Welcome to Day 29: Doing something sweet.
Stella was at Lincoln's house helping to make a feel better package for him. The Loud siblings' mom, Rita Loud, came into the room.
"Hey guys," she said.
"Hey Mrs. Loud," Stella said.
"Any reason Stella is here?" Rita asked.
Stella answered, "there's 3 eighth graders who beat me and my pals up on the school bus one time. We stood up to them and were victorious".
Luan then added, "but apparently, one of them wanted revenge for what happened on the bus".
Leni then added, "next thing we knew, that jerk beat Lincoln so much, the bus driver rushed him to the hospital".
Luna then said, "the doctor said he'll be fine, but it was a real fright when we first found out".
"A huge fright," Rita said. "That bully could've killed him".
"That's why we've been making this feel better package," Stella said.
In it was Lincoln's favorite comic book, some chicken soup, and a flash drive holding a collection of Lincoln's best moments from The Loud House.
"It's really sweet that you're doing this for him," Rita said.
"He's our brother, and Stella's friend," Luna said to her.
"Meanwhile, I still can't believe you guys stood up to those 8th grade jerks no problem," Leni said.
"I don't think any of us can," Luna said.
"We just did what we thought was right," Stella said.
"While I'm proud of you and the others for standing up for yourselves, you still could've told your parents," Rita said.
"It's almost ready," Luna said.
"I hope Lincoln likes the package we made," Luan said.
Stella then added, "hey, don't forget Lincoln's stuffed bunny".
"Oh yeah!" Leni said. "Bun-bun should be in the package too. I'll go get him".
After putting the stuffed bunny in the package, they closed it up.
"Now it's ready to go," Luna said.
"Let's get it to Lincoln," Leni said.
With that, Rita drove the kids over to the hospital.
Once there, Rita asked what room Lincoln was in.
The one behind the desk told them, "main building, room 408".
"Thank you," Leni said to that worker.
With that, they went to room 408. Up in that room, Lincoln was watching something on TV when one of the doctors came in.
"Hey, Lincoln," the doctor said.
Lincoln woke up.
"Something wrong?" he asked while yawning.
"Some people are here to see you," the doctor said.
"Wow," he said. "It's been a while since I last saw anyone. Send the party in".
The gang came in.
"Hey Lincoln," Stella said.
"Hey guys," Lincoln said. "What brings you up here?"
"Stella told us what happened," Luna said.
"So, we made this package for you".
Lincoln opened it and saw his favorite things.
"Thanks," Lincoln said.
"We're sorry about what happened to you," Luan said.
"Especially Stella and me," Rita said. "You could've told me about that bully".
"I know," Lincoln sighed.
"I'm just glad you stood up for yourselves," Rita said.
Lincoln went on to eat his chicken soup.
"Thanks guys," he said.
"So, how long are you gonna be stuck in that chair?" Luan asked.
"The wheelchair?" Lincoln responded. "Two weeks, but the doctor said I should heal fully in 6 weeks".
"That's a relief," Luna said. "You really gave us quite a scare".
"I didn't mean for anyone to get that worried," Lincoln said.
"Meanwhile, I'm just glad it didn't turn into what would be a parent's worst nightmare," Rita said.
They all came in for a group hug with Lincoln.
