"Dinara, take these." I didn't waste time to toss a pair of Enchanted Gauntlets towards our new companion while the dragon circled above us. Her eyes widened as she grabbed the gauntlets out of the air, then put them on with a thankful nod. "Do you know what type of dragon that is?" I asked her while throwing a glance towards the growling Fenrir. I gritted my teeth and decided to not send her into the Pet Space this time.

"We have a hard fight in front of us ladies…" Dinara breathed out as she glared towards the sky, "That's one of the strongest types, a Blade Dragon. There is nothing they can't cleave through with their teeth and claws." Great, a powerful type of dragon right off the bat. Mirmulnir was at least slightly manageable, but this guy? This is going to be a problem.

"Fenrir." I called out, making the massive Hellhound towards me, her eyes glowing with pure fury towards the dragon flying above us. "Steer away from it's claws, and be extra careful." She released a happy bark my way and I smiled while trying to control my worry and desire to send her back into the Pet Space.

I noticed Dinara throw a glance towards Aurash and seemingly consider something before she just shook her head and reached for her large butcher-like blade, a pitch black glow appearing around her body.

The dragon released one final and powerful roar before flapping it's wings and diving towards us at incredible speed, at which I grinned. I can make use of that.

"Close your eyes and move back!" I called out as I wrapped myself in Stoneflesh, Aurash doing the same before nodding and jumping back. Dinara rose a brow, but did the same.

A large ball of light appeared in my palm and then floated up as the dragon drew closer and closer, then I created another and sent them flying straight towards the dragon. Then made them explode and blind it's eyes.

It roared in pain and shook it's head, but it was already too late as a massive Earth Pillar smashed into it's belly and made it flip, then smash into the ground at incredible speeds.

Dust, stone and dust flew everywhere from the site of impact, a large trench being left behind from the dragon dragon-shaped meteor.

"Go, now!" Dinara and Aurash didn't waste time to charge forward to inflict as many wounds onto the dragon while it was still blinded and stunned, with Fenrir releasing a howl and doing the same, her long sharp claws cleaving through stone.

Meanwhile, I turned towards the forest and grinned. That fucker picked a fight with me right beside my domain.

The cloud of dust was blown apart by a storm of lightning, the pained roar of the dragon drowning out the zapping and crackling of said lightning, which was soon followed by yet another powerful explosion.

I grabbed a Mana Potion and chugged it down as I finished doing my preparations, turning back towards the fight just in time to see Dinara and Aurash fall back as the dragon wasn't blinded anymore and was back on it's feet, though it did have a great deal of wounds all over it's belly.

I had the chance to finally stare at it up close, and it was honestly terrifying. It was smaller than Mirmulnir, but it was longer and had a slightly smaller wingspan than him.

It had large dark green scales with sharp protrusions, long horns that curved backward, massive black and incredibly sharp teeth, enormous claws that seemed to be made out of ebony, and were akin to gauntlets as the same black-like material stretched out all it's way to the dragon's elbow, sharing the same scale like pattern as the others, just pitch black in color. It's back had blade-like kite-shaped upright plates similar to a Stegosaurus and they were present all the way to the end of it's tail, where a long sharp blade was.

I didn't waste time and created a massive Fire Pillar right where the dragon was, followed by turning the ground below it into a Quagmire and making it deeper with Alteration Magic, then lifted the Earth Pillar I created before and smashed it into it's back to drive the bastard deeper into the Quagmire.

"Get back!" I called out, and let the five huge Malboro I had created while they wailed on the dragon's belly move forward as the Fire Pillar faded, revealing the slightly submerged dragon. Just a third of it's body was stuck, but it's still a lot.

The Malboro moved in and released their Poisonous Breath, and I mixed in my own Poisonous Fog into the mix to make it much worse, before they started to spray Acid into the dark purple cloud, making the dragon roar in pain. This is a great mix because like this the dragon will breath more of that poisonous cloud in, and hopefully it will also eat away at it's claws and scales.

I created several Earth Pillars around the fog, wrapped them in vegetation, and the created dozens of Acid Plant all over them, letting them spray more and more acid into the fog, then smashed the Earth Pillars into the dragon once the Acid Plants ran out of juice.

I released a few Spirit Ravens into the air to keep an eye out for additional threats, but then I blinked and watched when a massive claw reached out of the fog and cleaved one of the massive Malboro into several pieces.

It was soon followed by the blade at the end of the dragon's tail slicing three Malboro's in half. The fight one roared and rushed in, clearing the poisonous fog and biting into the dragon's neck.

"What the hell are those claws made out of?!" Aurash shouted, and I noticed that claws and the black-like material weren't damaged by the acid at all! But at least the dark green scales weren't the same as they now looked ready to crumble. The majority of them went from dark green to a sort of ash-like color.

"It's a mineral similar to Ebony!" Dinara called out, and I noticed that her butcher-like blade was pitch black, probably made out of Ebony. "But unlike Ebony, which is both hard and sharp, that material is just incredibly sharp! One good and hard hit will break it!" How the fuck did it get on the dragon though?! Ah whatever, let's fuck up one of the claws then!

I filled the last Malboro with Explosive Flowers, then downed another Mana Potion as the dragon finally managed to free it's other claw and smash it into the Malboro.

BOOM!

I was almost thrown off my feet by that explosion, and I shook my head to get rid of all that ringing. Why the fuck was it so powerful this time? Did I accidentally pour too much Mana into them or do my skill grow stronger the higher my level is?

I shook my head again and looked up as the smoke cleared, showing that the dragon's side was badly injured and that the majority of it's scales had shattered, letting blood pour out. But it's claws? They were just cracked.

The dragon roared towards me, but a large ball of fire slammed against the right side of it's head and exploded before Fenrir howled and rammed into it's side, sending it toppling over. Fenrir was much smaller than the dragon, but she was several times faster and could use that speed to her advantage.

I took that chance to slam my hand into the ground, creating a massive undulating wave of liquid earth and stone, but gritted my teeth when the dragon just smashed through it like it was nothing.

Dinara blurred forward, causing the dragon's attention to snap towards her. And I watched with wide eyes as the dragon slammed a massive claw down on Dinara, only for her to appear a few meters away and deliver a terrifyingly powerful blow with her sword, creating a sharp sound that made my ears ring, and making my eyes widen even more when the dragon roared as one of it's long sharp nails was sliced off.

It swiped the massive claw across the ground to try and hit Dinara, but she waved her hand and blurred out of the way, leaving behind a large sky blue magical circle on the ground where she was standing. Right, I forgot that she is an Adept Class Destruction Mage too!

The claw soon came in contact with the magic circle, which exploded with a powerful blast of water that threw the claw back, and I used that chance to ram an Earth Pillar into the dragon injured belly as Aurash rushed forward, bringing her large sword down on the cracked claw and releasing a powerful storm of lightning that engulfed the dragon.

The cracks on the claw became more visible, and I used a root to grab the one that Dinara cut off and threw it inside my inventory as it might make for a very good weapon once Aurash smelts it.

The dragon roar was cut off my another Earth Pillar slamming into it's chin, throwing it's head in the air, before Fenrir slammed into it's left side and threw it into the ground, where I tried to make it sink with Quagmire again.

It was useless of course, because it seems to have expected such a thing, so it simply rolled further away willingly before rising back up, only for me to blind it again to buy more time. This guy is incredibly dangerous, and it still hasn't used it's breath attack!

Dinara and Aurash tried to approach it, but the dragon flapped it's wings to release a powerful blast of wind to push them back. But of course that doesn't make it safe from me, so I created another massive Fire Pillar right below it, making it roar in pain once more.

I need to hit it hard somehow, and the Explosive Flowers are my best bet as I don't have many powerful Destruction Spells yet. But there might be one I can use.

I cupped my hands together as sparks started dancing around my hands, but just as I was getting ready to hyper-charge the spell to make it incredibly powerful, the flame pillar was blown apart by the dragon spreading it's wings, then it took a sharp intake of air.

I felt as if the world slowed down as a hand entered my field of vision and I soon saw that Dinara had thrown herself towards me with a horrified expression.

A terrifyingly loud sound rang out, it was akin to a sword being pulled out of it sheath but hundreds of times louder, deafening me and making my vision swim, and the last thing I managed to see was blood exploding out of Dinara's back before everything went dark.

(Aurash)

Her sword almost dropped out of her hand as she stared at the place where Flora and Dinara were standing just a few seconds ago. The ringing in her ears being drowned out by the pounding of her earth, and the flooding fear in her belly.

The fear of having lost Flora. Just the simple thought of Flora being dead almost made her lose her will to fight.

They hadn't know each other for very long, but there was one thing about Flora that she learned rather quickly. She just had a way of worming herself into other people's hearts and become someone very important to their lives.

After she lost her family, she stopped caring about everything else and instead traveled around and enjoyed herself. Adventuring, forging, some fighting here and there, anything to get her mind off her past.

Back at Helgen, she did not free Flora out of goodness, but because she was an additional set of arms that could help her escape that deathtrap.

But then she quickly grew to care about her. Flora never thought about deceiving her, or at least never made it apparent, and never tried to take everything for herself. She let her grab all the money at the bandit hideout, she didn't run away when she was given half of it, and when she came up with that Alchemy idea of hers? She didn't even think about keeping everything to herself. That's when Aurash started to trust and care about her more and more.

She was someone that was able to make quick friends with anyone and have no second thoughts.

Gnoll was the best example. Aurash knew very well the horrible reputation that Werewolves have, and she also knew that they were cursed by the Hircine, causing them to have urges to eat human flesh and give in and become bloodthirsty beasts.

She also knew very well that only the Werewolves that tasted human flesh lost their ability to revert back to their human form. It was obvious that Gnoll was one such Werewolf.

When Flora learned of this, instead of being disgusted like almost everyone else, she instead scolded Gnoll! And then used him as an example to teach Fenrir to not eat humans for no reason.

After that, Aurash noticed that whenever anyone tried to hit on Flora at the guild, a Werewolf would always be 'walking' by and put the fear of death into the poor guy.

She became fast friends with Aela and the majority of the Companions without problem. Made an Expert Class Mage like Farengar respect her, and even sometimes seek her advice on certain things. Even the Jarl himself is willing to go to war against the Empire to keep her safe.

At first, for her, Flora was just the best kind of friend she could ever hope to have. She could trust her with anything, as she was just that reliable, but she also needed a lot of support, mostly emotional, and she was happy to give it.

But then, it didn't take long for her feelings to change. Flora was exactly the ray of sunshine she needed in her life, always bringing a smile to her face, always making her relax and laugh, and always making her feel at home.

In the past, she hated thinking about the future, and merely went day by day. But now, there were times where she would spend an entire hour just thinking about what she and Flora could do together in the days to come. Stroll around, go look for more Crypts, dive into the dungeon, or whatever. Anything she did with Flora was enjoyable.

And she loved that. She loved Flora. She knew it was one-sided, but she didn't care. As long as she could be beside Flora, she'd be happy

.

Flora was everything to her.

And now all that was left of her was a bottomless crevice carved into the ground by the dragon's breath attack, which tore apart and erased the very portion of the forest in front of it. It was like a massive blade just swept past the forest, erasing stone, trees and even the grass, leaving several trenches and cut marks all over the ground.

Her hopes that Flora was still somehow alive were dashed when she glanced at Fenrir, but the massive Hellhound was staring towards the crevice with an empty look, completely unresponsive.

Her hand clenched around her sword and her breathing picked up. The fire in her veins turned into flowing lava, and for the first time in many years, she activated her Berserker Rage with a roar of pure fury.

And then shattered the sound barrier as she shot towards the dragon with the simple thought of tearing it apart.

The dragon recoiled back, blinking in confusion and glancing around when it's last target disappeared, only to suddenly feel a strong tug from it's tail.

It wasn't even able to glance back before it's body was being pulled across the ground, with it trying to stop whatever was happening by digging it's long claws into the ground. But that failed, and Aurash started spinning in place while holding onto the dragon's tail, having lifted it off the ground with monstrous amount of strength.

And then she threw it towards the mountain side, sending the massive beast flying through trees and stone before it smashed against the side of the mountain, causing rocks to start falling down.

The dragon growled, shaking the daze off it's head, only for it's eyes to widen when a figure loomed over it's face with a glowing sword lifted in the air.

It roared in pain when a large bloody gash was left across it's face while a storm of lightning wrecked against the rest of it's body, one of it's eyes having been completely destroyed and severely limiting it's field of vision.

But Aurash wasn't done, and she delivered a devastating punch to the dragon's injured belly, shattering the already weakened scales and causing the cauterized wounds to open back up and grow worse. She made sure to enjoy the dragon's roar of pain.

It retaliated by flapping it's wings, pushing her back, but just as she was about to charge forward and wail onto that damned beast once more, something else rushed forward.

The dragon was slammed into the side of the mountain once more, but with much greater power, causing a crater to appear on the site of impact.

The dragon lone eye widened when it saw the attacker. The massive pitch black wolf it had planned to feast upon once it was done was now looming over it, smoke and flames pouring out of it's glowing jaw like in rivers, it's very drool being akin to lava.

The Hellhound howled, making the very air vibrate as one of her paws rose up, the sharp claws sinking into the dragon's belly as she slammed it further into the crater, deepening it.

A blast of hot hair pushed Aurash further back, her eyes wide as she stared at the much bigger and very furious Fenrir. The very temperature around her skyrocketed with each passing second, setting the very grass on fire and slowly starting to melt rocks.

A low whine started to ring out from Fenrir's slightly open jaw as the flames within grew hotter and hotter, the bright light of the flames seeping out through her fangs.

The dragon roared in both pain and anger as it tried to push Fenrir off, it's claws leaving bloody gashes into Fenrir's sides, but the massive Hellhound didn't even twitch.

The low whine quickly turned into a monstrous roar as the bright light within Fenrir's jaw went from bright orange, to light purple, to blinding white as the heat reached whole new heights, and the miniature crater Fenrir and the dragon were in started to melt.

Aurash remembered how Flora used to joke around and call Fenrir an 'Apocalyptic puppy', but now Aurash watched how that joke seemingly became reality as Fenrir engulfed the dragon in a bright sea of flames.

(At the bottom of the crevice)

"Dinara! C'mon wake up girl!" I poured as much Mana as I could into my Healing spell while also using Pollen Garden to heal the massive gash onto Dinara's back. She was drenched in blood and the gash had just barely missed her spine, otherwise there would have been nothing I could do with my low level Restoration Skill.

She almost died to fucking save my life! Why can't I fucking keep attention and be ready for anything?! Damn it!

My eyes widened when I heard a groan coming from Dinara, and I gently turned her around as her wound was almost fully closed. I quickly rose one of my hands up and healed the wound on the side of my head that was constantly pouring blood on my eye before going back to using it on Dinara.

But then my eyes widened when I saw the hideous scar across her lips. I'm sure her face wasn't injured though! And healing through Restoration never leaves scars! It can't remove scars, but can make sure none are left behind by an injury!

Wait, maybe she was hiding it with magic? Illusion magic perhaps? No matter, it's none of my business and I have more pressing matters to attend to.

"Flora…?" Dinara eyes finally opened, and she hissed slightly in pain as she lifted her upper body up. "Where are we…" She looked around, then up, and her eyes widened.

I don't know what kind of fucking Shout that dragon has, but it was capable of cleaving a crevice into the ground that was at least twenty meters deep if not more. Luckily the fall wasn't lethal for me, but I just hit my head really hard and have a few scratches here and there, nothing that I haven't already healed.

"And here I thought we could easily defeat the dragon…" Dinara shook her head with a self-deprecating laugh, hissing slightly from the phantom pain. "Hell of a Blade member I am…" I didn't let her keep going and gave her a slap, making her eyes widen before I cupped her cheeks.

"You saved my life, so if you want to talk bad about yourself, do it where I can't hear you, or else you'll get more slaps." I warned her, glancing at the hideous scar that took over most of her lower face. It was like someone slit her mouth open and then stitched it together and let it heal normally.

Dinara noticed my stare, and took a sharp intake of air before pulling back and covering her mouth with her slightly torn and worn scarf.

"I won't ask, but you should know that the scar doesn't ruin your beauty at all." I told her with a warm smile. I was being completely honest too, Dinara is just that beautiful, scar or not. I chuckled when her face flushed up slightly and she turned away, but I know that she was happy to hear that. Most girls are sensitive towards this kind of stuff. "We need to go back up, Fenrir and Aurash can't last long without our help." I could feel the pure fury and fear coursing through Fenrir right now, and that filled me with worry. What if she does something rash and pays dearly for it? I don't want her to be injured badly.

"We need to kill that fucker before it uses that Shout again…" Dinara breathed out as she straightened herself up, her face still slightly flushed from my previous words.

"Can we even do that? All we can do is just weaken it little by little, his scales are so much harder than the dragon I fought previously." My eyes drifted down for a bit, before I pulled my gaze away because it was bad manners to stare.

"I have something that can probably kill it fast, but…" Dinara seemed to consider something, before groaning and running a hand through her hair. "The Blades have a legend that is passed down, of Talos having a dragon-slaying weapon and armor. It's just a legend, but my father insists that we have the Dragonbane in our possession, a divine weapon capable of slaughtering dragons like cattle." My eyes widened at her words. The Dragonbane was the Katana-like sword found in the dragon temple for the Dragonborn, the one with a unique Enchantment that did extra damage to dragons.

"I never believed in that legend, mostly because…" Dinara waved her hand, and a massive weapon landed between us. It was a massive swordspear with a two meter long blade and a one meter long grip.

The blade was full of rust and looked extremely old, and it was as wide as my waists too, which is quite a bit. "This is Dragonbane. Just a piece of scrap. And it's possibly the most insane gamble we can do." I breathed out through my nostrils and ran a hand along the blade. I tried to pour Mana into it but there was no reaction, no Enchantment. This thing is really a piece of scrap. But I guess we have no other choice.

"Before we go back up, you should get changed." I told Dinara, watching her glance down then cover her large bare chest with a squeak. Maybe I should have told her sooner.

(With Aurash)

She forgot how rough the Berserker Rage is on the body. She felt like she spent the past hour dragging a mountain, but instead she was fighting a dragon for the past few minutes.

"Fenrir, stand back." She panted out, staring at the massive Hellhound with worry. Her body was covered in injuries, but the dragon was much worse.

The majority of it's scales were now pitch black, the Ebony-like material over it's right claw was mostly shattered, revealing the bones beneath. One eye was gone, a wing was almost cut off, and it had several more large gashes across it's belly. But it still wasn't dead!

Aurash gritted her teeth, staring at her broken blade with sorrow. Flora had been so proud when she put the Enchantment on it too, and yet she went and broke it.

She clenched her fists and held onto her Berserker Rage, uncaring of the toll it was taking on her body. If she was going to die, then she sure as hell was going to bring that damn dragon down with her!

The dragon panted and rose once more, growling with fury towards her as Fenrir limped off to the side, much smaller than before.

It was about to capitalize on that weakness when it noticed something rise in the distance. It's eye narrowed, it's vision severely weakened after those two bright flashes, and it only noticed that the thing in the distance was now growing bigger and bigger a bit too late.

And then a massive Earth Pillar slammed into the dragon at incredible speed, slamming it back into the molten crater in the side of the mountain. And then it started spinning and grinding away into the dragon.

"Sorry for the wait!" Aurash froze when she heard that familiar voice, her eyes tearing up slightly as Fenrir released happy excited wails.

She turned her head to stare at the approaching Flora. Her hair was a mess and the left side of her face was covered in blood, but there was a large grin on her face that filled her with confidence.

She soon felt her body relax as Flora's used that magical pollen on her before rushing off to have Fenrir drink one of the few strongest Health Potions they have on hand before she slowly took care of the rest by making all the trees around wither.

"You did well sweetie, now go and take a rest." Fenrir let out a happy tired whine before she disappeared into thin air, and the smile on Flora's face disappeared and turned into a murderous scowl directed towards the still spinning Earth Pillar, thought it was much smaller now.

"The sword broke huh…" Flora said after she noticed the broken handle in her hand, before she just shook her head. "Oh well, we'll make one using the material the dragon oh so kindly delivered to us." Aurash chuckled, and unable to hold back her emotions, she wrapped Flora in a tight hug and held it for a few seconds before releasing her.

"Sorry for worrying you." Flora said warmly, then her gaze became serious when the dragon managed to finally shatter the massive Earth Pillar that had pinned it into the now much deeper crater.

Without a second thought, Aurash stood in-between the dragon and Flora, refusing to let her be targeted by the dragon again.

"Aurash, have this!" She blinked and turned around, then grabbed what Flora had thrown towards her without a second thought.

And blinked when her hands were empty. She quickly noticed that she could see her own reflection in the aqueous soil beneath her feet. Something that wasn't there before.

She looked around in a panic, noticing that the aqueous soil reflected the semi-cloudy sky perfectly, and that it stretched to as far as she could see. It was truly breathtaking, but she was too confused to even admire the view.

"So, a Dragonborn has finally wielded my Dragonbane once more." A deep, powerful voice spoke up from behind her, making soil ripple and the clouds disappear.

She slowly turned around, and her gaze landed on a huge figure clad in pitch black draconic-like armor. The helmet was shaped like a dragon head, the armor was akin to scales, the gauntlets were akin to dragon claws, the shoulder pads had dragon heads protruding out of them, and so were the kneecaps.

The man wearing the armor had his arms crossed, and his very presence screamed power. And Aurash instantly knew that this was no mortal.

"You are Talos, aren't you…" Aurash muttered, for some reason instantly liking this fearsome looking man to Talos, the hero-god of Mankind and the most worshiped God in Skyrim.

"It is I indeed. I'd say it's a pleasure, but the circumstances aren't so good are they?" The man, now identified as Talos, answered. While his very presence screamed power, his tone and way of speaking were rather friendly and open instead.

"Yeah, I should really go back now that you mention it…" Aurash stated plainly, but deep inside she was screaming and cursing at the Thalmors, because right in front of her was the one person, the one God, they so strongly claim that isn't real. "Wait, the Dragonbane?" Her eyes widened when she suddenly remembered what Talos said. The Dragonblade had been his weapon when he was still a mortal, a weapon that he used alongside his armor to be invincible on the battlefield! How the hell did Flora manage to get her hands on that!?

"The Dragonbane is useless without the Dragonslayer armor." Her hopes of finally being able to kill that dragon were instantly dashed by Talos's words, but he soon chuckled and shook his head. "Since you are in a dire situation, I'll allow you to use it just this once." And her hopes were soon reignited!

"If you wish to use my Dragonbane once more, go and look for the pieces of my Dragonslayer armor." Talos lifted his head to stare at the endless and beautiful clear sky, then shook his head. "Mind you, my dear Valkyries stand guard over them. Overcome them, and claim the armor." Aurash nodded, then kept silent, waiting to hear the directions to where said armor pieces are, but even after a full minute of silence, Talos said nothing.

"You know, this should be the time where you give me some kind of hint or puzzle…" She said, and Talos simply tilted his head before shrugging without a care.

"You expect me to come up with a puzzle? Your expectations of me are too high. Just go around and look or whatever, I don't know." What kind of fucking God is this?! Aren't they supposed to be all-knowing and incredibly smart and everything else?!

Aurash groaned and face palmed, hoping that Flora can come up with a way to find out where the armor pieces might be.

"Fine! Just send me back, I got a dragon to kill!" Aurash groaned, and the last thing she heard was Talos rumbling chuckle before she was back to real world.

She blinked and stared in awe at the massive swordspear in her hands and watched as the rust along the blade fell off, and glowing golden runes appeared all over it, a golden aura wrapping around her and the Divine Weapon, filling her with pure intoxicating power.

She spun around, the blade tearing through the air as she roared and stamped on the ground, making the land for a few dozen meters collapse and shatter.

She saw the fear in the dragon's eye, and she grinned. Then swung Dragonbane with as much power as she could muster.

And the mountain side was obliterated.

(Flora)

Holy shit!

I covered my eyes as a massive portion of the mountain side just exploded with a bright golden glow. The roar of the explosion shaking my very bones as the gale storm created from it almost threw me of my feet.

The dragon was nowhere to be seen, but as I glanced at Aurash I noticed the wisps of colorful energy that were flowing towards her. That pretty much told me that the dragon is very, very dead. I hope there is a body left behind at least as the Ebony-like material would be very good to have.

I rose my hands up and moved the falling rocks from the titanic mountain away, then my eyes widened when Aurash dropped down on the ground as Dragonbane went back into it's rusted and old looking appearance. Damn, I wanted to study those golden runes!

I checked up Aurash, then sighed in relief when I found that she just passed out from the strain. Possibly both magical and physical, because I doubt that using a Divine Artifact like Dragonbane comes without a toll.

"Is she okay?" I turn towards Dinara as she limps towards us, having told her to remain hidden as her body wasn't in tip top shape after the big she received. "Can't believe that fucking legend is true…" I followed her gaze and stared at the massive gouge into the side of High Hrothgar, where the top half of the dragon lay, the bottom half being mostly gone other than a portion of it's tail. Good thing the mountain is massive.

"Yeah, she just needs to take a rest. And so do you." She chuckled, before hissing and nodding her head. Whatever that shout was, it caused immense pain to her, and it pretty much atomized a portion of the forest. Dinara must have survived because she had Ebonyflesh to soak up most of the damage, other wise me and her would have died for sure.

"This truly has been an eyeopener for me." She said as she sat down, and I activated Pollen Garden to a large scale as I also pulled out Fenrir so that I could heal everyone and make them all relax. "Fighting a dragon with so few people is really dangerous. But this guy was a total monster…" I nodded my head at her words and gave her a few Health Potions so to heal any injury I didn't fully heal while I took care of Fenrir.

I did use Nature Healing to sap the vitality of all the trees within my range to heal her, so the majority of her injuries were fully closed and healed. One of the few strongest Health Potions that Ariana gave me finished doing the rest, so I just took care to regrow her fur and make sure there were no small cuts or anything else wrong, while petting her a lot.

"Is it just me, or is Fenrir smaller?" I asked Dinara as I checked out Fenrir, noticing that she was indeed much smaller than her ten meter form. I think she is back to being five meters now, and I don't know how I missed that.

"She must have learned how to change her size at will, most Elder Hellhounds are capable of doing that. They can go from being the size of a house dog to the size of a tower in a split second." I whistled at that. That could be very useful since now she can go around the house or come with us inside the tunnels of crypts and stuff like that.

"Let's camp here for the day. I wanted to reach the other side of High Hrotgar, but I'd rather have you all rest up." I picked Aurash up with a few roots, then helped Dinara walk towards the large opening in the mountain. The forest around us was mostly destroyed and it gave us a large opening so nothing can sneak up on us now.

I snorted when Fenrir bit off one of the dragon's ribs and started to angrily chew on the very sturdy bone that didn't even crack under the strength of her jaw.

"We're covered in blood, we should get cleaned up…" I sighed and flicked some dried blood off my face, then stench of it really starting to get on my nerves. I noticed Dinara flushed look and I snorted, giving her a teasing grin. "Come on, I've already seen almost everything." I chuckle as her face flushes up even more. Guess I found the way to tease her!

I quickly cleared out a large hole with Alteration Magic and let Dinara fill it with warm water and get in first while I went to check on the dragon carcass.

The majority of the Ebony-like material was still there, which is extremely good. All of this will make for extremely good armor and weapons, and then I can put even more powerful Enchantments on them. But the thing that has me curious is how this Ebony-like metal fused with the dragon.

The bones and the metal were fused together, with pitch black lines crisscrossing across the bones. This honestly looks made, not born. It's like someone tried to fuse this metal with the dragon's skeleton and created this abomination. But why?

I sigh and shake my head before collecting the claws, the tail and what's left of the spine. There's a lot of it on the dragon, and while Aurash won't be able to forge stuff with dragon bones and scales for a long time, that doesn't mean that I can't start putting some aside.

I might as well check on my gains while I'm at it.

(Spirit Explosion): Grants the ability to detonate your summoned spirits. The explosion isn't very powerful, but can be good to attract attention. Spirits can decide to self-detonate if in dire situation.

(Cursed Spores): Grants the ability to create cursed spores that once inhaled start to weaken the victims body functions. The effects range between ruining their sight, making them tired, and making it hard to breathe. The bigger the target, the longer it takes for them to take effect.

(Caustic Fog): Grants the ability to create a large acidic fog over a large area, which rapidly corrodes anything inside it. The more Mana is poured into the spell, the bigger and stronger the fog will be.

(Stone Golem): Grants the ability to shape stone and rubble into a humanoid golem and grant it slight sentience. The Stone Golems are very slow, but are incredibly sturdy and strong. The more Mana is poured into the spell, the bigger the Golems will be.

(Purge): Grants the ability to remove harmful effects to one's mind and soul. It can be used to purge spirits and undead, letting them pass on. It can only be used on a single target at a time, but can be made stronger by feeding the spell more Mana.

Oh man, these are some juicy skills! Well, other than the Stone Golem one.

It might be useful against large numbers of small enemies, like with the Malboro, but against a dragon? It might as well be made out sand. The Caustic Fog and Cursed Spores skills are extremely good and I'll definitely put them to good use.

And then there's Purge, amazing skill against undead, but it's mostly the purging effect onto the mind and soul that is amazing. I won't have to worry about others being mind controlled now because I can easily remove such harmful effect.

The only thing I have to worry now is making my Mage Skills stronger, and I need to find a good way to do it. I can simply start making buildings with Alteration Magic or morph the terrain, fix roads and stuff, that will be more than enough.

As for the rests? I need to spend more time within Dungeons and maybe see if there is a Dungeon full of draugrs and undead so I can level up my Restoration Skill.

I must learn how to use Illusions and cast Conjuration spells too, because they will be incredibly powerful boons to have. Then also level them up a lot, and that's going to be a chore. Good thing my Mana reserves are becoming quite massive.

I sighed and shook my head, then just walked back to the warm pool Dinara made, and couldn't help but whistle as I stared at the naked beauty inside it.

Dinara's curvaceous body was mostly hidden by her baggy clothes, but damn does she have a killer body. Well fit, visible abs, hourglass figure. Her beauty is different from Aurash's and Aela's. Aurash's beauty is more because she is very unique, and that you could sharpen knifes on her abs, while Aela's beauty is mostly her lower body, she has a pair of ass and legs to die for.

"You are very open about your sexuality aren't you?" Dinara mused, a slight flush to her face as she used one arm to cover her chest. I simply shrugged and threw my clothes into my inventory, uncaring about being naked in front of someone else as I jumped into the warm water and started washing off the blood and dirty. Damn, I became a lot more bold after having sex with Aurash huh?

"How's your body?" I asked her, paying no mind to the scars she has strewn around her body, even though some looked like they were made by whips, especially some on her back.

"A lot better, the phantom pains are almost fully gone." I nodded, glad that Pollen Garden was doing it's job. "What did you find out about the dragon?" She asked, and I drew my eyes away from her body as I quickly dropped underwater and started washing my hair.

"I think someone must have tampered with it's skeleton before it was bought back to life by Alduin." Her expression soured at that, and I understand very well on why. If that Ebony-like material wasn't in the way, then we could have easily destroyed all of it's claws and nails within minutes, making the fight several times harder.

"That sounds like something the Dwemers would do, there's even a saying that they enslaved a dragon and that it's now locked into Blackreach. Wherever that place might be." Now that she mentions it, that does sound like something Dwemers might do. Could they possibly have planned to turn the dragon's skeleton into a powerful war-machine? Those guys really are fucking crazy.

"You know, I think I might be able to heal those scars in the future." I suddenly speak up when I remember what I wanted to go and ask Paarthurnax, making Dinara's eyes go wide with slight hope. "I need to find something first, but I should learn of it's general location after we are done with the Greybeards." Dinara blinked and I gave her a warm smile, making her nod gratefully with a gentle smile of her own.

She almost got herself killed just to save me when the important one in this war is Aurash, that made me trust her a whole lot more, so of course I'd go out of my way to do something to make her happy.

"By the way, what's that Ebony-like metal called? Is your sword made out of it too?" I changed the topic of the conversation as I used a raven to check on the sleeping Aurash and found her still sleeping soundly on a comfy patch of grass while Fenrir guarded over her while munching on a rib. I should really find something for her to eat aside from the massive dead bodies of the spiders, so maybe I should pay a visit to Hircine's Daedric Dungeon, or find a mammoth.

"We call it Fake Ebony, as it's hard to find the difference between the two. But Ebony is probably the sturdiest material aside from dragon's scales and bones, which are also highly resistant to magic. Fake Ebony isn't as sturdy, but it's just as sharp. And yes, my sword is made out of it." I nodded my head at her words. It's too bad that it's not as sturdy as real Ebony, but at least the sharpness is still there. I can always make the armor stronger with Enchantments so it's not a problem.

"I'll Enchant your sword later, and give you a pair of Enchanted boots. We need to be ready in case another dragon decides to come pay us a visit." She smiled gratefully at me, knowing perfectly well that I wanted to give her these Enchanted items to make it so that she doesn't almost die trying to save me. I'd rather not risk that again.

She was about to speak up when one of my ravens notified me that Aurash was waking up, making my eyes go wide as I instantly crawled out of the pool and dried myself up before throwing my Enchanted gear on. Dinara seemed to have understood and jumped out of the warm water and started to get dressed, and I made sure to steal one last glance at that nice body before going to check on Aurash.

"Good morning big girl." I grinned as I knelt beside her, receiving a groan as an answer and making my grin grow bigger. "How are you feeling?"

"Just a bit sore, very tired, and I feel like I can eat a whole dragon…" I chuckled and ran my hand across her hair as I gave her the infamous lap pillow, making her sigh in bliss.

"Well, we don't have dragon meat as you already slurped it all up together with it's very soul." Dinara snorted at my words, and Aurash followed right after, "But luckily we stocked up on a lot of meat, and I stocked up on a lot of cooked food from the guild, so come on, get up so you can fill your belly." She groaned, probably not wanting to get off my very comfy thighs, but then complied and gave her body a stretch, making her spine pop several times.

"Pretty sure I'll have to get my strength under control again…" Aurash mused, grabbing a rock and turning it into powder with a simple squeeze, making Dinara whistle. "And the Shout I just learned, damn. How the fuck did you two even survive it?" Me and Dinara both shrugged at that as neither of us know how we survived being completely erased by that Shout.

I started pulling out some still warm plates out of my inventory and shared it with my companions while I gave Fenrir one of the massive spiders to eat. I don't get how she even finds those disgusting things tasty.

"Oh right, I forgot to ask this before, but can you tell me as much as you can about the Blades." Aurash spoke up after downing a deer leg in seconds like it was nothing, and I am pretty sure she ate some of the bones too because there was too much crunching for my liking.

"Well, there isn't much to know if I have to be honest…" Dinara spoke up, cleaning her lips, the illusion spell to cover her scar was back in place too. "After the bullshit the Empire tried to pull on us, we just became spiteful towards them, and vengeful towards the Thalmors, all the while we are still clinging to our creed even though we don't have an Emperor to follow." That's actually very honorable to be honest. Even when the people they served for who knows how long turned their backs on them, they refused to disband and disappear, but instead held on and fought back.

"Then when the dragon started coming back, the majority of us knew that a Dragonborn was definitely going to appear, and that's when a few started getting ideas." Dinara's gaze turned disgusted while Aurash frowned, clearly not liking the sound of it. "A group of around a hundred Blade members wanted to find the Dragonborn and turn them into a weapon, simply using them to fully slay a dragon and that's it, essentially turning them into a living, breathing Soul Gem. The leader of these idiots, Delphine, always wanted to be the leaders of the Blades, and clearly tried to create a rebellion with this small group she made. Needless to say, I beat her black and blue then kicked her out." I couldn't resist and gave Dinara several loud claps. Hell, I really want to give her a standing ovation! Just knowing that she beat up Delphine makes me feel so good and satisfied!

"You don't have to worry about them, the majority of them are weak, and you can take all of them on without a problem thanks to your improved strength." Dinara assured Aurash, who nodded her head and relaxed before going back to fully enjoying her meal. "Speaking of which, I am surprised that she didn't try to approach you two since she was in Whiterun." I blinked at her words, then I suddenly had an urge to go back and find that bitch, then just outright kill her. I swear to god, if she was there when the dragon attacked and did fucking nothing, I'll definitely make her pay, badly. Her and that shitty senile old man that follows her around.

"I almost forgot, there's something I want to tell you two." I stopped eating and turned to Aurash with a confused look, tilting my head at the complicated gaze in her eyes. "I didn't know how to bring this up until now, mostly because I was too hungry and tired, but I'll just be frank and direct. When I grabbed Dragonbane, I met Talos." My eyes blew open at Aurash's words, and Dinara's eyes were soon filled with maniacal delight. Well, it is to be expected since she was a hardcore worshiper of Talos, like all the Blades.

"He told me that I can't use the Dragonbane again unless I found his Dragonslayer armor, which is separated into pieces and guarded by the… Valkyries?" Dinara's eyes widened even more at the mention of the Valkyries, meaning that she probably knew about them. "Anyway, he didn't tell me anything else aside from that. No hints or puzzles or whatever. Honestly, his very presence screamed power and his voice shook everything, but he acted so friendly and normal, not like how I expected a God to act." I rose a brow at that. I mean, he is a man turned God so maybe he still hasn't grasped the essence of what it means to act like a Divine, or he just doesn't give a fuck.

"I am so envious…" Dinara groaned, making us chuckle, before Aurash and her shared a very knowing glance. They probably had a shared thought about the Thalmors. "In some of our books about Talos, many said that he was a very friendly man and that he never acted like an Emperor. There were times where he would just walk around the Royal Palace in casual clothing. There are also stories of some of the servants that didn't recognize him used to push their duties on him, and he'd actually do them!" Me and Aurash both gaped at Dinara as she just went on and told us more stories and shenanigans of Talos. How he would always throw parties at the Royal Palace, how he sometimes started wars out of pettiness, how he had a tendency to slap people he didn't like in the face, especially Kings f other regions. All in all, Talos was a madman when he was a mortal, and maybe he's driving his fellow Divines to insanity too now.

"Still, I am surprised that Dragonbane reacted to you." Dinara mused after we finished laughing at yet another story of Talos, "There were many Dragonborns in the Septim bloodline, but none of them ever managed to make it react, so all of us thought that it was just a piece of scrap." Aurash hummed as she pulled Dragonbane out of her Spatial Storage. The massive swordspear was once again rusted and looked very old, like a single blow can shatter it to pieces, and yet not that long ago it split a dragon in half with a single swing, and cleaved a large gash into the mountain side.

"Who was the last Septim Dragonborn?" I asked Dinara as I turned towards her. I remember reading that the Septim bloodline faded away and was replaced by another, but I am not too sure about that.

"That would be the Wolf Queen, Potema Septim." Oh fuck, I remember that bitch. She's a strong Necromancer in the game and is in the middle of her 'resurrection'. I really need to find where her those Necromancers that are summoning her back are, then put an end to it all. Hopefully I can do it on time. "After her, there were no more Dragonborns among the Septims, which made people believe that the Septims dynasty had ended with her, and I find myself agreeing with that…" Her expression soured at the last words, before she just shook her head and went back to eating.

"What about the Valkyries? Do you know where they might be?" Aurash asked, making Dinara's eyes go wide before she quickly swallowed the food in her mouth.

"I know where one of them is." She spoke up, making our gazes brighten before her expression became serious. "But we do not stand a chance against one of them as we are now. There are four Valkyries in total, and they should be guarding a piece of the armor each according to what Talos told you. The Valkyrie Queen was Talos's wife before he ascended, and the other three were his concubines. After he ascended, they disappeared from the Royal Palace and we only managed to find one of them by chance a few years ago. They used to be fierce and terrifying warriors back in the day, so getting those armor pieces will be very, very difficult." Another difficult quest huh? First I need to find the Eldergleam, but now I also need to find the rest of the Dragonslayer armor pieces and defeat the overpowered Valkyries guarding them.

We quickly filled our bellies and I soon got to work on Enchanting Dinara's sword. I could put a very powerful Enchantment on it so I decided to go with a fivefold sharpness boost. The blade is already incredibly sharp and strong, shown when it managed to cut through the dragon's Fake Ebony claws, albeit it needed a lot of force to do that, so I made it so it can know cut through them like it's butter.

I really want to level up my Enchanting to the point where I can finally make higher tier boosting effects since now I am stuck with fivefold ones, not that they are bad. I wanted to unlock these higher tier ones before we finally manage to forge Fake Ebony gear, because I know that metal can handle powerful Enchantments.

The problem is, how the I raise my Enchanting level when I have a limited amount of weapons? And the answer I came up with is simple: I'll make my own weapons.

I can make wood very strong and hard, probably even stronger than steel, by using Alteration Magic. I tried transmutation but it didn't work, so it's either a high-tier spell or it doesn't exist.

Either way, right now I was capable of creating dozens of highly explosive Enchanted wooden staffs. I just need to throw them and they'd blow up on impact, releasing the respective Enchantment I put on them.

I mostly put Lightning, Fire, Ice and Water, because the Earth ones are… well, very weak. I also started putting Poison explosions, Sunfire explosions, Acid explosions, even Wind explosions.

I could make Enchantments that released anything on impact, even gasoline! I don't know how that's possible, but I really don't care.

I also made helpful ones, like staffs that released a Healing explosion, or staffs that exploded and created a powerful Ward. I created so many different Enchantments and I am so proud of it.

Enchanting is OP, and I'll never get tired of it.

I Enchanted so many staffs that it also made me realize just how big my Mana reserves became. I'm pretty sure that I receive a large boost every ten levels because this is quite insane. I used to be able to only Enchant around fifteen items before I had to refill with a Mana Potion, but now I can do almost thirty. Almost twice my previous amount!

And so that's what I did for most of the day, train both my Enchanting and my Alteration in-between breaks as now my headaches weren't as horrible as before. Honestly, they were the easiest to level up, but it did still take a long time to go up a single level.

Oh well, I need to do this no matter how repetitive it is as it's related to my and my companions survival.

My idea of making my owns staffs and Enchanting them was fantastic, and the result was rather obvious. Almost ten levels in a single day, and that's all because I just copied the same powerful Enchantment over and over without a care about how many more weapons I had left since now I can make my own.

And then I just trained Alteration by shifting and controlling the terrain within my domain, which is now more than eighty meters. The progress was slow since changing all the ground in a radius of eighty meters sapped away all my Mana in half a minute, and now Mana Potions don't refill me back to full tank, so it's slower than with the Enchanting, but I was still able to gain immense progress with it because using Alteration on all that terrain made it raise in level very quickly, so even though I was bored to death, it was still worth it. Another twelve levels and then I can use Ironflesh, and then leveling this damn skill up will become even harder. I need to find a way to regenerate my Mana much quicker, and the only answer to that is the Eye Of Magnus. I'll have to make a trip there and grab it when I am sure I can deal with the undead guarding it, because I doubt that it's as easy as in the game

Motherfucker has been bathing in the excessive Mana being poured out of the Eye Of Magnus for who knows how long, so he's definitely jacked up, and I ain't taking my chances until I know I can deal with that and survive. At least I have Purge now.

Oh well, I have time until then. Now I have more important matters to attend to.

"So, should we get down and walk all the way up on foot? It is said that the walk up is a test of sort…" Dinara stated as we stared at the path leading all the way up to High Hrothgar.

Fenrir had become way faster after the fight, and with her being able to increase her size at will and almost reach 20 meters in height and length, she was now a literal beast. Albeit changing her size took quite a bit out of her, showing that she still needs to get used to that.

"Nope, we're taking the fast way up." I whistled and let Fenrir run forward and start rushing up the path, albeit at a much slower pace in case we ran into anyone else that is trying to walk up the mountain.

Of course, I didn't sit still on our way up. Hell no. I'm being spitefully kind. I know how much significance the Greybeards put on the path that leads to High Hrothgar, so of course I fixed it while Fenrir ran up.

And by fix it I mean make rest stops, stairs, sprinkle some trees here and there and all that stuff. Just making the way up several times easier and more manageable for everyone else! It was also a good way to train my Alteration Skill.

Very kind of me, right? Next time they learn not to announce someone's presence to all of fucking Tamriel.

As we went further up the mountain and drew closer to the clouds, the temperature plummeted and the weather became incredibly harsh. Raging winds, snow, rocks falling all of a sudden and a couple of trolls that ended up becoming Fenrir's rations.

I wasn't affected by the harsh temperatures, but Aurash and Dinara were, so I did my best to keep them warm. Luckily for them, it didn't take much longer to finally reach High Hrothgar.

The castle in front of us was quite immense, with the tip touching the clouds that were barely more than a dozen meters above our heads. It was pitch black in color and was very, very old looking, with some walls having cracks on them or with some missing pieces.

The front had a gate that was no longer there, followed by a large staircase that led to a massive set of bronze doors. Above the doors was a massive dragon head made out of the same material the castle was made out of, and the door had engravings of dragons and what looked like battles between humans and them.

"Well, what are we waiting for?" I looked at Aurash and Dinara as they shivered in the cold. I already sent Fenrir inside the Pet Space to let her rest after she carried us for so long, and I promised myself to find her a good mammoth to let her feast on after we are done here.

I walked to the doors and pushed them open widen enough so that we can walk inside, and I gazed at the slightly lit hallway that led to a large open hall with a massive fire in the middle.

The sound of the howling wind echoed across the hallway as we quietly walked into the main large hall filled with torches, fires and banners of all kinds.

The sound of footsteps made us perk up and glance at the stairs at the other end of the large hall, where a group of twelve elderly man in dark blue robes soon came into view.

"Welcome, Dragonborn. We-"

"Yeah I'll stop you right there you senile idiot." I rose a hand and interrupted the man in the lead without a care, making Dinara and Aurash gape at me. I don't give a fuck that these guys can Shout me off the mountain or blow me apart, I need to give them a piece of my mind.

The Graybeards looked very confused as they glanced between themselves, with the one in the lead whispering 'Senile?' under his breath. Looks like I hit a nerve. Good.

"What gave you idiots the bright idea to Shout and announce the presence of the fucking Dragonborn to all of Tamriel? We were almost killed by a dragon on our way here, and it's very likely that it was waiting for us because of you!" I took a deep breath and clenched my fists, really wanting to punch these idiots in the face, but I held myself back.

"T-that was our only way to-" The Graybeard in the lead stuttered and tried to explain himself, but I was having none of that shit.

"You should have walked down the fucking mountain and sent a messenger! There's a town not that far from the path leading up the mountain! But nooo, you just had to be lazy and not think about the consequences about Shouting "Dohvahkiin!" right when you had a bunch of dragons all over the place!" I shouted and they all recoiled back, some even taking covers behind others while Aurash was choking up behind me, trying to keep her laughter under check. I kinda know I am being unreasonable because how could they know specifically who the Dragonborn is and send a messenger to them, but right now I don't really care.

"And I even fixed the road up the mountain for you. I made stairs, laid down a better paved road, resting places. Very kind of me, right?" Nope, I was just being spiteful. Now they'll probably have to deal with a lot of people that aren't worthy of receiving their teachings because the only reason they made it up the mountain is because the road was more manageable and less tiring and dangerous.

They even have the galls to look mortified at my words, tch. These old fools can't appreciate kindness at all!

"So now, you are going to compensate us for almost killing us. You'll teach Aurash here, the Dragonborn, every single Shout you know. Or else I'll pick this fucking castle apart and throw it down the mountain piece by piece. And don't you even dare to ask us to do errands for you!" The sound of several people gulping at the same time came from the Graybeards as they frantically nodded their heads. Damn, I must be very scary if I am capable of making the Graybeards themselves abide to my request.

"Good, then let's not waste a second, we are very busy after all. Aurash, beat them up if they don't do what I said." Aurash stepped forward with a massive excited grin on her face as she cracked her knuckles, and I swear to God one of the Graybeards whimpered! Dinara simply pinched the bridge of her nose and sighed with a smile on her face before I just turned around and grabbed her hand.

"We'll be back soon Aurash, there's something I have to do real quick!" Aurash looked confused, but she just shrugged and turned back to the Graybeards that had started to finally recompose themselves.

"Where are we going?" Dinara asked as we walked out of the old castle and down the stairs leading to the main door. Funny how she was flushing from having her hand held. Well, it is very lewd after all.

"We are going to meet Paarthurnax." Dinara blinked several times, her eyes widening more and more as she gulped in slight fear. Of course she would know Paarthurnax, I'm sure the Blades have records of all the strongest, most fearsome and important dragons, and that's something I really want to go through just so I can be ready. I need to study up on the different types too.

I used Alteration Magic to remove a large piece of the ground below us, then lifted it up and used it as a platform to float up into the clouds by using Geokinesis and Psychokinesis.

It took us a full minute to exit out of the top of the clouds, and I kept rising up as the Throat of the World was a still a few dozen meters up.

It looked like the top of the mountain had been cleaved off and turned into a flat land more than two hundred meters wide. It looked like some sort of building resided here, but all that was left now was the giant Word Wall, and the titanic dragon resting beside it.

Mirmulnir was giant, yes… But Paarthurnax is three times bigger than him, and he takes up half of the mountain peak.

Ash colored scales, large scars everywhere and one of the large horns on his head was completely shattered, clear signs of age, wings that were almost fully ruined… and yet the pure aura of power that rolled off of him was terrifying and made me feel like an ant.

He seemed to feel our presence when we landed, and he slowly rose, making cracking sound ring out and echo across the massive clearing as dust and stone fell off of his body with each of his movements.

There was a lot of dried blood all over the place, making me wonder if a small scuffle happened between Alduin and Paarthurnax when he appeared. And I call it a small scuffle because I doubt that High Hrothgar would still be standing if the two went all out against each other.

I lifted my head up, and up, as Paarthurnax fully stood up, showing just how utterly titanic he was in size and making both me and Dinara feel like small ants in comparison.

Now I just need to work up the courage to actually speak up. I didn't think this through.

(?)

No Hero had shown up even after countless generations. No one strong enough to dive into the crypt and defeat the evil that he had used his very life to seal has appeared.

His strength kept fading away as time went by, while the monster simply waited. It didn't even try to waste energy, it simply waited for him to become weak enough before retaliating.

And now, the worst possible outcome finally happened… that evil broke free.

"Your sacrifice was rather pointless, wasn't it?" A bony, chilling voice spoke up from behind him, and he mustered the last bits of his strength to turn around and stare at the floating masked figure holding an ancient looking staff.

"Worry not, I'll make sure to turn your body into a rather useful and powerful puppet as a show of respect." The undead let out a dry chuckle as it floated forward and past him, dismissing his fading form as if he was a mere fly.

The doors to the crypt were pushed open, letting in the fading sunlight as the floating calamity spread it's arms wide and bathed in it in silence for several seconds.

"Oh dragons... divine creatures second only to gods… thy faithful servant shall soon bathe in thy might once more…" The Dragon Priest reverently spoke, bony hands reaching towards the sun and clenching around it. "But I can't go back like this, I must regain my strength first… and rebuild my army." It spoke, it's hidden chilling gaze landing on a small village not that far away before it released another dry, sickening chuckle.

"Someone will definitely slay you..." The ghost of the Nord warrior spoke up one last time before fading away, his words echoing across the empty hall several times.

And the last thing he heard was Hevnoraak's mocking laughter.

A.N.: I am kinda back! Computer is still off and getting repaired but I should be getting it back by the end of the week hopefully, if it can be fixed. I was able to write that chapter after I stumbled on some of my written down notes and remembered about what I wanted to write and show in the chapter, so I hope you all missed this story and enjoyed the big reveals in this chapter!

If you did, please drop a review as they motivate me a lot! Either way, thank you for waiting!
