph's side.
Haku's voice could be heard "LADY KASUMI! TOPH!"
Hanabi returned "Haku...What happened?"
"Notify our friends of Team Rocket whom are full time allies with us now" Haku said to her "Let them know their former boss has captured Lady Kasumi."
"Nuts...Not again"
Then there was silence as I nor Toph could hear any more as we were soon Chloriformed and all I saw was darkness before blacking out.

Yes! Chapter is over! Toph has beaten Daimon and it appeared Giovanni is ruthless as ever and has Kasumi and Toph in his clutches. Next chapter is Chapter 43: Escaping from Team Rocket: Kasumi and Toph must work together with Takara and Toph's Sandshrew to escape from Team Rocket. Can the two girls escape without becoming brainwashed by Giovanni's criminal empire?
