Mountain Training of the Two Close Souls
The scene shows a forest with trees everywhere and they are tall with the leaves covering mostly as the sunlight shines through the small opening, birds tweeting and chirping together in the forest as a gentle breeze blows over the forest.
"(This is Moeru tamashī forest, this is definitely the Moeru tamashī.)" Luffy thought as he is standing with camping gear backpack and a large piece of meat in his hand.
"(I come here for every month on the weekend because my grandpa does it to train me into a strong fighter to defend myself which became a thing for me.)" Luffy thought explained himself.
Luffy walks up the path he knows while looking around to see if there is any difference.
"(It's always been just me to have some fun in this forest.)" Luffy thought before he stopped with his hat shadowing his eyes.
"(At least, that's how it's supposed to be.)" Luffy thought worried.
"Luffy, could you slow down! I haven't hike like this in a long time." Harribel called out feeling a little tired.
"(WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HERE, TEACHER?!)" Luffy mentally screamed.
"I must say, I never thought you would go into the woods every month to prepare yourself for the worst." Harribel impressed.
"Well, if you count almost being killed by grandpa when he throws me into his training." Luffy said.
"Kill you?" Harribel said sweatdrop.
"I forced me into his training of Hell when I was only seven years old, leaving me all alone here." Luffy revealed before taking another bite of his meat.
"Leaving a child alone! How is that your grandpa hasn't been arrested for that?!" Harribel asked shock.
"I don't know, I never really asked him or Makino." Luffy realized that he never thought of the question.
"But in any case, I've eventually gotten use to this forest like it's my own playground and I used whatever the forest has to offer as training and also play time." Luffy explained.
"Well, it's nice to see the bright side of things." Harribel smiled.
"So, I hope you don't mind me asking of why exactly are you here?" Luffy asked as they walk up a hill and watching their steps for some roots.
"Well, I was going to enjoy my weekend at home, but then I got a call from Makino yesterday." Harribel started to explain.
(Flashback, Yesterday)
Harribel is seen sitting at her house sucking in a blueberry popsicle while watching an anime show called Fena: Pirate Princess, just enjoying another time in her home during the summer vacation.
"Hmm?" Harribel looked down seeing her phone ringing and shows the ID caller to be Makino, she picks up the phone and answer.
"Hello Makino, you need something?" Harribel asked.
"Hey Harribel, just calling to check on how you're doing right now and if you have any plans for this weekend." Makino greeted.
"No, nothing comes to mind. Probably just going to be home for most of the day." Harribel answered before licking her popsicle.
"Well, that just won't do! You need to get out more as summer vacation is only one month in Japan, live while the moments last!" Makino stated.
"That sounds nice, but I don't even know where to go." Harribel shrugged.
"I thought you might say that which is why I am recommending you go to Moeru tamashī!" Makino declared.
"Moeru tamashī, isn't that the forest outside of the city?" Harribel asked if she remembers correctly.
"That's right, it's going to be a great hike there. Trust me, the great outdoors with the beautiful sceneries, take in the fresh air, all that stuff." Makino stated.
"Hmm, that does sound fun." Harribel smiled, taking interest.
"Then you better get packing some stuff and be there I say around 9am." Makino suggested.
"Okay, then I'll go straight there for some nature admiring." Harribel nodded and hang up the call.
(With Makino)
"Heheh, the plan has been set." Makino chuckled.
"Hey Makino, where did you put little can of bug spray?" Luffy asked.
"Top shelf to the right." Makino answered.
(Flashback End)
"And that's why I'm here." Harribel finished her story.
"(Fucking damn it, Makino only told her because it's where I'm going to be at too.)" Luffy thought angered.
"I'm sorry if me being here bothers you." Harribel apologized.
"No, no, it's okay! I don't mind some extra companying, I used to go with my big brothers and grandpa until I started coming here by myself, so having another camping buddy wouldn't hurt." Luffy stated.
"I'm glad you said that because I haven't done anything like camping in a long time." Harribel admiited.
"Just stick with me as I know my way around this forest." Luffy smiled.
"(My word, hiking and camping with Luffy. All alone in this forest, doing stuff together and perhaps…)" Harribel thought blushed feeling her heart pounding fast.
Then she suddenly started having some strange thoughts with her and Luffy wearing furred clothes like jungle people, and the two are close to each other skin contact with their faces leaning closer with his hands moving closer to her butt.
"NO! NOT LIKE THAT?!" Harribel screamed making Luffy jump in surprise.
"Whoa, is everything okay? Did you see a snake!" Luffy asked concern.
"No, sorry! I was just huh, remembering some stuff that I might have left unsettled back home." Harribel lied as she didn't want Luffy to know about what she was thinking right now.
"Okay, just wanted to be sure because there are snakes and dangerous bears in these woods." Luffy warned.
"Glad to know… Wait, there are what now!" Harribel shocked.
Luffy walks through of the path he knows too well for coming to this forest for a long time since childhood while Harribel is following him since she is knowing to this forest, Luffy looked at one tree and decided to climb it for some fun.
"Hey Harribel, check this out! I'm a jungle man!" Luffy called out while grabbing a vine
"Just be careful and not to crash into any trees!" Harribel advised though as a little joke.
"Watch out for trees, she said." Luffy rolled his eyes and jumps off to swing on the vine with the loud Tarzan shout.
Harribel is amazes of seeing one of her students swinging on a vine like an actual animal with a big heart, Luffy swings by some trees and saw three birds flew by almost hitting him.
"Sorry!" Luffy apologized to the birds.
However, that caused one direction for Luffy to slams right into a tree feeling like he just hit a brick wall or two.
"Oh no, Luffy!" Harribel gasped and hurry to the tree where Luffy crashed into while carrying their stuff.
Luffy slides down fast on the tree and hit the ground hard showing his face is in a stun and dizzy expression from the crash, Harribel kneeled next to him and look at him to see if there is anything broken.
"Luffy, are you okay? How many fingers am I holding up?" Harribel asked holding up two fingers.
"Huh, six?" Luffy said because his vision is making him see triple.
"Come on, get your head straight. Just take a deep breath and relax." Harribel advised and place Luffy's head on her laps.
"Okay, just breath." Luffy said closing his eyes, breathing in and out for a moment.
He then opens his eyes seeing Harribel's face above him along with her big breasts dangling above his head, this causes him to freak out with his eyes widen and his face turning a little red.
"Oh, thank goodness you're okay." Harribel sighed in relief.
"I was really worried that you were going to be in a coma from that crash and fall." Harribel said stroking his hair.
"N-No worries, I survived through things like this all the time w-when training here. It's how I'm so s-strong." Luffy stated nervously.
"Well, I say you still need to take better care of yourself even when you are strong and try to make sure to be more aware of what you're doing than being distracted." Harribel scolded.
"I know, my grandpa kept telling me that." Luffy said as he quickly got up to not be in that position anymore.
"C-Come, the usual spot I use for my camping is just up ahead that way." Luffy quickly walked away.
Luffy and Harribel continue walking together through the woods as Harribel took some pictures with a camera she brought and, on her phone, then she saw a big butterfly with beautiful color pictures on its wings.
"Wow, so beautiful!" Harribel said, taking the picture of the butterfly before it flew away.
"I don't I ever remember feeling this great coming into the outdoors." Harribel smiled.
"Hey, we're here!" Luffy shouted and pointed at the spot on top of a small hill.
Luffy and Harribel walk up the hill together as he took in a deep breathe through his nose and let out a relaxing happy sigh.
"Yep, this is the place." Luffy grinned.
"Come on, we can leave all of our stuff here. I want to do some exploring!" Luffy excited as he threw his backpack on the ground.
"I bet you have lots of things in this forest to show." Harribel placed her bag down.
"You bet I do, come on and let's get exploring!" Luffy yelled exciting as Harribel giggles.
Luffy and Harribel walk together through some woods to see more of the wild such as finding a strange looking brush until Luffy clapped his hands hard at the brush which turns out to be lots of butterflies together, flying away while Harribel was able to see their wings looking so beautiful.
The strawhat wearing boy found one big and strong looking beetle thinking it's the coolest thing ever, he show this beetle to Harribel which she actually took interest in too, surprising Luffy.
Next, Harribel spotted a big red mushroom that reminds her of something though couldn't remember what it was exactly until a though came into her head.
"Oh, I remember now. It looks like the mushroom from that Mario came." Harribel said.
"I believe it was the one that can make a character grow." Harribel recalled one of the Mario power ups.
"Oh, that mushroom looks tasty." Luffy picked up the mushroom.
Harribel gasp upon seeing that Luffy is about to the eat it making her extra worry that the mushroom is poison and could kill him from a single bite, she quickly grabs the mushroom from Luffy's hand and threw it away in a far distance.
"Hey, what was that for?" Luffy asked.
"Saving you from something that could have killed you!" Harribel answered quickly.
"No way, I'm tough and I would definitely know if the mushroom was poison or not." Luffy proclaimed.
"Oh, then would you mind enlighten me of what kind of mushroom was that?" Harribel asked.
"Duh, it's a mushroom." Luffy said.
"Just like that, you said that you've been training in these woods for a long time, so you must have learned about the difference between which food in the woods is okay to eat or not." Harribel stated.
"Of course, I know, I have a smart method of knowing it." Luffy grinned.
"And that would be?" Harribel asked again.
"I eat them. If they give me a tummy ache, then they're bad and I throw them away, but if they're good and not give me a tummy ache then it's all good." Luffy explained his "method" with a grin.
Harribel just look at Luffy with a deadpan expression now seeing Luffy did NOT learn any true smart way of getting food in the forest, she thought it's even more amazing that he is still alive right now if he had to eat those poison mushrooms and probably other things within this forest.
"Hmm, have you by any chance develop a strong resistance to poison?" Harribel asked.
"I think so, we went to a doctor to test out my body and said some big stuff I couldn't understand it did mean I don't get sick from eating things in the forest." Luffy explained.
"Well, I guess that's fine though I think it's best to be cautious." Harribel advised.
"Okay, if you say so." Luffy nodded.
The two went back to walking through the large forest as they come across a large log that goes above a small river, Luffy jump high to the top on one side and help Harribel get up as they walk across though Luffy being silly decided to do a little cartwheel along the way making her laugh.
Then Harribel's next step cause her to slip on the log sending her down to the small river which Luffy notice that right away, he sprints fast catching her hand to prevent her from failing in and quickly pulls her up with all his might but that causes both to fall into the river though Luffy was able to use his ow body to break her fall.
"Are you okay, Harribel?" Luffy asked.
"Yes, I'm okay. Thank you for helping me, I feel really safe now." Harribel thanked with a cute smile.
"Aw, it was no trouble." Luffy smiled back before suddenly let out a sneeze.
"Oh dear, I think we need to get ourselves warm." Harribel stated.
"Well, lucky for you, I know a cave nearby we can use to stay in and setup a fire." Luffy mentioned.
The two went to the cave together as Harribel brought in some wood and leaves to use for the fire which she used from a friend who loves camping, Luffy clash rocks together trying to see which of them can make a spark for a fire until he found the right ones and made the fire.
"You certainly know your way around." Harribel commented.
"Yeah, it's good to at least know some stuff you'll need for camping like this." Luffy chuckled.
"Then how come you can't put in this much effort during my class?" Harribel asked curious.
"I don't know, guess I just thought school isn't much though I have to go or else I'm gonna get a big scolding from Makino. She's even worst than grandpa." Luffy explained and feeling scared of Makino's scolding.
"Makino has been known for that besides her fun and cheerful personality, being serious when she believes she needs to be." Harribel remembered those days with Makino.
"She still means well, always the big sister I need when my grandpa isn't around when they're the only family I got." Luffy mentioned.
"Yes, I heard that you mother passed away and your father disappeared, must have been sad for you." Harribel said.
"Nah, sure it's sad that I don't have my parents with me anymore, but it's not like crying is going to make them come back which is why I'm happy with the things I got right now." Luffy stated strongly with a confident smile.
"I'm happy to hear that." Harribel said placing her hand over his.
Both look down seeing their hands are touching each other as the realization hit them hard like a meteorite coming down at the speed of light, they quickly separate their hands and look away from each other with their faces now turning red.
"(Fuck, there goes that feeling again! Why do I feel so strongly toward Harribel, that I'm really fallen in love with her!)" Luffy thought freaked out.
"(Damn it, it's happening again. My heart won't shut up for Luffy, along with soul is telling me to go for it with all my love, but I don't because he's my student and I'm the teacher!)" Harribel thought panicked a little.
Then Luffy notice something on Harribel's right leg seeing that it's a small cut with tiny trial of blood barely coming out.
"Hey, you got a cut there!" Luffy pointed at her leg.
"Oh, it's just a little cut. Nothing to worry about." Harribel assured.
"Not on my watch, we need to get that checked out!" Luffy wanted to make sure nothing bad is happening to his teacher.
But one step causes him to trip over onto Harribel as they fell onto the ground together groaning a little in pain.
They look at each other in the eyes feeling like they are in a deep trance with just a stare and without warning, Harribel spoke three words.
"I love you." Harribel confessed and leaned up kissing him on the lips.
This shocked Luffy very much, but he soon fell into the kiss returning the favor as they wrap their warms onto each other's bodies while the fire is still going on making this like a flaming romantic moment.

Luffy and Harribel went off camping together (setup by Makino to bring them much closer together) as the former shows off the fun he has in the forest, and the two finally made the love move sealing it with a kiss as next they will fully make their love official.
