Tayla Parker had just moved to Toronto just to basically get away from the drama chaotic craziness that goes down, but little did she know, Degrassi is no different from her old life in Newcastle. But surely, the only thing she can do is mostly survive Degrassi completely, but that's not gonna do hard really.
Tayla had just bought a house with the money she got from her mom, but for how long though? She might realize that she might need to get a job to keep herself from living across the street. Luckily, her house was 13 minutes to Degrassi Community School she could just easily take a walk completely. Once she enters the building, she then enters the administration's office signs herself up to join the new school year. Once she admits herself, she then leaves the school, but then she hears a whistle from some random stranger attempts to not turn around completely just continues to stand there until the guy finally speaks
"Hey, you lost?" "Of course I'm not lost I'm just -" Tayla then turns around as the guy was basically trying to be a bit helpful then asks him, "do you need anything or something?" "Oh, no no I just wanted to help get you home. Don't worry, I don't bite really" "You better keep your word who are you by the way?" "Dave. Dave Turner" "Tayla. I can walk home by myself, you know" "You don't trust me, do you?" "Now I didn't say that" "Then what exactly?" "It's just...my house is like 13 minutes away from the school that's all" "I was about to head home anyway. It's mostly getting dark"
Tayla starts to think about it for a bit on wanting a pal to take her home. Notice that she just met the guy it looks like there might be some sort of trust so far...I assume. "Alright, fine. We can walk home, but no cheesy lines" "I get it completely" "Good, now let's go before someone else comes you crazy nut" Dave runs fast to catch-up to her before they start walking home. Silence comes through completely before Dave starts asking her, "so, where do you come from?" "Newcastle. I came here to get away start over, so no drama for me" "Yeah, Degrassi is mostly even more crazier with the drama" "How crazy exactly?" "I'd say way insane, but word of advice, don't get involved in the drama you'll make it through the whole school year." "That's it?" "Yeah, unless you're wanting something else" "No that's fine really"
They finally get to her house as she says, "this is it" "Alright, its was actually nice to get to know you" "Same here. Good luck on your first day" "Thanks, I might need it" they smile, wave then officially go their separate ways
