The rest of the week went by fast once I came up with the perfect routine and started following it. Thanks to that my gains were both large and small.

The first day, the one right after my first dungeon dive, was very slow.

I spent most of the first day at the Arcane Enchanter trying to notice the clue that points out to the Enchantment being too strong for the piece of armour or weapon.

It took a lot, and the clue was very simple and I curse myself for not noticing it sooner, but it did help me level up my Enchantment Skill a few times. The clue was quite simple: The runes would start flashing after I set them all in place.

Then I spent the rest of the day with Aela, Gnoll and Farkas in the dungeon to see how well some Enchantments worked. Needless to say that Aela fell in love with her new quiver and bow.

I enchanted the quiver so that it turns any arrows that has been placed inside it into an explosive arrow. As for the bow, I enchanted it so that it shoots arrows three times faster. Aela drawing speed is quite fast and her aim is even better, coupled with arrows that explode and fly as fast as bullets now, she is a force to be feared.

The idea of Enchanting the quiver came to me when I thought about Enchanting arrows one by one, but that would be a waste of Soul Gems. To not say that I can't put Enchantments on such small and thin items. Which also meant that I can't Enchant rings and necklaces either.

I also gave Aela three quivers with Fire, Ice and Lightning Enchantments too, one for element for quiver. Wish I could put the Chaos Enchantment on something but nothing can't handle an Enchantment so powerful, and I doubt I have the skill to put it on. The most I can do is a threefold Enchantments, if I go beyond that then the Enchantment will dissolve and all the runes will disappear.

The only problem with the quiver is the fact that it takes an entire minute to fully enchant all the arrows. While it's short, if Aela runs out of arrows in the middle of the fight then that would be a problem. That's why I gave her three additional quivers too, because so she can have them full of arrows inside her Spatial Storage, which is apparently a very common and easy spell to do.

Then Gnoll and Farkas helped out with the physical related Enchantments.

The speed boots work perfectly, albeit one has to get used to the large increase in speed or they would just trip over and roll on the ground very painfully.

The strength Enchantments worked perfectly as well, but I already knew that as I had tested them the day before. Farkas ended up enjoying them quite a lot.

The recovery enchantments were the biggest surprise though. It cuts the time it takes you to heal in half, but I didn't know that was magically related too. Farkas went and cut his own arm to test out the helm, but of course that would some time to see the effect, so I went and healed him.

Then Aela told Farkas to remove the helm and cut the same place again and make the wound the same size. When I healed him again it took double the time.

It was a nice discovery honesty. I can give one such helm to anyone in critical conditions and then it would be much easier to heal them.

The only problem was that it was taking me a lot to level up the Enchanting skill, and I needed it over level 25 as soon as possible so that I could put even stronger Enchantments on the multitude of gear I plan of making and giving those coming to fight the dragon. To go from level 20 to level 21 in the Enchanting skill I had to Enchant more than fifty items. And while my Enchanting speed is quite fast now, I still need to take hour long breaks when my headaches won't disappear by using Mana Potions.

And so I made the decision of focusing myself on Enchanting for yet another day, and that's how the second day went by, with me suffering from horrible headaches over and over while creating more than three-hundred Enchanted items. Most of them were one-shot Enchanted Weapons for maximum damage to use in dire times, while probably a hundred of them were to be given out.

I made a fair bit of Enchanted gauntlets and boots just to be safe too, as they make the wielders stronger and faster too. Of course once the fight is over I will take all the Enchanted gear back as it is far too dangerous to leave it in the hands of others.

Only Aela and Farkas will keep theirs, and maybe the other Companions that will join, because they are the only group of people I can trust.

And then the third day started with the worse news possible. A dragon had been sighted flying around the mountain peaks up north of Whiterun. Quite a large distance yes, but Alduin flew across half the region in minutes.

That spurred me to spend the whole day inside the Daedric Dungeon and constantly pick a fight with the large army of spiders by the first tower. But anytime I would get a bit too close to the tower, a giant arachne would come out and force me to run away.

I don't think I can fight against something that can use healing spells and throws literal javelins of ice without a care. So even when I had more than half of my Mana left I had to run away and wait for the bitch to go back inside the tower so I could resume my assault on the large army of spiders. It was impossible to kill the damn thing even with a giant Malboro to assist in the fight, mostly because the plant monster is too slow, and it quickly gets skewered by ice javelins.

I did try to go down the tunnels inside the ground, but I would find just one or two massive spiders inside and that was it, it was rare to even find some small chests with gold or even old looking weapons. It's unfortunate that the good stuff is deep into the dungeon.

Either way, I focused mostly on using my Pyrokinesis to aid myself in levelling up my Destruction Skill while also keeping up Oakflesh for the Alteration skill. And after a long day full of fire and screeching spiders, I was finally able to reach level 25 in my Destruction skill.

I fear how long it will take to reach level 100.

But the gains were worth it. I could throw large balls of fire, shoot piercing rays of electricity, set a large area on fire with just a thought thanks to a spell called 'Immolation' that I read about on a book or throw a slow moving orb of lightning that shoots ray of electricity at anything in range, thanks to a spell called 'Crackle'.

It's kind of cheating that while everyone needs to train hard to cast a spell, I can simply think about it and cast it easily as long as it's within my available classes and I know exactly what said spells do.

The only bad thing was that it was taking far too long to level up my Druid Job. Even after an entire day inside the dungeon, I was only able to reach level 28. After I hit level 25, going up in levels became several times harder. I don't know if this will happen again after I hit level 50, but I hope not.

Another thing that happened was Fenrir growing quite a bit bigger. After the whole day in the dungeon I noticed that she went from her usual five meters of height and length to eight meters. She was still the very adorable pup that loves chewing on trees and digging craters into the garden, but now her breath attacks were several times stronger and she could shoot more of them and at a faster rate.

I don't think I will call her out to fight the dragon as I do not want to risk loosing her, mostly because I also don't know what to expect.

The fourth day is when the alchemy boom happened and dozens of carriages were leaving Whiterun almost every hour, and since all the additional alchemists were hired I decided to visit Ariana and fill up the other dozens of boxes and barrels during the morning. Luckily, it didn't take long since there were three dozen people helping around.

After I was done with that I didn't have time to go into the Dungeon to level up as Aurash came to me after finally finishing her armour and weapons, so of course I instantly bought it all home and started putting on the strongest Enchantments I could I could.

I put 'Boost. Physical. Fourfold.' on the gauntlets. Same for speed, regeneration and defence on the boots, helmet and armour respectively. All fourfold, because that's the highest I can put, as fivefold Enchantments do not hold because my skill level is too low. Too bad that armour comes in as chestpiece and pants, else I could have put an additional Enchantment on it.

Needless to say that whoever wears this armour will be a monster. And since Aurash can add Oakflesh and the Berserker rage on top of it, she will be even more powerful.

And then the last item to Enchant was the massive sword that Eourlund created, the man stated that the sword was one of his greatest pieces, so of course I had to put a very powerful Enchantment on it to honour his work.

Blast. Lightning. Wave. Twenty.

It was utter destruction. I wanted the wave to be bigger and also add the Fire element to it, but I'm not able to add two elements unfortunately. Still, I can't wait to see Aurash give this baby a swing against the dragon. Actually, I can't wait to see her in action with both the armour and greatsword.

I had already prepared everything. Enchanted one shot weapons, Enchanted weapons, gauntlets and boots. Enchanted helms for emergencies. I had also made some strong Enchanted equipment for Irileth too under Farengar's request, and I didn't mind it that much.

Speaking of Farengar, he is a terrifying quick learner. He should be able to create his first Enchanted item by the end of the month, and he'll only get better from there.

I learned that he actually tried to join the College of Winterhold but was refused because of he 'wasn't skilled enough', or so they said. Then when he started making a name for himself and gained the moniker of 'Secret-Fire', the college tried to approach him to have him join their ranks. Of course he flipped them off and instead joined Jarl Balgruuf instead and became his trusted Court Wizard.

I also found out that the reason he gained the 'Secret-Fire' moniker was because the dude came up with a spell that makes his fire invisible! And that's just so OP!

Anyway, getting back on track.

All that I needed now was just some Enchanted equipment of mine. And thankfully, Aurash thought ahead and made some good armour for me too, nothing too big that I would be against wearing.

I should also really take some time to go and stay in a forest for a bit, even staying in my artificial garden and sleeping naked there doesn't fully help me relax and calm down my instincts as a Nymph.

It was some fitting armour that looks like everyday clothing, just armoured in strong steel smelted and forged in the Skyforge. It was a pair of short sleeved shirt and knee-length shorts with armoured pelt inside and a compact iron encasing outside.

There were no plates, it was fully encased in iron, and yet I could easily move inside it and it barely weighed me down.

This world is so advanced when it comes to forging amazing armour and weapons, it always leaves me baffled.

Since my pants weren't attached to the shirt I could put an Enchantment onto it too, and since Aurash knew about my hate of wearing shoes or boots because of what I am, she instead made me some leg armour that left my feet free, so I could Enchant that to grant me speed.

On the shirt, instead of additional defence, I added 'Boost. Destruction. Threefold.' and I was so giddy when the Enchantment actually worked. It's not even that much of a cheat since the monsters and some mages in this world are just crazy strong themselves.

I wanted to put a Fourfold Enchantment, but my armour can't handle it unfortunately. I even tried putting Mana Recovery Enchantment on the pants but it didn't hold, meaning that my skill level is far too low for it. The problem with becoming stronger is that my Mana will take longer to recover since my reserves will grow bigger and bigger.

Still, I can boost my magic power but not boost my Mana recovery, that's just a bit vexing, but I understand. Either way, I hope that boosting my Destruction skill doesn't mean using more more Mana per spell as that would be annoying. I have to admit that it's funny that I can boost magic related skills like Illusion, Conjuration and Restoration, but not the other skills. I can only boost attack, defence and speed, I can't make Enchantments that make someone better at Smithing and at Alchemy. That would have been broken.

The next thing I did was put a threefold speed boost on the leg armour and a threefold boost on Restoration because stronger healing and Wards are very fucking welcome knowing what is to come. I would have put an Alteration boost on Aurash's armour too but she can keep Oakflesh up only for a few minutes since her Mana reserves aren't huge, so a boost towards defence is much better since it doesn't run out. Hopefully, her Mana reserves problem gets fixed after she absorbs her first dragon soul.

The last article of armour for me to Enchant was a pair of thin armoured elbow-length gloves that Aurash made for me by smelting the massive zweihander that the draugrs back at the crypt wielded. While she liked the weapon since it was made of ebony too, the Enchantment on it was pathetically weak, so she smelted it and turned it into a pair of armoured gloves for me.

Of course now she has that incredibly powerful sword so she isn't bothered.

I contemplated what to put on the armoured gloves for some time, but just as I was about to put an Alteration boost onto them I suddenly remembered about the staff the Wight back at the crypt wielded, so of course I put on a powerful Psychokinesis Enchantment onto them.

Added with my other kinetic abilities, I'll be able to control Water, Fire and Earth much better than before. In fact, thanks to the gloves I can condense a small ball of fire that has a lot of power behind it because of the amount of flames I condensed into it by using Pyrokinesis and Psychokinesis together. And when using Geokinesis with Psychokinesis together I can lift and throw bigger boulders with greater power.

After I was done with those Enchantments I left and went to try and level up my Restoration skill as much as possible while healing the injured adventurers coming out of the Daedric Dungeon. I needed the stronger Ward and healing spells, and I was just a few levels away from achieving them.

Of course because now Health Potions cost a lot less, there are also a lot less injured adventurers. But it didn't take long for some of the adventurers to suggest using Health Potions as emergency and for the suggestion to spread around the guild. Mostly because while Health Potions cost a lot less, 100 Septims for a stack of five to be precise, they quickly go out of stock because not only the adventurers buy them, but also normal civilians.

Thanks to that, the stream of injured adventurers was still as big as ever during the fifth day, which helped me push the Restoration skill to my goal. And thanks to Fenrir no one dared to bother me anymore thankfully.

Now I was able to cast constant full body heals, that are slightly weaker than the localized ones but are used to keep the badly injured ones stable so that other Restoration mages can heal the grave wounds with the localized heals.

Other than that I had Danica tell me about the best spells an Apprentice Class Restoration mage should know. Some of which are incredibly useful and are very used.

There was a spell called 'Funerary Rite' which is used during funerals to consecrate a dead body, cremating it and allowing the soul to pass on. This is a way to make it so that the bodies do not turn into undead.

Another good spell was called 'Circle of Strength', it created a five meters large field on the ground that helps anyone standing inside it recover their stamina and relax their muscles. This was also a good spell for anyone in critical conditions or for anyone that wants to pull all-nighters like me.

I also have Poison spells now, like the simple 'Poison Spray' spell that I acquired when I advanced to the Apprentice Class. It acts like the poison from the Frostbite spiders, making those hit by it more and more tired as time goes by. I don't know how effective it will be against a dragon, but I hope it will at least help us. Maybe if shot on a wound then it's effects will be stronger?

I can also throw spheres of Sunfire, and create a ball of light that drives weak undead away. Of course they can still snipe at you with bows and magic, so it's not that good at protecting the caster.

After that, I spent the rest of the fifth day inside the dungeon to level up my alteration skill since it was by far the hardest one to do. The best way to level it up was to manipulate the ground and change it with it, but this had a massive Mana cost.

Luckily, I received a huge amount of Mana potions everyday and they kept stacking up inside my inventory, so I spent the entirety of the sixth day within the dungeon with a horrifying headache in order to level up my Alteration Skill. But unfortunately, by the end of the day I couldn't reach the level cap for the next class.

And now here I am, on the last day of the weak and once more inside the dungeon.

I decided to put on my Enchanted gear today so that I can test it out on the large army of spiders and on that damn Arachne protecting the tower. I really want to kill that ugly bitch, and the fact that there are more of them inside the tower just irks me even more.

I know I have this bad habit of holding back and just being tight on not using as much Mana as I should, but I just do that to keep some during emergencies, like the sudden appearance of another powerful monster. Which kinda makes it sound like an excuse I guess.

I'll probably stop doing that as time goes by. I'm new to this after all.

Oh well, let's stop thinking about this for now and focus on killing spiders, I am so close to level 30 after all.

But just as I was about to have Fenrir charge forward, a loud whistling coming from behind me drew my attention, and I turned around just in time to see a loud dark red explosion in the sky.

My stomach instantly dropped at the sight. I know exactly what that means.

Gnoll had told me about the emergency flares, two of them with different colours.

The dark yellow one was for emergency quests, mostly for when strong monsters are attacking a nearby settlement or something like the Cyclops that I ran into with Aurash when we first arrived to Whiterun. It basically recalled any adventurer that wanted to go and help out.

Then the dark red one was for possible attacks on the cities, and all adventurers had to go back immediately without question.

And since it was a dark red one this time, it can only mean that the dragon finally appeared.

I had Fenrir turn around and bolt it towards the Daedric Dungeon exit as fast as she could manage as I worriedly bit my lower lip. I hope nothing happened and that the dragon isn't attacking the city directly.

[Name: Flora

Destruction (26)

I was so close to level thirty too damn it! I shouldn't have slacked off! Maybe the skills that I'd have obtained after that threshold would have been able to help me save some lives! If only using too much magic didn't give horrible headaches I would have truly pulled a couple of all-nighters!

As soon as Fenrir reached the gate, I jumped off her back and set her into the Pet Space before I rushed through. When I appeared on the other side, my eyes widened as I felt a warm current rushing through my body.

I glanced down to see a large golden glowing field mixed with a greenish glowing one. This was the 'Circle of Strength' spell mixed with another more advanced spell, possibly Expert Class. This might be the 'Holy Sanctuary' spell, sends all undead running and quickly heals anyone standing in it.

This is definitely Danica's doing, she is the only Expert Class Restoration mage here after all. For her to go and instantly heal and recharge everyone that comes out of the dungeon, it can only mean that the dragon has to be attacking.

I ran into the guild and instantly saw Aela with Farkas, his brother Vilkas, Gnoll and Aurash standing by the guild doors and speaking with Farengar. Without wasting time I moved past the adventurers and went to stand beside them.

"It's the dragon." Aurash told me the moment she saw me. Her hands were balled into fists, and I could feel the fear and nervousness clouding the whole guild. I don't blame them, I'm scared shitless myself. "It attacked a watchtower not far away from the city and then just vanished, they believe it's still around there." I nod my head and start to think up a plan of action.

We need as many mages as possible, the higher the class the better, as they can bombard the dragon with powerful spells from afar and recover their Mana with Mana Potions. That's the best way to constantly damage the dragon scales and give us more openings to make it bleed.

As for the warriors…

"Aela!" I called out to the Huntress as I moved past Aurash to catch the attention of the redhead, "How many Companions will participate in the battle?" I asked her as Vilkas and Farkas walked away, probably to go prepare their warriors and recruit as many adventurers as possible.

"Between thirty to forty, why?" I brightened up at the number before leaning close to whisper a few things to her. I told her about the Enchanted equipment I had made that boosted strength and speed, and I had quite a lot of them, so I wanted her to equip the Companions with them alongside the Enchanted weapons that were not the one-shot ones.

"Lady Flora." I heard someone call me as Aela walked off after I gave her all the Enchanted equipment she needed to equip the Companion warriors. It was a quick exchange since she directly threw everything into her Spatial Storage.

I turned around and blinked when I saw Irileth standing in front of me wearing a black coloured elvish armour. The elvish armour I Enchanted for her alongside her sword. It could hold threefold Enchantment, so I put Destruction, Alteration, speed, power and Restoration on her armour, while her sword holds a powerful Ice enchantment, the second strongest after the one I made for Aurash.

"You have my deepest thanks for Enchanting this armour. I have tested it out in training and… it was truly addictive." I couldn't help but smile at the excited look in her glowing red eyes. She could show some emotions sometimes, she wasn't always so emotionless and stern.

"Don't let it get to your head though. We are going to fight a dragon, my Enchantments might as well turn our original bug bites against the dragon into dog bites." Her expression hardened before nodding, understanding the gravity of the situation and the how powerful the beast that we will face is. Without further discussion she stomped off to go and talk to the adventurers, probably to entice them with further with promises of gold and glory.

"Aurash." I called out to my orc companion and grinned when she turned towards me, "Ready to wear your new armour?" The massive excited grin that spread across her face was the only answer I received. She is like a kid that just got the best present ever.

We walked out of the guild and into our house, then I bought her to where I Enchant items and pulled the cover off the bulky pitch black armour on the stand. Then I walked beside the armour and heavily dragged the giant sword I rested against the wall behind it.

"What did you put on the sword?" Aurash asked as she lifted the giant greatsword up and slowly pulled it out of the sheath. As she did so, a dark blue glow bloomed from the dark grey sword as sparks danced around it, making Aurash whistle.

"With each swing you give this baby, you throw massive waves of lightning." I snorted as she gaped at me, but I moved on and patted the gauntlets of the armour, "The gauntlets boost your strength by four times. The boots boost your speed, the armour your defence and the helmet your recovery. These are the best Enchantments I could put on the armour." Aurash switched between gaping at the sword and gaping at the armour every second, her mouth wide open until a massive grin spread across her face.

"Can I marry you?" I snorted and stepped back as Aurash started removing the armour from the stand so she could start putting it on. I considered leaving Fenrir here in the garden, but knowing how protective she is, she most definitely will tear the city down just to get to me and Aurash.

"I don't know, you got a ring for me to wear?" I asked as I turned around and started walking towards the door, smiling as I heard Aurash chuckle from where she was.

"I don't think there is any ring in this world fit for you girl!" Oh damn, now that might as well be a huge confidence boost for me!

I just shake head and exit the house. As I turn my gaze towards the guild I frown sadly at the sight of the priestesses of Kynareth all kneeling around the Gildergreen and praying.

During the week I met and talked with all of them, and other than Danica and a few more, the rest weren't even in their twenties. They were excitable girls, not very mature, but very pure-hearted and sweet. Seeing them like that and doing nothing about would leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I smiled and leaned against the door to my house and willed the Gildergreen to grow, making it shake slightly to draw the attention of the priestesses. The tree grew bigger and thicker, and some of the branches bent down to rest on top of the priestesses heads. The 'message' was clear, and so was the reaction.

Some of the priestesses started outright crying at the thought that their Goddess actually answered their prayers, while some embraced the branches and started praying more fervently.

Danica was the only one that looked around until her eyes met mine.

Understanding flashed through hers and she gave a warm smile and thankful nod before I diverted my attention to the literal wave of adventurers and companions marching off down the street with Aela, Farkas, Vilkas and Irileth at the front.

A small force will go out to try and kill the dragon, if they are unsuccessful and die in battle, a bigger army will fall down onto the dragon. We can always retreat, but the Companions refuse doing such things and would rather die in battle than survive and see themselves as cowards.

I pulled off the door as Aurash opened it, looking fearsome inside the bulky black armour. Now that I looked at it better, it has some kind of resemblance to the Ebony Armour inside the game, though the helmet is more similar to the Daedric Helmet than the Ebony one.

"Here, these are for the sword." I told her after I finished checking her out and pulled out several Soul Gems, "Remember, you can swing it at most fourteen times before you need to recharge it. If you swing it a fifteenth time then there is a high chance the Enchantment will run out and turn the sword to dust." After a lot of tests inside the dungeon I knew perfectly how Enchanted weapons worked and that's why I had to give Aurash this warning. I hope she doesn't forget it in her excitement and waste such a good and powerful sword.

Just to be sure, I'll give her more than twenty filled Soul Gems. The excited look on her face when I told her about the Enchantment can only mean that she will go all psycho with it, so the more Soul Gems she has, the better.

"You sure you want to come?" I smiled at Aurash to ease her worries. I am scared shitless myself, but I have to be there, otherwise I won't be able to stay still.

"I'm afraid you'd get yourself killed if I'm not there to watch your back." I laughed as we fell into quick steps to go and join the others at the gate, not wanting to be left behind.

I blinked and turned towards Aurash when she didn't answer or make any noise after several seconds. I felt her armoured hand rest on top of my head and rub it for a bit before she pulled it back with a slight chuckle.

"I'd hug you, but that would be rather painful for you." I gave her a warm smile as the large group of adventurers came into view and I caught Aela's eyes as she waved us over.

"Will you be fine fighting the dragon?" Aurash asked and I blinked in confusion. Then I realized what she meant and my smile faltered slightly. I clenched my fists and gave a resolute nod towards her, which was good enough to make her relax slightly.

It might be an animal, and I may have accepted the fact that I will have to fight and kill it, because I know for a fact that I won't be able to control it. I will feel disgusted and hate myself for doing it if I survive, but I'll deal with that later.

I'm not even sure I'll survive. I'm not that strong.

"I'm glad to see you two here." Aela nodded to the two of us as we joined the other adventurers who were standing in front of the gates, all looking towards Jarl Balgruuf, whom was wearing a set of bulky armour himself and had a large war axe on his back. I hope he doesn't plan on joining the fight, because if Whiterun loses him then it might lose it's neutral status in the civil war.

"I believe everyone knows why we are gathered here." The Jarl's voice boomed and silenced the whispering adventurers, "A dragon of all things has attacked the Western Watchtower not far from here. That beast has killed almost all the guards that were stationed there before anyone could react." A heavy atmosphere settled down over the large group of adventurers, warriors and guards. Some stepped back, clearly wanting to pull out, while others just despaired on the spot.

"I personally wish to avenge the fallen ones, to beat that damned beast into the ground and make it regret picking a fight with us. But I am not forcing you to join, it is your own choice." The Jarl started pacing in front of the adventurers, while the large group of Companions just stood to the side, clearly not needing any sort of motivation to go and fight a dragon.

"There is more than a hundred of you currently, and I do not know if it is enough to deal with a dragon. But you all are the vanguard, the first wave of soldiers that will go and march against the dragon. If you all fall, then I will personally lead an even bigger force to finish the beast!" The Jarl stopped and faced the adventurers as the giant gates behind him started to open, causing a loud metallic rumble to fill the quiet street. "I cannot lead those forces out now in fear that either the Imperial or Stormcloaks may try to take over the city while it's weakened. We do not know if they may be hiding catapults or other war machines in the forests surrounding us, so I cannot take that chance. But if you all do fall, consequences be damned, I will do everything in my power to add a second dragon skull above my throne."

Balgruuf turned waved his hands towards the open gates, where a large carriage was standing right in front of it. My eyes widened when I saw Ariana stand beside the carriage with her arms crossed.

"Of course, I am not sending you there as you are now. Thanks to the help of an amazing woman-" At that he nodded towards me, causing dozens of people to turn towards me curiously and making me flush at the attention, "Our Alchemy business has boomed, and now we can equip you all with all kinds of miraculous potions that will surely assist you in the fight. So go and get your share on your way out, and may you all come back victorious and alive." And with that, the adventurers roared and stomped forward in a measured march as several alchemists walked over and gave each of them several potions they either pulled out of the carriage or from their Spatial Storage.

"You're going to join them?" I perked up and looked towards Ariana as she stared at me with eyes full of worry that really made me want to pull back, but I just held on, smiled and gave her a firm nod, only for her to sigh with a frown.

"Thanks to you, we can gift them all with potions that will make them stronger and better. Many of them will survive thanks to those potions. Thanks to you." I smiled at that, watching as the adventurers and Companions received the potions and swallowed them on the spot. They do last an entire hour, not just a few minutes, so it doesn't matter if they take it now or later.

"Here, these are for you big girl." Ariana turned towards Aurash and pulled out two potions from her Spatial Storage, then offered them to Aurash. "Use them to keep yourself and Flora save." Aurash nodded thankfully, removed her helmet and drank them down without instantly.

"We have a perfect visual on the watchtower, so we'll be here ready to move out and bring Health Potions and Restoration Mages when everything is over…" She paused and left some words unspoken, but it wasn't hard to imagine what words she was about to say.

"I'll be going with them." A familiar voice spoke up and made me turn around, my eyes widen at seeing Danica of all people approaching us with a smile. "It's best to have an expert on the field for emergencies just in case, no?" I couldn't help but smile gratefully towards her before sighing.

"It's a good thing I prepared these then." I smiled towards her and pulled out a pair of Enchanted iron gauntlets, then gave them to her. "They are Enchanted. They make your Restoration three times stronger." Her eyes widened as she gingerly accepted the very valuable gauntlets. She is probably the only one so far that doesn't know that I can Enchant things, so her shock is understandable.

"Thank you." She stated softly, flexing her fingers inside the heavy gauntlets to get used to them. "And thank you for what you did back at the square, that was really kind of you." I smiled softly at her before I turned back towards the massive group of adventurers, they had all received the potions by now and were marching forward, which meant it was time to join them.

"Come back safe, you hear me?" Ariana warned me, giving me a quick hug before pulling back and waving at us as me, Aurash and Danica ran forward to join up with Aela, Irileth and the others at the front. Gnoll wasn't with us, but I'm sure he'll be the first to march against the dragon in case none of us come back.

"Got any plans Flora?" Aela asked as we stopped beside them, receiving a nod from Irileth, Farkas and Vilkas and giving one back to them before turning towards Aela with a smile.

"As a matter of fact, I do have one."

(Ten Minutes Later)

On our way to the watchtower we stopped by a hill not that far away from it. Danica and all the mages we had in our group, at least thirty or so, stopped here ready for my signal. It was better to keep them away from the dragon, else it would start attacking them first.

"There's no signs of the dragon anywhere." Farkas stated as we approached the forty meter tall and very large watchtower. It didn't look damaged, but there large gouges into the ground and some spots that looked just... wrong.

Once we fully approached the tower I was treated to a horrendous sight. Petrified corpses. Dozens of them. There was no Shout that could petrify in the game, and no dragon had a roar like this either.

The most horrifying thing was that it wasn't just the guards that were petrified, but even the grass and the earth beneath it. Everything was turned into very brittle light grey stone.

"Do you think that it just did this and left?" Aurash asked as the massive group of adventurers and soldiers spread around so to not be one big target. I shook my head at Aurash as I inspected the petrified ground with a is proof that dragons now have earth related breath attacks too I guess.

Wait... Earth?

I focused on my massive domain and on my Geokinesis, feeling all the earth and stone that I can grab and control.

And then I noticed the massive blank spot in my domain. A blank spot bigger than half of my domain that is almost sixty meters.

A blank spot right fucking beneath us!

"It's underground!" I shouted as loudly as I could as I turned in the direction where the dragon was, right below a young looking adventurer.

I turned just in time to see a massive horn skewer the adventurer and split him in half as the earth exploded, an ear deafening roar shaking the very land as a titanic beast shot out of the earth.

My eyes widened in horror at the size of the dragon. It was at least thirty meters tall and just as long, with dark yellow coloured scales, massive bull-like horns that curved forward, four massive bulky limbs and a long tail that ends with a large and long spiky club.

Roots exploded out of the ground after the dragon, flying up and wrapping themselves tightly around it's massive horns. Then I reached out with both Nature Control and my Psychokinesis to slam the fucker's head into the ground as hard as possible.

A wave of dust and earth was sent into the air from the impact the beast's head made with the ground, and the second one to react after me was Aurash, who blurred forward with her massively boosted speed and appeared in front of the dragon's head the next second, the massive sparking sword raised above her head.

She swung it down with as much force as she could, releasing an immense wave of roaring lighting that engulfed the massive beast. It was soon followed by smaller but still massive wave of ice, courtesy of Irileth, who made use of her Ice magic and her Enchanted sword together to release a stronger wave.

Two roots wrapped around their waists and pulled them back, something I said I would do to everyone to pull them out of incoming danger if I can, and then released an immense Flame Pillar right where the dragon was standing.

Only or the pillar to be blow apart by the dragon spreading it's wings.

It stood on it's hind legs and roared, forcing some people to cover their ears from how loud it was, but Aurash used that chance and closed in on the dragon, swinging her sparking sword and releasing yet another giant wave of roaring lightning.

A series of explosion soon followed the wave of lightning as Aela tried to take out the dragon's eyes with her arrows, but the massive horns shielded them from her.

I pulled Aurash back as the dragon slammed it's front paws down on the ground, causing a massive undulating wave of earth that sent everyone around into the air.

It just made the earth undulate! These motherfuckers can use magic too now!?

I gritted my teeth as I controlled the roots and branches to pull anyone on the ground away, but I was too late and could only watch as the giant beast stomped on a group of three and used it's tail to kill another two, spraying blood everywhere and making me want to throw up, but I held it in.

"It can use magic too! Be careful, focus your attack on it's sides and wings!" I shouted as loudly as I could as I created a massive Earth Pillar right below the dragon's head, causing it to shoot upward and slam right below it's chin, throwing it's front body up in the air and giving Aurash and Irileth yet another opening to release massive waves of frost and ice against it's belly and sides.

The attacks slammed against the beast's belly hard enough to push it on it's back, giving everyone the chance to wail on it's wings and tear them open so it won't be able to flee or fly in the air.

I was tempted to release the signal and let the Mages rain hell on the dragon, but there were too many people close to it and they would be caught into the assault.

I created enormous roots to wrap around the dragon's neck to keep it down on it's back, letting everyone else damage it's body and scales as much as possible as it's tails and claws lashed out together with it's wings. I tightened my hold around it's neck and was about to wrap some around it's wings too, but the dragon managed to throw itself to the right and straightened itself.

Even with the combination of my Nature Control and Psychokinesis, I couldn't hold the dragon's head to the ground with the massive roots I summoned, and he tore them out of the ground without a problem.

Only for dozens of Explosive Flowers to bloom all around the roots still wrapped around it's neck, and for Aela's next explosive arrows to the face to set them off and cause an immense explosion that had the dragon roar in pain as dozens of it's scales fell off, completely broken.

I downed a Mana Potion just to be safe and full on my reserves, too panicked and on adrenaline to even check my reserves, and still too afraid of using too much Mana.

Aurash closed in on it's side and opened a large bleeding gash with her sword, then swung again and made the wound worse with yet another massive wave of lightning.

Irileth went in too, jumping away from a swing of the dragon's tail that killed more than five unlucky soldiers, before slashing her sword right under it's belly and leaving a large bleeding wound there. A wound I made worse by smashing an Earth Pillar into it and forcing the dragon to topple over once more while it roared in pain.

Hearing those pained roars made my eyes sting and guilt fill me, but I couldn't let it get me down as I rose my hand towards the sky, ready to shoot a fireball to give the signal to the hidden mages as the dragon's belly was facing towards them.

But the dragon recovered quickly and slammed it's giant claw into the ground, sending another undulating wave of earth that sent everyone close to it flying. Some landed the wrong way and broke something, others didn't get up at all.

The dragon slowly turned towards us as I gathered everyone I could with my roots while also healing them using Nature Healing, causing the roots to wither and grow full of vitality over and over again.

But my stomach dropped and my blood ran cold when I saw the ash-coloured glow within the dragon's open mouth.

"It's going to roar!" I screamed, summoning several pillars of earth and walls of roots in front of me. "Everyone get behind me, now!" I called out as I pulled and threw everyone I could behind me, but there were more than a dozen too far and I won't be able to pull them in quickly enough.

I pushed those thoughts to the side as an immense roar of wind could be heard coming from beyond the Earth Pillars and the walls of root as I summoned an immense Ward in front of me to add additional protection for me and those behind me.

I watched horrified as the walls of roots turned light grey and crumbled as the immense wave of dust, ashes and debris slammed into the Ward hard enough to almost make it crumble and forcing me to pump more Mana into it.

I gritted my teeth as pain spiked all around my arms, watching in slight horror as some spots of my exposed arms turned into stone. I could feel that same pain all over my arms, fingers included. I hope there are potions that can fight this.

The wave was immense, much bigger than my massive twenty meters wide Ward, and I could only turn my gaze away when the unlucky adventurers that I couldn't pull in were turned into stone and crumbled to dust.

This fucking asshole!

I reached out and summoned an immense Earth Pillar right beneath it's head once more, throwing it into the air after a painful impact, cutting off it's roar after it started getting weaker and allowing everyone to disperse once more.

I slammed the dragon's head into the ground again, giving Irileth and Aurash a chance to open a massive gash into it's front claws before they unleashed their respective massive waves against each side, leaving burned or frozen flesh behind.

Roaring, the dragon swiped one of it's injured claw to the size, cleaving almost a dozen people in half with it's massive sharp nails, then threw everyone into the air with that undulating wave that I tried to control, but it was taking too much Mana to even make it lower so I just used my roots to pull safely grab as many as I could from the sky while creating an immense Geyser right beneath the dragon.

Boiling hot water on bleeding wounds? Hurts like hell.

The dragon's roar was muted by the pillar of steaming water as I controlled it with my psychokinesis and Hydrokinesis to keep it from spraying away and harm an ally.

The dragon stood on it's hind legs and spread it's wings to get rid of the hot water, but I used that chance to create an Earth Pillar right below one of it's hind legs, causing it to topple over on it's side once more and making me throw a fireball into the sky, giving the mages the signals.

I wrapped giant roots around the dragon's neck and around the limbs close to the ground to keep it still for as long as possible as a loud whistling sound rang out.

The next second Fire, Ice, Lightning and even Earth rained down on the dragon and exploded, drowning out it's roars of pain as the assault from the Mages kept going.

I waved my hand and threw out all the one-shot Enchanted weapons I made and used roots to lift them in the air above the dragon then swing down, releasing more and more elemental destruction on it while Aela, Irileth and Aurash did the same.

Aela had long since switched her quiver once more, this was probably the last quiver with Enchanted arrows, and she didn't have time to reload the others because of the panic caused by the roar.

I created another massive Flame Pillar right beneath the dragon for extra damage as the mages assault slowed down. They'll be able to do it again in a minute or two after they were fully recharged, but the element of surprise is gone.

I turned back towards the pillar of fire as Aurash stomped in, sword raised to release another wave of lightning.

Only for a giant tail to flow out of the fire pillar and slam into her, sending her flying and making my stomach run cold.

"Aurash!" I couldn't help but scream her name as I summoned giant roots to catch her flying form, then the roots withered and grew once more as I poured all the vitality inside them into her.

I hurried to her side, eyes burning with tears but relaxed when I heard her cough as her helmet crumbled, her armour heavily cracked and damaged. I lifted her head up and helped her drink a Health Potion while using the full body Healing spell.

"That fucking hurt…" Aurash groaned, trying to lift herself off the ground only for it to shake as another undulating wave of earth sent everyone flying again, this one being even bigger.

"You cannot win against me Mortals!" The dragon spoke for the first time, it's voice shook the ground itself, but anyone could clearly hear the panting coming from it and the bleeding large wounds on the side that was assaulted by all those magic spells were were clearly visible to everyone. But my attention wasn't on him, but on Aurash.

I threw a quick glance around and frowned as the remaining adventurers and warriors gathered around me and Aurash. I counted less than five dozen people. The dragon killed more than half of us.

"You going to be okay big girl?" Aela asked as Farkas knelt beside her, trying to help her up as Aurash groaned painfully. My frown grew deeper and deeper the more I looked at her.

"My name is Mirmulnir! Remember that m-" A giant Earth Pillar smashed against it's lower jaw, throwing the dragon's upper body in the air once more. Courtesy of me.

I was tired of this shit. Aurash almost fucking died.

"Aela, take everyone and run away." I stated as I stood up, Mirmulnir's enraged roar covered whatever Aela and Aurash shouted towards me. But I wouldn't have cared either way.

"Retreat back to Danica and have her heal Aurash and the rest, I'll hold this fucker off." I told them as another ash-coloured glow appeared in Mirmulnir's open jaw. He was going to roar again.

"Are you out of your mind Flora?! You can't possibly hold that thing o-" I swung my left hand towards Mirmulnir without breaking eye contact with Aela and summoned a ward two times bigger than the one I did before just as the petrifying roar slammed against it, but this time it held easily. Aela gaped at the sight as I kept staring at her, not standing down.

"Go, now." She gritted her teeth and turned towards Farkas, whom gave Vilkas a nod as the two helped Aurash up and started taking her away even as she shouted after me.

I gave her a smile and thumbs up as the surviving adventurers retreated towards the group of mages.

The roar soon cut off and I released the ward spell, downing a Mana Potion while rolling my numb left arm. The spots of stone had grown bigger and more numerous, and they were starting to hurt a lot with each movement.

Mirmulnir paused as it saw just me standing in front of it, then glanced at the retreating group behind me. It seemed surprised, but then quickly switched it's gaze back to me.

"Mages always stand at the back like cowards, yet you stand in front of me by yourself. Your courage has won my respect, Mortal." Mirmulnir's voice shook the very earth as it stood straighter, it's gaze boring into me as it's broken wings unfurled. It's giant body cast a shadow over the land, over it's mutilated and broken victims.

"Mortal?" I scowled as I stepped forward, the petrified ground cracking under my naked feet as my gaze moved to each petrified or still whole corpse as guilt ate away at my heart.

I had stopped unconsciously holding back and used as much Mana as possible to create that absolutely giant Ward. If I had used it before then more people would have survived. I always fuck up.

I'm such a fucking failure.

I always held back even though I had so many potions within my inventory? Potions that I can summon into my hands with a simple thought.

I'm so fucking stupid.

Fuck being careful about wasting too much Mana, I'm using it all against this motherfucker.

"Let me show you how fucking mortal you are too." I sneered, then stomped my foot on the ground as I clenched my fists.

The earth shook once, then instantly collapsed.

Boulders and giant roots rose into the air all around Mirmulnir as a light purple glow appeared around my gauntlets, followed by roaring flames covering my whole arms.

A large root shot out of the ground and wrapped itself around my arm, then pieces of stone and earth wrapped themselves around the root, followed by it catching on fire. I then swung it and let it grow dozens of meters long, earth and fire wrapping all around it.

And then I used Nature Control, Geokinesis, Pyrokinesis and Psychokinesis to control the root and swing it as hard as possible.

An ear splitting whiplash rang out as Mirmulnir's head was thrown to the side from the immense impact, the root that impacted against it's face and left split skin crumbled on impact, but I instantly regrew it and wrapped it in earth and fire once more.

Mirmulnir roared and stomped it's claws on the ground, releasing a giant undulating wave of earth.

I knelt down and looked at the incoming wave indifferently. The wave of earth split open and went past me, then stopped in it's track as I leaned back, then leaned forward and slammed my left hand onto the ground. The wave grow even bigger and went back towards Mirmulnir, who ran through it without a care, only for an Earth Pillar to smash against it's injured side and toppling the giant dragon over.

I used that chance to swing my whip as hard as possible, wrapping around one of it's large horns then snapping it off and leaving behind a gaping and bleeding hole, making Mirmulnir roar in rage as I tossed the horn aside.

I didn't let down, and aimed for the wing with the next swing, tearing a large gash right at the base of the wing and making the appendage go limp.

"You damned vermin!" Mirmulnir roared once more, but his roar was muted by a Geyser two times bigger than the previous one. I followed up by throwing large glowing balls of lightning into the water, electrifying it and making the dragon inside it trash around more.

Do I need to put a hole through it to put the fucker down? It just won't die.

I clicked my tongue as Mirmulnir slammed itself down once more and destroyed the electrified Geyser, it's skin steaming from the hot water still on it.

I rose my left arm up and created another immense Ward as Mirmulnir used the petrifying roar towards me once more, and I used that chance to down another Mana Potion to refill my reserves.

Using so much Mana is quite thrilling to be honest! Though the headaches you get from that just kill that thrill.

A root rose up and wrapped around my waists as the ground shook, then pulled me away as Mirmulnir smashed through the Ward I created, trying to catch me by surprise. Honestly, he might have taken out my left arm if it kept up with the roar.

I smashed another Earth Pillar into it's side and toppled the fucker over, then created another giant Geyser on it to keep it down for a bit.

I need to hit the bastard with something big to keep it down, but it will take a while to gather enough stuff to make something big enough that it can hurt or kill Mirmulnir.

Oh wait, I got something big right in arms reach!

(With Aurash and the others.)

"Aela we need to go back! Or at least go and assist Flora, please!" Aurash begged as Danica held her down, a giant glowing field having enveloped the whole group and healing them all while Danica focused on casting the strongest spells on Aurash.

"I already told you, if any of us go back we're just going to die! And while us Companions don't fear death, the rest sure as hell do! Hell, someone just pissed himself!" Aela shouted back, stuffing arrows into her Enchanted quivers while Farkas and Vilkas kept watch over the battle happening not far away from them.

"I really want to go back too, trust me! I don't want that girl to die, but I'm pretty fucking sure she'll just use a root to throw us away if we try and join up!" Aurash opened her mouth to protest again, but instead ended up gritting her teeth as her bright eyes showed just how scared and worried she is.

"Why not have the mages help then? They can definitely attack again no?" She tried again, tried to cling on anything to try and send Flora any kind of help as possible, but Aela shook her head again and made her stomach drop even further.

"If we give them the go ahead, Flora might get hit in the crossfire and loose her life because of that." Aela sighed and knelt in front of Aurash with a complicated look in her eyes, "Let's just hope for the best, okay? That girl is always full of surprises." Aurash wanted to keep trying, even begged Danica with her eyes, but the woman simply shook her head while biting her lips in worry.

"Um… I don't think she'll need our help." Farkas spoke up, drawing the attention of the survivors and mages, whom all started gaping at what they were seeing.

"What? What's happening?!" Aurash asked, trying to turn her head to stare at what was happening in front of her. Aela shifted her wide eyes from Aurash to whatever was happening behind her before she smiled and shook her head with a glance.

"I told you that she's full of surprises." The redhead leaned down and helped Aurash turn around, letting her gaze sweep across the battlefield, until Aela pointed up.

"I'm pretty sure that the one that needs help now is the dragon." Farkas chuckled nervously as Aurash gaped at what she was seeing, blinking several times to make sure she wasn't going crazy.

"Please tell me I'm not the only one seeing the Western Watchtower floating in the air."

(Back to Flora.)

This thing is so fucking heavy!

My head is pounding so much and I'm pretty sure I have a nosebleed at this point as I can taste iron in my mouth. Overusing magic really is horrible!

But as Mirmulnir finally broke free from the Geyser, I could only give it a shaky and pained grin before I released what I was holding.

Mirmulnir stomped on the ground, ready to pounce forward once more, until a shadow fell over him. The dragon looked up just in time to see the massive Western Watchtower smash straight into it's face.

I winched at the sight while I cleaned the blood pouring out of my nostrils and spat out the one that got into my mouth, then downed another Mana Potion and sighed as my migraine lessened quite a bit.

I rubbed my temples as I willed a root to sprout beneath the rubble where the dragon was buried. I know perfectly well that it's not dead yet, just badly injured.

I poured all my Mana into what I was doing as the rubble shifted and shook several times, but the more the dragon took to break out the better.

I grinned when Mirmulnir finally broke free from the rubble, it's remaining horn was snapped at the base and the head was bleeding profusely from a large gaping wound right next to the hole where his other horn used to be before I tore it off completely.

"Feeling mortal yet?" I asked aloud, and snorted when I received a roar as an answer. A roar that was cut off by another one as the rubble exploded, a titanic Malboro shooting out of the ground right next to the dragon's injured side.

The plant monster large mouth opened wide as all it's tentacles pointed towards Mirmulnir and released huge amount of acid all over it as the plant monster sank it's numerous sharp teeth into the dragon's side, causing it to roar in and trash from the pain of the acid against it's injuries.

And when the Malboro ran out of acid, dozens of Explosive flowers sprouted all over it.

Completely ignorant about the flowers, Mirmulnir smashed it's claw against the Malboro biting into it's side, only to set off the dozens of flower.

The massive explosion swallowed Mirmulnir completely, and I sighed and turned around, taking shaky steps as I downed yet another Mana Potion to lessen my horrifying headache.

I froze when I heard a weak growl from behind me, and I flipped around and stared with wide eyes as Mirmulnir pulled itself up once more, albeit shakily and with a gaping hole into it's side, exactly where the Malboro bit into and blew up.

Man, dragons are really so cool.

Mirmulnir squared itself, spreading it's claws wide apart and panting while staring straight towards me.

He wants to charge at me huh?

I took a deep breath and created several Fire Pillars all around me as flames coated my arms, then I gathered everything into a spinning flaming arrow.

With one last weak roar, Mirmulnir charged forward, stomping heavily on the ground and causing it to shake.

I pulled back one hand as if it was holding an invisible bowstring and watched Mirmulnir approach me. Then on the last second, an Earth Pillar rose up and slammed itself against it's lower jaw, and the dragon's front was once again throw up in the air.

It was an attack they cannot expect. Sudden and quick.

I breathed out and released the spinning arrow, watching as it melted through the pillar and pierced into Mirmulnir's side. Then it exploded and I was thrown on my ass.

I got up with a groan and ignored my ringing head, as I turned my shaky unfocused eyes towards Mirmulnir as fell to it's side while it's front left claw just fell away from it's body, completely torn off.

I couldn't fully see the damage that I did with the explosive arrow because of my fucked up vision, but I didn't care at this point. I won.

I shakily stood up on weak limbs as I heard the others call out my name, but I just kept staring at Mirmulnir as it weakly breathed in and out.

"I'll ask again. Do you feel mortal yet?" It large eyes snapped towards me, then a weak chuckle came out of it's open mouth.

"My body may have died… but not my soul. A dragon's soul is immortal… And my liege can always bring me back." I scoffed at that, then snorted as I saw Aurash's approaching with the others.

"You are right, your soul is immortal…" I walked up to it and placed a few pats against it's scales, then pulled back with a shake of my head. "Too bad we have the Dragonborn with us." And as soon as I said this, a loud pulse, akin to a heartbeat of sorts, came from Mirmulnir.

"Dovhakiin?!" Mirmulnir roared weakly as it's scales, blood and everything other than the bones melted and turned into strands of orange, white and blue energy that drifted towards Aurash and sank into her skin.

I saw her perk up as she watched curiously while all that energy sank into her body, then when it was fully absorbed, I saw a flash of greed sweep past Aurash's eyes and face before she recovered. I'll have to talk to her about this.

"I did say that you were the Dragonborn!" I called out smugly as I took shaky steps towards her, only to be pulled into a ferocious hug that almost crushed my bones and made me pass out. Thankfully, I was able to pull myself out before I breathed my last.

"As much as I'd love to get all of your praises and stuff, I need help." I turned towards Aela as I pulled off the armoured glove on my left hand, showing that it was completely petrified, it had some cracks here and there too.

"Danica, I need you to regrow my arm. Aela, please cut it before I change my mind. It hurts too much for me to get back and see if Ariana has a potion that can deal against petrification." Aurash looked grim, and so did Aela, but they both soon nodded as Danica knelt down beside me while I laid on my back.

Aurash kept my legs locked while Farkas kept my other arm blocked with his hands. Aela was knelt down beside me, a knife placed below my armpit as I faced away and put a root I grew out of the ground into my mouth to bite into.

I took a deep breath, and screamed when Aela cut off the arm without warning. I quickly relaxed as I cast full body Heals on myself while Danica used as much of her Mana as possible to regrow my arm and summon the 'Holy Sanctuary' and the 'Circle of Strength' on the ground.

My breathing slowed down more and more as I relaxed and felt that warm current course through my body and soothe away all the pain, and then I was able to feel my arm again.

"It's done, but it will be weak for a few days so be careful." Danica informed me as I nodded tiredly, pulling the root out of my mouth as I relaxed my sore jaw.

"Irileth…" I called out, the Dunmer woman quickly coming into view as I gave her a weak grin. "Think the Jarl will be mad at me for throwing the Watchtower at the dragon?" My question caused the everyone present to explode into a loud bout of laughter, and Irileth too shared quite a few chuckles with everyone as I was helped up on my feet.

"When the songs and stories about this battle spread around Skyrim, many will wonder if the one that wrote them was on a huge Skooma trip!" I snorted at that as Aurash picked me up and she started carrying me as the group retreated back towards Whiterun. I was too weak and tired to even complain, not that I would have, I just want to take a much deserved rest.

I turned my head back towards the giant skeleton of the dragon, hearing Irileth saying something about sending people back to collect the dead bodies that haven't crumbled to dust and the Enchanted equipment that may have been scattered around. I hope Aurash still has her sword.

I blink as I see someone approaching on a horse, then stop not that far away from the dragon carcass. My vision is too shaky to see what they are doing, but I know they got off the horse for a bit, then back onto the horse and turned around before hurrying away. Were they here just to check out the battlefield, or what?

I don't know why, but I have a bad feeling about this.

"DOH- VAH- KIIN!" Ah right, I forgot about Gandalf and his bearded gang. I need to have a chat with them.

(Solitude)

"Report!" General Tullius's voice boomed across the large hall he was in, his back turned to the shaky Runner that he had sent to Whiterun to answer Jarl Balgruuf's plea for help for the dragon attack with refusal, and instead asked for troops from Whiterun so that he could face the constant uprising of those damned Stormcloaks.

"S-sir! Whiterun has successfully repelled and slain the dragon!" General Tullius's hands clenched into fists when he heard the stutter and shaky voice from the runner.

Why was he cursed with pathetic, weak and cowardly soldiers?

Oh right, they were all civilians hired under false promises of glory and huge payments of gold that he most certainly won't pay.

Besides, all those he 'hired' would then be sent down to Morthal to train inside the Daedric Dungeon that resided there, and the majority of them dies within the first days, others run away and some are even traumatized by fear.

Sometimes he really wants to send those fools inside the Daedric Dungeon inside Solitude. The Daedric dungeon with the highest mortality rate, so high that no one has ever come out of it in dozens of years.

Who would even want to go inside the Daedric Dungeon created by the Daedric Prince of Madness himself? Only those fools that worship that monster would want to go inside it.

Still, getting back on track. He's surprised that Whiterun was able to repel and slay the dragon. He doubts that it's anything like that apocalyptic beasts that appeared in Helgen, but it's still a dragon nonetheless.

Maybe he'll get some good warriors from Whiterun after all. He had no good sapling within his current army, if it can even be called that, and the Empire refuses to sends anymore troops over for whatever reason. Must be those Thalmor fucker's. Fuck them and that damned White-Gold Concordat.

"So they won against the dragon. What about my troops then?! When am I to expect the additional troops from Whiterun?!" He demanded, turning to glare at the runner, who jumped in place under his gaze and looked like he was seconds away from pissing himself. That made General Tullius's clench his fists even harder.

"I-I wasn't able to speak with the Jarl s-sir!" General Tullius was seconds away from snapping at the imbecile in front of him, maybe even have him executed to show that he isn't playing around, but then the runner kept going before he could release his fury. "B-but I found this on the battlefield where the dragon was fought, and bought it back as soon as possible s-sir!" After that, the runner grabbed what he was holding on his back, a one handed sword, and slid it across the table towards him.

Tullius stopped the sword with one hand, and saw that it was one of those swords wielded by the Companions that reside in Whiterun. Maybe he should have them join his ranks too, they are famed to be great warriors after all.

But other than that, he saw nothing of importance. It just showed that the Jarl had received help from the Companions. And that was supposed to be important?

But just as he was about to order the execution of this imbecile, he caught something with his eyes and glanced back at the sword. Then he saw it again, and his eyes widened as he recognized what it was.

Runes, the mystic power of Enchantments! An Enchanted Sword of all things! With more of these things he could surely overthrow that damned Ulfric!

Wait… He inspected the sword closely. It looked new, well cared for too, it didn't look old nor worn out, and the Companions aren't the type to cherish weapons. So that can only mean one thing.

Whiterun has someone that can Enchant equipment! That has to be the answer! He must get his hands on them, no matter the cost!

"Call for the other runners! I want them to deliver some information to the College of Winterhold!" If he had the College of Winterhold backing him in this, then he'll surely have this Enchanter in his hands, and with hundreds of Enchanted weapons, Ulfric would fall for sure!

This war was as well as won!
