"Why is everything so... bright?" Richter asked.

"It's the world of Parappa the Rapper." Cloud explained. "Keep an eye out for Parappa. He's flat."

Roy gazed around the empty street. Not a single local in sight.

"Hello."

"WAH!" Roy exclaimed. Startled, he slashed at the voice.

"Ouch." Mr. Game & Watch said. "You made me gain percentage."

"O-Oh, Mr. Game & Watch. Whoops, sorry. I thought you were Parappa." Roy said.

"Understandable." Mr. Game & Watch said.

"So why are you here, Mr. Game & Watch?" Popo asked.

"I am here for the concert." Mr. Game & Watch replied. "Did you not hear about it?"

Popo looked to his right to see a poster advertising a concert happening downtown.

"Hey, if this Parappa guy is a rapper, he might be there!" Steve said. "Let's go!"

"Look, there he is!" Nana exclaimed, pointing to on stage.

"Yeah that's Parappa alright!" Cloud exclaimed.

"It's that hooligan dog!" Steve exclaimed. "The one that hacked Smash Bros!"

"There is no time to waste!" Richter exclaimed as he ran on stage.

Parappa eyed Richter. "Oh what's this, A new challenger? Compared to me, you're an amateur!"

"Enough singing. It is time for us to fight!" Richter exclaimed, brandishing his whip.

"What was that, you want to brawl? No cigar, let's rap battle!" Parappa sang.

"Walkin in here, lookin whack! The 1700s called, they want their clothes back!" Parappa rapped.

"I, uhh, umm..." Richter mumbled.

"That all you got? It was lame! You really need to step up your game!" Parappa rapped.

"You're so mean!" Richter burst into tears and ran off.

Parappa turned to Steve. "You think you're so cool, with your big blockhead! But I know that you're just outdated!"

"W-What's with this guy?" Steve said.

"You're so blurry, you look like bricks! New game just dropped, woah nice graphics!" Parappa rapped.

Parappa turned to the Ice Climbers. "It's been decades, still no sequel. It's no wonder, since you guys smell!"

"What the heck?" Nana shrugged.

Parappa turned to Cloud. "Woah guys look, it's Cloud Strife! You're so edgy, get a life!"

"H-Hey!" Cloud exclaimed.

Parappa turned to Roy. "Oh great, it's another anime guy! Kick him out of Smash, say goodbye!"

Roy is visibly offended. He picks up a nearby microphone.

"Parappa the rapper? More like... uh, Parappa the BLUNDER! Hehe." Roy rapped.

"Your rhymes aren't clever, just give up! You'll never outshine this pup!" Parappa rapped.

Roy raised the microphone to his face, but before he could open his mouth to rap, he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around and saw Mr. Game & Watch shaking his head. He gestured for Roy to hand over the mic. Roy hesitated for a second, before handing it over.

Mr. Game & Watch opened his mouth. "Insulting my friends, you think you're slick? We all know it's cuz you can't get chicks."

Parappa is annoyed. "S-So what if I can't, at least I got threads! Look at you, you're butt naked!"

"Does having cool clothes make your life better? You'll never be the next trendsetter." Mr. Game & Watch rapped.

Parappa was taken aback. In his shock, he dropped his microphone on the ground. Mr. Game & Watch crossed his arms smugly.

Parappa dropped to his knees. "Unbelievable, I lost a rap battle... This just makes me wanna bawl!"

Roy walked up to Parappa. "We beat you fair and square, Parappa. Now, you have to tell us how to fix Smash Bros!"

"Tch, fine, but only cuz you won. You need to find the man of polygon." Parappa said. "You'll find him residing in his domain. But be warned, the battle will be full of pain."

Roy walked up to Parappa. "And how exactly do we get there?"
