Chapter 63: Dueling Vengeance P7

Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto, or Avatar the Last Air Bender, or Hades whom is Disney's version of him. I do own Kasumi along with most of her deck which is based off of Fire Emblem female characters and the four Titan Cards.

Naruto was in a hot heated Duel with Sasuke. His Life Points were at 800. He had two Monsters out on the field one was his new Synchro Monster Kitsune Konochi Girl with 2800 attack points and the other was Andro Sphinx with 3000 attack points. Naruto had two good monsters out but on the flip side, Sasuke had 2400 Life Points, and had two Monsters as well. Destiny Hero Dystopia equipped with Axe of Despair giving it 3800 ATK, and Double Coston in defense mode with 1000 DEF. Plus Sasuke had a face-down card too. Now, it was Naruto's turn and he had just drawn his card.

Naruto studied the field thinking Sasuke has me in a bind, but as long as I have Kistune Konochi Girl I have some hope, and the first thing that I have to do is take out Dystopia!

Naruto spoke "I'll activate Kistune Konochi Girl's special ability! Once more I can Special Summon any Beast Type Monster in my Deck or Graveyard! And I'll Special Summon Sphinx Teleia! With Summoning Jutsu!"

Kistune Konochi Girl places her hands together and slams them down onto the ground. In a puff of smoke Sphinx Telhina is Special Summoned onto the field. DEF: 3000

I found myself amazed that Naruto had found a way around his Pyramid of Light Strategy. It was clear to me now that Naruto had some idea of what to do.

"Now" Naruto announced "Prepare yourself Sasuke! Because I'm about to show you true terror! I'll activate the Spell Card: Polymerization!"

Good call! I thought Pharaoh Sphinx isn't a Monster Sasuke is aware of, plus if he somehow destroys it then both Sphinxes will come back onto Naruto's side of the field.

Naruto spoke "With Polymerization I'll fuse Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Telhina also on the field!"

"A FUSION MONSTER INVOLVING THE TWO SPHINXES?!" Sasuke demanded "Impossible!"

"Oh it's possible!" Naruto told him "And you can watch me!"

Naruto's two Sphinxes began to Fuse together with Naruto chanting out "Sphinxes of Ancient Kings and Queens unite as one to become an even more stronger leader, guardian of Konoha, Fusion Summon Level 10, Pharaoh's Sphinx!"

When the Fusion has stopped Pharaoh Sphinx appears on the field ATK: 3400.

"Impressive Monster" Sasuke told Naruto "It still doesn't make a difference!"

"Want a bet?!" Naruto demanded "Well how about I show you something Sasuke, I'll activate Pharaoh Sphinx's Special ability! I can select one Monster on your side of the field and banish it until the end of the turn and I choose to banish your Destiny Hero Dystopia! Go Pharaoh's Sphinx! Pharaoh's Banishment!"

Sasuke watches as Naruto's Monster roared so loudly his Destiny Hero Dystopia is removed form the field causing Sasuke to shout "NO WAY!"

"Oh it gets worse from here Sasuke because Pharaoh's Sphinx will gain your Monster's ATK Points until the end of the turn...Plus without a Monster to be equipped too, Axe of Despair is no more!"

"Curse you Naruto!" Sasuke shouted annoyed now seeing that his Axe of Despair vanished and Pharaoh's Sphinx's attack points rose by 3800. 3400-7200

Naruto checked his hand "Next I'll equip my Monster with the Continuous Spell Card: Summoning Power!

I watch as both Kitsune Konochi Girl and Pharaoh's Sphinx seemed to glow with Naruto explaining the effect "Now with this Continuous Spell Card, I can still protect Kitsune Konochi Girl from being attacked or by card effects on the conditions that on my Battle Phase one Beast Type Monster I have on my side of the field is the only Monster that can attack this turn! Plus this card allows the Beast Type Monster to inflict Piercing damage!"

"Rats!" Sasuke muttered noticing what this meant.

"So" Naruto told Sasuke "Battle! Pharaoh's Sphinx attack Double Coston and win this Duel! Pharaoh's Roar!"

Pharaoh's Sphinx lets out a roar and it comes at Sasuke's defense monster. If this attack connected, Naruto won! Sasuke watches this "Not so fast! I activate my Counter Trap Card, Last Line of Defense!"

Sasuke's Trap Card activated "Now with this Trap Card, if an opponent's attack would leave my Life Points to zero, I can activate this card, it prevents that Battle Damage as well as end the Battle Phase, and I can draw two more cards!"

I sighed as I should've seen this coming but it proved Naruto's point. Naruto checked his hand "I'll set one card face-down and end my turn!"

Naruto then spoke "Now that the turn has ended Destiny Hero Dystopia returns to your side of the field and my Monster's ATK goes back to normal!" 7300-3400

"It's my move!" Sasuke announced "I draw!"

He drew but Naruto activated his trap "I activate Trap Card: Thunder of Ruler! It prevents you from attacking during your Battle Phase this turn!"

Sasuke frowned "Not bad...And you bought yourself another turn! However this won't change the results!"

He checked his hands then grinned "Now prepare yourself Naruto! For just like I've told you before, I now have the requirements needed to Summon my Most strongest Monster! I use Double Coston's Effect, if I am Tribute Summoning a Dark Type Monster it's treated as two Tributes! So I offer it up with Destiny Hero Dystopia, in order to Summon...The Wicked Dreadroute!"

Sasuke's two Monsters vanish and the sky darkens as a powerful evil feeling developed over the entire Dueling field. This creeped me out badly but I tried not to show it. Even Naruto was becoming uneasy "S-S-S-S-Sis...What's happening? Is dueling supposed to give you the creeps?"

"Not always..." I muttered "Only when something evil is about to come out."

Darkness engulfed three areas of Sasuke's Monster zones. It shot out demon like, then slowly but surely the Wicked Dreadroute appeared on Sasuke's side of the field slowly letting the darkness disappear. ATK: 4000

"Four thousand attack points?!" Naruto demanded "That's not so tough!"

"It's about to get worse" Sasuke told him "While Wicked Dreadroute is out all Monsters on the field except for him have their attack points halved."

"SAY WHAT?!" Naruto demanded.

He watches as a dark field engulfed the field halving all of his Monster's attack points. 2800-1400, 3400- 1700

"You're lucky that Thunder of Ruler Trap Card was activated this turn Naruto" Sasuke told him "Because my Monster would've swiped up all of your Life Points with one attack no matter whom he targeted" Sasuke warned him.

"Just because you have your strongest Monster on the field out, doesn't mean I can't win!" Naruto told Sasuke "I'll find a way to defeat it!"

"Hard to do when your Monsters have their attack points halved...Even Kitsune Konochi Girl's 2000 point gained effect is useless thanks to it's halved attack!"

"True" Naruto said "But your Monster's effect also effects your Monsters too!"

"Not for long" Sasuke promised "But I'll set one card face-down and end my turn."

"It's my turn!" Naruto announced "I draw!"

Naruto drew his card but Sasuke was ready "I activate my Continuous Trap Card: Susanoo!"

A purple skeleton surround Wicked Dreadrout with Sasuke explaining "Now with this card my Monster's attack points double and it's unaffected by card effects! Plus it protects my Monster from being destroyed by battle once each turn."

I watched as Sasuke's Monster's ATK doubled 4000-8000.

Okay I'll have to admit it a four thousand attack point Wicked Dreadroute was bad enough, but one with eight thousand was intimidating and considering it's ability to have all Monster's ATK, that was tough...Plus now this Trap Card's other effect making Wicked Dreadroute unaffected by Card Effects meant Pharaoh's Sphinx's effect couldn't activate to help Naruto out. He was in a bind for now.

Naruto saw this and checked his hand "I'll activate the Swords of Revealing Light Spell Card!"

He sighed "Turn end."

That's all you can do for now Naruto… I thought seeing three swords fall from the sky.

"Next" Naruto told Sasuke "I'll set both Kitsune Konochi Girl and Pharaoh's Sphinx into defense mode!"

Kitsune Konochi Girl and Pharaoh's Sphinx went into defense mode DEF: 800, 1700

"Smart Move" Sasuke told Naruto "Won't save you in the end."

"We'll see!" Naruto suggested "Turn end."

Sasuke spoke "It's my move, I draw!"

Sasuke drew his card then muttered seeing the drawn card "Nothing I do just yet, except wait this turn out. Turn end."

"It's my move!" Naruto told Sasuke "I draw!"

He drew his card and checked it out "I activate the spell card Beast Spiritual Draw!"

Naruto played a new Spell Card with Naruto explaining "I can activate this card is Kitsune Konochi Girl is out on the field and there is a face-up Beast Type Monster on it. If all the conditions are met, I'm allowed to draw up to three cards!"

I gave out a slight chuckle, Naruto certainly had the conditions for the Spell Card met so he was able to draw three cards.

Naruto checked his three new cards and I saw a foxy grin "Okay, time for a play by play! I summon Chiron The Mage to the field in attack mode!"

Chiron the Mage appeared on Naruto's side of the field but it had it's ATK points halved thanks to Wicked Dreadroute's effect ATK: 900

"Dumb move, that monster can't save you!" Sasuke sneered at my brother."
"Maybe not this turn" Naruto told Sasuke with a grin on his face, "But on my next turn, you're going to be in for a BIG surprise! So turn end!"

"It's my move" Sasuke told Naruto "I draw!"

Sasuke drew his card "I activate the Continuous Spell Card: Dark Protection Forcefield!"

Darkness seemed to cover Sasuke's side of the field making a forcefield around his side of the field. Sasuke explained it "I can only activate this Continuous Spell Card if Wicked Dreadroute is on my side of the field! While it's in play while my Monster is still out, all Monsters on my side of the field are unaffected by Wicked Dreadroute's effect."

Naruto blinked once "Say what?!"

Sasuke smirked "You heard me loser! And you know what that means, especially when I play this, the Spell Card from my previous draw, Monster Reborn!"

Sasuke then picked the Monster "With this played, I'll be bringing back Red-Eyes Archfield of Lightning!"

Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning reappeared on Sasuke's side of the field. ATK: 2500

"Next" Sasuke told Naruto "I shall activate Red-Eyes Archfiend's effect to resummon it onto my field ensuring I get it's true effect!"

Naruto watches as Sasuke used Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning's Effect to resummon itself. Sasuke then points "I may not be able to destroy Kitsune Konochi Girl and your Fusion Monster due to your Continuous Spell Card's effect, but that won't stop me from activating Red-Eyes Skull Archfiend of Lightning's effect to destroy all Cards on the field whose attack points are equal to or less than his own! Red Lightning Strike!"

Red Lightning fell from the sky striking all of Naruto's Monsters but both Kitsune Konochi Girl and Pharaoh's Sphinx were unaffected thanks to Summoning Power's effect, but Chiron the Mage was destroyed.

"So much for your Mage" Sasuke sneered.

Naruto tried to act as if Sasuke hadn't stopped his plans "T-T-T-That's fine! That didn't cripple me from my plans! I still have Pharaoh's Sphinx and Kitsune Konochi Girl!"

"Not for long" Sasuke told him "I'll then will end my Turn."

"It's my move!" Naruto announced "I draw!"

He drew his card then Naruto himself grinned "Time to pull off a King of Games trick, I activate the Spell Card: Double Spell!"
"Nuts!" Sasuke shouted realizing the spell "Now you can use any Normal Spell Card I used during my last turn, and I used..."

Naruto nodded "That's right! I'm going to be helping myself to your Monster Reborn Spell Card!"

I smirked at this thinking to myself When did you have that card in your deck? That's a real good one!"

Naruto then played Sasuke's Spell Card: With that said, I'll be activating the Spell Card Monster Reborn!"

Naruto then selected the Monster "And I'll use it's effect to bring back Chiron the Mage!"

Chiron the Mage reappeared on Naruto's side of the field ATK: 900

"Next" Naruto told Sasuke "I'll be activating Chiron the Mage's own special effect! By discarding a Spell Card from my hand, I can destroy face-up Spell or Trap Card on your side of the field Sasuke!"

Sasuke looked at Naruto "Only a minor inconvenience!"

Naruto discarded a card from his hand to the Graveyard to forefill Chiron's effect. Naruto smirked "So say goodbye to your Susanoo! Scepter Blast!"

Chiron the Mage aimed his scepter and blasted out at Sasuke's continuous Trap. The blast connected and it seemed to shatter the huge purple skeleton.

"Now your Monster isn't so scary with that double attack point boost!" Naruto bragged.

"Think again loser!"

Naruto blinked seeing that Sasuno's card was still on the field "What? That should hit the Graveyard!"
"Should hit the Graveyard" Sasuke mocked Naruto "Maybe on most other conditions but I'm afraid Sasuno can't be destroyed by one card effect each turn, but it's effect is negated until the end of my next turn."

Naruto frowned "AH, Darn it I thought I had you there! But as you just said your card's effect is negated until the end of your next turn, so I can still take out this Monster!"

"Hard to do so when your Monsters have their attack points halved!"

Naruto smirked "So you say, I'm going to take Wicked Dreadroute out, and I'm going to do it the good old fashion way by switching Pharaoh's Sphinx into attack mode!"

Pharaoh's Sphinx switched back into attack mode ATK: 1700

"Oh, I'm so scared loser" Sasuke taunted Naruto "Watching your half weakened Sphinx trying to take down Wicked Dreadroute down is amusing!"

"You wouldn't say that once you realized that I'm going to activate Pharaoh Sphinx's special ability!"

Sasuke blinked "If you're going to banish my Wicked Dreadroute then you will find yourself failing." he looks at Naruto daring him to try it Go on I dare you! Sure your Monster will gain 4000 attack points but difference is I will survive then punish you for it on my next turn!

Naruto chuckled "Why I could banish Wicked Dreadrout, but honestly Sasuke that won't do me any good as it would come back to bite me in the butt at the end of my turn...So when I said I'm going to take it down the hard way, I meant it!"

"Nani?" Sasuke asked.

Naruto spoke "Watch, I'll activate Pharaoh Sphinx's Special ability targeting Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning!"

Sasuke's eyes widened as he only now realized his mistake "CURSE YOU NARUTO!"

Naruto grinned "Go Pharaoh's Sphinx, Pharaoh's Banishment!"

Pharaoh's Sphinx roared at the top of it's lungs and it banished Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning. Naruto grinned seeing Sasuke fume with anger at not seeing this. Sure a seventeen hundred attack point Monster wasn't a threat to Wicked Dreadrout, but a Monster that could banish one target and gain that target's attack points was a whole different story, especially when Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning had 2500 attack points. 1700-4200

"It's just enough to take down Wicked Dreadroute!" I complimented feeling happy my brother actually delayed long enough to be able to take a hard card down like that.

Naruto turned to Sasuke looking at him "So here it goes, Battle, Pharaoh's Sphinx, attack Wicked Dreadroute with Pharaoh's Roar!"

Pharaoh's Sphinx roars again unleashing an attack on Wicked Dreadroute. The roar clashed onto the Wicked Dreadroute like a tsunami wave and at first the Wicked Dreadroute seemed to still stay on the field, but it eventually let out a roar before exploding. This also had a chain reaction go off not only did Wicked Dreadroute get destroyed by Sasuno and Dark Protection Forcefield were also destroyed due to Wicked Dreadrout being destroyed.

"Impossible!" Sasuke shouted "He was my very best card!" Sasuke's Life Points: 2200

Naruto looked at Sasuke "Without your Wicked Dreadroute's massive presence on the field all monsters on the field have their attack points returned to normal! I hope this was an eye-opener for you Sasuke because somehow, someway even with a Monster that strong like it was before, I'll always find a way around any threat you will throw at me! Especially when my sister's freedom is at stake!"

Sasuke watches as all Monsters on Naruto's side of the field had their attack and defense points returned to normal ATK 900-1800, 3400-5900, DEF 800-1900

Naruto then spoke "I'll switch Kitsune Konochi Girl back into attack mode now that your threat is gone!"

Kitsune Konochi Girl now returned into attack mode. ATK: 2800

"Great" Sasuke muttered seeing this, this was a turn of events.

I could see Sasuke shaking in anger that he ever foresee someone like Naruto being able to take out his best card like that. First Chiron's effect which was aimed at destroying Sasuno might've failed due to Sasuno's own effect to not be destroyed by one card effect each turn, only for this to be a clever decoy! Sure Naruto's true goal was to destroy Sasuno but the card's effect to negate is own effect to prevent it's destruction in a way was similar to it being completely destroyed and Naruto's took advantage of Sasuke's brought back Monster in Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning. Sasuke glared daggers of hatred at Naruto "This isn't over loser! This Duel will still continue and I'll see to it that you lose!"

"Yeah, yeah we'll see" Naruto said "I won't lose to you Sasuke not when my sister's freedom is at stake! I'll set one card face-down and it'll end my turn. While I'm ending my turn your Monster returns to the field!"

Sasuke growled as his Monster returned back to it's Normal Summoned status which meant he had to resummon it in order to use it's effect but it was completely useless right now and Chiron the Mage was the only monster he could destroy, it wasn't like last time where he thought he did a good thing in destroying it alone with Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning's coming back ATK: 2500

"It's my move!" Sasuke shouted "I draw!"

He drew his card and Sasuke's graveyard began to glow with darkness "I'll activate Dark Protection Forcefield's effect from the Graveyard, by removing itself and Sasuno and by paying half of my Life Points I can bring Special Summon The Wicked Dreadroute from my Graveyard! Doubling it's attack points"

Sasuke removed Dark Protection Forcefield and Sasuno from play as well as paying half of his Life Points Sasuke's Life Points: 1100 Wicked Dreadroute once again appeared this time looking more devilish than ever before, it was literally a giant, and to make it harder it's attack points were DOUBLED! ATK: 8000

"Ah nuts!" Naruto muttered "That thing came back, just when I worked so hard to destroy it!"

He watches yet again as his Monsters had their attack points halved. ATK: 900, 1400, 1700

Sasuke was absolutely finished with Naruto and clearly was slipping more into darkness letting his hatred over take him "I activate my Quick-Play Spell Card: Devil's Willpower!

Naruto watches as Sasuke spoke up shouting at him "WHILE WICKED DREADROUTE IS ON THE FIELD, THIS CARD ALLOWS ME TO NOT ONLY NEGATE ALL CARD EFFECTS ON THE FIELD BUT DESTROY THEM EXCEPT FOR THE WICKED DREADROUTE. FOR EACH CARD DESTROYED MY MONSTER GAINS 1000 EXTRA ATTACK POINTS."

Naruto panics seeing he had six cards on his side of the field, his Swords of Revealing Light which was down to their last turn active, Pharaoh's Sphinx, Kitsune Konochi Girl, and Chiron the Mage, then his own face-down card as well as Summoning Power. Sasuke only had Wicked Dreadroute and Red-Eyes Archfiend of Lightning. The Wicked Dreadroute gathers up what appeared to be a fiery devilish black hole in it's hands. It hurled it across the field destroying everything on it.

Sasuke eyes Naruto "A TOTAL OF SIX CARDS WERE DESTROYED WHICH MEANS MY MONSTER'S ATTACK POINTS INCREASE BY SIX THOUSAND ATTACK POINTS."

I started to sweat never seeing Sasuke like this before. I knew he had issues with his hatred and anger, but this was insane. 8000-15000 "That's nearly three times the power of Seto Kaiba's Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon!" I muttered.

Sasuke now looks at Naruto "TIME TO JOIN THE OTHERS LOSER! BATTLE, WICKED DREADROUT ATTACK THAT LOSER DIRECTLY AND END THIS DUEL. WICKED INFERNO!

I watched trying to keep myself from losing my hopes as a huge death orb was being summoned from the Wicked Dreadroute which seemed to be connected to Sasuke's emotions almost as if it was an extension of Sasuke himself. It hurled it at Naruto "NARUTO!" I shouted.

Naruto braces himself and the blast strikes him engulfing him "THERE THAT DID IT!" Sasuke shouted.

"Think again!" Naruto announced.

Sasuke blinked "WHAT?!"

Naruto was still standing but he was badly burnt and his Life Points were at. Naruto's Life Points: 1

Sasuke glared "How are you still alive? You should be down to zero!"

Naruto answered weakly "One of the cards you destroyed was known as the Trap Card Miraculous Miracle!"

"It was destroyed!" Sasuke snapped.

"True" Naruto told him in a matter of fact voice "But it's a special kind of Trap Card that works when it hits the Graveyard when destroyed. First of all when I'm faced with a direct attack that could wipe me out this Trap Card makes it that I survive the Direct Attack with one Life Point left."

Sasuke growls "HANGING IN I SEE!"

"Not only does it allow me to survive your Direct Attack, I'm allowed to draw two cards from my deck." Naruto admitted drawing two more cards.

"Then" Naruto said "The final ability of Miraculous Miracle, by removing it from my Graveyard I can bring back all Monsters that were destroyed during this turn!"

He removed Miraculous Miracle from the Graveyard.

Sasuke blinked seeing that Naruto's Monsters returned back on the field grinning "So you have them brought back...You're finished next turn!"

ATK: 900, 1400, and 1700

Naruto looks at him "Well see now won't we?"

Sasuke glared at him " Turn end! But when I end my turn the effect of Devil's Willpower wears off returning Wicked Dreadroute's attack points back to normal!"

Naruto sighed with relief "Thank goodness"

15000-8000

Naruto and I both realized this could be Naruto's last turn, if Sasuke drew a piercing equipped spell card, Naruto was finished, luckily he had drawn two more cards thanks to Miraculous Miracle's effect. "This maybe my final turn!" Naruto admitted "I draw!"

He drew his card and checked his hand, and I caught a glance at what he had just drawn, Megamorph! But it wouldn't help him, not with his Monster having their attack points halved. There was a unseen spark coming from Naruto's Extra Deck indicating he might have just received a new card in it. He checked his hand to see he had a new Spell Card and he goes for it "Okay Sasuke, time to face defeat!"

"Hard to see it when your monsters have their attack points halved!"

Naruto looks at him "Say what you will! I'll activate the Quick-Play Spell Card, Deconstruction Jutsu!"

Sasuke blinked "Deconstruction Jutsu?"

Naruto nodded "You bet! This card works similar to the Quick-Play Spell Card Defusion! Now I can select any Fusion, Synchro, or XYZ Monster that's on the field and return it back to it's material Monsters it was used to make it, providing I have a Ninja or "Konochi" Monster on the field which Kitsune Konochi Girl is a Konochi!"

Sasuke blinked "Go on..."

Naruto smirked "With Deconstruction Jutsu, use it's effect on Pharaoh's Sphinx to return it to Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Teleia!"

Kitsune Konochi Girl pressed her hands together and formed a ninja seal with them then there was a puff of smoke around Pharaoh's Sphinx and it soon returned back to Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Teleia. ATK: 1500, 1250

"Dumb move Naruto!" Sasuke smirked at Naruto "You lost it!, Pharaoh's Sphinx was your only option in beating my Monster!"

Naruto looked confused but I knew he was trying to lure Sasuke into another clever trap "I did?" he looks at me "Sis? What is he talking about?"

I shrugged playing along "Don't know."

Naruto looked at Sasuke "We'll see, but you do know that both Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Telhina are level 10 Monsters."

"That's right s-" Sasuke then caught onto what Naruto was going to do as he had been there to witness this first hand when he and Hades dueled Naruto and Hanabi for my freedom when I was kept Prisoner in Hades's Underworld "Shit"

Naruto grinned "Looks like you got it faster than I had when Lance was going to use it on me...Anyway here it goes!"

The sky begins to fill and swarm with darkness as Naruto spoke "I shall build the Overlay Network, overlaying Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Telhina!"

Andro Sphinx and Sphinx Telhina start glowing becoming overlay units as they shoot upright towards the sky. It was then I felt Naruto's Nine Tailed Fox Chakra coming over my brother and start transforming him slightly as if this were a fight in that form. His eyes glow orange as the demon fox's chakra emerged forming with his own and both chanted out "Master of all beasts, rise your ninetails from the earth to protect everyone! XYZ Summon Rank 10! Kurama, the Ninetailed Demon Fox!"

When the chant was over a huge ninetailed orange fox appeared roaring with it's overlays around it ATK: 4500

Sasuke looks at the XYZ Monster and like me notice a slight problem "Check your Attack Points Naruto. Those should be halved!"

Naruto still under some of his Tailed Beast's control spoke "My Attack Points are fine! While there are Overlay Units attached to Kurama, the Ninetailed Demon Fox, it's can't be destroyed by battle or by card effects!"

Sasuke blinked but smirked "About time you brought this one out loser but it still won't help you."

"Once again" Naruto told Sasuke "You underestimate my Monster's other ability, like in the case I would unleash it's overlay unit ability."

This shut Sasuke up right away he knew XYZ Monsters usually had effects that activated immediately after one offered up an overlay unit. Naruto smirked "If I wanted to, just like you did with Devil's Willpower, I too could have Kurama, the Ninetail Demon Fox destroy all cards on your side of the field, inflicting 1000 points of damage to you Sasuke."

Sasuke blinked cursing out at him "OH CRAP!"

Naruto under the Kyubbi's control spoke with "However, using it's effect to destroy the Wicked Dreadroute only would only be a waste and you'd still survive that would be extinguished with a direct attack afterward. I'm going to take it down again, and this time you lose!"

Sasuke smirked "How loser?"

Naruto spoke "You seemed to forget about my two drawn cards from Miraculous Miracle's effect. Sasuke watches as Naruto answer "First I activate the Field Spell Card, Closed Forest!"

A forest appeared on the battlefield just as Aang, Kakashi-Papa, Jirayia, Iruka-Sensei, Katara, Lance, and Team Signer joined up.

"Uh Meowth am I seeing things?" Jessie demanded at Meowth.

Meowth looked at Naruto "I don't think so! If you're seeing Naruto glowing red and speaking as if he knows what he's doing in this Duel, then I am seeing it too."

"Why's he glowing red?!" James asked in a panic "I don't want too it reminds me of how many times Ash's Charizard burned us!"

Kakashi-Papa expertly landed at my back as if preparing to protect me. Iruka-Sensei looked shocked at what he was witnessing, sure he knew Naruto had the Kyubbi inside him but he never once seen Naruto going into that mode.

Naruto ignored them and spoke to Sasuke "Now for each Beast Monster in my Graveyard, all Beast Monsters on the field gain 100 extra attack points."

"So far there are only eight of those in your Graveyard" Sasuke said "Those three Nimble Monogas, Kyubbi Synchron, Dez Koula, Naturia Beast, Elephun, and D.D Crazy Beast."

Naruto was not phased by this "True, but in the end you're still not looking at the big picture, sure eight hundred attack points isn't going to help Kurama, the Ninetailed Demon Fox destroy your Wicked Dreadroute yet. I watched as Naruto's Monster powers up. 4500-5300

"Now" Naruto told Sasuke "I have one more card to play, and it's the Equip Spell Card: Megamorph!"

Sasuke heard this and now knew that Naruto was indeed the winner "NO! IT CAN'T BE MEGAMORPH!"

"Oh it can be" Naruto told him "And I equip it to Kurama, the Ninetailed Demon Fox, and while my Life Points are lower than yours, it's attack points DOUBLE!"

Sasuke growls not believing this even when seeing this "NO, this can't be happening! I'm the one that's going to-" "Lose!" Naruto told him and I watched Naruto's Monster have it's attack points doubled 5300-10600

"Sasuke's Life Points are eleven hundred!" Sokka cheered.

James is the one that did the math "Oh sweet then let's do the math, the Wicked Dreadroute, has only eight thousand Life Points a piece! But Kurama, the Ninetailed Demon Fox has 10600! Which means once Naruto attacks with his Monster that the battle damage Sasuke will take is twenty-six hundred!"

Katara jaw dropped in disbelief as did Sokka, apparently they didn't listen to Lance very well. Or completely understood that there was no ranking in Duel Monsters.

Naruto then spoke "Battle, Kurama, the Ninetailed Demon Fox, attack Wicked Dreadroute with Tailed Beast Bomb!"

Kurama, the Ninetailed Demon Fox gathers in it's own death orb. It fires the orb at the Wicked Dreadroute, Sasuke just as Azula, and her two assistants came around or freed themselves. Even Azula was shocked that my brother had just beat Sasuke. The blast comes at the Wicked Dreadroute. The blast connects and the recoil explosion sends Sasuke, Azula and her two friends flying into the air which Team Signer couldn't help but go "Looks like Team Azula is blasting off again!"

Then there was a Star Finish.

Sasuke's Life Points: 0

Naruto was panting as the Duel field got back to normal and he himself returned to normal as well "I...Did it...Sis...But I think I overdid it...Sasuke didn't stay long enough to free your friends's souls."

Naruto collapsed but Takara found the three soul cards that Sasuke somehow dropped in the recoil and picked them up and brought them over to me and nudged my leg "Vulpix!"

I turned towards her petting her head and saw what she had in her mouth and hugged her "Naruto, you beat Sasuke and he somehow dropped the soul cards."

"Can you undo them?" Aang asked me.

"I'll try" I said "Katara...Look after Naruto please and heal him up."

"Sure thing!" Katara said she ran over towards Naruto "Man...You got beaten up."

"Shadow Duels do that" Lance told her "In those Duels the damage is real."

"I'll keep that in mind" Katara muttered.

While she was healing my brother, I concentrate on releasing my friends from the the cards which their souls were stolen. Somehow with my psychic abilities I was able to do this without a problem. Soon all three cards start to glow and Hanabi, Haku, and Toph returned to normal.

"Oh...Man" Hanabi muttered "I gotta warn Lady Kasumi that-"

I hugged her "HANABI!"

Hanabi blinked "You know? Who found me?"

"We did" Team Signer answered.

"Yeah and when we were trying to find who did it to you I got captured too!" Toph muttered.

Haku looked at me "Sorry for not stopping him and trying to avoid you for going after Sasuke."

I looked at him understanding him as I hugged the three but Haku the most "You did the right thing...Had I came back early and discovered this...Who knows what might've became of me. You were looking out for me...however" I paused then looked at to where Sasuke and his allies were sent in Team Signer's words blasting off again "I'm still not going to get over this!"

Haku sighed "We're going to run into him again and we're going to have to be ready. Lady Kasumi...That deck is strong."
"I know...I watched some of Naruto's Duel with Sasuke right now, and he was able to beat Sasuke."

Hanabi blinked confused "Naruto beat Sasuke?"

Naruto giggled holding up two fingers "Yep! I did beat him Hanabi!"

Hanabi and Toph exchanged confused looks with Toph remarking to Hanabi "You are you correct? You aren't really Naruto is disguise were you?"

Hanabi even placed a hand on her own face "I believe I am the real me."

Seeing their confusion caused me to give out a slight giggle of satisfaction but I returned my glaze. Kakashi-Papa walked over to me "I know you won't stop until you've taught Sasuke a lesson yourself, but don't wander off, they might still be counting on you to do that."

"You have my word" I told him looking at my deck "Sasuke...There's no doubt we'll meet again for now we'll rest till Katara heals my brother."

"Which will take two hours" Katara told me.

Takara and Snowflake were at my feet as I had a feeling that the next time I met with Sasuke. Things wouldn't end well for me but I had a surprise waiting for him. In away I was glad I didn't have to fight him at the moment. There would be plenty of times to reveal my new technique to him little did I know we were being watched by figures dressed in cloud like robes.

End of chapter! The Duel between Naruto and Sasuke is over! Naruto manages to beat Sasuke narrowly but it looks like the Akatsuki have indeed taken an interest, are they after Naruto and Kasumi too? If so, Will a new form be needed to escape them? Well let's find out! Next chapter is Chapter 64: Ambush of the Akatsuki During a skirmish with Azula's forces, Kasumi, Naruto, Sokka and Aang are separated from the main group and are about to once again meet up with two members of the Akatsuki one with explosives and the other a puppet master, can the four work together to escape these two S-class Ninjas?

Type: Quick-Play Spell Card

Effect: Activate only when "The Wicked Dreadroute" is face-up on your side of the field, negate all card effects on the field and destroy them except for "The Wicked Dreadroute" for each card destroy increase "The Wicked Dreadroute's" ATK by 1000 until the end of the turn. You can only activate this card once per duel.
