Hello, I'm back!

I finally got around to getting another chapter for this story out. Plus, I was informed by GabrielHerndon, who helped me out with this chapter, that a blood moon is coming up by the time I'm making this (which is on Friday the 13th).

So I decided to haul ass, and get this chapter out as soon as possible.

Also, I just learned that actor, Fred Ward, from the Tremors movies has passed away at the age of 79. So I'd like to dedicate this chapter to him.

Anyways, hopefully you enjoy this chapter.

I don't own anything.

...

Night time, Marco's bedroom...

After heading to bed earlier, and after the sudden scare, Marco couldn't help but think about it.

He couldn't tell if it was just his mind messing with him, or if it was actually Eclipsa messing with him. There wasn't any bite marks, any signs of bleeding, or bruising on his neck. So he wasn't sure what was the right answer. He's just thankful that he's not actually bitten.

That would be a problem that's just as scary as the Butterfly family's vampiric relative.

What spooked him just as much was what was whispered into his ear.

"... I know that you know, sweetheart."

It sent chills down his spine, and made his blood turn cold just from remembering what she said.

Even though he's not bitten, he can't help but wonder... does she know that he's suspicious of her?

Marco wasn't sure. Now Marco's dealing with another issue...

... he can't sleep.

Even though Marco wanted to sleep, for some reason he can't at the moment. He's tossing, and turning, trying to get into a comfortable sleeping position.

He checks the time, and sees that it's eleven thirty at night.

He groans irritably. He's been awake since nine o'clock!

He rolls over onto his right, and tries to clear his mind. So he decides to try to think of something that wasn't the vampire queen.

Which was easier said than done.

That is until he began to think about his girlfriend, Jackie Lynn Thomas.

Her smile, her short wavy blonde hair with an aqua color streak, her laughter, her cute face, her freckled cheeks, her bright aqua colored eyes, her skateboard, and her curves.

The more Marco thought about her, the more he began to slowly doze off.

Right at the stroke of midnight, he's soon fast asleep.

But unbeknown to Marco, something, or someone is watching him.

Peaking in through the open blinds of Marco's locked window in the moonlight, is a mysterious figure shrouded in shadow, glowing red eyes, and a feminine physique. The figure then dashed from the window in a cloud of bats, and the small flock of flying rodents flew into the gaping hole in the roof.

Once inside, the bats turned into a purple plume of mist. The mist began to silently travel underneath the closed door of the room, and then began to travel down the hallway towards Marco's room.

In the bedroom, Marco is still silently sleeping, and is completely unaware of the dark purple mist seeping in from underneath his door.

The mist traveled in a serpentine manner, slithering its way towards the middle of the room.

The mist then began to swirl, and rise up from the floor, then form into a woman in a dark purple hooded cloak. Only a pair of red glowing eyes, and a pair of red glowing spades beneath the eyes could be seen.

The woman then began to glide across the floor towards Marco's bed without taking a step, leaving a small mist trail behind her. The woman then stopped once she was at the side of the bed, Marco's back facing the wall, and his face facing her.

The woman's red eyes seemed to glow even brighter at the sight of him. She then waved her bare hand over Marco's body, and casted a sleeping spell on him in order to make sure he doesn't wake up while she's here.

Marco's body glowed a lilac colored outline for a brief moment before dissipating.

Seeing that the spell has taken affect, the woman leaned in close to Marco's face, and gently caressed his cheek. Her claw-like nails gently grazing his skin.

She pulled her hand away, and began to gently get in the bed with him. Luckily for her, there's enough room for the both of them.

As she lied next to him, the woman's red eyes stared longingly at Marco's slumbering face.

"Oh, Gregory. How I long to be with you again." The woman softly spoke with a yearning desire in her voice, and caressing Marco's cheek again.

Marco moaned, and began to talk in his sleep.

"... Jackie... you look stunning..." he mumbled.

Hearing the name of another girl being called from his mouth did not sit well with the woman. Her red eyes narrowed, but in anger, but in disappointment.

"Hmm... maybe I should try giving him a little... incentive~." The woman purred at the end, her hand glowing as she reached for Marco's forehead.

...

Meanwhile, in Marco's dream...

While Marco is unaware of what's going on outside of his subconscious, he's currently having a blissful dream of himself, and Jackie.

They're on a cliff of mountain with an orange sunset cascading the sky.

Jackie appears, in the dream, as a young adult in a ninja outfit with an exaggerated pear shape figure.

Marco appears, in the dream, as a young adult in a red version of samurai Jack's outfit, with a katana on his back, a muscular upper body with lean yet muscular legs, his brown hair tied in a samurai bun, and his face resembled his adult face in Hekapoo's dimension.

"Hey, Marco~." Dream Jackie purred at Marco.

"Hello, Jackie. You look stunning~." Marco purred back, his muscular pecks flexing under his armor.

Dream Jackie walked up to Marco with a sway in her wide hips, and leaned onto Marco's muscular chest.

"You're the bravest, heroic, and most handsome samurai ever." She said to him.

"And you're the sexiest ninja girl ever." Marco said.

"Kiss me my love." Dream Jackie said.

"It would be my honor." Marco said.

The two were about to kiss, but then, Jackie clutched her stomach with a groan.

"Are you ok, Jackie?" Marco asked, concerned for her well being.

"I-I'm fine, Marco. Must've been something I ate." Jackie reassured.

"You sure?"

"Yes, I'm- OHHH!"

Jackie groaned even louder as the pain came back, and she clutched her stomach even tighter as she stumbled back.

The sky began to turn blood red as this happened.

"Jackie!" Marco exclaimed, now much more worried about his girlfriend.

"I don't feel so good..." Jackie groaned.

The pain increased, and she groaned louder in pain.

Jackie soon dropped to her hands and knees, and she began to dry heave.

Marco was about to approach her side, but then she began to vomit a torrent of some kind of black liquid onto the ground.

"Oh my god!" Marco exclaimed in shock.

Jackie's vomiting ceased for a moment so she could catch her breath. But she vomited the black substance once again, and it began to form a puddle in front of her.

The sky is now a dark blood red with a glowing red moon in the sky.

After she finished vomiting the black substance, she threw her head back, and began to vomit an entire swarm of bats!

Marco rushed to her side just as the last bat left her mouth. He held Jackie gently as she coughed and hacked while gasping for breath.

"Jackie! Speak to me! Please!" Marco pleaded, his face full of worry, and his voice filled with panic.

Jackie was unresponsive as she laid limp in his arms. Her eyes are closed, and her breathing is raspy.

His attention was soon drawn towards the screeching of the swarm of bats that Jackie vomited flying in a circle above them.

Wait, bats?

Marco's eyes widened in fear at the sudden realization.

"Ma-... Marco?..." Jackie spoke up, her voice dry and hoarse from what had transpired.

Hearing the voice of his girlfriend, Marco snapped his attention back to her.

"Jackie! Are you ok!?" Marco asked, trying not to panic.

"I... need..." Jackie spoke weakly.

"What do you need?!"

"I need..."

Suddenly, Jackie's eyes snapped opened as she quickly faced him. But there was something off with them. Her eyes looked a little... maniacal.

"I! need!"

Suddenly her eyes turned red, and glowed.

"YOUR! BLOOD!" She exclaims, long fangs growing in her mouth.

"OH GOD!" Marco yelps, dropping Jackie suddenly.

Marco tried to crawl away as quick as he could, but Jackie was too fast, and suddenly leaped at him with a screech, her fangs bared.

SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Marco screamed as he held his arms out to protect himself, and closed his eyes, bracing for the attack.

But the attack never came.

Marco opened his eyes to see that he's back to his teen self, and back in his everyday clothing. He looked around himself, looking for his now vampiric girlfriend, only to find a barren landscape, and the same red moon he's seen in his previous dreams.

After calming his breathing, he stands up on his feet. He's not sure what to do, or where to go from here.

But suddenly, the bats from before descends upon him. Seeing the flock of flying rodents, he takes off running in a random direction, and runs as fast as he can.

No matter how fast he ran, the bats slowly got closer, and closer. Soon, bats began to fly around him, which he swatted away, but they got replaced by more, and more bats. Pretty soon the flock caught up to him, and began to swarm all around him.

Marco screamed in fear as they swarmed him like a bunch of wasps while he struggled to get them off him. During his struggling, the flock of bats managed to pick him up into the air, and carried him somewhere in a cloud of the flying rodents.

No matter how much he struggled, the bats wouldn't let him go.

"Let me go you flying rats!" Marco yelled.

Eventually, they did.

Marco plopped onto the ground on his back, and he immediately got up onto his feet. He saw that the flock of bats had flew past him, and towards what was behind him...

... Eclipsa's castle...

"Oh crud, not again." Marco muttered.

"MARCO!!!" A familiar voice screamed.

"Star?!" Marco exclaimed in shock.

That shock soon turned to fear once he heard his friend give a blood curdling scream.

"STAR!!!" Marco shouted, and bolted towards the doors.

With one strong kick, the large double doors burst open. He ran inside, and began calling out for his friend.

"Star! Star! STAR! STAR WHERE ARE YOU?!" Marco yelled.

"HELP ME!!! HELP ME!!!" Star's cries of terror echoed throughout the castle, and Marco took off running towards the source.

Marco reached another pair of large double doors as Star continued to cry for help.

Marco ran so fast that he shoulder slammed the doors open with a loud bang, and fell to the floor.

He groaned in pain as he held his shoulder. He stopped once he heard a woman chuckle all around him. Suddenly feeling panicked, he immediately got to his feet, and saw no one in the large room.

While swiftly looking around for the source of the chuckle, he saw two gothic looking vampiric thrones, and put two and two together.

"I'm in the throne room." Marco stated the obvious.

"You mean 'our' throne room, Gregory." A woman's voice echoed in the throne room, making Marco freeze.

There's only one person that called him that.

"Eclipsa." Marco said in realization.

"Oh, you figured it out so soon? I was hoping for a more dramatic reveal. Oh well." Eclipsa's voice echoed around him.

"Where's Star?!" Marco demanded.

"Oh... her. Well to tell you the truth, she's not even here." Eclipsa said, her voice filled with disgust, and jealousy when mentioning Star.

"Don't lie to me! I heard here screaming my name in this glorified bat house!" Marco yelled, not in the mood for the vampire queen's mind games.

Eclipsa merely chuckled in response.

"You're so cute when you're angry. But I'm afraid I'm not lying. I do make a good voice impression of her, don't I? 'Hi! I'm Star Butterfly! One of my friends is a disembodied floating unicorn head who's an inconsiderate jerk!'" Eclipsa said, mimicking Star's voice perfectly.

"Wait, you mean that-"

"It was a trick? Indeed it was. How else was I supposed to get you here?" Eclipsa said with a chuckle.

Seeing that he's been fooled, Marco's fear increased, and made a run for the doors as Eclipsa began to full on laugh.

"Aww, leaving so soon? I thought we could get to know each other more?" Eclipsa's voice echoed around him as he ran.

Marco ignored her, and continued to run. He soon sees the main castle doors still open. But before he could get close to them, they quickly slam shut, and Marco skids to a halt. Then a purple plume of smoke appears, and forms into the same woman he's seen in his dreams. Only this time, he could see her face clearly. He can now clearly see her spade shaped cheek marks.

She smiles at him with hands behind her back, and waves at him with her fingers.

"Hello." She greeted him flirtatiously.

Her red eyes glowed as she bared her teeth, showing off her fangs.

Marco's breathing picked up at the sight of the vampire queen. He then ran down towards a corridor on his right.

"Running away again? But you finally got to see my face!" Eclipsa cackled.

Marco looked behind him, and saw that she wasn't there. He made it to the end of the hallway, and stopped at a closed door. But when he opened it, he screamed when he saw Eclipsa standing in the doorway.

"Now what makes you think that I'm not able to follow you? Boop!" Eclipsa said, her hands on her hips before bopping Marco's nose playfully.

"NOPE!"

Marco swatted her hand away, and took off down the hallway on his right. As he ran, he heard something that sounded like clanging metal. He quickly looked back, and instantly regretted it.

Chasing him was a bunch of knights with dark grey armor.

"What is this, Castlvania?!" Marco quipped to no one in particular.

Marco quickened his pace, and made a sharp turn on his right once again, almost slipping but regained his footing.

The knights weren't so lucky, and slipped as they collided with each other, falling to pieces to reveal that they were hollow the whole time.

Marco continued to run until he stopped in the center of the main corridor. The doors to the throne room on his left, another hallway in front of him, and the main hallway that led to the entrance of the castle on his right.

He placed his hands on his knees as he gasped for air in order to catch his breath.

He then heard the double doors at the entrance slam open, and whipped his head to see a horrific being.

Lumbering through the doorway is a giant humanoid bat creature, that reminded him of Man-bat from Batman, and the giant bat creatures from inFamous 2 DLC Festival of Blood.

The bat monster growled viciously as it saw Marco, and began to quickly approach him.

Marco then heard two more sets of growls, as he looked in front of him to see another bat creature, and another one behind him.

"You like my pets? I'd be careful if I were you. They have the tendency to BITE." Eclipsa's voice echoed in the halls once again.

The three bat creatures screeched as they began to charge towards Marco. Seeing no way out of this, there's only one room left for him to go through, and it's the throne room.

The karate boy bolted towards the double doors, opened them once again, and used his hoodie to tie up the door handles after he closed them shut.

The bat creatures slammed against the door, stretching the hoodie's fabric, but thankfully Marco was able to tie a tight knot in a short amount of time, and it kept the doors shut.

Marco, not wanting to take any chances, backed away from the doors.

Eventually, after a few attempts of getting the doors open, the creatures seemed to give up.

Seeing that they seemingly gave up, Marco hunched over, and placed his hands on his knees to catch his breath.

"Well that was a buzzkill." Eclipsa spoke from behind him.

Marco stood up straight, and whipped around to see Eclipsa sitting in one of the thrones. To top it off, she's wearing what could only be described as cosplay clothing of Alcina Dimitrescu from resident evil village. She had one leg crossed over the other, with a wine glass in hand... and he's certain that that's not wine in the glass.

"Buzzkill? BUZZKILL?! Those damn things tried to KILL me, and you're saying me not wanting to die was a buzzkill?! Is this some kind of sick game to you?! WHAT THE HELL?!" Marco exclaimed angrily, at his wits end with all of this.

Eclipsa had a blank look on her face with her eyelids closed halfway, giving him a look that she wasn't amused by his outburst.

From that look alone, Marco knew he fucked up.

He stood there staring at her as she stared back as he's sweating bullets now.

"If I were you boy, I'd watch that tone." Eclipsa said coldly, meaning she means business.

Marco began shaking like a leaf playing the maracas. His fear had skyrocketed at this point.

Eclipsa's serious gaze soon softened as she gave him a small smile.

"It's funny watching you squirm, Marco. When you were Gregory, you were the one that made others squirm. This role reversal is quite amusing." Eclipsa said, swirling the red liquid in her wine glass around.

"Why do you think I'm Gregory?" Marco asked.

Eclipsa waved her finger as she clicked her tongue.

"I don't think you are... I KNOW you are." Eclipsa said.

"How? We've never even met until you began to appear in my dreams!" Marco pointed out.

"Simple. You're scent is similar to his, and you look like he once did in his teen years." Eclipsa listed off.

"Well, those can just be a coincidence!" Marco pointed out.

"Ever the skeptic are we? No matter. I have other ways of convincing you." Eclipsa said.

With a snap of her fingers, her Lady Dimitrescu outfit disappeared, and is now replaced with something that made Marco's eyes bulge out of his sockets.

Eclipsa is now seen wearing sexy purple lingerie with black laces.

She of course kept the wine glass.

She saw how Marco practically gawked at him, and this pleased her.

"Someone likes what he sees." She purred.

She then made a 'come here' motion with her free hand.

"Come to me, my prince of the night. So that we can be together for all eternity." Eclipsa purred, her eyes glowing as she locked hers with Marco's.

Marco's eyes held a dazed look as they too glowed red. She had hypnotized him.

He slowly began to walk towards her, Eclipsa's smile slowly growing as he slowly approached her.

But then something, or someone snapped him out of it.

"Do not fall for this beast's temptations!" Someone had shouted, snapping Marco out of his daze.

Marco shook his head to clear it of the daze he was in.

Eclipsa frowned at the sudden interruption.

"What the? Who, who said that?" He asked.

Suddenly, a lime green ghost appeared before him. He looked like a frog monster, but with a beard.

"Do not fall victim to her like I did!" He warned.

"What the-"

Marco's interrupted by another ghost, but this one is mewman. He had a knights armor on.

"Aye, lad! For she shall kill more, and add them to her list of victims!" He warned.

"Holy-"

Suddenly, more ghosts appeared and began to flying all around him. They kept warning him to stay away from her, and how she's a murderous mistress.

Eclipsa had lost all patience as she crushed her wine glass, the glass not cutting her, and falling to the floor as the blood in the glass stained her hand.

"Hard way it is then..."

She then stood up from her throne, still wearing the lingerie, and whistled with her thumb and pointer finger.

The doors broke apart as an even bigger bat creature burst in, and let out a hideous shriek as it launched itself towards Marco.

Marco screamed in horror as it did.

(End of Music.)

...

Marco suddenly woke up screaming as he bolted upright in his bed in a cold sweat.

He began to hyperventilate as he took in his surroundings. He wasn't inside Eclipsa's castle, he was in his room. He checked the clock, and saw that it was six in the morning.

He held his head in his hands, and tried to steady his breathing.

"That's it. I can't take it anymore!" Marco said to himself.

...
