Amu strolled around down the streets of the lit city, slouched with her head down, hiding her tired frown.
She sighed. "Agh! What am I going to do?! I can't find two musicians for the entertainment!"
Earlier that day, Amu was at her desk, while the home room teacher going off a list of things for the kids to volunteer with on the Cultural Festival thought hard on what to volunteer for.
She could be helping out with passing out flyers to every while wear a cute animal suit, but she knew that would get very hot and it would embarrassing on top of that. She could try being a waitress at one of the cafe's and wear a cute maid out fit. Though if she did that then...
Gazing over, her eyes happen drawn on at Tadase who happen turn and waved, beaming her. She look away from the blond hair lad. Not doing that.
Just then, Amu peered up and saw an X-Chara egg floating.
Her eyes widen as she shot up. Amu was about to go after it, when she heard her home room teacher said " Good, you'll be in charge of getting the musicians."
"Eh?" She uttered, perplexed by what the heck just happened.
Back to the present time time, Amu questioned. "Why did Ikuto had to be out of town?!"
At that moment, one of Amu's Charas whom was floating from behind, Sue said "I 'am sure you'll fine someone Ms. Amu."
"Yeah," Another of her Charas, Ran added waving her pom poms a bit, having a bright expression "don't give up? Go, go, go?"
"I wised that Utau would take me back." She heard, the angelic Chara that she was letting stay with her, Eru said. "We could Amu those musicians, but of course Iru had to a big meanie and drove me away."
Amu sighed again. As she was about to head on, she spotted the familiar figure of her friend and fellow school club member, Kairi standing in the distance with a serious look on his face.
Watching the green hair kid run off, Amu stood in place for a bit questioning where he was going, before her and her group of Charas followed the lad.
They made their way to the park.
Going through the obstacle of trees, she froze as soon as she head a snap. But right as Kairi turned, Amu and the Charas made no haste to hide behind a nearby tree.
Body shaking, her heart raced, she hoped that her fellow club member didn't see her nor know she was there.
"Who's there?" He asked, sounding serious yet calm at the same time.
Dang it.
"Eh... Uh?" Amu squeaked out.
She and her group of Chara except for Eru who sill hid, walked and floated out into the opening in a nervous manner, putting their hands up.
Amu saw Kairi and his Chara, Musashi who suddenly both have a socked expression, before she widen her eyes at bit.
"My apologies, Ms. Hinamori. I did not know you were there." The green hair boy spoke.
"No... I should be saying sorry." She tried to cheer him up. "What's going on?"
The dark green haired kid looked down pushing up his glass with his hand, regaining the serious expression he head. "I have heard word of a ninja showing up, here?"
"A ninja?"
Kairi nodded. "He's been running around stealing Chara eggs in the night."
"Maybe he's working for Easter?" The last Amu's Charas, Miki questioned.
"Hm? Could be, though I can not say for sure."
Amu looked over a distanced away as soon as she heard a noise.
Right after Amu watched Kairi and Mushashi head off in that direction, she and her Chara group did the same.
When they gotten to the clearing, Amu could see tons of X Chara eggs hovering around under the street lamps. A fire red clad ninja with a big black scarf stood in front of the lit fountain.
Her eyes widen. "That's the ninja?" She whispered.
The red ninja appeared to be a teenage boy, close the age of her other friend, Kukai, though she couldn't really tell since said ninja wore a mask.
Kairi said "It looks like those stories are right after all."
Amu soon moved her eyes to the fountain's side to see what looked to be robotic apes. "Go-gorillas?"
"Easter must be desperate?" Miki commented.
Just then, the ninja turned. Amu's eyes widen and gasps where heard as she only caught a glimpse of the ninja's bright orange-yellow eyes, before balls of fire appeared in his hands.
He moved his hands and pushed fire ball at the group. However, Amu Chara transformed with Ran to be become the Amulet Heart. The girl jumped and blocked the ball with her pom poms, making it disappear. She landed, narrowing eyes.
Kairi soon Chara Changed with Musashi, bringing his wooden one in front of him. The fire red clad guy summon a katanas, ones that made out of metal. As soon as swords reached the Ninja's hands said ninja lunged for Kairi.
The fire clad male swung his weapons, but Kairi dodged the blade as soon as it came down.
Amulet Heart took the advantage and waved her heart rod vertical, creating a pink sparkling, energy wave at the ninja.
The red clad guy jumped up and out of the way.
Meanwhile, the robo apes looked on as the kids firing attacks at each other. "Uh, you think we should go help him?" One of them said.
All of the sudden, a beam of light came from one of the ape's chest and shot out a hologram of a blond hair man with a big mustache. "Has the ninja helped you on getting those X-Charas?"
"Yeah, but these kids sneak up on us and-"
"Agh, never mind about that now just come back with the eggs?!"
"But what about the ninja?"
"Aw, that ninja would follow you where ever you because that's what we told him, just go?!"
After the hologram disappeared the robotic apes told the X-Chara eggs to get in the bags before they ran off.
Amu and her friends soon saw the fire red ninja turned to the side before it looked back at them, took something out, and slammed it on the ground.
Soon the whole area was covered and in red smoke. Coughing sounds was heard as Amulet Heart closed her eyes, plugged up her nose, and coughed too.
"It smells like feet." Miki commented.
When the smoke cleared, Amu saw that ninja nor the apes where nowhere to be found.
