Welcome to Day 21: Cooking/baking.
Lincoln and Stella were looking over some food to share with their friends at school.
"What do you think we can make?" Lincoln asked.
"Some of these don't seem to feel cool enough for us," Stella answered.
That was when she stumbled onto something.
"Hold up," Lincoln said. "What about that one, right there?"
"Spaghetti tacos?" Stella asked. "I feel like I should know them from somewhere".
"I do," Lincoln said. "It was a famous treat on that show, ICarly".
"Everyone on that show must have thought they were just amazing," Stella said. "And look, we can make up to 12".
"That's glorious," Lincoln said. "You wanna make that?"
"I will if you'll help me," Stella told him.
"Then let's do it," Lincoln said.
They then pulled up the recipe. That was when Lincoln's dad came in.
"Hey Lincoln," Lynn Senior said. "Same with you Stella".
"Hey dad," Lincoln said.
"Hey Mr. Loud," Stella said.
"What's up with you today?" Lynn Senior asked.
"We're about to make some spaghetti tacos if you wanna help," Lincoln answered.
"Count me in," Lynn Senior said.
"Okay," Lincoln said. "We need 1 pound of ground beef, taco seasoning, 1 cup of water, spaghetti sauce, spaghetti noodles, and 12 hard taco shells".
After getting all of the ingredients, they got to work. From preparing the noodles and beef according to the instructions to assembling the tacos, the gang went step by step making the spaghetti tacos.
"These are going to be very delicious," Lincoln said.
"I know," Lynn Senior said. "I don't get why the cafeteria chef in the middle school would cook up food that gross".
"I know," Stella commented. "I one time found a shoe in the sauce".
"That's just gross," Lynn Senior said.
All 3 of them were in agreement.
The next school day, Lincoln and Stella were about to meet up with their friends and head to the cafeteria. Clyde, Zach, Rusty, Liam, Mollie and Girl Jordan were waiting for Stella and Lincoln.
"Where are those 2 at?" Girl Jordan asked.
"Why bother waiting for them?" Liam responded. "The food they serve is too gross to chow down on anyway".
"I agree," Mollie said. "It's not like they're gonna miss much because we know they won't".
Lincoln and Stella arrived.
"Hey guys," Lincoln said.
"Hey," the others said.
"Why so glum?" Stella asked.
"Another round of the cafeteria lady's gross food," Liam said.
"Let's just go so we can get this over with," Rusty said.
"Not today we aren't," Stella said.
The others were confused. In the cafeteria, Lincoln and Stella revealed the surprise lunch.
"Behold," Stella said. "Spaghetti tacos for all of us to eat".
"Oh my god!" Zach said. "I heard they were a favorite for a few years".
"I did too," Clyde said. "You made these?"
"We sure did," Stella said.
"Well," Lincoln added. "My dad helped a little".
"We understand," Mollie said. "Most cooking does require a grownup by the cooker's side".
There was enough for everyone to take one. Everyone crunched on the spaghetti tacos.
"This is so delicious," Mollie said.
"I know," Lincoln said. "I'm so glad we made these".
"Totally," Stella said.
That ends Day 21: Cooking/baking.
Next up is Day 22: In battle, side-by-side.
AN: I would have gotten this done a day earlier, but I took a brief hiatus to finish up with college finals. Now, I'm off until mid-January.
In addition, I recently went to go get my covid booster shot. Now, I'm officially vaccinated and safe from COVID-19.
Hopefully, it won't affect me when I return to my college campus in mid-January.
