Welcome to Day 26: Getting married.
This day has a promise of being one of the most glorious. It was almost time for Lincoln and Stella to be an official couple. The guys were wearing tuxedos while the girl had dresses of their own.
"Isn't it great?" Judy Zhau asked. "My own little daughter, getting married".
"We heard about it for a while," Luna said.
"Our little brother, finally growing up," Lola said.
She hugged Lana while trying to hold back a tear.
"I think someone's really excited," Judy Zhau said.
"We can tell," Lynn Senior said.
In another room, Lincoln and Stella were putting the finishing touches on their outfits. Their friends were helping as well.
"Can't believe the big day has finally arrived," Clyde said.
"This has been one of my bigger dreams," Lincoln said. "At the same time, I am a little nervous".
"I agree," Stella said. "What if one of us makes a mistake so bad, it ruins everything?"
"Regret nothing about this," Rusty said. "You two have been working your way up to this. Don't turn back now".
"Rusty's right," Liam said.
"I agree," Zach said. "No matter what happens, we'll always be friends".
"Thanks for the support guys," Lincoln said.
"We really needed that," Stella said.
All 6 of them came together for a group hug.
Minutes later, it was time for the ceremony to get started. The wedding march played through recorded taping. Stella walked down the aisle with her mom. Not everyone was surprised, but Lincoln sure was. Judy Zhau left Stella, so she can go to Lincoln as Judy took her seat.
"If everyone is ready," Agnes Johnson said. "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness these two women in the bonds of holy matrimony."
"This is just sweet," Bobby said.
"I know," Lori said. "I just feel sorry it isn't Ronnie Anne".
"I think those 2 will forever just stay friends," Bobby said.
"I'm still proud of my brother, though," Lori commented.
"Before resuming," Agnes said. "Lincoln and Stella have a little presentation to share".
The presentation was Lincoln's first chat with Stella Zhau. It then showed the 2 of them dancing while Stella's music box played.
"I still remember how we found that box after it went missing," Clyde said.
"Save it for after the wedding," Harold said.
The monitor then showed Lincoln and Stella together biking to the beach. It ended with them together in Stella's bed. Everyone was in awe over what they saw.
"If that didn't warm everyone's hearts, I don't know what will," Luan said.
Some giggles started filling the room. The rings were then handed over.
"Anything you wanna say to Stella, Lincoln?" Agnes asked.
"Stella," Lincoln started. "It may have been a rocky start, but I knew I found my girl when I laid my eyes on you".
It was Stella's turn.
"Ever since that day on the school bus, I never thought I would find someone to call my own," she said. "You really made my life special. I wouldn't trade you for anything."
"So Lincoln," Agnes said. "Will you take Stella to be your wife?"
"I do!" Lincoln said.
"And Stella," Agnes said. "Do you take Lincoln to be your husband?
"I do!" Stella said, rubbing Lincoln's hair. "Did I mention his hair reminds me of my pet rabbit?"
Everyone giggled at what Stella said, but the room later became silent when asked for objections.
Agnes then said, "then by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you, husband and wife."
Lincoln and Stella kissed as everyone cheered.
About 30 minutes later, everyone was enjoying the party.
"Congratulations, Lincoln," Lynn Senior said. "You totally deserved it".
"We even got you this to celebrate," Leni said.
Lincoln and Stella opened it. It was a new Ace Savvy comic book.
"We made it ourselves," Luna said. "In it," Luan said. "Stella comes in and teams up with us. We kept Leni from spoiling the ending, though".
"I'm in the comic?" Stella asked.
"You sure are," Lincoln said. "Where's Lori? She was here earlier".
Rita Loud told him," Lori's tummy was feeling a little funny".
"We understand," Stella said.
What happened with Lori? You get to decide.
