Chapter 14

"Warwick." Thought Gwen as she saw him unconscious and being restrained by her fellow agents. A part of her wanted to go right up to them and demand that they free him, but she stopped herself. That would have done nothing but get her arrested as well for trying to free a monstrous creature, at least in their eyes, and likely have her dissected as a result. It may sound a little too far, but her boss really didn't like her just because of how she looked so she really wouldn't put it past him to do so. As she wondered what to do, Agent two suddenly arrived with a bunch of metal restraints, and a big metal box.

"Got those restraints boss!" Said Agent two as she held some of the restraints. "But can't get any doctors. All of them are on vacation." Upon hearing that, the boss groaned out.

"Well, that's just fucking great." Said the boss. "Now how the hell are we going to keep those bloody devils alive!? Someone's gotta stitch them back up before they die! And before they flood the entire base with their blood!" As the other agents were prepared to offer suggestions, Gwen saw an opportunity to save her friend and spoke out.

"I have training in the medicinal arts!" Yelled Gwen as she raised her hand, catching everyone's attention.

"You serious?" Asked agent one in surprise.

"Yes, sir." Said Gwen with a smile. "I don't have a degree in it, but I do have sufficient enough experience to stitch up wounds and stop bleeding. Plus, I'm an expert seamstress. Perhaps that can be helpful in tending to wounds?" As the other D.H.O.R.K.S. were thinking about this, wondering what to do about this.

"Well, seamstresses are steady with their hands." Said Agent two with a shrug.

"And you need that stitch up people." Said Agent one as he tapped his chin.

"Plus, we ain't got many options anyway." Mumbled the boss. Sighing he then looked at Gwen before speaking. "Alright, you can tend to the bloody devils, but if they die then you're fired! Got it?!"

"That's a bit harsh." Thought Gwen before speaking up. "Understood, sir! I won't let you down."

"Better not." Said the boss before instructing the other two agents to lead Gwen to the demons while he left to go speaks with some very important people in the U.S. government. The two agents saluted him before doing so. Skipping with them, Gwen pondered on ways to both free her friend and escape from this horrid place. As she was thinking, Agents one and two escorted her to the interrogation room the Imps were held, which turned out to be a few rooms down where Warwick was being held.

"Alright, you get this chick to the Imps." Said Agent One to Agent Two. "I'll go get a medical kit to help her out."

"That will certainly help." Said Gwen as the Agent left. Once he did, Gwen looked at Agent Two. "Will I really get fired for not saving the Imps? That seems rather harsh."

"Eh." Said Agent Two as she struggled to find the right words. Truth be told, it was rather harsh of the boss to fire the newbie for failing to save the demons. For all, they knew it was already too late and they could very likely be dead when the girl arrived. That werewolf really did a number against them. She knew the boss hated anime and anime-like stuff, but it was a bit unnecessary to go after this chick for looking like that stuff. "I'll vouch for you, but the boss really hates anime and stuff that reminds him of it. Sorry." Gwen pouted at that before the two entered. Upon seeing the damage that Warwick inflicted, Gwen winced.

One Imp was losing his left arm along with a good chunk of flesh while another looked like he fought a wolf with really strong claws, given how much of his flesh was filled with wounds caused by claws. Looking at their wounds, Gwen could honestly say that either Warwick was having an off day or the demons were extremely lucky. Normally there would be nothing left but meat and bones when Warwick was done killing people in his blood-crazed state. Aside from DNA tests and personal effects that weren't destroyed by Warwick, there would be nothing that can help people identify victims. She can attest to that, seeing such attacks when Warwick went out of control.

Seeing one spill a lot of blood, the one with white hair, Gwen immediately decided to focus on him first.

Walking over to the demon missing an arm, she ripped a portion of her uniform, the arm sleeves to be exact, and began making a makeshift tourniquet for him until proper medical supplies were here.

After she finished making the tourniquet, Gwen looked at the other demon and saw his open stomach was spilling out blood. Thus, Gwen ripped off the sleeves of her uniform's undershirt in order to create makeshift bandages. The moment she finished making them, Agent One arrived with a rather large medkit.

"Alright, girl." Said Agent One as he went over to Gwen and placed the medkit near her. "Here's the goods." He then looked over the demons and grimaced. "Sheesh. That's a lot to do. You sure you can patch these guys up? They sure took a beating."

"Well, I believe their non-human anatomy saved them already." Said Gwen as she looked at the rest of the wounds on the demons. "As I said, I don't have a medical degree, but I'm fairly certain that these two would have died if they were human. The amount of blood they've lost should have killed them if they were human."

"Yeah, I can see that." Said Agent Two. "The amount of blood they spilled. Like, whoa. That shit was a lot." Gwen ignored the cussing as she went to work. As she brought out her newly acquired medical supplies, she wondered how she was going to get Warwick out.

"Just stay calm, Gwen." Thought the girl as she went to work. First removing the makeshift tourniquets before she began doing her work. "First make sure these demons don't die from blood loss, then figure out a way to get Warwick free and out of here. Getting fired may happen because of that, but I don't care. I don't want to lose my only friend. Even if this organization is my best shot in achieving my goals." As she began disinfecting the wounds, of the white-haired demon, Gwen wondered if there was something she was missing. Something very important.

Millie

"So that's where the boys are being held?" Asked Millie as she and Loona saw the massive complex, guarded by two humans and huge searchlights, that Loona was eyeing.

"Yup. The boys' scent is coming there." Said Loona. "So, how do you want to go in? Stealthy or just plain out kill everyone that we see?"

"Sneaky way in first then the kill everyone route, duh." Said Millie as she grabbed a gun. "Let's get going. My Moxxie needs me." With that Loona ran over to the side of the main entrance and saw a secondary entranceway, one that wasn't being guarded.

"Got any ideas?" Asked Loona as Millie looked around until she spotted a vent close to the entrance.

"Lift me up to that vent." Said Millie, which Loona did. After some time of prying the vent open, Millie crawled in before opening the entranceway door for Loona. The two then sneaked in. As they carefully sneaked in, Loona asked a very important question.

"So, uh, what's the plan when Morde figures out what we did?" Asked Loona. "He's probably not going to be happy with what we pulled when we're supposed to be guarding his Overlord chick." Millie pursed her lips at that, realizing that Mordekaiser was something that she didn't take into account.

"Shit." Thought Millie, realizing that Mordekaiser will want an explanation for their lapse in the job he hired them. And if the excuse they gave him was awful in any way, then. Millie winced internally as she thought of the many possible ways that Mordekaiser will hurt them for this fuckup, especially about the part of the humans having found solid evidence of demons being real because of them. She was just so focused on getting Blitzo and Moxxie back that she didn't consider Mordekaiser.

"We'll have to destroy all the evidence relating to Hell." Said Millie as the two ran into the building, careful to not attract any attention or alert the guards. "Guess that means killing everyone in this building and whatever else they got on us. Like photos or videos. Right?"

"Yeah." Said Loona before scowling. "That is if they didn't send that shit to their superiors or other buildings. Shit. We're so screwed if that's the case. Morde's going kill us for this. Fuck, why didn't I talk you, little shitheads, out of this?! This job was such a bad fucking idea that it's going to bite us in the ass so much that our asses won't be recognizable to anyone." Before Millie could even argue with her, alarms began to sound all across the building when one agent spotted them in the security monitors and thus promptly raised the alarm. Now the whole base was on alert.

"Shit." Said Millie as the alarm system went off. "Looks like we got to fight our way to the boys. You with me?"

"Might as well." Said Loona as the two ran. "But just so you know, if we all die because of you idiots doing a job while Mordekaiser hired us, then I'm not talking to you guys again." Millie just stayed silent as she processed this, knowing that Loona was right. They themselves allowed themselves into this mess and know they were going to pay the price. Before she could even speak to Loona about all this, a group of human guards was upon them with melee weapons from ancient Japan. Upon seeing them, Millie growled along with Loona before they began massacring the humans.

Meanwhile

Gwen

Gwen has just finished wrapping up the white-haired demon's last wounds when the alarms went off.

"What is going on? Are we under attack?" Asked Gwen as she stopped momentarily from tending to the demons to see alarms blaring out.

"Fuck. We're under attack!" Yelled Agent Two as she brought out a pistol.

"Frick!" Yelled Agent One. "Of all the things that had to happen, this happened!" He then looked at Gwen. "You finished stitching those two?" Gwen blinked at that before replying yes.

"But what do you intend to do?" Asked Gwen as she looked at the two agents. "They wouldn't help you after you captured them. Even if they did, they are in no condition to fight at all."

"That ain't what we're going to use them for." Said Agent One as he looked at the demons. "We may need to use them as hostages if the situation calls for it." Upon hearing that, Gwen wasn't really sure that she liked the idea of using wounded people as hostages, even if they're demons.

"Sir, I must protest at such an action." Said Gwen with a frown. "These demons have suffered enough already, we shouldn't be putting them more suffering. Mercy is what separates us from Demons, yes? Besides, aren't Demons typically depicted as ruthless and without care to others, even their own kind?"

"Well, yeah." Said Agent One after a slight pause upon hearing all that. "But it's either that or a lot more of us die from whatever is attacking us. It's worth a try, at least, yeah?"

"I…suppose." Said Gwen as she put thought into the idea. Upon seeing her hesitance, Agent Two jumped in.

"Yeah, it's way more important for us to save more of our guys than being naïve, right?" Asked Agent Two as she placed a hand on Gwen's shoulder. "After all, we're the first line of defense against paranormal activity. We need all the guys we can get in order to be effective, right? You also don't want more of us to die, yeah?"

"Well, yes and yes, but…" Agent One then interrupted Gwen.

"Don't worry, girl." Said Agent One as he appeared behind her. "We ain't going to harm them in any shape or form. That would actually be counterproductive. Especially with demons. Besides, they're already badly hurt. Not like we need to do anymore." Gwen continued to be hesitant at all this, torn between being morally right and being practical. Between being an upright person and saving the lives of her fellow agents. Thinking it through a bit, Gwen wondered what to do when an idea suddenly came up to him. A slightly devious plan, but a plan nonetheless.

"Alright." Said Gwen. "But you better promise me that no more harm will be inflicted on these demons. They've suffered enough already. Any more and they will likely die. And they wouldn't be good hostages, yes?"

"Oh definitely." Agreed Agent One. "A dead hostage is useless to us right now. Especially with Demons. You got our word that nothing will happen to them. We promise." Gwen smiled at that, trusting them, putting her plan into action.

"And, like insurance, perhaps we should have the werewolf be a hostage as well." Suggested Gwen, surprising both Agents. When asked why the hell they should do that, Gwen explained. "Well, they may be after him instead of the other demons. You did say that he mauled these two to near death." She pointed at the two demons, all patched up and barely conscious still. "He must be quite strong to maul two demons to near death, wouldn't you say? Perhaps whoever is attacking us would want him, yes?"

"Hmm…she's got a point." Said Agent Two as she put a finger near her chin. "And that thing would have killed the demons if it weren't for us."

"Yeah. Probably would come for him if I was a demon." Said Agent One, agreeing with Gwen and his fellow agent. "And if worse comes to worst, we can get that werewolf to go and fight the intruders here. Let that thing deal with them." He then shrugged. "Well alright, might as well give it a shot. Who knows? They might end up killing each other and we can still use their corpses as proof. Alright. Let's get that wolf." Agent Two smiled at that, liking the idea.

"Yeah, hopefully, he hasn't gotten loose because that would be a big problem." Said Agent Two as she remembered no one went in to restrain that werewolf. Gwen, however, secretly hoped that he did. So that, not only would her friend be safe, but she wouldn't be risking her job in helping him break out of here. Warwick would have wanted her to complete her life goal. He, much to Gwen's disappointment and sadness, believed her goal was more important than him. It saddened her greatly that her friend thought so little of himself. That goal was more important than his own life. It hurt her that he still didn't believe himself worthy of her affection and friendship, even after living with her for some time.

"Oh, Warwick." Thought Gwen with pain flowing through her body. "You're worth more than you give yourself credit for." She was taken away from her thoughts when Agent Two said that she was going to escort the demons to the werewolf. Upon hearing that, Gwen volunteered to help. After grabbing the white-haired demon, Gwen followed the two agents as they made their way to the interrogation room where Warwick was being kept. As she was walking, she felt the white-haired demon grabbing the chest portion of her uniform with his remaining arm. Surprised at this, Gwen looked at the demon as he tried to stir up, disoriented a bit from the painkillers that she had given him.

"Millie." Slurred the demon as he looked at Gwen with hazed eyes. "Millie. Is she safe?" Gwen, hearing that, felt a pang of shock at hearing a demon care for something other than themselves. At first, she thought she was fooling herself, but then the demon kept talking. "Millie, I'm sorry. I should have argued against the plan more. I should have denied the hit in the first place. Now I'm a fucking cripple. A useless fucking cripple." The demon then placed his face on Gwen's chest and began to cry. "I'm fucking sorry, Millie! I'm fucking sorry that I made myself more useless than normal. I'm sorry! Please don't leave me. I'm sorry!" As the demon cried into her chest, Gwen felt sympathy and pity for it. This thing wasn't like the demons from the bible or the stories featuring demons. This thing was more like a human being in how it acted. It cried, had an apparent lover, and can feel things other than negative emotions. It was a living being. A living being that can feel and think like her. Like a human.

Unsure of what to think of all this, Gwen monetarily stopped herself before being bumped into by Agent One.

"You okay?" Asked Agent One as he turned around to look at Gwen, who had a crying demon, bawling his eyes out on her chest, making him raise an eyebrow. Upon hearing the question, Gwen replied back.

"Of course. Just taken aback by this demon." Said Gwen truthfully as she looked at the demon. Agent One, seeing the demon still crying, nodded at that.

"Yeah." Said Agent One. "I would be taken aback too. Well, better get going. Don't want to be out here when whoever is attacking finds us, right?" Gwen nodded at that before following Agent Two again. As she did, she couldn't help but wonder what this new information meant. And if demons are the monsters as they tend to be depicted as.

Soon they were at Warwick's room and found him still asleep, the drugs that were used on him still in effect.

"Okay, good it's still asleep." Said Agent One. "Alright, gather them all together then call for backup. I got a plan."

Meanwhile

"Get the fuck out of my way!" Yelled Millie as she decapitated another human with her ax before breaking the neck of another with a kick. Loona, meanwhile, was stabbing a man to death with a knife before shooting another with a pistol. She was soon finished with her two kills once Millie killed another five with her ax. Panting a bit, Millie asked Loona if they're getting close.

"Yup." Said Loona as she sniffed the air. "We're close." She then grabbed Millie as she made a running dash towards where Moxxie and Blitzo were at. As Loona ran, Millie was thinking of Mordekaiser and how he will react to hearing everything about this as well as the hit they did a bit ago, ignoring all the death and destruction Loona was causing as she ran.

Obviously, after everything that happened to them, it was a huge mistake to go on that hit mission. They all thought that it would be a quick and easy assignment that would have no repercussions on them, but now look at what happened. Moxxie and Blitzo were hurt and captured. Hell will probably be proven to exist along with Heaven. Mordekaiser will find out and will probably kill them all before having Thresh torture their souls for all eternity. Perhaps even punishing Stolas himself when words get out that it was his grimoire that caused all this to happen in the first place and Lucifer allows Mordekaiser to be the axeman for Stolas' punishment. And, worst of all, she might be separated permanently from her Moxxie.

She gritted her teeth when she recalled her telling him not to worry. That they'll be done with this mission quick so they can go back to just watching Rosie. Why the fuck didn't she listen to him?! Curse her want for bloodlust and confidence. If she just sided with Moxxie instead of siding with their boss then maybe they wouldn't be in this mess right now! Screaming at herself, she wondered if she could ever forgive herself if Moxxie and Blitzo died. For not convincing Blitzo to now go on that mission. To try to convince him to just stay and watch Rosie until Mordekaiser told them they didn't have to do it anymore. And for not being there to help the boys against the wolf thing that attacked them. This and a bunch of more thoughts peppered her mind as Loona ran. They only stopped when Loona yelled out that the boys' scent was the strongest at the door right up ahead. Upon hearing that, Millie got out of the bag and ran with Loona to the door that she spoke of.

Stopping right at the door, the two ladies got ready for a fight before Loona kicked down the door. What they saw completely stunned them.

A group of humans with a variety of close-combat weapons, barring a few, were surrounding Blitzo and Moxxie and, to Millie's rage, the monster that attacked the boy Imps. All three were tied up together with robe and metal bindings with the three of them in varying degrees of consciousness. Blitzo and Moxxie seemed to be the most conscious as when they saw the girls, they immediately panicked, especially when Blitzo laid his eyes on Loona. Blitzo tried to speak to her but with the pain wracking through his body despite the painkillers in his system along with the gag in his mouth, he couldn't speak. Upon seeing the pained look on her adopted dad, Loona let out a snarl before transforming into her true form and speaking.

"Alright, you shitheads." Said Loona as she bared her Hellhound teeth at the humans, who all looked brave despite the fact these two killed a lot of their colleagues on their way here. "You got about two fucking seconds to hand over all those shitheads before I start getting ripping your heads off, tearing your skulls from them, and then pissing on the both of them. Got that!?"

"Try it and say bye-bye to your fellow demon friends." Said Agent One as he pointed a pistol at Blitzo. "Counter deal. You surrender now and we'll take you all into our custody. Where you'll all probably be interrogated and taken to the public to prove that D.H.O.R.K.S. isn't a bunch of crazy conspiracy nuts and a waste of money and that demons are real. I mean, sounds shitty I know, but it's a hella lot better than what you offered. So, what's it gonna be?" Growing at the human, Millie spoke up.

"I got a better idea." Said Millie as she eyed all the humans, even the weird one with blue hair. She gave a look at Moxxie, telling him that everything was alright, before speaking up again. "You all die and we take our boys back! And have that wolf bastard for a pelt! Because that's the only that thing is going to be useful now after that thing hurt my Moxxie!" One of the humans, the one with natural-looking blue hair, Gwen, glared at Millie for that, but Millie didn't care. When she saw that none of the humans were responding to the deal, she snapped. Fuck it, time for plan B.

She then swung her ax towards the agent that spoke, causing him to yelp before ducking causing another agent to receive the ax instead to his head, killing him. Millie then pulled out two pistols and fired them, killing scores of other humans as well, leaving only a handful left. Once her guns ran out, Millie then charged towards the remaining humans with two knives. Upon seeing this, Gwen, bearing an angry look on her face while bringing out something from behind her. Seeing this Millie just readied herself to fight this one personally when the object Gwen brought out was a pair of blue scissors, shocking Millie. Stopping a bit, Millie looked at the girl and the pair of scissors she brought out.

The scissors weren't anything special. They looked to be about the same size as a regular pair of scissors with one handle being longer and bigger than the other. Before Millie could even question this, everyone was then flabbergasted when the scissors suddenly increased in size, becoming almost comical in size, surpassing Gwen in height. Then, as if that wasn't enough, Gwen summoned forth some sort of strange mist that covered her entire figure in blue mist, preventing anyone from seeing her. As the mist formed around her body, the Imps and Hellhound could have sworn this mist felt similar to Mordekaisers' own mist along with those of his people.

Soon, the mist was gone and Gwen was back in the dress she wore when she first came to D.H.O.R.K.S.

"That's done." Said Gwen before returning to glare at Millie while everyone was flabbergasted at what just happen. "Now, let's make a new deal. You surrender peacefully and I won't have to snipe you in half!" As she was negotiating, the other human agents were either in awe of her or shocked at what she did.

"Oh shit. The boss isn't going to like this." Said Agent Two as she rubbed her eyes to see if they weren't playing tricks on her. A few other surviving agents nodded their heads in agreement. They all knew of their boss's hatred for anime and, after what the new girl did today, he was going to have a stroke.

"Yeah." Said Agent One as he adjusted his glasses as he processed what happened. "The fuck, is she? She ain't resembling any demon I've ever heard of." The girl ignored the rambling of her fellow colleagues to continue talking with the two female demons.

"Now, either surrender peacefully, or I get snipping." Said Gwen as cordially as she possibly could while also being threatening as well. "Because no one threatens my only friend and gets away with it." Upon hearing that, Millie glared at the girl while the other humans widened their eyes in shock at hearing that Gwen was friends with the werewolf.

"You mean to tell me, your friends with that fucking thing!?" Yelled Millie as she pointed at the werewolf, who was still unconscious. This was a shocking revelation, but one that also angered Millie. Any friend of that thing was an enemy to her after what that thing did to her boss and husband.

"That thing has a name." Said Gwen, obviously angry with how rude Millie was being to her friend. "His name is Warwick and he's worth more than your Moxxie is." Upon hearing that, Millie glared at the girl.

"You take that back if you don't want to end up in tiny pieces!" Yelled Millie as she held up her knives. No one insulted her Moxxie like that! Loona, meanwhile, was slowly making her way to the boys, intending to jump the remaining humans and get them out of here with Stolas' book. Gwen, however, didn't take it back and simply spoke.

"I won't take it back, nor will I end up in tiny pieces." Said Gwen as she brandished her scissors. "Because I will not be defeated by a demon. Not when I have a mission to accomplish." Millie growled at that before giving Loona a quick glance. Seeing the Hellhound was so close to the boys, Millie gave her a nod before she pounced on the blue-haired girl. Upon seeing this, Gwen blocked several of Millie's swings with her scissors. Thus, the two battled it out. While this was happening, Loona pounced on the other humans and either swatted them aside with her tail or bit their heads right off. Once they were all knocked down or killed, Loona cut Moxxie and Blitzo from the thing called Warwick. Much as she wanted revenge for that thing hurting her dad, now was not the time. They needed to get them safe now.

Pouncing away from Millie's fight with that blue-haired anime girl, Loona held the boys in one hand while she brought out Stolas' grimoire with the other. Looking at Blitzo, Loona could see he was fully aware of what was happening and was looking at his adopted girl. Though he couldn't say anything because of the gag, Loona could see his eyes held sorrow and regret at what happened. Feeling a ping of pity for him, Loona wanted to comfort him but stopped at the last minute. She wasn't going to let her true feelings for Blitz out just yet. Not with all these humans around.

Opening the book, she activated the spell that opened a portal back to their office. With the portal opened, Loona was about to throw the boys into it when a human agent tackled her, sending her and the boys to the ground.

"Argh! Fuck off, pervert!" Yelled Loona as she bit the head of the one that tackled her before pulling it right off the human's body, killing them. Spitting out the head, Loona looked over to the boys and saw them spilling blood again, their wounds reopening after that tackle. Cursing at this, Loona grabbed them and was about to go through the portal again when it suddenly closed. Blinking at this, Loona was about to open another portal again when several agents came at her with swords.

Dodging their slashes and stabs, Loona tossed the book and boys away before she began to cut and bite her foes with her claws and mouth. As this was happening, Blitzo was spitting out his gag. It hurt him greatly, but it was worth it. Looking at the fights happening, Blitzo tried to free himself, but couldn't because of just how much pain he was in. All that moving and crashing caused his wounds to reopen and he could feel his bandages being stained black with blood. Still, powering through it all, Blitzo tried to free himself. Both Millie and Loona needed him. So did Moxxie as well. He wasn't going to let them down twice today. He already did it once by making them go on the mission that caused all this shit to happen. He wasn't going to let them down again so soon.

Ripping his arm free, Blitzo tried to rip the other one free when Millie came over to him and sliced his binds open. Now free, Blitzo wanted to say thanks to Millie but she was currently busy fighting that weird human chick with blue hair, who was currently giving Millie the fight of her life. Moxxie tried to help out his wife, but with only one arm, and the drugs and pain in his system, he couldn't do much but give his wife a look of confidence.

Trying to get up, Blitzo yelled out in pain as his broken spine flared up in pain, forcing him back down. Grunting, Blitzo tried to get up again, only for a human head to roll up in front of him, filled with bite marks.

"The fuck are you doing Blitz!" Yelled Loona as she ripped the throat out of another human while more showed up to fight her. "You can't do shit with what you've been through! Just let us handle it!"

"Fuck that!" Yelled Blitzo through the pain. It hurt to speak right now, but that wasn't going to stop him from speaking his mind. "I got us into this fucking mess. I ain't going to sit out of it if I have anything to say about it. So, hand me a fucking gun, Loona. Daddies got some bitches to…argh." Blitzo then felt his stomach, lungs, and chest flare-up in pain from all the talking he did. Loona grunted at that before reaching into her backpack and tossing Blitz a shotgun. Grabbing the gun, Blitzo was about to fire it when the girl that fought Millie saw him grab it. This caused her to take her fight with Millie over to him. Upon getting close to Blitzo, she opened up her scissor blades and placed them between Blitzo's arms. Then, before Blitzo could do anything, she closed them and sliced Blitzo's arms in half.

Screaming out in pain, Blitzo watched as his now stumps of arms spilled out black blood as Millie cried out in shock at this. She then glared at the girl that caused it as she led the fight elsewhere.

"You bitch!" Yelled Millie before charging at her with her knives. The two then battled it out more as Millie fought with reckless savagery that came from grief and hatred while Gwen fought with precision and a desire to protect her colleagues and only friend from these demons that wish them harm. As she fought, Gwen realized that the female hound was tearing through her colleagues with ease, especially the ones that kept coming in to stop her. If she didn't do anything, more will die and soon she'll be faced with two combatants.

Realizing what she needed to do, she gulped internally before she yelled out something that may cause even more damage than what was happening now.

"Warwick! I need you!" Yelled Gwen as she blocked another attack from Millie with as much desperation and fear she could put into those words as she possibly can. A few seconds later, she heard someone roar. A roar that she was all too familiar with.

Hearing the roar again, Gwen looked at Warwick to see him break free of his restraints, his eyes glowing red. Looking back at Gwen, Warwick was about to launch an attack on Millie when Gwen pointed at Loona, tearing apart another agent with her claws, even as she looked at Warwick, full of rage. Seeing what she was pointing to, Warwick roared out a challenge before pouncing on the Hellhound.

Few seconds ago

Warwick

"Warwick I need you!" The words of his only compatriot in his life, one that actually cared about him, made their way to Warwick's brain, despite the drugs and anesthetics in his system. Hearing those words along with the fear and desperation in them caused Warwick to start fighting the drugs in his system more. He had been fighting them ever since they've been pumped into his veins. Slowly he was winning the fight and had he'd been left alone, he would have shaken off their effects and tried to escape the clutches of those that captured him in the first place. But hearing the desperation in Gwen's voice. It caused him to snape and try hard to free himself from the drugs' effect on his body. He failed someone once before, he wasn't going to fail another again. With rage in his heart along with the desire to protect Gwen, Warwick was powering through the drugs in his systems. Eventually, Warwick's cybernetics began to sense his anger at what was causing Gwen distress and began to do their work. Pumping chemicals and other drugs into his systems, mixing in with those already in his bloodstreams, Warwick roared out in pain as the chemicals did what they were supposed to. Within moments, Warwick's eyes opened up, and with a loud roar, the biggest yet, echoed through the room, catching everyone's attention, even Blitz despite the pain he was in from Gwen's attack. Then, without much effort, Warwick ripped himself free from the restraints that were keeping him in place before getting up. Once he stood on his two hind legs, Warwick roared out again as his metal claw began to glow hot red. He then looked at Gwen, his only true friend.

Upon seeing who she was fighting against, Warwick was prepared to fight that red-skinned demon when Gwen pointed at some sort of silver and gray dog-like humanoid, who was killing some human with her claws while looking at him. Seeing who Gwen wanted him to hurt, Warwick roared out before pouncing at the dog thing as she dropped the human, she killed to face him.

The female humanoid dog didn't even have time to gasp when Warwick was upon her, crashing into her and began trying to bite her neck off, roaring all the way.

"Get the fuck off me!" Yelled Loona as she tried to push Warwick off to no avail. The best she could do was try to keep Warwick from closing his jaws around her neck and was slowly failing at it as Warwick was just stronger than her. As his jaws grew closer and closer to Loona's neck, Blitzo cried out for Millie to do something, but the female Imp was too busy fighting Gwen, who was keeping her busy with her scissors. Seeing this, Blitzo gritted his teeth as he got up.

Powering through the pain he felt through his body, Blitzo stood on his two legs. Ignoring the pain of his damaged spine and his stumps for arms, Blitzo charged at Warwick as his teeth were literally an inch from Loona's neck. Just as Warwick was about to close in for the kill, Blitzo tackled him with his body. Although he didn't even move Warwick an inch, the move surprised the werewolf enough that he backhanded Blitzo away, sending him straight into a wall, injuring him further. This moment of lapse of attention was enough for Loona to get her feet on Warwick's stomach so she can attempt to push him off her. With all her strength, Loona pushed Warwick off her, sending him flying a few inches away from her. Landing on his own two feet, Warwick growled as Loona got up, panting from using all her strength to push him off her. Roaring out, Warwick was about to attack her when a couple of D.H.O.R.K.S. agents tackled the Hellhound to the ground and dogpiled her, surprising the cybernetic werewolf as they ganged up on Loona and beat her down with clubs and sticks.

Looking towards Gwen, Warwick saw her continue to fight Millie with a bunch of humans around them. Growling at his, Warwick got on all fours and readied himself. Upon seeing an opening, Warwick launched himself at Millie after Gwen launched an attack that sent the Imp skidding across the floor. Millie didn't have time to react when Warwick was upon her, crashing into her and having her head in his mouth.

"Millie!" Yelled out Moxxie as he saw this happen, horrified at his wife getting attack by Warwick. He tried to get up to help his wife but was stopped by Agent One and Two, who snickered deviously.

"Hot damn!" Yelled Agent One as he looked at Warwick, who was holding Millie in his mouth. The female Imp tried to fight back but Warwick threatened to rip her head off and had his claws around her arms, preventing her from doing anything. "That thing is a beast! That thing dealt with both bitches with ease! Glad he's on our side!"

"Yeah!" Said Agent Two as she looked at the corpse of a dead colleague. "And Jessica dead too! Good! That bitch deserved it!" She then looked around her, seeing only a half a dozen agents still left alive, out of the two dozen that were here initially and those that came in to help them, before looking at Gwen who was returning her scissors to normal. The strange girl then walked towards the werewolf with a smile on her face. A small one, but a smile, nonetheless. "Honestly, the boss would be stupid as fuck if he wanted to fire you after all this! You and that dog saved all our asses!" She then saw the head of a fellow agent roll in front of her. "Well, those still alive anyway." Gwen just frowned at that before speaking.

"I suppose, but please refrain from calling Warwick a dog or beast. He saved you all after all." Said Gwen while Warwick glared at the other humans with red, glowing eyes that were now turning back to their normal coloration, making them all wince.

"Yeah, I guess that's fair." Said Agent One as he rubbed his head. He then looked at a nameless agent and ordered them to find the boss and more guys to help secure the area. He then ordered another nameless agent to find a janitor for the mess and to contact the morgue. They got a lot of work to do.

The two agents did what they were told and were about to make way for the door when suddenly the door closed. Blinking at this, the agents were about to try to open it when suddenly one of them exploded without warning, shocking everyone.

The room then began to darken as shadows began to form all around the room, scaring everyone but Warwick, who growled.

"Who dares hurt my little Blitzy?" Said a demonic voice as red eyes began to form from the shadows. Soon the bodies all around everyone began to move on their own while Agent Two screamed out in pain as something began to take over her mind.

"Two, what's wrong!?" Yelled out Agent One as he saw his partner scream while everyone else besides him was either getting stabbed by tendrils of pure darkness or were getting grabbed by them and pulled into the growing shadows, screaming all the way. Two eventually stopped screaming and turned around to face One. When she did, he gasped out loud in fear.

Her eyes weren't their usual color, being red now. And her face was distorted in a crazed smile showing teeth.

"What's wrong demon hunter?" Asked Two in a demonic, male voice as she looked at Gwen, One, and Warwick, who growled at her, staying his hand in order to keep the female Imp in his arms and mouth in check, who was still fighting him, struggling to get out of his tight grip. "Can't stand a real demon?" Agent Two then began to demonically laugh as several other agents, both dead and living, began to form a demonic circle. The moment it was complete, Agent Two began to barf out some black sludge, and soon all the black shadows around the room consolidated around the circle before forming into a massless shadow with four demonic red eyes. Grabbing everyone, baring the Imps and Hellhound, with massive tendrils, the shadowy monster roared at all of them, causing Warwick to bite tightly on Millie, drawing blood. Seeing this, the shadowy monster let everyone go and began to consolidate into a single, rather tall, being. The shadows then dissipated revealing an owl-like demon with four demonic eyes, wearing clothes fit for a king. It was Stolas, current head of the Goetia family and owner of the Grimoire that Blitzo and his company used to carry out their assassination missions on Earth. And currently, his expression was one of anger, all of which was directed at the humans before him along with that hellhound knock-off.

Through his sources, he found out that his previous Blitzy and his employees were captured by humans and that they were terribly injured by some Hellhound. While disappointed at hearing Blitzo was captured by humans, as that would cause trouble for him as well for his Grimoire was to be in his possession and his possession alone, hearing him be harmed by a Hellhound was something that caught Stolas' attention quickly. No one harmed his little Blitzy. Those that do will suffer eternally for it.

So, when upon hearing the whole story, Stolas quickly used his powers to find where Blitzo was and what was currently happening to him. What he found was something that brought him great rage.

Not only was Blitzo in a terrible condition, but his precious little hands were cut off by a blue-haired human bitch in a dress with oversized scissors. Those hands gave Stolas much pleasure during his annual meetups with Blitzo and he was going to make that bitch suffer for cutting them off and causing his Blitzo so much pain. He heard his screams of pain and it hurt his demonic heart to hear his Blitzy in pain. The other Imps and Hellhound he could care less of, they weren't worth his time nor did he bother learning their names, Blitzo was all that mattered to Stolas and he was going to make these humans pay for hurting him. Along with that Hellhound knock-off with metal parts all over his body. It didn't take much from Stolas to learn that it was that one that hurt his Blitzy. Both him and that blue-haired bitch will pay dearly.

Glaring at all the humans and Hellhound knock-off, Stolas spoke up.

"Tell me, humans." Said Stolas with rage coming in his voice as he tapped his hips with his long fingers while shadows formed around the humans and Hellhound knock off. Gwen, seeing this, brought out her large scissors and the other remaining humans readied their weapons, though they were currently shaking in their feet from seeing the powerful demon, while Warwick spat out Millie from his mouth, sending her flying to the wall, knocking her out, before extending out his metal claws. Seeing them prepare for a fight amused Stolas a bit, but only a bit, and did nothing to abate his rage. "Did you really believe you can harm the lover of one of the most powerful demons in Hell and get away with it?" Not giving any of them a chance to speak, Stolas then launched a shadow tendril to tightly wrap Gwen into submission. The girl yelped as she was tightly wrapped around by the tendril, causing a roar to come from Warwick. He then looked at Stolas and was about to jump towards him when several tendrils suddenly impaled him in the chest and stomach.

"Warwick!" Yelled Gwen out in concern for her friend as she saw this. Before she could do anything, she was brought before Stolas along with Warwick. Looking at the eyes of the demon, Gwen tried to move but couldn't.

"Well?" Demand Stolas as he looked at the eyes of the girl. "Did you?" Hearing no response from the girl, he had several more tendrils impale the one called Warwick, this time impaling his snout, causing Gwen to cry out at this. "Did you!?" Seeing that Stolas wanted an answer, Gwen replied.

"No." Said Gwen as she struggled against the tendril, not to escape, but to do something she never tried before. "We didn't even know that one of those demons had a lover as powerful as you."

"Well one of them did." Said Stolas as he grabbed Gwen's face. He was momentarily surprised at feeling it. Her flesh. It wasn't like normal human skin or skin at all. It wasn't as smooth-like as normal skin. It was more akin to the feeling of…wool or cotton. Surprising, but that didn't matter to Stolas at all. "And you and that Hellhound knock-off will pay the price." He then grabbed Gwen's hands. "Starting with those hands." Widening her eyes, Gwen shook in fear as Stolas began to dig into her wrists, drawing blood as he cut into her skin with those sharp fingers of his. Whimpering in pain, Gwen looked at Warwick as he tried to free himself, obviously enraged at what Stolas was doing to Gwen with how his eyes were back to their reddened state. He tried to bite the tendrils or claw them off, but all his struggling did was cause the tendrils to tighten around his body, eventually forcing him to stay perfectly still. Try all he could, Warwick couldn't free himself.

Her fellow agents, seeing this torture, were about to help out, when several tendrils wrapped around them and tied them up nicely, taking them out of the picture. And the door leading to the room was blocked by a shadowy mass, preventing people from getting in.

Realizing no one was coming to help her, Gwen shed a few tears before she began to cast her last moment of defiance.

As Stolas was clawing into her flesh, he felt a sharp pain coming from his body. Looking down he saw a massive sewing needle in his gut. Before he could process this, three more needles were launched into his gut before being followed by five more, sending him skittering back a bit as the large sewing needles impaled his gut before going through and impaling the wall behind him. Spitting out black blood, Stolas looked to see Gwen's bleeding hands were pointing at him. Connecting the dots, Stolas snarled before sending a tendril through Gwen's own gut.

"You bitch!" Yelled Stolas before having the tendril erupt several spikes through Gwen's body, causing her to scream in pain as blood spilled from her wounds. "A little act of defiance before your death, hmm? Well, that cost you plenty dear. I was going to torture you and your mutt for only a little while. Say a few hundred years? But after this? Let's do it all for eternity." Gwen spat out the blood at that, glaring weakly at Stolas, who simply smiled darkly. He then turned to Blitzo and was about to summon a portal to get him and his colleagues out of here when suddenly a massive booming voice spoke out.

"You will do no such thing, Stolas." Said a dark, booming voice that Stolas knew all too well. Then, before he could do anything, a massive dark portal of dark green and black formed in the middle of the room, and out of it came a massive dark figure. A figure that Stolas knew all too well.

Though she was weakened at what just happened to her, Gwen looked at the portal along with everyone else and widened her eyes at what she saw.

"M-Mordekaiser." Thought Gwen as she saw the Iron Revenant coming out of the portal, his eyes glowing brightly with rage as he looked at what occurred before his arrival.
