Witch chapter 2
sorry I am writing this while putting up with my RND so it could get a bit lame.
I Know it took a while for updates, but I hope you enjoy these other chapter
Will opened her eyes and saw that she was in a room of white. She stood and walked around the room. She found nothing and as she moved she could no longer tell if she was moving. She looked down at her hands and realized she couldn't see her own body. She kept roaming around until a voice spoke to her sounding as if far away.
"Will Vandom, Do you know who I am?"
"No..." she said without thinking hearing her own voice echo in the void. She felt sleepy.
"My name is ..." the voice said.
"What?" Will asked scrunching her nose it sounded like white noise was slowly building in her ears. "Where are we?" She asked instead.
"Where do you think we are?" The voice asked
"You shouldn't answer a question with a question." Will said back "I don't know where we are that would be why I asked in the first place."
"HA! Indeed." he said, a man's voice deep and gravelly she realized, he let out a bark of laughter. "Think about it anyways."
"Well, I remember going to bed, so, I guess you're going to tell me this is a dream." Will said back.
"I suppose, you could think of this as all a dream."
"You're speaking in riddles." Will said frustrated. She wanted to rub her eyes but couldn't tell if she had moved or not she was just so tired...
"Perhaps."
"Alright, fine, I've been dealing with enough 'mystic-mumbo jumbo' if, for once, you spiritual beings have a message for me, then just say it out right."
"I'm no messenger, I'm just a man."
Will clenched her jaw, what did this guy want from her? Was he even friend or foe? If an enemy, did she really just let him into her mind?
"What do you want?" She asked again.
"I don't want anything, not yet anyway. This was a little test for me."
"Are you planning on attacking us?" Will tried to guard her mind from him, but found it difficult to think through her muddled brain and the building noise. Aldrick decided it was enough for now. Before she could get any answers Will began to feel her drowsiness take over. Her eye lids grew heavy, and she couldn't keep them open. As she faded into a slumber she felt her mind clear for a moment, focused and a figure appeared in the white. A tall, haggard man, dressed as a soldier, was holding his hand out to her, using some type of magic. Will couldn't fight it anymore and she fell back asleep.
'It's almost time,' Aldrick thought, 'the connection will grow stronger, and then I'll strike.'
I know, I know, short as heck but I'm making it up as I go, just following what my brain suddenly comes up with ya know?
