Chapter 70: Amazing Air Duos

Meowth's POV

It was a shame that we missed the entire tag duel between our boss Kasumi, with her partner Haku against Aang and her brother Naruto. These duels were exciting to watch, even me myself was interested in learning how to Duel. Could you imagine me dueling against an opponent...Oh I already had one idea whom I'd duel against, a Persian whom stole my love away from me and one even took the top cat position away from me when the three of us were members of Team Rocket. We were all in our hot air balloon safely out of the way of anyone watching from the ground. All of us, that was James, Jessie and myself had huge binoculars that allowed us to safely watch everyone on the ground from the sky.

"You know Jessie, maybe we're looking at it the wrong way…" James spoke at last.

"What do you mean James?" Jessie inquired.

"I know our orders are to look and watch for the two Titan Cards and we've looked at each and every single person down there...But if we think on it logically, perhaps there is a simpler method."

"I'm listening!" Jessie told him.

I caught on "Are you suggesting that we've been going at this the wrong way?"

James nodded "At the rate this is going you two, it's possible that a duelist that has a Titan Card has already bypassed us."

"So, what do you think we should do?" Jessie asked.

James answered "Think logically on it. We know Duel Monsters just like Pokemon have Attributes. Perhaps we can cut the amount of Duelists that have those specific attributes."

I face palmed, how could've I been so foolish not to suggest it "For once you are onto something there James! That's brilliant...The only clues we know the last two Titan Cards are one is the Titan of Tornados and the other is the Titan of Volcanoes. With that logic perhaps we need to look into Duelist that have those type of attributes needed for the Titan Cards…"

"Good idea James!" Jessie said "So...What are these two attributes we have to look for?"

"Call it a hunch" James answered "But for the Titan of Tornadoes maybe we should be looking into those Duelists that are Wind Attribute users as only those precises Attribute would allow the Titan of Tornadoes to be summoned, then the Titan of Volcanoes has to be a Fire Attribute type of deck so we look at those two types of Attributes for easier time!"

"That's actually smart" I admitted "So, do we have any leads on it?"

Being the only one out of us that had stuff to help like Pokemon info cards so it wasn't a surprise to me when James pulled out some useful info cards "Well let's see here, there are two duelist here that have Wind Attribute Monsters, one is Sherry LeBlanc, and the other is this Mai Valentine."

"Any info on fire Attributes?" Jessie inquired "None that are alive, the only one of major notice was Axel Brodie but the Lady Signer is believed to have put and end to him. So that maybe a hard thing to pin point."

"If I have to guess we should check anyone in the Fire Nation for the Titan of Volcanoes, it makes sense Hades would give that card to someone very close to the Fire Nation, like say Princess Azula herself" I admitted.

"That would make sense" both Jessie and James agreed.

With that in mind, the three of us began looking for duelist with Wind Attribute Monsters as well as Fire Attribute Monsters, surely that was a better path than tracking all duelists in the world. James then caught sight of a blond haired woman whom was unaware of us due to how high we were in the sky. He hummed "Oh, I believe I see this Mai Valentine. Although she's going to make Jessie a bit jealous."

"Why do you say that James?!" Jessie demanded.

James was silent but only for a brief second "...Take a look at her Jessie, to the left of where you are currently looking."

Jessie took her companion's suggestion and saw Mai and gasped "WHY DOES SHE LOOK SO BEAUTIFUL STILL, SHE SHOULD BE OLDER THAN SHE APPEARS TO BE!"

It was true while our connections said Mai was certainly older than most duelists we were tracking she still kept her beauty "Got me" I admitted "Maybe she has a secret."

"A SECRET I WANT TO KNOW!" Jessie demanded.

I waved a paw under her chin warning her "Do anything that could ruin our bosses plan in discovering and you may have to answer to me and her."

Jessie took the hint still showing signs of jealousy at Mai's beauty "Fine…"

James turned to us "Alright everyone, that's one Duelist with Wind Attribute Monsters, time to set the settings on our binoculars to scanning cards mode!"

"Rodger!" was the response from me and Jessie.

We pressed a button on our binoculars and scanned Mai's deck from afar, and her deck looked normal but there was one card we couldn't decipher.

"Strange" Jessie muttered.

"Indeed" I said.

"That has to be the Titan Card" James muttered "Our new function in these things are to detect any card a duelist has in his or her deck, yet we can't decipher this one…"

"You're onto something there James" Jessie admitted,

"Let's go see if we can contact boss lady" I said also confident that Mai had a Titan Card on her.

We head off to deliver the message.

Kasumi's POV

One day had passed after the Tag Duel Haku and I had with Aang and Naruto. The morning Sun was just above our heads shining brightly as we were on the move yet again. We were making double progress in trying to stay ahead of our enemies. This had to be done after all with Sasuke on Princess Azula's team we had to be on our toes. Sokka was out in front Aang, Katara and Toph, while all ninja from Konoha were taking the trees leaping from branch from branch as scouts at times and as hidden guards. As we get to a clearing, Sokka stopped, and once he did we all came to a stop.

"What's wrong Sokka?" Katara asked "You see the enemy?"

"Negative" Sokka said then he pointed in front of himself and we saw Team Signer "But it seems as if Team Signer has something to report."

"Indeed we do!" Meowth said looking at me and Lord Jirayia" Lady Kasumi, Lord Jirayia, we believe we may know whom has the Titan of Tornadoes."

"So soon?" Aang asked for me "Great! But...How'd you figure that out in one to two days time?"

James answered "We installed a card scanning device in our binoculars! It's supposed to scan every card a duelist has, so once we began focusing in Duelist that have specific attributes we began scanning their decks...And we came across one."

"Whom?" I asked.

"Mai Valentine" Jessie reported.

"Mai hugh?" Lance inquired coming to a stop "Even in the dimension Team Signer and I are from even in there she was a strong female duelist looking for ways to top this Joey Wheeler."

"We scanned her deck" Jessie reported to us "We were able to see all her cards were what we could expect...Except for one of them."

"One?" Jirayia and I asked not liking that term for once.

"The fact that our new feature in our binoculars couldn't decipher that one card could only mean one thing" Meowth told us "That Mai has the Titan of Tornadoes."

"Harpies are Wind Attribute Monsters" I admitted.

"Great" Aang muttered "Looks like my opponent is the Harpy spammer."

"Harpies ain't so tough" Naruto said to Aang "You're deck should easily cap her! Besides they don't have a single level 5 or higher Harpy Monster so you should have this!"

Hanabi shook her head sighing heavily as his comment I could tell irritated her "Naruto...Why do you insist turning me into Sakura Haruno?! Do you want me to start beating you up like she does?"

"What?" Naruto asked her "He should."

She shot him a look "Don't you know that Harpies actually have a Synchro Monster version of themselves plus a level 8 one to be exact?"

"THEY HAVE WHAT?!" Naruto shouts in alarm not believing this he turned to Lance "COME ON LANCE, BACK ME UP HERE!"

Lance shot him a look shaking his head "Sorry Naruto, but Hanabi's right, Harpies do have a Synchro Monster version of them and it can be devastating if one is unprepared for it."

"Plus she has Harpies pet dragons which can be a pain to deal with" I added on remembering Mai's decks pretty well.

"HOW IS IT THAT I'M THE LAST TO FIGURE THAT OUT?!" Naruto shouts.

Hanabi answered "My thoughts exactly. Do you even try to keep in mind of newer cards coming out Naruto?"

"No" Naruto admitted "How do you know of them?"

Hanabi answered "I hate to use a term Lord Jirayia would say but call it as an Obelisk Blue, I do research onto the matter. I found it odd that Harpies never got anything that useful in terms of Fusion or Synchro so deep down in the bottom of my heart I knew they would eventually come out with one and whoa and behold they certainly did."

"So you were saying you sort of expected it" Sokka translated.

"Sort of" Hanabi said.

I gave Team Signer thank "Thank you Team Signer. Where did you last see Mai coming from?"

"From the north!" James answered "About two hours worth of matching!"

"Thank you" I repeated myself "Now go and see if you can discover whom has the Titan of Volcanoes"

"Right away!"

The three are able to get out of view and onto their mission.

Hanabi turned seeing something coming at them "Great...Guys...Here they come within an hour or two!"

"REALLY?!" Sokka demanded "They surely don't let up now!"

Kakashi-Papa already was ready "Kasumi…"

"Yes, Kakashi-Papa?" I asked him.

"Take Aang, Haku, Lance and Hanabi with you! Go intercept Mai, this is our chance to confront her before she comes looking for a Duel."

"Yes, Kakashi-Papa!" I said.

"What about us?!" Naruto demanded.

Kakashi-Papa answered "We're going to fight Azula off giving us time for your sister and her squad that I sent with her to intercept Mai Valentine before she comes here. Most likely she's coming for Aang herself, so that she can keep that Titan Card."

Iruka-Sensei agreed with Kakashi-Papa's statement "You're right Kakashi! Plus if we all go as a huge group, Azula will hold us off or backstab us while that Duel is underway."

"Heavy Duty fire power is what is needed" Hanabi said seeing that there was one more figure she was detecting with her Byucagun "For I see Orochimaru is with them this time!"

Lord Jirayia cracked his knuckles "Well now if he's there, then it's best I stay behind too combat him or drive him off."

He looks at Naruto "After all it's one thing for your sister to deal with Azula and even Sasuke, but it's a whole different thing when taking on Orochimaru. As we know he wants your sister alive so he can control her."

Naruto now frowned understanding the situation himself if Orochimaru was there with Azula and Sasuke then things like this urgent plan was needed parts of the group needed to stay behind to confront them while the other five went ahead. He understood right away "Got it Pervy-sage!"

Kakashi-Papa turned readying himself for a fight as he addressed me, Haku, Hanabi, Aang and Lance "Go now while you still can!"

We gave him a nod as I lead them off "Let's go! Aang and Lance, instead of going on foot try to stick with the trees that way if Orochimaru has anything in mind about tracking us he won't be able to follow our tracks."

Aang took the advise agreeing "Right!"

The five of us took off in the direction of where Mai Valentine was said to be coming from.

Sokka turned to Kakashi-Papa "I trust you have a plan?"

Kakashi-Papa nodded "Oh I do," he turned to Naruto whom got it "Right, time for some Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

Naruto summoned hundreds of Clones then he pressed his hands together and half of them shouted "Transformation Jutsu!"

Half of Naruto's Shadow Clones turned into me and the other half turned into Aang! I had a feeling this was to buy the most time for my little squad to find Mai or to drive in suspicion that I was still with the main group.

Then I wasn't able to hear anything as Aang, Haku, Hanabi, Lance and myself disappeared from sight all together out of hearing range.

Team Signer was right, two hours worth of marching, and my little group were just about to meet up with Mai Valentine. We were in the trees waiting for her to show up. Sure enough Mai came right towards our destination seemingly oblivious to us. Perhaps that was her plan all along to make us think she wasn't aware of us. From looking at her, she didn't appear to be brainwashed under any evil influence as I was well aware had happened to her during the dreaded Seal of Orchicalcos event. For once it pained me that such a wonderful individual like Mai most likely was going to die at the end of what was to come. Just as she drew closer, Haku, Hanabi and I dropped down from the trees swiftly surrounding her on all sides except from the front. She looked alarmed as Aang and Lance came from the front of her "So...You five are here I see"

"We wouldn't have to be here Mai" I warned her "But you are in possession of a Titan Card."

This caused her to gasp "H-H-H-How would you know that?!"

I decided not to answer as it was best not to "We have our ways. Besides Haku and myself already have a Titan Card but Mai, I know you'd like to keep the Titan Card thinking it's yours."

"IT IS!" Mai interrupted me "Hades gave it to me!"

"Did he tell you he stole them?" Haku asked her.

"WHAT?" Mai demanded "Why would he?"

"So he could give them to anyone he thought would help him further his evil goals" I answered her "We came here to get that Titan Card away from you as you aren't worthy of it."

"IF I WASN'T THEN WHY WOULD HE GIVE IT TO ME?!"

"Again" Aang said walking forward "To make it harder on those that are worthy of them to use them. That Titan he gave you is very similar to the God Cards which I'm assuming you are quite aware of the threat they possess."

Mai did indeed know "I am quite aware of the God Card's power, which is why I gladly accepted the Titan Hades gave to me. It's mine fair and square once I've beaten one of you in a Duel!"

Aang shook his head, this was the same Mai that everyone heard about one that was prideful and always wanting a rare card that would help her win any Duel. He boldly walked towards her "Mai...You are a duelist that is willing to go the extra mile to use any card to help you win Duels but that Titan Card you have doesn't belong to you at all. If you really want to do this, I'm your opponent!"

Mai looked at him "You poor thing, already having endured so much pain and suffering. Hades told me everything about you, and I feel horrible for what you went through, but despite all that, I still refuse to let you take the Titan from me without a Duel."

Aang frowned as it pained him to have to be forced into a Shadow Duel with her, Mai wasn't a bad or evil person "Why do you always have to be this stubborn? This upcoming Duel will be the end of one of us."

"End of one of us indeed" Mai said confidently "The end of you!"

There was no denying it Mai wasn't going to hand the Titan Card over, even to it's rightful owner Avatar Aang. The only way she was going to hand it over was by defeating her in a Duel. Aang looks at her both with regret and remorse at what path he must take. It pained him to kill anyone, but he had to Duel her to gain the Titan Card. He looks at her getting ready to Duel her "I'm sorry then Mai, but I have no choice."

Mai watches him as her Duel Disk also starts to activate "Then know this I won't be taking it easy on you Avatar!"

The two activate their Duel Disks, drew their top five Cards and shouted "DUEL!"

"It's all up to Aang now" I muttered watching as the Duel began to unfold

Aang's Life Points: 4000

Mai's Life Points: 4000

"Ladies first!" Mai said.

"Go right ahead" Aang acknowledged.

"It's my move" Mai said "I draw!"

She drew her card and studied her hand then I heard her thoughts Oh, how nice of Hades to give me this card as well, it's as if he knew my opponent would have Wind Attribute Monsters, but now isn't the time to use it. Hearing this from Mai's thoughts gave me a bad vibes, what card would Hades have given her that would make it that useful. As I started to think my eyes went wide as I figured it out thinking Nuts! She must have Soul Exchange! If that's true, Aang's in real big trouble. If I am right, then Hades wasn't screwing around this time!

Mai then made her move "For my first move, I'll summon my Cyber Harpy Lady!"

Cyber Harpy Lady appeared on Mai's side of the field ATK: 1800

"Next" Mai said "I'll set one card face-down and end my turn! You're move Avatar!"

"It's my move!" Aang announced "I draw!"

He drew his card "I summon Armored Bee in attack mode!"

Armored Bee appeared on Aang's side of the field ATK: 1600

"Next" Aang announced "I'll activate Armored Bee's special ability! Once per turn I can half the attack points of one Monster on the field, and I choose your, Cyber Harpie Lady! Go Armored Bee, deliver your Armored Sting!"

Armored Bee flew over towards Cyber Harpy Lady and stung Mai's Monster right in the shoulder. It screeches just like a Harpy would as it's attack was halved.

1800-900

"And now" Aang ordered "Battle! Armored Bee, attack Cyber Harpy Lady with Armored Lethal Sting!"
I expected Mai to negate this attack as she did have a Face-down card, certain Mai would do whatever it took to save her Harpy Monsters from destruction, instead she let Aang's attack happen destroying her Cyber Harpy Lady and the damage was delivered to her.

She kneels a bit as she took the Battle damage Mai's Life Points: 3300

Even Aang was a bit confused "You didn't even protect your Monster."

"Oh Avatar" Mai warned him "Just because I didn't yet doesn't mean I will in the end."

Aang checked his hand "I'll set one card face-down and end my turn."

"It's my move" Mai announced "I draw!"

She drew her card "I'll summon my Harpy Lady!"

Harpy Lady appeared on the field ATK: 1300

"Next" Mai spoke "I'll activate my Continuous Trap Card: Call of the Haunted to bring back my Cyber Harpy Lady!"

Cyber Harpy Lady once more appears on the field ATK: 1800

"I'm not finished yet!" Mai promised "For now I'm going to preform a Synchro Summon!"

"What do you mean?!" Aang demanded confused "You don't have a Tuner Monster!"

"I don't need to with this Synchro Monster as long as I have one Harpy Lady on the field that is!" Mai said with a smile "So watch as I'll tune my Level Four Harpy Lady with my Level 4 Cyber Harpy Lady!"

Harpy Lady split into four rings as it scanned Cyber Harpie Lady as Mai chants out "Mistress of the sky, come forward and reveal your ever lasting beauty to reclaim your mantle as queen of the skies! Synchro Summon, Cyber Slash Harpie Lady!"

Out of a flash of white light the new Synchro Monster version of Harpy Lady appears on the field ATK: 2600

"And now" Mai smirked "Battle, Cyber Slash Harpie Lady Scratch will attack your Cyber Bee!"

Aang decided not to activate his Trap Card allowing Mai's Monster to attack his Armored Bee destroying it. He then felt the Battle damage slumping on the ground as it was delivered to him.

Aang's Life Points: 3000

"Had enough?" Mai demanded.

"No!" Aang said getting back onto his feet.

"Then you'd better find a way to deal with my new Synchro Monster" Mai warned "Cause you're gonna be swept away by her!"

"We'll see now won't we?" Aang challenged.

"Turn end" Mai said.

Aang stood up ready to confront her "It's my move, I draw!"

He drew his card checking his hand "I'll summon Wind-Shield Archer to the field in defense mode!"

Wind-Shield Archer appeared on the field in defense mode DEF: 1600

Mai spoke "He won't be there for long Avatar, for I activate Cyber Slash Harpie Lady Scratch's special ability, it's a Quick Effect! Once per turn I can select one Monster on any player's side of the field back to their hand so your Wind-Shield Archer is going back to your hand!"

Aang was flabbergasted that Mai's Monster had that ability and she used that ability to send the Monster he just summoned back to his hand "N-N-N-Nuts!"

"I have complete control over your side of the field" Mai said confidently "Might as well surrender!"

"Never!" Aang announced checking his hand he had to last this turn as he knew Mai would spam another Harpy Lady.

He saw something that could help him "I'll set one card face-down and end my turn."

"My move!" Mai announced "I draw!"

She drew her card "I'll activate the Field Spell Card, Harpies's Hunting Ground!"

The field changed to become Harpy's Hunting Ground as Mai explained the effect "Now all Harpy Ladies gain 300 ATK Points and once per turn I can select one Spell or Trap Card on your side of the field and destroy it!
She then smirked "Such as your Face-down Card you just placed down!"

Aang decided to activate it "Not so fast, I'll activate it! It's the Quick-Play Spell Card, Scapegoat!"

"Close one" I muttered as four Scapegoat tokens appeared on the field DEF: 0X4

Haku agreed "Now Aang can protect himself from her direct attacks!"

"We'll see about that!" Mai said "I'll Summon Harpy Queen!" her Harpy Monster appeared on the field ATK: 1800 which it gained it's ATK boost thanks to Harpy's Hunting Ground.

1800-2100, 2600-2900

"Next" Mai told Aang "I'll activate the Spell Card: Elegant Egertist! It turns one Harpy into 3!"

Now Mai had four Monsters and she announces "Battle, all four of my Harpies will attack your Scapegoat Tokens!"

All four of Mai's Monsters attacked Aang's Scapegoat tokens destroying them.

"How's that?" Mai demanded "Even you aren't able to defeat me, so I'll end my turn!"

Aang wasn't losing his confidence as he spoke "It's my move, I draw!"

He drew his card and checked his hand and had a plan. From his eyes I knew he drew Polymerization and I knew what he planned to Fusion Summon. He had to try this or else he might get swept. Question was how?

He then got the idea "I summon, My Wind Magician Level 4 to the field!"

Wind Magician Level 4 appeared on the field ATK: 1600

"Big Mistake!" Mai told him "For now I'll activate Harpy Lady Scatches's special ability, to send your Summoned Monster back to your hand!"

Harpy Lady Scratch sent Aang's Monster back to his hand.

She smirked "Sorry Avatar, I'm in control once more, and I won't let you Synchro Summon to beat me!"

Aang looked hurt a bit but then he smirked "Thanks for doing what I expected you to do."

"Hugh?" Mai asked shocked at the outburst.

"For now" Aang announced "I'll Special Summon Guardian Dragon Aquas!"

Guardian Dragon Aquas appeared on Aang's side of the field. This looked like a water dragon but had a guardian seal around it ATK: 2400

"But how?!" Mai asked.

Aang answered "I can special Summon Guardian Dragon Aquas when a Monster is returned to my hand, or if I have no Monsters on my side of the field."

"You could've just summoned him right away!" Mai pointed out.

"I could've" Aang said with a smile "But I can only Special Summon him once per turn, meaning if he would be bounced back into my hand I wouldn't have been able to Special Summon him again at least until next turn, so summoning Wind Archer was just a rose, I wanted you to use up that effect."

"WHAT FOR?" Mai demanded enraged that she had been played by Aang.

Aang answered "So I can activate it's other ability! I can preform a Fusion Summon without Polymerization!"

"R-R-R-Rats!" Mai protested "I thought you were just a Synchro Duelist."

"I do have Synchros" Aang admitted "But, I also have Fusion Summons. Your own Synchro Monster prevents me from being able to Synchro Summon as you see Synchro Summoning usually requires all Monsters on the user's side of the field to be able to do. Since your Harpy Lady Scratch's effect allowed you to bounce back my monsters back to my hand, this means I couldn't Synchro Summon...and so what will help is Fusion Summoning!"

Mai growled how could she have been blind to assume that Aang only had Synchro Monsters as Aang announced "With Guardian Dragon Aquas effect I'll fuse it, Wind Magician Level 4,

Wind Magician Level four briefly appeared once more but as a ghost as it began fusing with Aang's newest Dragon Monster with Aang chanting out "Oh, guardian Dragon of the Ocean, rise up and team up with The Magician of Wind to create the perfect storm, Fusion Summon Level 10: Wind Magician Aquas!"

Wind Magician Aquas appeared on Aang's side of the field. It certainly looked like a humanoid version of Guardian Dragon Aquas with the Guardian seal across him using Wind Magician's outfit as armor ATK: 3300

"I never saw this card before" Mai gasped out.

"Neither have I" Hanabi admitted but she smiled "Looks like Aang had this one Monster I wasn't aware of!"

Aang then spoke "I'll activate Wind Magician Aquas's effect!"

Severe winds start to erupt as Aang managed to have a die in his hand "Once per turn I get to roll a six sided die, the number it lands on allows me to destroy up to all Monsters on my opponents side of the field then for each Monster destroyed I get to Special Summon them onto my side of the field and the end of my Turn!"

Mai began to sweat realizing that this could end badly for her if Aang managed to roll a four, she'd be defenseless "I HATE GAMES OF CHANCE! JOEY WHEELER ALMOST ALWAYS BEAT ME DUE TO THAT!"
Aang rolled the die and it lands on a three "Three so that just means I'll be destroying three Monsters on your side of the field Go Wind Magician Aquas unleash your Storm Serge ability!"

Fierce winds and ocean water brewed as Wind Magician Aquas sent this out at Mai's side of the field destroying all of Mai's Harpies except for Harpy Lady Scratch. Aang then announced "Time for Battle, Wind Magician Aquas attack Harpy Lady Scratch with Ocean Rampage!"

Wind Magician Aquas opened it's palm of it's hands calling up a massive storm of water and wind and then hurled it onto Harpy Lady Scratch destroying her and delivering Life Point damage to Mai.

Mai growls "MY HARPY LADY!" Mai's Life Points: 2900

Aang looks at her "What's done is done, and I end my turn! Now thanks to Storm Serge the three Harpies I destroyed by it now are Special Summoned onto my Side of the field!"

On Aang's side of the field he Special Summoned 3 Harpy Ladies, one was Harpy's Queen then it was the other two Harpy Ladies that Mai had Special Summon thanks to Elegant Egertist ATK: 1800X3*

Mai was indeed angry at what Aang had just pulled off with his Fusion Monster that oddly made me smile, leave it to him to actually have a Water Monster to fuse with his Wind Attribute Monsters. Surely no one would've expected him to have that.

"Perhaps I wasn't treating you seriously!" Mai shouts snapping at Aang "It's my move, I draw!"

She drew her card and I saw the spark as I knew what she had drawn. Aang saw the spark too but it looked like he wasn't aware of what I knew she must've had.

"What do you know?" Mai asked Aang "It's time to put you in your place!"

"You have no Monsters on your field!" Aang told her "If that card is what I think it is, then you having no Wind Attribute Monsters on your side of the field hurts!"

She smirked "Normally I'd agree, but not now! I activate the Spell Card: Soul Exchange!"

Now it was Aang's turn to gasp out when he saw Mai play the Spell card "NO WAY!"

I frowned as my suspicion about that card she had drawn on her first turn was right. Haku, Hanabi, and Lance were also now frowning.

"Not good" Lance muttered.

"This is giving me Flashbacks of Lady Kasumi's Duel with Marik the Third" Hanabi muttered.

"She never had that card in her deck before" Haku muttered "Hades must've given her that one."

"He's certainly not playing around" Lance muttered.

"NOW!" Mai shouted "With Soul Exchange, I'll be sending all three of My Harpies you control to the Graveyard in order to Summon, the Titan Hades gave me, Stratos the Tornado Titan!"

The three Harpy Ladies vanish on Aang's side of the field and the gates of Tardious appeared on the field briefly. There was a Titan like fist shattering them as fierce tornado winds erupted taking form a giant torando Titan with eerie red eyes. ATK: 5000

"Five Thousand attack Points?" Aang asked.

Mai smirked "Oh yes, Five Thousand, more than Obelisk the Tormentor's original attack points, and stronger than Hyrdos and Lythos."

She then points at Aang "He's about to show you that he's to be feared and will win me this Duel! You see during my Battle Phase, with the exception of Stratos's attack target he destroys all Monsters my opponent has on his or her side of the field once each turn. He's also so mighty that he inflicts piercing damage to my opponent so there's no way you can defend yourself against him, and there's more, which'll happen now, Battle, Statoes the Tornado Titan, attack his Wind Magician Aquas!"

Stratos went unopposed towering over Wind Magician Aquas and Mai announced the other effect "Any Monster that he targets has their ATK or DEF turned to 0 and he gains that amount he stolen until the end of the Damage Step!"

"SAY WHAT?!" Haku, Lance, Hanabi and I asked, that sounded too Op!

Stratoes still towered above Aang's Fusion Monster and attempted to suck all of Aang's Monster's ATK and DEF away which it did. 3300-0 This would get worse as Stateoes would indeed gain the stolen attack strength 5000-8300

Mai smirked "It's clear to see whom wins this Avatar! Stratos end it with Tornado Suckage!

Strateos began violently blowing it's tornado like winds towards itself eventually blowing Aang's Fusion Monster right into it. There was an explosion as it appeared that Statoes destroyed Aang's Monster and the damage was now being sent to Aang, as this was happening everyone held their breathe everyone by Mai whom seemed to think she had won this but my eyes saw Aang's trap card he set on his first turn had activated and I held my silence smirking a bit, if Mai thought Aang was beaten she was about to get a rude awakening.

During your Battle Phase, when you declare an attack, this card destroys all Monsters your opponent controls except for the Monster you have targeted. Any Monster that this card attacks has it's ATK or DEF reduced to 0 while this card gains that amount until the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacks a DEF Monster inflict piercing damage to your opponent. Any card this card destroys is banished.

I was going to place Aang's newest Fusion Monster but, I have decided not to, because well of reasons needed for the next chapter and I don't want to spoil it. Also yes, I've decided to use the Anime version of Elegant Egotist. Not the normal version of it.
