"Zap!" A Zapdos cried out as it felt rather faint, it was quite some distance to his usual recharge spots and he almost felt as if he wouldn't make it! "Zap?" The Legendary Bird tilted his head as he sensed a rather large amount of electricity down on an island that hadn't been there on his last trip through the area. The bird swooped down from the night sky, his presence masked by the darkness as he made his way towards the powerplant. "Zap!"

The Legendary Pokemon began draining the power plant of it's electricity, the process usually went without negative effects as at the most it just caused a brief power surge throughout the area. Today however was much different as a loud explosion could be heard with smoke rising up from the distance. Zapdos tilted his head once more before uttering out a screech as a muscular purple feline Pokemon came blasting towards him. The bird's first instinct was to attack so that's precisely what he did, his recently charged state allowed him to deliver a powerful blow of electricity! The bird shot a glare at the mysterious Pokemon as he was sure it was taken care of, however the Pokemon was very much still standing or rather levitating in this case with not a scratch to be seen!

"Zap?!" The bird let out a terrified screech.

"You'll regret that!" The feline spoke out, he lifted his hand and blasted Zapdos across the island with a blast of telekinetic energy! Zapdos cried out before landing atop of a skyscraper sized cake that sat outside what appeared to be a diner, his body sent out sparks through the machine resulting in the cake's eyes shooting a bright red color as it's system was corrupted, the error quickly spread through the park's computer system resulting in all the other robot Pokemon's eyes glowing bright red!

"CHAR!"

"TOISE!"

"SAUR!"

"CHAMP!"

"GAR!"

"CREAM!"

The feline hovered over the downed Zapdos and prepared to deal a killing blow but before he could make contact a gigantic magma covered fist came barreling down on top of him! "Gah!" The feline was temporarily pressed against the ground as a monstrous sized Machamp stood above him!

"MACHAMP!"

"Ugh, foolish machine!" The Pokemon's eyes glowed blue shortly before a burst of telekinetic energy burst out of his body, blasting the Machamp's arm clean off to reveal that the feline was indeed correct and the Pokemon was merely a fake! The feline then swiftly clamped his arms together before firing a powerful ball of black-purple static energy at the robot's chest resulting in a large explosion as the robotic Machamp was reduced to ash with a few pieces of wire and metal plating remaining behind! "Now where did that Zapdos go?"

"Zap!" Zapdos could be seen flying off in the distance and the feline was quick to blast after him, gaining on him in no time flat before proceeding to blast the Legendary with an orange-yellow energy beam! The attack exploded upon contact and Zapdos could be seen falling towards the ground as the smoke cleared, the feline flew down to investigate the crash site but upon reaching Zapdos the bird swiftly exploded with metallic gears and pieces flying out of the wreckage! The feline shielded his eyes with his arm before uttering out a growl of frustration as the real Zapdos safely escaped!

"Luck favored you today but next time we meet, you'll do well to acknowledge me as your master and not a threat!" The feline blasted off and disappeared into the sky above as the robotic Pokemon began rampaging throughout the island!

"Where am I?" Eevee softly spoke with a pained groan as she opened her eyes and rose to her feet only to find herself in a clearing of some kind with neither Chloe, her friends nor the Team Rocket trio in sight! "Chloe?! Pikachu?! Anyone?!" She desperately cried out only to be greeted by silence. She gave the air a quick sniff before lowering her head as she began to fill with worry. What if she was lost and never got to see her friends again, she didn't even know if any of them made it to land or were lost at sea! She'd never get to say goodbye to Chloe or tell Pikachu how she felt about him. Eevee flattened her ears against her head as she gazed towards the ground before something made her ear twitch.

"PIKA!"

Eevee twitched her ear and quickly jerked her head towards the direction of the cry. Off in the distance a Pikachu could be seen walking towards her resulting in Eevee's heart accelerating as she found herself overfilled with positive emotions! "Pikachu you've come for me! Oh Pikachu I was so worried about you! Where are the others-Oh geez you got plump... and taller?" Eevee tilted her head as she was briefly filled with curiosity but she didn't question it too long as her love for Pikachu overpowered her mind! "Pikachu there's something I need to tell you, I lo-!"

"Pikachuuuu!" An electrical blast fired out of Pikachu's cheeks and soared towards Eevee.

"Ah!" Eevee screamed out as the electric bolt raced towards her but just before it made contact a yellow blur came charging through and knocked her safely out of the way! Eevee grunted out as something sent her rolling down the hill before coming to a halt at the base, Eevee let out a pained groan and opened her eyes only to see Pikachu laying directly on top of her. "P-Pikachu? I-Is that really you?"

"Of course I'm real, looks like you fell for the same trick as me!" Pikachu chuckled while flicking his tail towards a set of trees nearby which began rustling as a monstrous sized and extremely fluffy Eevee came barreling towards them!

"EEVOI!"

"Y-You thought that was me? H-How?!" Eevee gasped while giving Pikachu a slightly pained look.

"I could ask you the same!" Pikachu flicked his tail towards his robotic double while flashing Eevee a teasing smirk. "Now how about we escape these monstrous counterparts of ours and find some shelter?"

"You don't have to tell me twice!" The two turned around and raced off in search of safety!

"Ugh, my head!" Brock rubbed his head as he woke up only to be greeted by Croagunk's face as the poison frog had woken up some time ago and stood vigil over his beloved trainer, silently croaking out. "Croagunk? Thank goodness you're okay, have you seen the others?" Croagunk silently glanced to the side and upon following his gaze Brock saw the Team Rocket trio and Wobbuffet laying passed out only a few feet from where he currently sat! There was no sign of Ash, Chloe or their Pokemon anywhere. Not wanting to risk a fight Brock silently rose to his feet as he prepared to search for his friends, however his boot accidentally stepped on Meowth's tail causing the feline Pokemon to screech out. Meowth then instinctively slashed at Jessie, James and Wobbuffet's faces as he blamed them for interrupting his sleep, waking them all up as he uttered out an annoyed hiss!

"I told ya not to wake me like that!"

"Wake you up like what?" James groaned out as he held where Meowth scratched him.

"Wobbu!" Wobbuffet cried.

Jessie delivered a swift kick to the top of Meowth's head. "You're the one who woke us up ya goof!"

The four started shouting at one another and seemed unaware of Brock and Croagunk's presence. Brock uttered out a sigh of relief and began backing away once more before a loud series of hunger broke out amongst the Team Rocket trio as their stomachs growled!

"So hungry..." They simultaneously groaned. Brock looked back at them as he briefly paused, despite how much of an annoyance they could be he couldn't help but feel sorry for them. Besides if they were stranded on an island like he presumed then it wouldn't do to be at each other's throats, they'd need to work together if they were to find a way off the island!

Brock took a deep breath as he hoped he wouldn't regret revealing his presence to them. "If you want, I can cook us all up something nice! But you have to promise me that you'll behave, no trying to steal Croagunk or Pikachu and Eevee! Okay?"

"Oh yes please!" Meowth begged as the Rocket Trio and Wobbuffet quickly dropped to their knees.

"Whatever you want!" James pleaded. "We didn't get to eat the entire time we were on that boat, it wasn't even us who initiated the attack!"

"Yeah it was that Arlo guy, don't blame us!" Jessie pleaded. "If you do this for us, we promise to not steal Pikachu, Eevee or anyone else until we're back on the mainland!"

"Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet added in a plea of his own.

Brock smiled as this went even easier than he thought it'd be, perhaps the Rocket Trio weren't so bad after all? "Well I'll get a fire started so I can get cooking, you mind finding some firewood so we can keep it going? Otherwise you'll have to wait longer to ea-"

"On it!"

"Wobbuffet!" The four cried simultaneously before dashing off without another word! Brock smirked and silently shook his head as he started getting a fire going, sure it'd be a lot easier to simply use Vulpix but he wanted to preserve her strength!

The Rocket Trio and Wobbuffet hastily rushed around the area gathering up any sticks or twigs they could find however it wasn't long before something big and delicious caught their eye!

"Meowth, James am I going crazy or is that a ridiculously large cake in front of us?" Jessie questioned before rubbing her eyes as she thought it a hunger induced hallucination!

"Nah I see it too, Jess!" James excitedly spoke.

Meowth sniffed the air before licking his lips. "It sure smells delicious!" Course they were downwind from Brock at the current moment.

"Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet began drooling.

"Then I say let's eat dessert before our meal, we'll be sure to have a slice for the twerp of course!" Jessie smirked before waving her arm. "Now let's eat!"

"Yay!"

"Wobbu!"

The four dived towards the massive cake and chomped at the bottom layer expecting a soft delicious feeling to fill their taste buds only to wind up feeling a cold combination of metal and plastic only with their teeth cracking!

"Ow!"

"Wobbu!" The four held their mouths as the giant cake quickly swirled around and glared angrily down at them!

"ALCREAM!"

"Ah!" Meowth cried out while shaking in terror. "It's my greatest nightmare, my food's come alive to eat me!"

"W-Wobbu!"

"The cake it's alive!" Jessie gasped.

"I believe you mean the cake is a lie!" James corrected Jessie only to receive a harsh glare as the Alcreamie paused for a moment to shake it's head.

"Bad James!" Jessie scolded.

"CREAM!" The Alcreamie shot out a ray of large strawberries and various other fruit toppings down at the Rocket Trio, each topping pierced the ground with a loud thud with some narrowly missing the Rocket Trio and Wobbuffet causing the four to scream in peril before darting back towards where they'd left Brock!

Brock heard their screams and looked up as they made their approach. "Just in time it's about-"

"Run!" Jessie shouted.

"The cake!" James panted as he raced past.

"Is alive!" Meowth screeched out in horror.

"Huh?" Brock shot a questioning look after them before turning around towards where they'd left to see the skyscraper sized cake Pokemon making it's way towards him! "Ah... wait for me!"

"Croagunk!" Brock and Croagunk quickly raced after the Rocket Trio.

Ash woke up to the sound of rushing water, he was still tuckered out but the noise made him shoot wide awake as for a brief moment he thought that he was back on the sinking boat! He then blinked in confusion before giving his ear a light whack as he still heard the rushing water despite being in a forest with no visible trace of the coastline anywhere? "I must be imagining things..." Ash instinctively reached for his belt only to feel nothing, confusion quickly led to panic as he felt along his entire belt and discovered that all his Pokeballs were missing!

"Oh no, this is not good. Definitely not!" Ash anxiously glanced left and right but didn't see them anywhere! Nor were Pikachu, Chloe, Brock or even Team Rocket in view! "Chloe?! Pikachu?! Brock?! Anybody?! Hellooo?" He called out.

"TOISE!"

Ash tilted his head as somebody answered him back, loud footsteps began making their approach and Ash's mood instantly changed to that of hope. It sure didn't sound like anyone he knew but perhaps whoever this was could help him out! "Hello? Can you help me? My friends and I are lost and I was wondering if-Holy!" Ash took a leap back as a large blue turtle leg crashed down right in front of him! Ash began nervously sweating and looked up to discover a monstrous sized Blastoise with a shell that bore a great resemblance to a mountain and had at least a hundred water cannons poking out of it!

"What kind of a Blastoise are you?!" Ash questioned before quickly shaking his head. It didn't matter and he couldn't really risk a fight considering the fact that his Pokemon were missing! There was one way to distract Blastoise, it wasn't going to trap him but allow him just enough time to get a head start and hopefully get him off his trail! "Pokeball go!"

Thud! A loud metallic sound was heard as the Pokeball slid right off of Blastoise. Blastoise narrowed his eyes at Ash who began waving his hand in an apologetic manner while uttering a nervous chuckle before bolting it out of there!

"TOISE!" Blastoise raced after Ash, knocking trees over as he barreled his way through the forest!

"Ow." Chloe rubbed her head as she awoke to find herself in a bush, she quickly felt for her belt and uttered out a sigh of relief as the Pokeballs were all accounted for. "Thank Arc-Wait... Eevee?! Eevee where are you?!" Chloe shot a quick look around but didn't see her partner Pokemon anywhere, a good thing too really as she discovered she landed on a bush in the middle of a theme park, possibly the softest place throughout the park! "This place looks familiar..." Chloe muttered before shaking her head as now wasn't the time. Thankfully Togepi was still resting inside her bag so she didn't have to worry about her!

"Ash?! Brock?! Pikachu?! Team Rocket?! Anyone?!" She shouted at the top of her lungs but it appeared that the park was still deserted as not even a singular worker came to investigate her cries. Chloe frowned before something caught her eye, she quickly raced forward to investigate and saw a Pokeball with a lightning bolt sticker. "This belongs to Pikachu!" She then spotted another Pokeball in the distance and quickly went after it!

"Another Pokeball, and another! Ash's entire team must be here and if that's the case, maybe he's in there?" Chloe looked towards a Gengar shaped structure that laid a few feet away, it's long metallic tongue stuck out like an entrance and a sign that read 'Gengar's Haunted House!' could be seen on the ground next to the tongue! "Seems like an odd choice to take shelter in... oh Arceus, what if he's hurt?!" Chloe gasped. She quickly raced towards the Gengar only to let out a terrified shriek as the tongue suddenly moved and lashed out at her!

"GENGAR!"

"Ah!" Chloe let out a terrified scream and quickly bolted it. "The ride shouldn't do that!" Gengar rose to his feet and began quickly stomping his way after her. "It shouldn't do that either, oh Arceus... please tell me it didn't eat Ash and Pikachu!" She didn't know what she'd do if it had, she never did get to tell him how she felt! Silently cursing both Gengar and Arlo beneath her breath she eventually came to what appeared to be a minecart atop a train track!

"Something with wheels! I'm not sure where it'll go but it's a lot better than here!" Chloe dived into the minecart and hit a button, the minecart began to roll down the tracks maneuvering away from Gengar much faster than when she was on her feet! The tracks left the theme park and barreled through the forest where small sculptures of various forest Pokemon from throughout the world such as a tan colored sloth, a large mushroom that bore a striking resemblance to a Pokeball, and a robotic ladybug Pokemon that looked as if it escaped from a Sonic the Togedemaru videogame! "Those are some strange looking Pokemon..." Chloe noted before catching a rather familiar sight as Ash could be seen racing off up ahead of her!

"Ash!" She quickly screamed while eagerly waving her arms to get his attention as the cart raced down the tracks.

"Chloe?!" Ash turned around with an excited look only to quickly turn to fear as he saw yet another monstrous Pokemon chasing after her! "A Gengar!"

"I know, get in quick!" Chloe screamed out while holding out her hand to help him into the rushing cart, Ash took a running leap and jumped directly into the cart, unintentionally pinning Chloe to the floor of the cart resulting in her blushing heavily as their faces were mere centimeters apart now!

Ash's cheeks turned rosy as he shot straight up and was quick to apologize to her. "S-Sorry about that!"

"No need..." Chloe blushed before silently holding out his Pokeballs to him. "I-I found these..."

"My Pokeballs!" Ash excitedly exclaimed before pulling her in for a quick hug. "I was looking all over for these, thank you so much!"

"Y-You're welcome..." Chloe blushed and despite the peril they were in she secretly wished this moment could last!

"Pika pi!"

"Eevoi!" The two felt soft thuds against their backs as Pikachu and Eevee leaped into the cart, revealing their presence to the trainers who were quick to pull away from each other before embracing their respective Pokemon partners!

"Pikachu!"

"Eevee!"

"Pi Pikachu pika pika!"

"Eevoi eee!"

"GAR!"

"TOISE!"

"PIKA!"

"EEVOI!" The four cries brought them back to reality and they uttered out an alarmed shout as they noticed Gengar, Blastoise, Pikachu and Eevee chasing after them!

"Ash, Chloe! Look out!"

"Gang way, twerps!"

"Hm?" Ash and Chloe turned back quickly backing up against the sides of the cart as Brock, Croagunk, Jessie, James, Meowth and Wobbuffet all leaped into the cart which was now fairly crowded and left little room to move around. Pikachu and Eevee climbed atop their trainer's shoulders while Meowth sat with his legs draped over James' shoulder so he could see what was going on.

"Brock, Team Rocket! Where did you all come from?!" Ash shouted.

"T-There's a monstrous cake chasing after us!" Meowth fearfully screeched out.

"A cake?!" Chloe raised her eyebrow in a questioning manner. "You sure you didn't hit your head too hard?"

"It's true, Chloe. I saw it myself, look!" Brock pointed back towards the robotic Pokemon, showing that Alcreamie had joined in the case!

"Wow that Pokemon looks delicious!" Ash couldn't help but drool at the sight while Chloe let curiosity get the better of her as she scanned it with her Rotom Phone.

"Alcreamie the Cream Pokemon, when Alcremie is content, the cream it secretes from its hands becomes sweeter and richer!"

"SAUR!" A cry could be heard ahead of them causing all of the group's heads to turn around.

"Ah!" They collectively screamed out as a monstrous Venusaur could be seen staring them down, standing directly on course with the track! Everyone closed their eyes and fearfully clung to the ones closest to them while the cart raced down the track before passing right between Venusaur's legs, continuing down the track without trouble! Venusaur got out his vines and lashed out at the cart, getting a good grip and causing the cart to let out an ear shattering shriek as it began dragging Venusaur along the track!

"SAUR!" The other Pokemon caught up and tripped over Venusaur, piling on top of each other as the cart began slowing down due to the mass weight it now carried!

"We're slowing down!" Chloe fearfully cried.

"Can't this thing go any faster?!" Jessie gave the cart an angry kick while Meowth leaned over the side and began tinkering with the engine.

"There, I added rocket boost! We should go blasting down the tracks as soon as somebody hits that button so make sure to hold on tightly before you-" Meowth went silent as Pikachu's tail accidentally swatted the button! The cart blasted down the tracks and barreled down a hill sending the Rocket Trio and Wobbuffet flying right out of it as they hadn't been holding the cart!

"Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!"

"Wobbuffet!" They cried as they disappeared over the horizon!

"Ahhhh!" Ash, Brock and Chloe screamed as the cart soared down the hillside and back into the park itself! Loud creaks and crashes could be heard as the robot Pokemon crashed into buildings, several of the robots exploded into impact until all that remained was Venusaur as most of the park laid in ruin due to all the flying robots crashing and exploding into things!

"SAUR!"

Ash let out a grunt and picked up a crowbar that sat at the bottom of the cart before aiming it at the metallic vine and giving it a good swing! Crack! The vine snapped and Venusaur sent flying towards one of the few things left standing, the Ferris wheel! The robotic Venusaur slammed into the supports and exploded sending the Ferris wheel rolling towards the roller coaster track before crashing right through it and bringing down the ride as a result! The entire park laid in ruin save for the cart they were in however it appeared that it was now in danger as well as all the explosions and wreckage caused the minecart track to loosen up right at the top of a hill! They couldn't even jump out due to the intense speed of the cart so all they could do was hold each other for dear life as the cart went racing through the air!

"I can't believe this is how it ends!" Brock shouted.

"Of all the times to not have Charizard!" Ash growled out.

"Ash, I need to tell you something... I love y-" The cart suddenly jerked as if something stopped it. The three slowly opened their eyes and were quite alarmed to discover the cart had stopped midair, seemingly stopped by some unknown force!

"What?" Ash blinked in confusion.

"T-That's... what just happened?" Chloe tilted her head while Brock glanced over the side.

"Nobody's down there!" The cart slowly lowered itself to the ground where it was safely placed, Ash and Chloe then heard a faint giggle that sounded familiar before a blur of wind raced by as whatever saved them made it's exit as quick as it had come!

'W-Was that Mew again?' Chloe tilted her head in questioning as she recalled that dream or at least she thought it was a dream, where Mew had dragged them all along with the Rocket Trio and Wobbuffet back to the ocean surface. If that truly happened then that would definitely explain the mysterious circumstance revolving around their rescue but if that was indeed the case how did Mew even know that they were in trouble? That was a question that would be left for another day however as a jeep could be seen racing into the park before coming to a screeching halt!

"Oh no... my babies!" Ezekiel shot out the passenger door and raced towards the remains of the robotic Pokemon while Giovanni stepped out from the driver's seat, taking a quick look around before flashing Ash a rather stern look.

"Uh oh..." Chloe nervously shook as the park owners arrived. That park had to have been insanely expensive to build and they wrecked it within the span of a few hours, accident or not it was definitely going to be a hard fit if Giovanni or Ezekiel enacted legal action. They were trespassing and wrecked the park! With no sign of a security system remaining there wasn't exactly evidence stating that the hardware malfunctioned and chased them, heck for all she knew it could have been a security design!

"No no no no!" Ezekiel wept while cradling pieces of his robots while Giovanni merely stared at Ash, not taking a single second to blink which made it all the more nerving as the silence part from Ezekiel's cries filled the area around them.

Archer soon stepped out the backdoor of the jeep with a tablet in hand. "Sir, all that wreckage those kids caused... that amounts to a billion Pokedollars!" He exclaimed.

"A billion-?!" Ash felt as if he might faint, he could be a Pokemon Master his whole life and still be paying Giovanni back!

"Oh no, we're so going to prison..." Chloe muttered as Brock hung his head.

"I'll never get married now..."

"My inventions, my babies!" Ezekiel tearfully cried. "Don't worry, daddy's here now! He'll fix you all up!"

Giovanni flashed his friend a glance before approaching Ash, the three twerps began sweating and shaking as they feared what he might say to them.

"Do any of you happen to be rich?" Giovanni questioned. The three hastily shook their heads but remained silent. "I see, well I can foot the bill and pay for all the damages and repairs but it'll cost you."

"H-How much...?" Ash nervously questioned.

"It's not money!" Giovanni adjusted his tie while he continued. "You see in order to enter the Professional Circuit of a Pokemon League one must have a sponsor, I'd like to sponsor you Ash. You saved my life so it's the least I can do, if you refuse I won't have you thrown in prison but it'll be hard to convince my friend not to fine you. His inventions are precious to him after all!"

"My babies!" Ezekiel wailed out. Chloe shot him a look only to see that the tears were actually genuine, the man was actually crying over his destroyed inventions and not faking it!

Ash thought it over for a moment. Having a sponsor would indeed make things easier as he hadn't really taken the time to find one yet and with only a few months until the current Silver League season ended he didn't exactly have much time before the next one began! He couldn't afford to race around Kanto and Johto looking for a sponsor, not to mention Giovanni was a well respected figure and quite trustworthy! That and it'd be a lot easier on him and Chloe if they weren't in massive debt as no doubt Delia and Professor Cerise would be raining down hard upon them with worry and anger! Plus it admittingly would be nice to not have to worry about traveling to other regions as Giovanni would be footing the bill for that in exchange for publicity!

"You've got yourself a deal!" Ash grinned as he held his hand out to Giovanni. The man smirked before taking his hand as the two shook. Chloe smiled lightly before flickering her gaze towards Ezekiel as something about that man was quite familiar, almost as if she'd seen him before.

"Oh! His son was the one who Gloria teamed up with to beat Damian up!" Chloe recalled, she didn't remember their names but she did recall that Damian mocked the kid's friend for being terrified of a Gastly resulting in him angrily tackling Damian with Gloria quickly joining in as she was always eager to kick Damian's annoying butt! Chloe tilted her head as she wondered whatever happened to the two Hoenn kids.

"CHAR!" The robotic Charizard flew through the skies above Cinnabar Island, revealing that the theme park was on the island and that the twerps were indeed not stranded! The sight of the large monstrous and unusual looking Charizard caused panic in the streets!

"The end is near, the end is near!" A man fearfully cried out.

Charizard ignored them however as his eyes were set on the island's volcano, the error that struck his systems acted differently than it had with the other robotic Pokemon. He genuinely thought he was a Fire type and wanted to go bathe in the warm lava! Charizard swooped up into the volcano, soaring past an empty battlefield as he splashed into the lava! Lava splashed out as Charizard surfaced, leaning his head up against a rock as he uttered a relaxing sigh. The lava was quick to overheat his systems and it wasn't long before the robot exploded resulting in a large rumble that shook the entire island as Charizard unintentionally activated the volcano!
