Chapter 8: Undercover in Acacia Estates

Kunimitsu II and Armor King II battle side by side against all of Domon's men as Kunimitsu II quickly demonstrates her swordsmanship to knock everyone down while Armor King II demostrates his refined wrestling moves. After they beat them all, Armor King II knows that Kunimitsu came here to steal Yoshimitsu's sword as he clarifies to her that they are from the real world.

"Listen, lady. There's no time for stealing Yoshimitsu's sword. We're in the real world. Hunyo is already in danger when these guys showed up."

Kunimitsu II removes her half-kitsune mask and to see her enemies are none other than the mercernaries who tried to assassinate Hunyo which she knew who they are.

"I know those men... these are the men are trying to ravage someone from the Philippines. My partner had once told me about this."

"A partner... you mean someone had released you back then?" Armor King II roared and he knew that Kunimitsu II was released by someone which she couldn't explain much about it and she plainly replies.

"That person from the Philippine, she knows my mother very well and I would expect, she's a gamer who can use my mother in the game. And I never expect to use me too."

"How would you say it was a woman? What did you see on her?" Armor King II wants to know which Kunimitsu II tells him.

"I hate myself to be deceived. I see her as a man and she was still in the Philippines who is trying to locate someone here in Bangkok and she says that her former protege who works on that Black Devil organization."

"Oh my... a she-male?"

Back at Luang Prabang, Rhima remains concern for her family's safety despite being targeted by their enemy as she looked at the view of the Mekong River. Jin arrives after he put his leather hoodie and his extended gauntlets to cover her things and her teal leather vest.

"I know you're still worried for your family, Rhima."

"Yeah... ever since my dad was gone after by those bastards. Why would me and my mom would get involved on his troubles? We haven't done anything wrong?"

Jin calmly patted her and reassures her that he and the others would protect her.

"You're not alone, Rhima. Me and the others are protecting you from those bastards. Even Lee was trying to protect you too."

"You look so gloom lately, Jin. Aren't you telling me something?" Rhima wondered about his actions which Jin took her hands and tells her.

"Do you remember when we stayed at your father's villa when my mother was there with us. I couldn't tell you when she was there."

"Your mother Jun you mean Mrs. Kazama, I know she and I we helped each other in coo-?" Rhima wanted to say to Jin who soon shuts her up.

"Rhima... I hate to tell you this because living in the mountains at Yakushima was rough when my mother took care of me when I was small and the reason I had no taste like my predecessors do."

"I don't get it, Jin. Why did you want me to tell me this?" Rhima said asking him why he wanted to say to her personally which Jin admits it.

"My mother is a horrible cook, Rhima. She had killed the ingredients twice over. If you try her cooking, it was bad and luckily, your father had managed to fix the whole thing up after he and I we had done relaxing in a bath."

Rhima was surprised when Jin reveals it to her and why he knows something about his mother especially in cooking as Jin continues to tell her everything on his past life.

"I like your father's cooking, Rhima and it reminds me of how the maids in the Mishima Mansion would cook something exquisite. That's what my mother is lacking if she tried to do the cooking. Forgive me for not telling you this."

"No need to forgive me, Jin. I knew if I ate her cooking, I would get food poisoned. A lot of people sometimes always had accidents like that during celebrations or parties." Rhima said nicely as Jin happily replies.

"I'm glad you understand me, Rhima. You're no different than Xiao and Miharu when you treated me like a real person or a friend. I knew all of my peers know that a I'm popular guy in high school but they never knew about my current life. Xiao was trying her best to find me but she doesn't know I was in a coma at the time of my recovery at Violet Systems."

"You two lovebirds are always had a nice private conversation." Lee arrives to butt on their conversation which angers Jin from his presence.

"Lee... what do you want? You're always ruining our moment."

"Please forgive me especially you Rhima. I had to inform you that your sparring partner who spars with you earlier had his reasons of staying here in Laos." Lee also apologizes to both of them and informs her about Broadie. "He told me his reasons of leaving in the Philippines because of his former relationship with his girl."

"A former girlfriend you mean?" Rhima said while wondering about who she is and Lee reveals it.

"It did cross my mind when Jin reveals to your rival about getting hang out with the woman who has a manhood. I know jt was sickening for Jin to know them either. And I think his girl has dark secrets to not reveal of who he is."

"Hmmm... I think his girl is also from Taguig City. Despite I was the target by the enemy, I was forced to go back to the Philippines for this mess." Rhima said knowing how she was forced to get back to her home country as Leroy came to see them.

"It's okay, young lady. I would like to help you in case if those bastards were here to capture you. I also want to see what your sparring partner lives."

"Anyway, what about those two ladies who tried to attack you in the first place? Since they are already branded as traitors to the enemy and now they are on your side." Lee said telling Rhima about Meng and Daya which Rhima grins because she can use both of them.

Back in the Philippines Daya serves as a driver behind the Hiace while being guarded by Fakhumram, Broadie uses his ID to pass through the Acacia Estates and he is revealed to live in Rosewood. Everyone disguised themselves not to caught up with the enemy as Lee finally disguises his alter-ego Violet for entertaining everyone who lives here and it was Rhima's plan to take undercover to get through Broadie's place.

"Wow... it was a nice condominiums you have there."

"Let's not getting amused on that, Mr. Lee. I mean... Mr. Violet." Rhima silently whispers him not to get amused on the surroundings as Violet sees Broadie to give them a signal to move.

They later stay at his condo and they were amused on the interior of it. Rhima sees all of Broadie's accomplishments in Karate but only he had made it second place.

"No wonder why Lidia had tried to push you to practice Karate, Broadie. Now tell me, why did you decided to go to Laos despite I wanted to take refuge there?"

"It's because of my former girlfriend who tried so hard to run into me." Broadie said as he looked at Rhima. "Your look reminds me of Harry's former wife, Raquel."

"Harry? Just tell us the details of that guy you meant about." Violet said in an elegant tone as Broadie tells them.

"That guy is Harry Bravante. He also lives in Acacia Estates too but he was in Mahogany. His family was strictly disowns him because of his sexuality as a gay man. Following his disownment, he is nowhere to be found."

"This is what Heihachi is trying to do to Kazuya back in the day after my adoption." Violet reminds him as how Heihachi did to Kazuya as Broadie continues to tell him.

"Until I met a certain woman named Veron Almas. We had a good relationship until Raquel informs me about who she is."

"What happened to Raquel, Broadie?" Rhima asked which Broadie tells her.

"She was murdered by Veron when she tried to expose her real identity and as her former husband. Harry marries Raquel due to his family's constant pressure and I didn't know more details about their family life."

"It was unforgivable... just because she couldn't understand because she really think she was a woman in her reflection and how she mistreats her was like a man who abuses her." Lidia said realizing about Broadie's story. "And now, she's chasing after you that's why you decided to leave here."

"How horrible he is? He really thinks himself being in a reflection of a woman. It was disgusting and he can deceive anybody." Jin said in disgust and Broadie asks Rhima to help him to find out about his former girlfriend Veron.

"Please, Rhima... I need you to find Veron's darkest secrets. During my relationship with her, she had moved here in Rosewood so that both of us would get along. I want to make sure if Veron is really Harry."

"All right, just tell me where she had lived?" Rhima said accepting Broadie's request.

"She's from the other condominium which is in Ruby 115."

"I guess Lars, Alisa and I are going entertain some residence who lives here and at least I'm gonna rest at the pool side to make sure everything is fine and ready to go." Violet said decided to cover up Rhima and the others to get through the other condominium.

"I guess I'm with Rhima then..." Reggie said pointed out as Jin tells him.

"And I'm gonna look after her too."

Alisa poses as one of the guest wearing a red and white sarafan while Lars and Meng posed themselves are selling different snacks for the residence. Violet is seen resting on the pool bed in a swimming trunks, as he allows Rhima, Jin and Reggie to move by giving them a signal. As they arrived at the Ruby Condominium, Rhima removes her disguise as Jin took off his cap and he is revealed to wear his casual attire as the shirt he wears has a flame design at the back with the word "Justice" and wearing his jeans and his iconic red and white sneakers. Reggie is able to unlock it using a lockpick.

"We're like doing an inside job to get through his quarters."

"It is necessary to know about this Harry guy." Rhima said seriously until Josie sees them.

"Rhima, it's you!"

"Shhh... Josie... why are you here? And why are you wearing that? You're not like Katarina who wears this." Rhima said and commenting about Josie's outfit which she tells her.

"Margie and I got separated to find that culprit, who actually work in a deadly organization. But how come you're here?

Jin tries to shut her up knowing that Rhima's cover will be blown as he angrily scolds her.

"Rhima was targeted by those bastards. So don't try to blow her cover. Her family is in great danger now."

"Oh, gosh... Hindi ko alam na tinatarget na pala siya (I didn't know she was the target)." Josie sadly cries from Jin's scolding which Rhima tells her by whispering.

"Now now... I'm also came here for that culprit you're saying about. Because I met Broadie who also lived in this condo too."

As they get inside, it was well furnished and Jin sees the family portrait of Harry's family.

"Rhima, look at this portrait. I think this guy seem to live in a conservatory family."

"That guy must be Harry Bravante that Broadie was talking about."

"Uhm, Rhima... look at his room. He has full of clothes and it's more feminine."

Rhima then checks his walking closet and to find out it was full of women's clothing and realizing that Harry had became a transwoman.

"It can't be... Harry is..."

"Yes you were, Harry is Veron Almas."

Both Rhima and Josie looked to see a middle-aged woman who speaks masculine and Rhima was surprised to see him as a transgender just like Harry.

"Rhima, that woman is scary...?" Josie hides over Rhima's back as the middle-aged transgender faces them.

"Don't worry... she's just like my partner who is clearly disdain over my appearance. Cause I'm also a gamer just like you."

"Actually, Josie... she speaks like a real guy. They're harmless." Rhima said telling to Josie not to worry. "Clearly, if Jin sees them especially with their privates, he got so sick."

"Ohhh..."

"So you do know about us. And why are you here barging over Veron's condo. And it appears that you came here to know about the truth regarding about Veron."

"Well it's because of Broadie. We came here to help him." Rhima responded with concern and the middle-aged transgender introduced herself to both.

"I'm Tessie Garoa, please call me Mama Tessie and I'm the current head of the transgender group as well as a cosmetic surgeon. My game partner is the wonderful daughter of Kunimitsu which calls herself being Kunimitsu II. I sent her to Bangkok to find Veron's whereabouts but I think she's gone in a long way."

"Kunimitsu has a daughter?" Rhima said surprisingly after learning that Kunimitsu has a daughter namely Kunimitsu II and Tessie knows it.

Trivia:

*Jin reveals to Rhima about his mother Jun being a horrible cook which is why he has no taste unlike his predecessors.

*When Violet relaxes in the pool side is that from his appearance in Lidia's character trailer.

*The way Lee gives the signal to Rhima, Jin and Reggie while disguising as Violet, is the same gesture he orders Heihachi some drinks in his Tekken 5 ending.

*Josie wears an outfit similar to the late Aaliyah's Try Again within her music video and her role in the film, Romeo must Die.

*Tessie Garoa made her appearance in this chapter who is based on the actor, Phil Noble who portrays Krissy in the Filipino Teleserye, Asawa Ko, Karibal Ko (Silent Shadow).
