9.Anna couldn't wait a second longer. She was absolutely exhausted. The P.E coach made the girls run laps in the gym. When it was over she was light headed, deprived of oxygen, and her thighs were absolutely burning. Her gym uniform was drenched with sweat and she had to take multiple sips of water to cool herself down. Next period was lunch time and afterwards; school would be finished. Then she could finally meet Zoey on the roof and return her pet.
Originally, Anna didn't plan to steal him from her. He'd just looked so sweet, so small, delicate; a perfect specimen to bully and tease. Anna couldn't let such perfect prey pass her up. Of course, she'd done it to the other mouse boys she'd found. Those in the wild without an owner on site. She called them the "Orphaned" ones. Making them race, battle it out, try to outdo each other. To them it may have been life or death, but to her it was mindless entertainment. A fun way for her to pass the time. To watch these tiny, little, insignificant things amuse her. If they didn't meet her standards, then she'd either put them away or eat them on the spot. Anna was always welcoming for free food if given the opportunity.
In the locker, she'd decided to get changed. Quickly taking off her P.E shirt and felt her tank top choking the life out of her. She puts a finger underneath and runs it along her body to give her blood room to circulate. She hears a slight chatter in the room from other girls.
"Oh man, that was exhausting." She heard a voice say. Anna couldn't see who it was and at this point didn't care.
"Look on the bright side," Another voice said, "Lunch is next. All aboard the food train choo choo!" There was laughter at this comment. Anna kept to herself though, she opened her locker when suddenly she heard a shriek.
"Oh my god? What are mouse boys doing here!" Anna's heart froze. She prayed that it wasn't Zoey's pet that was caught. What would he even be doing there in the first place? Anna walks over to where the commotion was. She saw girls eying the tiny men, some embarrassed covering up their barren breasts. Others laugh at the boys clearly finding it entertaining. Anna sees some in the front lick their lips, smiling. One of the girls who had blonde hair and blue eyes picked one of them up.
"Are any of you missing a pet? Claim them now!" She said, There's slight chatter in the room. Each girl checks to see if it was one of their own.
"Not mine." One girl said. Each girl walks up to them, looking at them closely.
"Not mine either," Another girl said. Anna had to admit, she felt bad for them. Only because this was the worst place for them to be. There's no way they would make it out.
"Hungry.." Anna heard the chilling voice of her classmate from first period. The classmate eased her way towards the front and when she saw the mouse boys attempting to lunge after them, mouth wide open to swallow them whole.
"Hold her down!" The blonde leader said, "As much as I'd love to eat them, We have to make sure they don't belong to anyone." A few girls held the primal girl back who snapped her hungry jaws at them, making them quiver. All the girls were in agreement. 2 other girls stepped forward. Each of them picked one up and sniffed them.
"Do they smell like any of us?" Said the blonde? The 2 other girls shook their heads.
"No one I know." Said the 1st girl. She noticed that on her captive's arms, there was a torn piece of orange paper.
"What's this?" The first girl said as she picked up the piece of torn paper, "Is that a number?" The 2nd girl who holds the 3rd mouseboy also notices the strange orange band, "It said something but I can't read it." Anna knew who they were for. She knew they were for Naomi, but dared not to mutter an instance of it. If these girls found out, who knows what would happen to Naomi's pets. She didn't want to know what they would do to Naomi if they knew the truth. Protecting mouse boys was idiotic in this world; unless they were your own. Of course the other girls knew Naomi was friendly with them; but they didn't know she actually hid them away. The mere idea of it was preposterous. Anna spoke up.
"You should just eat them and get it over with." She said, The blonde leader looks at her and then at the primal girl. The primal girl's eyes bulge and she opens her mouth. Her mouth is like a pool of saliva and her pink wet tongue itching to eat the shaking mouseboy. She's on her knees with her head up, like an obedient dog patiently waiting for a treat.
"Anna, you want in on some of this? I know you're a glutton." Anna scoffed at the remark, but then thought to herself, The least I could do is save one.
"I'll take you up on that. Maybe save him for a snack later." Anna said as she walked over. The blonde takes the mouseboy and places him in Anna's hand. Anna looks at the shaking pathetic thing. It was like a rabbit in a wolf's den. He never had a chance. Anna takes him and while the other girls aren't looking; puts him in her locker. She gently closes the door and makes a "Be quiet" symbol towards her lips. The primal girl's mouth is practically watering at this point. The blonde looks at the girl and back at the boy and exhales.
"I hate feralness." The blonde said, "You suddenly get cravings and after that my mind goes blank." The blonde turns towards the primal girl and the girl tilts her head all the way back giving the blonde a nice clean drop in. The blonde takes the other mouseboy from her 3rd posse member and lifts it above the primal girl's mouth.
"Bottoms up." The blonde said as she dropped the screaming mouseboy towards his doom. The mouseboy starts to fall towards a pink, wet death trap. He lands on her tongue and starts to drown in saliva. The primal girl looks like she's eating the best meal of her life, but she makes quick work of him. The girl swallows him swiftly and after a few second burps. She blinks, confused, dazed and then puts a hand towards her temple.
"Welcome back." The blonde said to the primal girl. The primal girl looks at her and then covers her mouth as she burps.
"W-What the heck happened?" The primal girl said as the other girls around her laughed. The lead blonde giggles to herself and points a manicured finger towards her.
"Fearless Sweetie." She said to which the primal girl looked embarrassed.
"I didn't make a mess did I?" The primal girl asked to which the entire locker room erupts in laughter.
"You swallowed him quickly. You might have great blowjob skills." The blonde said and the other girls giggled around her. The primal turns red-faced. Suddenly self conscious. She eases her way towards the back and gets out the spotlight. This was going on like such a normal conversation. Like typical friendly chatter among friends. The lead blonde gestures towards her 2nd friend. The 2nd friend lifts up her mouseboy who's crying.
"Look at him, crying like a little baby!" The girl teases him as she makes a gesture of snapping towards him. The boy flinches and screams and the girl laughs some more.
"God, it's so pathetic that it's almost cute!" The 2nd girl said. She lifts the mouseboy in the air, giving him a good look at all the 21 catgirls in the room, including anna.
"Anyone up for an appetizer? I bet he's real tasty." The 2nd girl said out loud. The other cat girls laugh, but a few speak up.
"Lunch is in a few minutes, I don't want to ruin my appetite." A voice said. The other girls nod and some make an a -oh yeah- gesture.
"Do what you want." Another voice said as the girls finished getting dressed, "I want that new salad in the cafeteria." The girls start to maneuver towards the door. The 2nd girl shrugs her shoulders in a "Ok then" mood and drops the mouseboy on her tongue. She can feel the little thing squirming against her teeth and rubbing against her wet tongue. The girl laughs like a giddy schoolgirl and opens her mouth. She gives the boy a look at all the girls looking at him, mocking him, like he was just nothing. A toy. A plaything, A meal. The boy attempts to crawl to the outside. He nearly made it too, passing the girl's teeth only for her to suck him back in; giggling. The blonde leader looks at the 2nd girl messing around.
"Go ahead and finish him." The blonde said, "I don't want to see you make a mess." The 2nd girl nods, covering her mouth. She tilts her head back and swallows, giving every girl a glance at the moving, screaming bulge slowly going down her throat and soon, nothing. It was as if the girl swallowed a piece of food. Another tiny morsel to fuel her body. The 2nd girl laughs to herself and then hiccups.
"See this is what you get for messing around." The blonde said as she let out an aggravated sigh, "Hurry up already."
"Oh *hic* Ok" The 2nd girl said as she rushed to finish getting dressed. By that time Anna was already finished getting dressed. The 2nd girl finishes and leaves with her posse. The blonde girl turns her head.
"Are you coming anna?" The blonde asks. Anna replies to her "Yeah, Just give me a second." The girls walk off leaving Anna in her school uniform and backpack. She opens her locker to see a crying boy back away from her. Anna just grabs him, not wasting any time trying to be gentle. She pulls out a clear, empty pencil bag and places him inside. She pokes a few holes so that he can breathe, and ends up putting him in a section of her backpack. He's rolled up, nearly crushed by the bag and confined space. Anna wasn't trying to make him comfortable. She was trying to get this day over with.
"Now I have to find Naomi and Zoey; then this horrifying nightmare will be over." She said as she wiped sweat from her brow. Anna grabs her backpack, puts it on her back and walks out the door.
10.Naomi froze. This was the last person she wanted to meet. She'd rather be hanging around the delinquents than be anywhere near this psychopath. This evil, disgusting, mouseboy bully. A mouse murderer. I lay perfectly still in Naomi's pocket, not making a sound. I'm like a real life statue frozen in time. Naomi's heartbeat sounded like a loud gong. THUMP. THUMP. THUMP. Every ounce of survival in my body told me to get away from here, but I wouldn't move. I couldn't. The loud crackle of thunder shakes the skies.
"Care to join me?" Harribelle said with cold, spine-chilling eyes, "It'd be terrible if you've gotten wet."
"Y-Yeah, I-I will." Naomi said and I wanted to scream. I wish for the love of everything that I could tell Naomi to run away. Naomi wanted too, she really did. However, Running aways now would make her look even more suspicious. Naomi inches towards Harribelle to get underneath her umbrella.
"Ready?" Harribelle asks with the voice of southern hospitality.
"Uh huh." Naomi mutters and they start walking. Naomi's shoes are getting caked by the mud. Her heart is racing and she can feel something flowing through her body. Was it adrenaline?
"Rough weather today isn't it?" Harribelle starts off, making light conversation in the rain. Naomi felt like she was going to piss herself. This was a fear that she couldn't control. Naomi nods and looks at Harribel's devilish eyes.
"It's a-crazy today." Naomi replied and harribelle smiled. To her it may have seemed gentle, but to me. It was like looking at the smile of death. Harribelle continued walking in silence. They were about 1/4th of the way there when Naomi asks a question.
"So what were you doing on the way out here?" Naomi asks to which harribelle said,
"Oh me? I was just looking for something." Her voice seemed genuine, but Naomi didn't buy it.
"Oh really now? What were you looking for?"Naomi asks as she holds her breath, waiting for the response. Harribelle faces her, her eyes looking completely possessed. It was like she was a ghost, or a demon possessing someone. Her smile, toothy like a shark. It sends shivers down my spine. Like I'm being poked with a thousand tiny needles. Naomi sees Harribel's cat ears perk up, intrigued.
"Zoey's Pet" She mutters with a giggle at the end. I feel dread, scared, frozen in fear. Naomi on the inside was screaming. How could this psycho know about Zoey's pet going missing? Even if Naomi did find Zoey's pet, she wouldn't dare let Harribelle know.
"Her pet is missing? How did you find out?" Naomi asked, actually curious. Harribelle lets out a dry laugh as she hears the rain drops hitting her umbrella.
"Look at her face." Harribelle said. Naomi clenches her fist. I take a breath and Harribelle quickly shifts her eyes towards my direction. I freeze again, completely still.
"No one goes from being that joyful to being a wreck that fast." Harribelle said, "Something tragic must have happened to her. Like the loss of a pet." Naomi knew harribelle was smart, but she didn't know that harribelle was this perceptive. Naomi sees the entrance to the lunchroom just a few more feet away. Give or take 50 steps. She desperately wished to be out of this situation, but didn't want to sprint. However, Harribel's next few words make me wish I were far, far, away.
"Naomi dear." She begins her words very sweet and simple, "You wouldn't have happened to see that poor thing around here. Would you?" Death, death, death. This girl was Lucifer in the flesh. Naomi quickly shook her head, eying harribles necklace. It looked almost like a casket. If Naomi wasn't so scared, she would have almost thought it was…...moving?"
"No idea where Zoey's pet could be. No way." Naomi said as quick as can be. Harribelle looks down disappointed, but a fierce, creepy smile comes to her lips.
"That's ok." Harribelle said as I and Naomi make my way closer to the lunch room,
" I just feel so bad for the little thing you know?" Naomi nods her head confused.
"Why is that, Harribelle?" Naomi asked. For being scared out of her mind, I was fascinated at Naomi's conversation skills. She was quite good at it. Harribelle smiles again, licking her lips.
"If only that poor thing knew what the real zoey was like." She said, This conversation again. First the mouse boys, now harribelle. What did they all mean? Zoey wasn't a mean girl, She wasn't! I feel my anger start to bubble.
"What do you mean?" Naomi asked, now extremely focused on Harribel's next words. Harribelle chuckles to herself. I hear a hint of southern accent in her voice.
"Let's just say that." Harribelle starts off, "If you knew what zoey was like back then; you wouldn't want to be near her. She may look changed to you, but…"
"I know what she's really like on the inside." Harribelle laughs a ghostly, evil, malicious laugh. It sounded distorted in the rain, "She and I aren't too different." Naomi was confused. Naomi knew of Zoey, but wasn't really friends with her. She knew that Zoey was kind and sweet, willing to help out others if they asked. Zoey in her eyes was one of the nicest people she'd known of. Harribel's footsteps come to a stop as she closes her umbrella underneath a covered walkway.
"It was nice talking with you." Harribelle said with a smile. She looked like a nun or church girl. Like she couldn't do any harm to anyone. Her eyes said otherwise though. I keep silent.
"Y-You too." Naomi stutters as she opens the door to the inside. She hears the loud chatter of girls inside and looks at Harribel through a glass window. Harribelle looks at Naomi through a glass pane on the door and waves, smiling. She appears to mouths something but I can't hear what it is. Naomi, however, breathes heavier than before for a second before trying to return her cheerful, friendly smile waving back. Naomi then turns and quickly tries to find Anna; Firmly remembering Harribel's mouthed words.
I know you have him
