Chapter 68: Serious Dueling P1

Katara was still focusing in healing Toph from the latest Shadow Duel with a Titan Card. We all hurdled around each other focusing on the mission. Sure my ninja squad alongside Naruto and Kakashi were to protect and assist Aang in his mission, but secretly we had a second mission. Katara focused on healing Toph while I sat looking at my friends at least the ones that were duelist. Their eyes were all on me as well. Finally I decided to speak my mind "Okay, everyone, three out of five Titan Cards have been recovered."

Naruto grumbled looking at Haku, me and Toph "Yeah, and you three were the lucky ones to be able to wield them."

Hanabi read out the names of the cards that the group have "Lady Kasumi has Boltose the Lightnining Titan, Haku has Hydros the Ice Titan, and finally Toph has just recovered Lythos the Earth Titan."

"Two remain" Haku warned.

Thanks to Zeus explaining what attributes the Titans were I then spoke "There are only two left, the Titan of Tornados, and then the Titan of Volcanos."

I looked at Aang and Naruto out of the group I suspected that it would be these two that had to square off against the Titan Cards "Naruto...These Titan Cards are no joke. Boltose nearly electrocuted me to death, Haku was nearly frozen to death by Hydros the Ice Titan, and Toph..."

"I was nearly crushed to death by Lythos" Toph interupted.

"Yeah, I'll say you were crushed" Katara warned Toph "I can nearly see your bones popping out of your skin when that thing must've stomped on you."

Naruto listens to what I had to say "Sure you beat Sasuske's Wicked Dreadrote brother, but a Titan Card has been shown to be worse than Sasuke's Wicked Dreadrote due to them well being Titans which makes them unaffected by card effects from their opponents and their absolute destruction abiliities are very devasting. Like Hyrdos can destroy all cards on it's opponents side of the field during it's attack-"

"And inflict 500 points of damage for each one destroyed" Haku admitted

"Boltose can inflict 1000 points of damage to it's opponent during each of the player's end turns, plus can gain more destructive power depending on the Electric Type Monster's effect" Kakashi-Papa reminded us.

"Then lastly Lythos can destroy all Monsters that it sets into defense mode while using it's Devasting Quake ability" Toph finished.

I returned my gaze to Aang and Naruto "That leaves the question on your Titan Cards's destructive effects are. We know the Titan of Tornadoes and the Titan of Volcanos are still in whoever Hades gave them too. And that you two will be the ones to have to duel to gain them."

Naruto smirked his foxy grin "It won't matter what my Titan Card has for it's effect I'll defeat it sis, no matter what Believe it!"

"There's some part of me telling me you don't really know or understand the danger you will be getting into when that day comes" I warned Naruto "Unlike most other monsters you can beat when dueling agaisnt any opponent. You must take dueling against that Duelist that has your Titan Card very seriously. Just as serious as you were when going up against Sasuke as you will only get one shot."

Haku agreed "If you fail to defeat your opponent, you will die. Please Naruto look at Toph."

Naruto blinks looking at Toph now realizing what we meant "Oh..."

Aang agreed saddened "These Titan Cards will kill us if we fail to defeat the ones that Hades gave them to. Kasumi could've been electrocuted to death, Haku frozen to death, Toph could've been squashed to death. So Naruto you and I have to bring our A game."

Naruto agreed scratching his head "I now see the point you guys, and can see how dangerous Titan Cards are. But what do you have in mind Aang?"

Aang turned towards me and Haku "Lady Kasumi. Haku do you guys know where we are going towards?"

Haku and I knew where Aang was going at, he wanted me and Haku to team up and duel against him and Naruto in a Tag Duel, due to the fact we had Titan Cards. I saw the serious look on Aang's face and saw that Aang was truly serious in dealing his Titan Card the Titan of Tornados was the one he was going to face and he wanted some practice in dealing with a Titan Card. So that it would give him and Naruto some insight on what they were really dealing with. I gave him a nod "Haku and I know."

Naruto then got it and his faced paled white as a ghost. Meowth saw this "What's the matter?"

Naruto then shot upward "NO WAY AANG! THAT'S SUCIDAL! I CAN'T BEAT HAKU ONE-ON-ONE!-"
"To be fair you were impatent then" Haku interupted Naruto.

"NOT HELPING!" Naruto snapped at him "PLUS IF I GOT WHERE YOU WERE GETTING TOWARDS IT'S NOT ONLY AGAINST HAKU BUT AGAINST MY SIS! WE'D GET CREMED!"

Aang shot Naruto a small smile but Sokka spoke out the words that was on everyones mind "Gee, Naruto, I never knew you were a chicken at dueling."

I knew that Sokka's choice of words would set Naruto off, and for the first time in my life I had to apperciate what Sokka said. Naruto was about to thank him for the comment thinking it was a compliment at first but then the chicken part set in "OH YOU DIDN'T CALL ME CHICKEN!"

"I did!" Sokka said "You bravely went into Hades Underworld to save your sister, took on Sasuke to prevent him from capturing her or leading her into a trap to capture her. Yet when Aang suggested a duel with him as your partner against Haku and your sister you turn it down!"

Naruto growls "Yeah, well last time I dueled against someone that my sister beat" he looks at Lance pointing at him "HE EMBARRSSED ME!"

"Made you look like a nube" Toph admitted "Which I enjoyed."

"NOT HELPING TO ALLOW ME TO EXPLAIN MY DECISON!" Naruto shot at her.

Naruto looked at Hanabi as if to ask her to help him out "Come on Hanabi. You out of all duelist knows how strong Lady Kasumi is in dueling. Back me up!"

Hanabi looked at him "Honestly I don't know how to back you up."

"Haha" Toph laughed at Hanabi's explanation as Naruto's eyes narrowed as he sighed.

Hanabi explained herself further after sort of accepting a high five from Toph "After all you beat Sasuke where as Toph, Haku and I couldn't. Now if you'd have lost to Sasuke I'd probably be able to...But besides...Aang is right Naruto."

Naruto blinked looking at the Hyugga. Hanabi explained more "Your missing the entire purpose of this tag duel that Aang wants to have. Normally you only get one shot at a Titan Card as they are in the enemy's hands so if you go into a Duel with your opponent and your opponent overwhelms you like Lance did, or you get into a duelist that has bested you before in the future you might fail. At least your sister and Haku will ensure you won't well die by their Titans if they bring them out against you and Aang...Plus you have some insights and battle plans against Titan Cards. That insight and prep work can help prepare you for those duels ahead. This Tag Duel Aang wants to have alongside you isn't about winning or losing, it's to prepare you and Aang for the Duels to come."

Naruto now got it "Oh!"

Aang nodded grateful that Hanabi knew where he was getting at with his plan "Couldn't have worded it better myself...Even Sokka understood that."

Sokka did know as he turned to Naruto "This is your chance to learn how dangerous Titan Cards are and find a straegy against them. Take it from me being prepared for the situation is better than being unprepared. I learned that first hand."

Naruto turned towards me and Haku "Well they do have Titan Cards."

He looks at Toph "Plus Toph is in no shape to Duel."

Toph looked upward at him "What do you mean I'm in no shape to duel?! I'll duel you even when hurt."

Katara shoved her down gently "Down Toph! Besides Naruto's right, your Duel against Tania was a dangerous one, so relax and let this unfold."

"...Fine Dr. Katara" Toph muttered.

Naruto looked at me and Haku now making his decision "Fine." he turned to Aang "You sure about this?"

Aang nodded "Yes, I'm sure! What better way to prepare for our Titan Card than to Duel against Haku and Lady Kasumi whom have Titan Cards?"

Naruto now agreed seeing as we couldn't get anywhere until Toph was healed "It does kill some time while we are waiting."

Aang turned to me and Haku "Question is will you two accept it?"

I gave Aang a serious nod "I accept."

"I do too" Haku answered.

"Good" Aang said "We'll start in an hour or two so that Katara can move Toph out of the way."

"That" I admitted standing upward with Takara and Snowflake at my feet "And I'd like to talk to Team Signer."

Jessie, James, and Meowth looked at each other wondering what they did wrong. I gave them a look which they read was one that told them that they weren't in trouble as I begun to walk away briefly to talk to them privately. Haku and Hanabi gave me my distance but kept a good watch on me to make sure I would be fine alone. Once I made it to the area I turned to them "Team Signer?"

"Present!" Jessie said.

"And waiting for orders" James said.

I turned to Jirayia whom was in the private place "Good timing Lord Jirayia."

Jirayia gave me a warm smile "It's nice to know you don't call me pervy sage like your brother does."

"Don't push it!" I warned him "I could easily do the same."

"What's up?" James inquired.

I turned to Jirayia "Lord Jirayia, how would you like some people to help you spy on our enemies."
Jirayia thought about it "I usually have all I need in my toads but I could and always could use the help why?"
I answered "Cause I'm willing to give you part control of Team Signer for spying duties."

Team Signer looked shocked they thought I was gonna disband them, but I had no plans to do so as I explained the situatation to both Lord Jirayia and Team Signer that I was only a ninja and that I had no money to pay them. With Jirayia well they could still get paid way better than I could. Jirayiia looked at them "Hmm, I could use some recruits. Alright Team Signer! Who me your disguises!"

At once both Jessie, and James came out with several disguises of any kind that could help me or Jirayia out on any situation. The Toad Sage watched them mostly Jessie though...Although there was one he wasn't prepared for and that was a completely naked Jessie whom had been trying to be some sort of model only for James to accidentally make her lose her bra and panties leaving her completely naked. I rolled my eyes as Lord Jirayia had a nose bleed and fainted, then Jessie started beating the crap out of James for his honest accidental mistake "WHY'D DID YOU DO THIS TO ME JAMES?!" "S-S-S-S-Sorry Jessie! I didn't mean to, I swear!"

Lord Jiaryia came around shortly rubbing his head and got right back up and gave team Signer mostly Jessie a thumbs up "I can see now what Lady Kasumi had in mind, your disguises are convincing, so convincing that you could do well with infilration missions. Or just about any mission Lady Kasumi and I have for you."

"Thanks Lord Jiaryia!" Team Signer said to him.

I turned to Team Signer "Well if you three would like it, I can still be your boss, but Lord Jirayia can be the boss even over me at least to inform me what he needs you three for. So what I'm trying to say is if you'd like you'd have two bosses me and Jiryaia and Lord Jiryaia would be able to pay you for your line of work."

"We'll do it!" Meowth said.

Jessie and James agreed as I looked at Jirayia whom agreed "Then consider it done. I'll accept these three."

I turned to Team Signer "Now that that's out of the way, I have a mission for you three."

Jirayia knew where I was getting at "Careful Lady Kasumi, these three are good at infiltration missions but they aren't ready to find information on the Akatsuki not just yet, I'll have to train them a bit before we can do so."

"I know that" I told him "Which you can start training them whenever you'd like but there's more matters for them."

Lord Jirayia knew where I was getting at as I then explained the situation to Team Signer "Team Signer, three out of five Titan Cards have been recovered. The last two the Titan of Tornadoes and the Titan of Volcanoes still need to be recovered. Your mission. Is to inflitrate the Fire Nation, Orochimaru's village, or Hades Underworld or to try to discover whom has the Titan Cards and where they are going to come from."

Meowth saluted "On it boss!"

"And if we do find them?" Jessie asked.

"Notify Lord Jirayia, myself or Kakashi-Papa immeidately so we know where the duelist is coming from. AND DON'T ENGAGE THEM IN A DUEL. You aren't ready to face off against a Titan Card ether, and I don't want to lose you three to a Titan Card."

"Rodger that!" James said saluting.

I turned to Lord Jirayia "Anything you'd like to add Lord Jirayia?"

Jirayia had his answer ready "Do what you three can to figure out anything on upcoming Fire Nation or Sound Village plans as well. We want to be ready, so you three will have to work not only to uncover those last two Titan Card's duelists, but to inform us about the enemy. Now go."

"Right!"

Team Signer loaded up their balloon and left for their mission. I felt a bit unease to watch them go as if I was sending them to their deaths Lord Jirayia put a hand on my shoulder as if to comfort my fears. I looked at him as he admitted to me "They will be fine Lady Kasumi. They'll do their part. This is part of being a leader, you have to make decisions like this."

He smiled "It shows you care for those around you and for those that work for you, but if you worry about them too much you'll never learn to let things go. Certain things have to happen. I assure you Lady Tsunade cares very much about you. Heck I've seen her worried when you are gone for a long time cause she's your Godmother, but at the same time she lets you go on risky missions knowing there's a chance you'll never return, and it frightens her, but at the same time she realizes that there are some things you can't prepare everyone for. Like everytime you are on a mission your life is at risk. And it's the same with Team Signer when you send them out on their own missions. There's risks involved and you gotta be prepared for the worst outcome where they won't return."

I acknowledged the Toad Sage's wisdom, he wasn't wrong on that "You aren't wrong Lord Jirayia. Sadly as you must know Fudos like me and my father where we may know the risk to ourselves, it's hard for us to see others also lose their lives especially if those others are considered friends."

Jirayia agreed with that "True there, and that can be a key weakness Lady Kasumi. Sasuke almost used that to his advantage."

I formed a fist at the mention of Sasuke's name "True there, and I still plan to settle things with him, just because Naruto beat him and regained Hanabi, Toph, and Haku's souls doesn't mean I'm letting him off the hook. Mark my words he'll pay dearly for what he did to them, but at the same time I'm not gonna go on a path of revenge like he would. Mark my words though, if he ever Duels me, I'm not gonna hold back on him."

Jirayia rubbed my shoulders again "That a girl! Shows that you know about the different pathways and where they lead."

I gave him a warm smile sure Jirayia was a pervert but he was a wise pervert, one whose experiences as a ninja truly paid off. This moment was brushed aside when he whispered "So when can I see your Vixen Mode again, to use for my research?"

"FAT CHANCE ON THAT!" I snapped out quickly going into Prime State mode and with a violent burst sent him flying for miles.

I walked away angrily with my pets looking confused each asking each other for once puzzled on what set me off "Vulpix?" "Vulpix?"

I heard Lord Jirayia mutter out weakly, I even saw him give another thumbs up "Worth a shot to ask! But that girl has got Tsunade's temper indeed to send me flying like that."

I earthbended a few huge boulders and he saw them coming at him and he spoke "Oh dear."

Smash! The boulders hit him burrying him underneath the rubble silencing him. Oh I knew it wouldn't kill him but it would keep him occupied. Long enough for me to get out of this rage state. If there was a second thing you'd set me off with it was being a pervert...Specifically around my body. No way was I willing to let him use Vixen Mode as a research topic for his perverted stories!

Haku saw me coming back to camp seeing me slightly elevated. Hanabi saw this too and smartly so did Sokka. Sokka made as if to ask me what was wrong but knew when it would send him to the hospital. So he didn't ask. As I got back safely with Takara and Snowflake at my side, Haku and Hanabi were instantly there with Hanabi asking "Something set you off Lady Kasumi?"

"Yep" I answered

"Lord Jirayia?" Haku asked

"Yep"

"Something perverted?" Hanabi inquired.

"Yep"

This was a routine thing Haku and Hanabi would do with me when they saw me elevated like this. Other than mediating which did help to get me out of this state, them asking me questions on what set me off had an effect on making me calm down. In a way if someone in the Leaf Village made me angry at them to burst like I did to Lord Jirayia seconds ago, it felt a bit good to know that my two friends knew me inside and out. Unlike my brother Naruto whom never really understood why I got mad...Unless of course he was the one that set them off, it just felt good to know that my two friends knew how to calm me down and what caused it in the first place with just a few short guessing questions from the two.

I returned my eyes back to their normal brown color not too soon after as I turned to Katara whom was still healing Toph "How about an update Katara?"

Katara answered "Just a bit more, we should be able to move again by the time you and Haku's duel concludes with Aang and Naruto."

"Good"

"Providing that you don't use your psychic powers" Toph said.

"Why would she use them against Aang and Naruto?" Sokka asked her.

Hanabi had the same feeling as Toph did as even I knew why "Call it womens intution Sokka. A girl sort of knows this type of thing."

"Plus" I added on looking at my deck specifically at Boltose "That is the purpose of why Aang selected me and Haku to duel against him and Aang in the first place. He wants me and Haku to use the Titan Cards we have which means he wants them both to feel a Titan Card at full power. Sense I'm the only other person that can inflict real damage during a duel using my Psychic Powers, it makes sense why Toph would say that."

"Please don't go overboard on it" Katara told me.

"No promises" I said understanding her worry "Once my powers are unleashed in a duel it's hard for me to maintain how dangerous they are. There's no middle ground on how much damage those two will suffer if they take any at all. There's like only an on/off switch for my powers. If on they'll inflict massive damage, if off no damage."

She was silent as Haku turned to address me "I do hope Aang's plan works when he and Naruto duel against us to give them some slight insight on how dangerous the Titan Cards are in the wrong hands."

"Me too" I said in an uneasy tone "Cause while I'll make sure not to kill those two using the Titan Cards that you and I have Haku, the enemy won't hold that back."

Two hours came, Haku and I were waiting for Aang and Naruto to arrive on the scene. Kakashi-Papa was already there, he too wanted to see this as he himself was wary of how dangerous Titans were. He himself wanted to see if Aang and Naruto understood the situation and how serious it was. Oh he knew Aang knew how serious it was there was no denying that, but he wasn't sold on if Naruto knew how serious it was. This upcoming duel would make Kakashi-papa's nerves a bit more at ease. With him was Iruka-sensei whom looked at Kakashi "Nervous for once Kakashi?"

"Yes" Kakashi-Papa admitted putting his book away briefly "But not for Aang."

Iruka watches as both Aang and Naruto arrived on the scene and understood "But for Naruto."

"Indeed" Kakashi-Papa said "Now Naruto's not a bad Duelist himself, but against a Titan Card he'll need to understand that a Titan isn't the same as an ordinary Duel Monster especially if in the wrong hands. Sure he's dueled in plenty Shadow Games and amazingly won them, but in all those other duels, they were honestly against Monsters that weren't Titan or even god forbid it God Cards."

Iruka-Sensei watched now with worry too now starting to see it but he turned to me, and the rest of his team "Relax everyone, I'm sure after this duel's conclusion that Naruto will show he is taking this seriously."

"It is the meaning of this Duel" I admitted "Cause otherwise I wouldn't be dueling Naruto under most circmstances, but this is a learning cerve for him and with that I need to make sure he understands the situation."

Aang advanced with Naruto at his side. He waved towards me and Haku "How long have you two been waiting?"

"Just about a few minutes" Haku answered truthfully "You two aren't late. It is the time we set for this duel."

"Good" Aang said he now looked at me and Haku "Don't hold back when dueling against me and Naruto in this. Go at us as if we were an enemy. Which means Lady Kasumi...Use your Psychic Powers!"

Naruto starts to panic as he spoke "N-N-N-Now, now Aang that wasn't what we agreed to!"

"How else would we be able to understand the situation with the Titans or come up with a plan to duel against them?" Aang inquired.

Naruto gave out his answer "Point taken." he then mutters "Oh we are in a load of hurt once she uses them."

Naruto looked around the field seeing Sokka, Toph, Hanabi, Kakashi-Papa, Iruka-Sensei in the area "Hey...Where's Pervy Sage?"

"Let's just say he's taking a nap" I answered and Naruto saw me fuming and immeidately changed the subject so that he wouldn't take the violent outburst "J-J-J-Just wondering sis! Besides we're here to Duel! So let's get this started!"

"Let's!" Naruto said really wanting to change the subject more knowing the more we focused on it the more I calmed down.

Without any other words said the four of us activated our Duel Disks, drew our top five cards and shouted "DUEL!"

Haku and My Life Points: 8000

Aang and Naruto's Life Points: 8000

"And here it goes" Hanabi said on the sidelines.

Toph agreed "I hope Lady Kasumi and Haku crush them."

"There's no denying that" Hanabi admitted "Naruto has never Dueled Kasumi one-on-one yet but he knows she's strong, but he's dueled Haku and lost badly. But remember the point of this duel isn't if Aang and Naruto can beat them, it's to teach them the dangers of a Titan Card."

Toph shook her head yes.

"Hopefully she doesn't hurt them too much" Katara admitted "We can't be staying here for long."

Sokka agreed "Best we get moving after this Duel is up. Can't stay in one place for long, not with a certain Fire Nation Princess and a lover boy looking to get a certain girl to be his."

This set off a nerve in me and I thought about sending Sokka flying to where I sent Lord Jirayia, in fact my Shadow was inching towards him but Haku rubbed my back "Now, now, I know that subject gets to you but let's focus on the Duel."

"Right" I said going to give Sokka his commopence later.

"I'll start us off!" Naruto said.

Aang gave him the nod to do so.

"It's my move!" Naruto announced "I draw!"

He drew and smirked "How's this for a move? I summon Rescue Cat!"

A small cat monster appeared on Naruto's side of the field ATK: 300

"Now I may dislike cats," Naruto promised "but this one I'll make an exception on, for you see, I'll activate Rescue Cat's special ability! By sending her to the graveyard I can special summon up to two Level 3 or below Beast type Monsters but with their effects when on the field negated and if I don't use them at the end of my turn they are sent to the Graveyard"

Naruto sent Rescue Cat to the Graveyard then choose the monsters "With that in mind, I'll send Rescue Cat to the Graveyard to Special Summon, Mine Mole, and the Elephun Tuner Monster!"

Where Rescue Cat had been now had two more Monsters on the field Mine Mole and Elephun DEF: 1000, 500

"Next" Naruto announced "I'm going to tune my Level 2 Elephun with my Level 3 Mine Mole!"In order to protect Konoha, we must fight on and never give up...Synchro Summon...Defend...Natria Beast! "

Naruto's Elephun burst into two rings as it scanned Mile Mole, with a bright flash of Light Naturia Beast appears on the field with a maddened roar ATK: 2200

Naruto wasn't finished yet "When Mine Mole is sent to the Graveyard, I get to draw a card from my deck!"

With that said Naruto drew one more card.

"Good start!" Aang complimented.

"Thanks!" Naruto said turning towards me "How's that for understanding me?"

I took that as a challenge "Challenging me are you Naruto? We'll see about your overgrown kitten."

"We'll see indeed" Naruto said "Turn end!"

Haku turned to me asking me "Want to put Naruto in his place?"

I gave him a smirk "Oh yes, now may I?"

"Be my guest!" Haku said "After all ladies are first."

I step up "It's my move, I draw!"

I studied the scene, Naturia Beast was a good lead, as it might've been a level 5 Synchro Monster with 2200 Attack points but it also had a good ability to negate and an opponent's spell card. Clearly this was a good opening move but I had a plan to take it out "Alright Naruto, here I go, I'll special Summon Nohr Princess Corrin!"

A new girl appeared on Haku and my side of the field. She had blond hair, and red eyes. Yet she was decked in gray armor and was barefoot and she wore a blue cape. In her hands was a sword looking different than most swords having a bit of jagged edge ATK: 3000

"What the?" Naruto asked "Three thousand ATK Points, and she can be special summoned?"

I nodded "That's right, and she's a level 8 Monster, I can special summon her if I don't have any Monsters in my Graveyard. She's also treated as a Dragon Type Monster. Lucky for you that this is a Tag Duel meaning we can't attack on the first turn, but for now I'll now Normal Summon my Cleric Mist in Defense Mode!"

Cleric Mist appeared on the field in defense mode DEF: 500

Lance smirked "I take it that's one of her favorite low level cards."

"Oh Mist is" Hanabi answered "And why not? She has decent effects that is if you can keep her on the field."

I nodded at Hanabi's choice of words "Good memroy Hanabi! For when Cleric Mist is successfully Normal Summoned, I gain 1000 Life Points!"

Haku and My life Points rose by 1000

Haku and My life Points: 9000

"Then" I said "I'll set a face-down card and end my turn."

"It's my move then" Aang announced "I draw!"

Aang drew his card and checked out his hand "Sweet! But nows not the right time for that Monster. So I'll be summoning my Wind Shield Archer in defense mode!"

Wind Shield Archer appeared on the field DEF: 1500

"Next" Aang said "I'll activate Wind Shield Archer's effect, once per turn I can select one Monster on my opponent's side of the field and destroy it! Sorry Kasumi, but your Nohr Princess is going to go down. Wind Shield Shot!"

Wind Shield Archer took aim and fired at my Monster. The arrow hit her but didn't destroy her but in her place was now a silver dragon.

"What gives?!" both Aang and Naruto protested.

I answered "Nohr Princess Corrin can't destroyed by battle or Card effect once per turn and if one tries to destroy her by card effect or battle or if she is destroyed she ends up destroying all cards my opponent controls!"

"SAY WHAT?!" Naruto shouts alarmed.

The dragon girl now gathers in energy around her and unleashes it in her rage destroying all of my opponents monsters.

"NATURIA BEAST!" Naruto shouts.

"Oh you needed her?" I asked innocently "My bad."

Naruto slammed his fist into the ground angrily "My anti-Spell card plan went down the drain."

He looked at Aang "I thought we were supposed to Duel smart?"

Aang shrugged apologetically "My bad, Naruto, but to be fair this is all part of dueling, you'll never know what cards your opponent has and for the record...Your sister has never played a card like that before."

"Point taken" Naruto apologizied.

Aang then saw his chance to make it up "I'll activate the Spell Card: Revival Winds! If a Monster or Monsters were destroyed by card effect I can special summon them back but with their effects negated till the end of my opponents next turn!"

Aang's Wind-Shield Archer, and Naruto's Naturia Beast arrived back.

"So all was not lost after all" Sokka remarked.

"You say that" Hanabi told him "But it was a mistake for Aang to target Nohr Princess Corrin with Wind-Shield Archer's effect. And in a serious duel against a Titan Card, no matter how minor a mistake is, one that makes you use up a spell card earlier than you'd like could spell the difference between victory and defeat."

Sokka blinked confused "I'm afraid I don't follow on that one. How can a minor mistake be such a big difference."

Kakashi-Papa answered "Forcing a Duelist to play a card earlier than they had intended to means you've forced an option out of your opponent earlier than that would've liked. Aang's card revived all of their destroyed Monsters but at a price of negating their effects till the end of Haku's turn...And look at Aang's reaction."

Sokka and Katara look at Aang's reaction to using the spell card, clearly he had wanted to use it later on in the duel but due to knowing how dangerous Haku was, and at having to deal with an opponent that had an Monster with 3000 attack points he had no choice but to play it now otherwise he and Naruto would be pummeled into submission with very little Life Points left if Haku played it well. Even I felt pity for Aang, but a skilled duelist would force opponents to use a card earlier than they needed to especially when knowing he was leaving themselves wide open for a few direct attacks.

"Turn end" Aang said he turned to Naruto apologizing again "Sorry man, wasn't expecting Corrin to have that effect."

"Understood now" Naruto said "But at least you made it up partly. Although I wish we had Naturia Beast's effect going into play on Haku's turn...Who knows what he's up to."

Haku answered "You're about to find out! It's my move, I draw!"

Haku drew his card "First I'll collect five hundred Life Points thanks to Cleric Mist still on the field. Haku and My Life Points rose. Haku and My Life Points: 9500

"Next" Haku continued "I summon my Sea Witch in attack mode!"

A mermaid appeared on the field but this one looked darker and spellcaster like. ATK: 1000

Haku then spoke "Sea Witch allows me to Special Summon any Tuner Monster in any player's graveyard."

Naruto gasped "Oh great! I have the only Tuner Monster!"

Haku nods "Indeed you do! So I'll be Special Summoning your Elephun Tuner Monster back from your Graveyard!"

Elephun reappears on our side of the field ATK: 500

"Next" Haku said "I'm going to tune my Level two Elephun Tuner Monster with my level three Sea Witch!"

Elepun split into two rings as it scanned Haku's Sea Witch allowing Haku to announce "In order to become a secret weapon for someone, the path will reveal an opening in order to complete the dream...Synchro Summon, Awaken, Ally of Justice Catastor!...Ally of Justice Catastor!"

One of Haku's feared monsters appeared on the field ATK: 2200

Naruto remembered this one and grits his teeth "Oh great...Not Catastor!"

"I see you remember him from our last duel we had years ago" Haku remarked to Naruto "For it's now time to get reaquanted with him."

Haku spoke "It's time for battle! Ally of Justice Catastor, attack Wind-Shield Archer! Justice Annihilator!"

Ally of Justice Catastor gathered in it's attack and then shot a beam of red light at Wind-Shield Archer striking it and instantly destroyed it with Haku explaining "When Ally of Justice Catastor attacks a Non-Dark Attribute Monster, it automatically destroys that Monster!"

Aang starts to sweat looking at Naruto "Got any Dark types?"

Naruto's face was pail "None that I can remember...Not even the Sphinxes are."

"Next" Haku said "Dragon Princess Corrin will attack Naturia Beast!"

Dragon Princess Corrin gathered in a blast in her hand charged it up and fired. The blast hit destroying Naturia Beast. Aang and Naruto braced themselves as I allowed the battle damage to get inflicted. Aang dropped like a fly immediately.

Aang and Naruto's Life Points: 7200

"Are you okay man?" Naruto asked Aang seeing him like thiat.

Aang recovered standing upward "Man, those Psychic Powers of your sister are no joke if only taking 800 points of damage did all that."

"Told you her powers were something to fear" Naruto remarked.

"True but we need this to understand how dangerous Titans are" Aang said.

"True there" Naruto said.

"With that" Haku told the two "I end my turn."

Naruto looked at me and Haku fearlessly or what he thought was fearlessly as I could see him trembling as he thought Okay Naruto, this isn't good. Your sister has not only Corrin whom has built in protection against being destroyed by battle or card effects once per turn, but now thanks to Haku has Ally of Justice Catastor. I gotta delay them otherwise we will lose this duel before any of them gain a Titan Card to use against us. Just one Titan will do.

Naruto gathered up his courage "You and Haku sis my have the advantage but we'll see what we can do about it! It's my move, I draw!"

With this he drew his card. Haku and I watched Naruto carefully knowing that Nartuo had to trend carefully otherwise Haku and I both knew these two would be beaten before we got a Titan out.

I know this was supposed to be, Amazing Air Duos, BUT I decided that I should show off the situation with the Titans and to show how Aang and Naruto will prepare for their duels against their Titan Cards. Next chapter is Chapter 49: Serious Dueling P2: Aang and Naruto clash against Kasumi and Haku but can the two last enough to deal with one of a Titan card, and how prepared are Aang and Naruto prepared to deal with a Titan?
