Chapter 52: Returning to Normal

Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto, or Avatar the Last Air Bender, or Hades whom is Disney's version of him. I do own Kasumi along with most of her deck which is based off of Fire Emblem female characters and the four Titan Cards.

Once more due to the weird spinning around in the vortex I felt as if I blacked out. When I came around, my head was still a bit fuzzy but I was able to see that Iruka-Sensei and Katara were surrounding me and my friends. Katara was checking all of us over to make sure we were fine. On my chest was Snowflake whom was sleeping on it and Takara was right at my feet licking them worried. I gave Takara a small smile and pet her head to let her know I was alright "There, there Takara, I'm fine now."

Katara looked at me "You still look a little dizzy. I know I would be too if I came out of a swirling vortex."

"Is everyone that was with me in that dimension here?" I asked her.

Lance turned to me "Not everyone from my dimension are with me. Only Team Signer and myself are with you in your world. Now Aang, Hanabi, Haku, Toph, whom were there with you on your first day in my dimension are with you as well as Kakashi, Naruto and Sokka."

"That's good" I said "Everyone is okay."

I sat upright looking around at the trees luckily for me there were no Beedrill in the trees of my world. I then saw Sokka and Naruto...And boy...Those two have the worse luck of any of us...My point being both boys somehow had their heads stuck in the ground. They must've noticed this because they were heavily trying to pull their heads from the ground "Someone help!" Naruto pleaded "I'm getting a little claustrophobic here!...What about you Sokka?"

"I SOMEHOW HAVE SKUNK HERE!" Sokka shouted.

Katara and I looked at each other then stepped back as I gave Sokka advise "Sokka! Don't do anything to scare the animal or it'll spray you!"

"THAT WOULD'VE BEEN USFUL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THIRTY SECONDS FROM NOW!"

"I was wondering which of us smelled horrible" Naruto muttered.

"NOT HELPING!" Sokka shouted.

Katara looked at me "Think you could use your psychic powers to lift those two out? My brother is going to stink."

"I've never lifted anything with my mind before" I admitted to her "But I'm willing to try it!"

I turned my gaze to the two boys and began to use my mind to lift them out of the hole. For my first time I was a bit rusty because both my brother and Sokka complained the whole time "OUCH! ARE YOU TRYING TO TWIST MY NECK OFF?" "Yeah sis! It feels like you have me around my chest!" Those were just two of the comments I got when I attempted to. Finally I concentrated real hard then shot my eyes upward so fast that it worked like a charm! Both Sokka and Naruto's heads popped out of the ground and CRASH!...Right into a tree limb which briefly knocked them out as they landed on the ground swirls were in their eyes as if they were a fainted Pokemon but it was briefly.

I blushed in embarrassment for my first time trying to lift someone with my mind as I admitted out a weak but honest response of "I'm sorry!"

"Eh don't be" Toph told me "Those two make good comedy, I'm sure they'll forgive you."

"Naruto will" I admitted "But not sure about Sokka."

"He will eventually" Katara told me as we watched Sokka look for anything to get rid of the smell that was on him.

"Sokka" I told him "They say bathing in tomato juice helps remove that smell!"

"Thanks! Uh anyone have a tub with Tamoto Juice in it?"

"You'll have to find those things sticky" Toph muttered the response.

"Oh great! Where am I going to fine those two things in the middle of nowhere?"

"How should I know? I can't physically see anything."

"I'd use my Shadow Clones to help you Sokka" Naruto muttered "Once I stop seeing stars circling around my head."

"Which might take a while" I admitted blushing still.

Kakashi-Papa was already still wide awake and staying well away from Sokka "Well it appears everyone is alright...Other than the man who fell into a skunk hole."

"Next time the Crimson Dragon decides to show up...Lady Kasumi can you tell it NOT to let us fall from the sky?" Sokka asked "Because I'm totally going to put that blame on it!"

"I don't have control over what the Crimson Dragon decides to do Sokka" I warned him

"She's right on that one" Haku admitted.

"Right there" Hanabi admitted.

The two were staying a good amount of distance from Sokka but close enough to let me know they were protecting my back...Sadly though, poor Sokka had been standing next to Jessie, James and Meowth, aka Team Signer whom bolted upright holding their noses.

"Gross!" Jessie shouted.

"That smell is so bad...I've never smelled anything like this" James whined.

"Smells so bad! It smells like there is a MUK in the area!" Meowth added on with the trio holding their noses.

The trio turn now seeing Sokka and bolting upright towards me and Katara "Smell is much worse with Sokka" Meowth muttered "But it's a bit better over here with the Lady Signer."

Sokka shouted at the trio "WELL EXCUSE ME FROM FALLING INTO A SKUNK'S DEN! YOU THINK I WANTED TO DO THAT? NO! And you three wouldn't know where Tomato Juice and a river would be would you?"

"Not in the general area" James said "We aren't used to this area as we were in Shinoh."

Naruto pulls himself together then winces as Sokka's smell "GEESE SOKKA! WERE THERE TWO SKUNKS IN THERE? I'VE NEVER SMELLED SOMETHING THAT BAD BEFORE! AND I HAD A LOT OF WEIRD EXPERIENCES!"

Sokka sighed hanging his head as Naruto then brought his fingers together "I'll help locate something, Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

With this Naruto created six Shadow Clones all of which were holding their noses and nearly wanting to burst into smoke at Sokka's disgusting smell which I found pretty funny but I was able to hide my laughter in. Naruto gives out the order "Listen you lot, help Sokka find some Tomato Juice and a river to bath in...Or we'll never make any progress."

"Agreed" Aang admitted.

The Shadow Clones obeyed Naruto scattering off. Sokka followed them shouting "TRY TO STAY IN RANGE AT LEAST! I CAN'T MAKE COPIES OF MY SELF!"

While he was running off, I decided to make my own Shadow Clone. All eyes were on me as I gave my clone a message "Tell my mother and father that I'm alright and relate to what happened to me."

My clone nods running off.

"What was that about?" Katara asked.

I turned to her "Big journey where Lance and Team Signer came from."

"Really? How big was it?"

"One could say what Lady Kasumi did truly saved both our home and a Pokemon Dimension" Haku said "Plus with what did happen in that dimension really is something her father should be told about."

"Care to talk about that event?" Katara asked me.

I smiled "Sure, we'll talk! Gather around everyone!"

My friends all gathered around me to help pitch into Iruka-Sensei and Katara what had happened.

"I'm not sure how Orochimaru managed to send me, Hanabi, Haku, and Aang to Lance's homeworld but he somehow did...That world is all full of memories...Most of them are worth mentioning and others...Not so much...Especially knowing that you could see huge Bugs everyday...That wasn't pleasant!"

"How big were these bugs?" Katara asked me.

I shivered "HUGE! Like they had these Giant Bees! About...Three feet tall...With three stingers!"

"And they are very aggressive!" Naruto said adding on "Those aren't things to mess with or in Sokka's case not throw his Boomerang into a tree to knock down an apple...Turns out if you do...There might be a hundreds of giant bees as my sister describe laying in it and...They'll chase you!"

I shook with visible fear in my eyes "Indeed..."

Iruka looked at Snowflake and knew at once she was another one of my pets but a baby one "And where did you find this little one?"

I looked at him "That's one of the things I'd rather not mention...At least at what had happened to poor Snowflake, shouldn't have happened. But I'll answer...On my first night there...I ended up in a forest...Full of those giant Bees. Takara was able to take care of them luckily but that wasn't the worse part...When that all was settled, later on Takara and I discover Snowflake here lost and injured by a huge Steel Snake creature known as Steelix. Takara and I flung ourselves to save her and we defeated the Steelix...What we didn't know that time was that the baby had been separated from her mother orginally it seemed the culprit was this Marik the Third guy."

"Marik the Third?" Iruka-Sensei asked "Was he related to Marik Ishtar, one of the Duelist Yugi Muto faced in Battle City?"

I nodded "Yes, he claimed he was his son and he was creating this Pokedeck for Dimetri whom was at the time allied with Team Rocket..."

I shivered in anger at the memory both of what Giovanni the Leader of Team Rocket wanted to do to me, and for Dimetri's part the boy was a coward in my eyes. I'm not sure how Pokemon Trainers get the okay to train Pokemon but anyone that's cruel to their Pokemon like abandoning it and leaving it to die just shoved me the wrong way.

"Team Rocket?" Katara asked.

Haku pointed to Jessie, James and Meowth "They were former members of Team Rocket, till Lady Kasumi made a risky alliance with them."

"Looking back at it, it was risky" Jessie admitted "She didn't know if we'd backstab her."

"Did any of you three ever think of doing that?" Hanabi asked them.

"We had some disagreements with each other on that issue" Meowth admitted "However...We sort of also knew that Lady Kasumi would immediately adjust to to our backstabbing or see it coming in advance and stop us then. But the knowledge that someone else would've been bad as the boss made us decide to fully cooperate with her. So yes, some of us did but we never did."

"Good choice!" Haku admitted.

Aang agreed with his Dodou alongside him. The Avatar was introducing Dodou to Apa and Momo "Dodou, meet your friends, Apa and Momo. Apa, Momo meet Dodou."

"Dodou!" Dodou said.

Apa just stood motionlessly and I was unable to tell it's emotions while Momo crept closer examining the twin headed bird confused at the bird's appearecne. In fact the little monkey creature flapped it's wings as if asking Dodou if it could fly. This set a nerve on Dodou and it nearly lashed out at Momo but the lemer was swift and jumped onto Aang's shoulders avoiding it's beak.. Aang gently stroked the bird "There, there! Momo didn't mean it. Sadly Momo, Dodou is unable to fly."

"But it has anger management problems!" Naruto said unaware the Pokemon was behind him. It was only when the twin headed bird began pecking at Naruto's head that he found out and was cringing with each double peck "OUCH, OUCH, OUCH, OUCH! You stupid bird! OUCH! NOT IN THE EYE! OUCH! Me and my big mouth!"

Toph shook her head "Seriously Naruto...How did you not see Dodou behind you?"

"IT WASN'T ONE MOMENT THEN THE NEXT MOMENT IT WAS!" Naruto said nearly having a black eye.

Toph's Sandshrew shook with laughter at Naruto and Naruto shouted "Hey! I here Ground Types like your Sandshrew don't have any effect on Flying Pokemon!"

"Naruto..." I muttered under my breathe as it was now Sandshrew's turn to glare at Naruto only to bury under ground and come back up using Dig on Naruto chest sending Naruto flying and landing in a stream head first "When are you going to not say insulting things to Pokemon?"

Naruto was dazed spitting out water "When I become Hokage!"

"In short the answer is...Not any time soon" Toph joked.

Haku's Sneasle was at his side with Katara asking "So how did you get your pet Haku?"

Haku answered "It was in the same area as Lady Kasumi explained and on our journey to foil Marik the Third's plan. The Rare Hunter...Akaira the so called "Master of Dark Magicians" was holding it captive."

"We bust in and saved it!" Jessie proclaimed.

"You and James only stood guard and pointed out the location to Lady Kasumi...I did the rescuing!" Meowth shot at them.

"So you had to go up against Marik the Third?" Iruka-Sensei asked me.

I nodded "I did...Because he wanted revenge on my father for some odd reason, I never got that answer..."

"Would've been nice to know I'll admit that" Toph agreed "But we never got that answer."

Hanabi nodded "That's one adventure we all should be proud of especially you Lady Kasumi. You lead the charge against Marik The Third and defeated him before his madness could spread."

I agreed shaking my head yes understandingly. Someone had to beat him.

"How hard could he have been?" Katara asked after a moment of silence.

"Very hard" I answered "He had the Winged Dragon of Ra Card."

"Winged Dragon of Ra?" Katara inquired but Iruka-sensei answered in form of his own question "One of the Three Ancient Egyptian God Cards? Arguably the strongest?"

"The very one" I answered looking at Katara "It wasn't a laughing matter ether, that mad man had the Millennium Rod and captured Yugi Muto and Seto Kaiba whom had the other two God Cards."

"Sheer luck saved me against Kaiba" Lance muttered "Even if it was him being controlled by Marik the Third. Obelisk the Tormentor nearly had me."

"Slifer the Sky Dragon nearly was too much" I agreed "But luckily I did what I could to try to prevent Yugi from using it but he still managed too."

"Those sound like hard duels" Katara said "Who else fought against one of Marik's so called Rare Hunters?"

"I did!" Aang said "Some boy named Buzz whom nearly captured Lady Kasumi and wanted to feed her to his Bugs."

I shivered "DON'T REMIND ME OF THAT AANG! He was the one that tricked Ash, his Pikachu and Takara..."

"Toph and I teamed up to deal with the Paradox Brothers" Hanabi admitted.

"Indeed" Toph agreed "They nearly had us too at times but we won somehow."

Katara and Iruka sat down to listen more to our story. They were both wide eyed at the horrors of dealing with Marik the Third, his Rare Hunters and even as for me Taking on Marik The Third himself one-on-one. Katara then asked me "Weren't you scared to go up against Marik? I mean it's clear he wanted to kill or remove your soul...Plus he had the means too with his Winged Dragon of Ra Card."

I looked at her "Yes, I was scared, but not at Marik the Third. I was scared about what would've happened if I lost to him somehow. I don't regret taking him out in the end but going up against him and his Winged Dragon of Ra, that was a bit scary but only about the fact that if I were to have lost...Who else could've stopped him?"

"I would love to see Michiah the Dragon Goddess" Katara told me.

I smiled "Who knows? Maybe you'll see her one day here. She totally helped me beat Ra, and helped me to defeat Lance here. Whom maybe the second best Duelist here."

"I thought Haku was the second best here" Naruto muttered.

"I used to" Haku admitted "But with what I've seen him go up against Lady Kasumi...In the Duel to get back here, he would be the second best Duelist here."

"So why did you decide to come with her here?" Iruka-Sensei asked Lance and Team Signer.

Lance answers while looking at me causing me to blush as if I was caught by him naked "Because...In the words of Seto Kaiba, I must ensure her safety because she is my rival." He looked at Team Signer "Why they are here on the other hand I'm not sure."

Meowth took the time to answer which his answer caught me completely off guard "Because the Lady Signer is our new boss!"

I tripped and collapsed mostly in shock. Haku turned to me "Lady Kasumi?! Are you okay?"

I pointed in the air to let him know I was okay just recovering from sudden shock.

"How did she become your boss?" Katara asked Jessie.

"Well she went out of her way to ask me, James and Meowth for an alliance with our twerps Ash, Dawn, and Brock with their friends alongside her and her allies. We helped to discover Marik the Third and where he was hiding. Once she beat him though...She went with her group to free the mother Ninetails and after Toph defeated Dimetri in a Duel, they were captured by our ex boss Giovanni. Forcing Haku to tell us to help rescue her."

"You were captured?" Katara asked me.

I nodded red "Don't question it further, but I was..."

"She and Toph were tortured" Kakashi-Papa said.

"You weren't there were you at first?" Iruka-Sensei asked him.

"No, but I've heard this story when I arrived there to help them reclaim Shinoh from the Fire Nation" Kakashi-Papa said angrily "And as her adopted father it frustrates me on what that man planned to do with her. As I said he tortured both Kasumi and Toph trying to get them to join him."

"I wouldn't think Lady Kasumi would join him even if he did torture her" Iruka-Sensei told him.

"I could take any kind of torture treatment" I agreed with Iruka-Sensei "But not being stripped completely naked, and in a cage full of Jolticks...That nearly broke me."

Naruto growls hearing this "I bet, that man used Bugs trying to break my little sister! I'm glad she Summoned Zeus to kill him...Cause I'd be running through Team Rocket's base to kill him myself one thousand times harder, had he escaped."

"Luckily" I found myself saying looking at Jessie, James and Meowth "They rescued me."

"We were happy to do it!" Meowth said.

"You three don't know how grateful I am to that" I told the three "Thank you once again for saving me." I then muttered "Never again will I be a Damsel in Distress. I swear it."

"I don't mind you being that!" Naruto told me.

"WHAT WAS THAT NARUTO?!" I demanded looking at him.

Naruto braces himself "Wait sis! I didn't mean it like that! Let me finish before you explode to send me flying!"

I looked at him angrily trying hard to contain my emotions but I allow him to explain himself "What I meant by that was I don't mind you being a Damsel in Distress because I'll always be there to rescue you! Believe it! I won't let that happen to you not on my watch! That's my secondary ninja way! I'll protect you sis!"

Instead of being mad at him I smile leave it to my brother to say those words. In a way it made me believe in him more. Oddly I hugged him "Thanks big brother. I needed to hear those words!"

Naruto smiled his foxy smile nodding.

"What happened after she was rescued?" Katara asked.

I smiled "After I was rescued my friends and our Pokemon Trainer allies were on our way to the next city...Sadly, Ash got us lost again..."

"Did he get lost because he did have a map?" Iruka-Sensei asked me.

"From what Misty told me the other day before the Fire Nation invasion on Shinioh, Ash never uses a map" Lance muttered.

"That explains why we got lost" I muttered a bit angrily.

Haku sweat dropped at my comment "Ash did get us lost...But if he hadn't we probably wouldn't have found that double Battle Tournament that you participated in."

"A tournament!" Naruto shouted "You participated in a Tournament little sis! That's amazing! Father would be proud of you!"

"It wasn't a Dueling tournament" I told him.

"None the less you went into one!" Naruto told me "And participated...Uh Double Battles? I'm assuming it was for your two "pets" you have."

Something about him calling Takara and Snowflake pets caused both my two Vulpix's to turn to him "VULPIX!"

Only then did I realize it was how he said the words pets, whenever he said that it sounded to them as if he was calling them pests...And rightfully they were offended. It was only then Naruto realized his error when Snowflake leaped out of my hands and lands at my left with Takara at my right. Both Vulpixes eye him and Naruto must've realized him mistake, but it was too late. "VVVUUULLLPPPIIIXXX!" both Takara and Snowflake shouted unleashing Flamethrower in Takara's case or Ice Beam in Snowflake's case. Naruto screams as the two attacks wash over him frying him and freezing him at the same time calling to me "SIS! CALL OF YOUR PETS! PLEASE!"

I think on it as I asked him "Do you promise never to say pets in the way you just said it now?"

"YES! I DO! CALL THEM OFF BEFORE HALF OF MY BODY IS BURNED TO ASHES AND THE OTHER IS FROZEN!"

Snowflake and Takara were still breathing their elemental attacks at him as I raised my hands "Enough girls! Naruto's had enough! I'm sure he's learned his lesson!"

Only then did the two stop attacking my brother and he amazingly stood up till the attacks ended, then after the attacks immediately ended he collapsed with just as he predicted half of his body fried and the other frozen. He hit the ground raising a hand "When will I ever learn never to insult my sister's pets?"

Meowth answered him "Not sure, but word of advise you might want to learn really quickly, otherwise those two will get to the death of you if you aren't careful."

"Agreed!" Naruto said then he put his arm on the ground looking at Katara "Can you heal me please?"

"Sure thing!"

Katara began healing my brother whom was still alive. While this was going on Iruka-Sensei and Katara were watching me as if expecting me to explain things further about the battle tournament. I gave them a smile "Fine, I'll tell you about it."

I took a deep breathe petting my two pets "Anyway Ash had gotten us hopelessly lost, but it seemed to be a good thing in the end for there was this sign in front of us that said Double Battles Tournament registration. Ash being what he is decided to go straight away to it. Haku, and Hanabi had to talk me into following Ash which we all did and I entered it."

"What were the rules?" Katara asked.

Aang answered her "The rules were simple. Each contestant had to register two of his or her Pokemon. Once registered the two Pokemon couldn't be swapped out. The battles weren't over till all of one's Pokemon were unable to continue battling also known as fainted. There wasn't any time limit though. When one trainers Pokemon were both unable to battle the one with the remaining Pokemon won and went onto the next round."

"Did you participate in it Aang?" Katara asked

"I actually wanted to" Aang answered Katara "But I didn't have two Pokemon, all I had was Dodou."

"And the Pokemon had to be owned by the trainer" Lance admitted "They couldn't be briefly taken from another trainer say like Hanabi's Mienfoo. Aang couldn't take her even if it was to borrow since she wasn't his."

"Oh."

Toph grinned "But Lady Kasumi was incredible! The way she battled with Snowflake and Takara, especially in her rounds both against Ash and Paul...That was incredible! In both battles neither Snowflake nor Takara were hit once. And Naruto do you know what she called it?"

Naruto was still being healed by Katara but he answered "Uh...Act like a fox?"

I slapped my forehead then shook my head in embarrassment "No...It wasn't that..."

"Then what was it?" Naruto asked me.

"I called it the Think Ninja strategy" I answered.

Naruto perked up a huge grin on his face "And that strategy was inspired by me right? You remembered how great I was that you named a strategy in that name!"

I blushed again with Kakashi-Papa shaking his head "I doubt she got the idea from you Naruto. But you aren't totally wrong. Her think ninja strategy focused in her own training as a Shinobi and helped her out in those two battles."

I nodded with Naruto sighing but he smiled at Kakashi-Papa's explanation "Yeah, I guess I was being a bit selfish."

He looks at me "So which battle did you think you prepared for?"

Hanabi answered him "It was against Paul."

"Ah...Pokemon world version of Sasuke!" Naruto said.

"Basically...Yes!" I admitted.

"Why would you consider that one the one you trained for?" Katara asked me.

I smiled "A little demonstration is in order."

I pet my two pets "Ready to give them the demonstration?"

Both Snowflake and Takara nod at me ready. I turned to Toph and Aang. Toph smiled "Aang helped you to train those two so I'll do the example."

I smiled "Thanks Toph!" then I returned my gaze to Katara and Iruka "Let's just say there is an attack known as Protect and it's exactly as it sounds it protects the Pokemon that uses it from nearly any attack. So by that means I had to figure out a way to fool my opponent. I didn't just study Paul's battle with Dawn to figure out what he was going to use for his strategy."

"So how did you figure that out?" Iruka-Sensei asked me as if quizzing me.

I giggled liking these types of moments when Iruka-Sensei would quiz me "Let's just say I borrow a trick from Kakashi-Papa's book. I knew Paul would order his Electrivire to use Protect the moment Snowflake or Takara got close then attack once their attacks were repeled. So in Kakashi-Papa's words "Never show your techniques early or else the opponent will use that against you."

Kakashi-Papa smiled at the words I've spoken those were the words he once told Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura when they were all once a ninja squad of the Leaf Village. I then smiled "My training was simple, ready Toph?"

"Ready when you are Lady Kasumi!" was Toph's response.

I turned to Takara and Snowflake "Basically my think ninja strategy isn't that hard to pull off, most Pokemon Trainers give their Pokemon an order to use a move, but Takara has been with me to understand well enough to unleash her attacks without being ordered and Snowflake is slowly following her. So...Go ahead girls charge!"

"Vulpix!" the two Vulpix cried nodding they both came at Toph using Quick-Attack!

Toph sensed them out and Earthbended a wall to act as if she were using Protect. I nodded at Iruka-Sensei and Katara "Now watch and learn how I turned Protect against Paul."

The moment the rock barrier appeared Snowflake and Takara hit their breaks skidding to a halt safely. Toph then briefly acted as if she were Paul's Electrivire and Paul's reaction in general pretending to ask "Hugh? Where was the slam?"

She even did what Protect had done sending her barrier downward leaving her open and that is when both Takara and Snowflake unleashed their Flamethrower or Ice Beam at her. Her Sandshrew had to intercept the two attacks so Toph wouldn't take any damage. Somehow the little Shrew survived but badly.

"That's clever!" Iruka-Sensei told me.

"Indeed" Kakashi-Papa admitted "These trainers never fought against another trainer whose a ninja and wouldn't expect that after thinking things through and watching how Protect works that it can be used against them that way."

"Not only that but she also came up with new effective moves that totally took Paul off guard" Hanabi admitted.

Aang smirked "Yeah! Like Takara preforming the spin motion with Flamethrower and Snowflake doing the same with her Ice Beam attack. Then using ether Confuse Ray or Attract to stop them from attacking got them into position so she can finish them off! It was brilliant! I did feel a bit bad for Ash as he didn't know how to adapt to the situation but as for Paul's defeat...He was asking for it."

"Wow Aang" Katara said to him "I didn't know you'd ever say those words."

"Well if you would've met him" Aang told Katara "You'd probably see it the way I do."

I agreed with Aang statement.

"I wasn't there" Naruto muttered "But when I heard she beat him, I was happy! Take that Pokemon version of Sasuke!"

"Did you ever finish the tournament?" Iruka-Sensei asked me.

Lance and I shook our heads with Lance explaining why "We were set to Battle in the final rounds but then, the Fire Nation invaded taking over the nearest city causing the finals to end abruptly."

"That's right" Katara said "Iruka and I overheard a Sound Ninja speaking to his comrade that Azula and her forces went for an invasion of another world...How'd it come out?"

"They completely took us off guard" I answered "We weren't expecting it and we managed to retreat but two of the Professors were captured. That is when we ran into Kakashi-Papa, Sokka and Naruto whom with Kakashi-Papa's help we were able to repeal the invaders even capturing Azula, but sadly she isn't here right now most likely in Orochimaru's hands due to the Crimson Dragon causing the vortex that trapped us there to be stopped."

"How were you able to get back?" Katara asked.

I giggled looking at Lance "Lance I had a rematch."

"IT WAS INTENSE!" Naruto shouted "I've never seen my little sister go up against an incredibly tough opponent! Lance was on par of her dueling talent and strength, and had many difficult combos that even I wouldn't be a match against him. In the end she won that Duel and due to her having the energy needed to summon it, we are back!"

I looked outward smiling "Indeed, and it's time to get back to normal! So let's get back onto the mission to save this world from the Fire Nation and Orochimaru's forces!"

"Let's!" was the reply

I looked around blushing "Once Sokka gets back of course, don't want to lose him."

"I don't ether" Toph admitted "We need two jokers here to keep ourselves company."

Naruto shot her a glare at the comment but doesn't say anything.

"Plus" Kakashi-Papa told me looking at the night sky "You need your rest Kasumi. Even as powerful as you are as a Shinboi and a Duelist, you need your rest."

I was indeed tired having spending countless nights unable to sleep due to worrying about Marik the Third and all "I'll take your word Kakashi-Papa"

Kakashi-papa nodded "For now we'll all rest and wait till Sokka gets back, then we'll continue on."

We all settled down waiting for Sokka to return for a good nights sleep.

Sorry it's a week days late! However I had a busy schedule last two weeks in helping my mother out at her job. No Duel in this as it was in the chapter that they were explaining things to Katara and Iruka. Next chapter is Chapter 53: Haunted Forest: Under Kakashi's suggestion of a scout team for a possible surprise attack on the Fire Nation, Kakashi sends Aang, Kasumi, Naruto, Sokka, and Team Signer on a scouting mission where the seven enter a forest said to be haunted by ghosts and werewolves, are these ghost and werewolves real? Or bad guys behind the mask? One thing is certain Naruto won't like it at all.

A/N yes...As you might've guessed next chapter will be my first ever Scooby-Doo inspired chapter except using Aang, Kasumi, Naruto, Sokka, Jessie, James and Meowth in place for Mystery Inc...Wish me luck.
