So another one-shot of Warren getting his, this time from the legendary Donnie Yen, since I just randomly thought Donnie Yen pounding on Warren would be awesome.

I don't like any of the Highlander films except the first one which is a classic but Jin Ke in Highlander: Endgame was an interesting character, and here I'll actually have him serve the good side like the honorable person he is.

Love the TV Series too, until Methos' Horsemen plotline, not too into it after that due to how Season 5 ended.

In the movies the Immortals are really superhuman and can do a lot of impossible stuff but the TV Series versions are only barely above normal humans in physiology, and that's the version I will use.

Also, here, Warren's gunshots in 6x19 only hit Buffy, since Willow and Tara seemed to be frozen in frame. Really, they'd have taken cover after the first gunshot itself, and the bullet wouldn't even have gone towards the window at the angle it was shot, but plot over logic, and Joss and Marti are bastards.

Anyway, have fun.

Willow and Tara held a tearful Dawn at the hospital, trying to comfort over Buffy's current state. It was pretty bad, and the doctors weren't fully sure about what would happen.

Xander was just standing, his hand on the wall to support himself, as he wished he'd done something sooner. He should have been the one to get shot, not Buffy. He should have protected her.

"Excuse me?"

The four turned around at the sound of the voice, seeing a Chinese man of medium height in his late 30s standing there.

"I am Detective Ma Jun from the police force", the man introduced himself, before holding out a photo of Warren Mears, which brought the anger of all four to their faces. "This is the man who shot your friend in there, right?"

"Y….yeah", Xander said in a whisper, looking like he wanted to rip the photo apart.

"Do you have any idea where he is now?" Ma Jun then inquired.

"If we did, I would have gone after him myself", Dawn told him bitterly, wiping her tears.

Tara narrowed her eyes, feeling something special from Ma Jun. Something not human. No, it wasn't Demon or evil either, but it was definitely not human. What it was, she couldn't exactly tell.

"I am sorry, I hope she gets well soon", Ma Jun assured as he turned around and walked off.

"Hoping they catch him", Willow muttered, shooting Xander a look every now and then, adding in her mind. 'Before Xander decides to go after him.'

"Think he'll do it", Tara replied, knowing Ma Jun was more than he presented himself to be.

'Ma Jun' walked out of the hospital. If the Slayer died, it would not be good for this small town.

Jin Ke had taken on the identity of Ma Jun and come to Sunnydale earlier in the year as a cop. Being an Immortal, he was aware of threats both normal and supernatural, and sometimes he took out the latter kind of threat too if he got his hands on it.

But at day's end, the Slayer's name was responsible for keeping Demons at bay. Not many knew an Immortal like him was also in town due to the low profile he kept.

He had seen bits of Warren's battle with Buffy the night before, he had superhuman strength at the time from some orbs, which meant he had supernatural connections too.

Well, time to find him.

At the underground bar, Warren had just realized he had failed to kill Buffy when the door was kicked open and Jin Ke appeared, glaring straight at Warren.

"Warren Mears, you are under arrest", Jin Ke declared to him, as Warren's eyes widened in horror.

The Demons laughed maniacally at him again as the Vampire said. "You thought you killed the Slayer but a normal cop is gonna arrest you."

"Oh come on, you lot are big Demons, aren't you? You're just gonna let a random cop walk in here like he's the law?" Warren now asked them, trying to entice them against Jin Ke. "Go on, show him who's the boss! Not him!"

That seemed to work as various Demons all turned to Jin Ke and moved to him while Warren started slipping away.

Jin Ke stood near a table, looking around, then kicked one Demon away before striking down two more quickly. One leapt at him but he grabbed that one and elbowed its face, throwing it down too as he punched its throat.

Now many were ganging up on him as he kicked one away, then blocked another's blows before grabbing and twisting its foot, then kicking its toes and tossing it away where it hit the wall.

In spite of them being many, Jin Ke kept them at bay, using his strikes to send some back and making sure he wasn't surrounded so he fought only a few at a time.

He backed off as two came near but he smacked one's abdomen, then tossed the other down, and flipped a third over his shoulder.

Jin Ke had grabbed one and kicked another away before pushing his foot backwards to kick one more, then kneed the one he'd grabbed, and grabbing another, slammed him onto the wall.

Many more ganged up on him but with his martial arts skills, he held them all back simultaneously with punches and kicks, fish-hooking one too, and eventually tossed them all away.

One managed to finally hit his face with a chair, shattering the chair as Jin Ke staggered back. As it tried to attack again, Jin Ke blocked and punched both its elbows thrice each before punching its gut, sending it off into a corner.

By now, most of the Demons were beaten and the remaining knew he was no normal cop.

"Now remember, the Slayer and her group are not the only people to fear. My name is Ma Jun."

The Demons looked at him fearfully as he spotted Warren slipping away and gave chase.

Warren ran, managing to reach an outdoor restaurant, and lifted a table to throw at Jin Ke who was rushing to him but Jin Ke spin kicked the table hard, breaking it as Warren was hit and sent back, falling down.

Jin Ke took out his gun as people started running off, while Warren rolled away and, in the chaos, grabbed a little girl, holding her upside down by her legs as she cried.

"Mommy, help me! Mommy!"

"Drop the gun!" Warren roared at Jin Ke. "Drop it!"

"Let the girl go!" Jin Ke demanded.

"Mommy! Mommy!"

The girl's mom rushed to Warren, trying to snatch her daughter from him but Warren kicked her on the chest, sending her falling to the ground, winded.

"Drop the gun or I drop her!"

"Let her go!"

"Drop it!"

"Mommy!"

Jin Ke gave up and raising his hands, dropped his gun onto the ground.

Then, to his horror, Warren threw the crying girl away, and she screamed as she hit the pavement, breaking her neck, blood now pouring out of her mouth.

The girl's mom got up and rushed to her girl, sobbing as Jin Ke looked at the girl, whose eyes slowly shut.

Rage coursed through him as he decided Warren had now earned a brutal beatdown and death for his actions.

Jin Ke turned back to see Warren leaping towards his gun and kicked it away before backing off and decking Warren's face.

Warren tried to move back but Jin Ke grabbed him by the head and kneed his face thrice, and then continued kneeing his chest and abdomen with both knees alternatively, as well as his face, making him bleed already.

He then pushed the bleeding Warren off. While he was wounded, his failure at not being able to kill Buffy and a seemingly normal cop coming after him had enraged him, so instead of running or crying he was stupid enough to try to fight back.

He tried to kick which Jin Ke easily blocked, then punched Warren's face, followed by his side multiple times, and then punched his face again before kicking his knee, sending him down, and kicked his head once more.

Warren was a bleeding mess by now, but due to adrenaline and anger, he managed to pick himself up again. Plus Jin Ke, while berserk, hadn't gone all out, as he wanted Warren to feel pain and humiliation before his death.

As Warren tried to get up, Jin Ke grabbed him by the head again and kneed him multiple times before Warren tried to push back but failed, and Jin Ke kneed his face hard, making Warren spit out blood as he staggered back while his nose broke.

Warren looked at Jin Ke who punched his face hard twice, then moving to his other side, punched him multiple times as Warren let out cries of pain.

Jin Ke continued punching him multiple times all over the face, and with a roar, hit him hard again, making him spit out blood, as Warren staggered away while his face got deformed, but not giving him time to recover, Jin Ke launched a combo of punches on his face again, the last one making him stagger away by a few feet.

Warren at that point was sobbing as Jin Ke slid on the ground, and getting behind Warren, picked him up and flipped him over, shattering the hood of a car behind them as Warren rolled down, groaning and crying in pain, most of his bones broken.

Jin Ke charged again and lifting him up by the waist, rammed him into a bike which fell onto the other side while Warren fell down.

Jin Ke then roared and punched Warren's face multiple times, and the bike started falling on his face when Jin Ke pushed it off and continued punching Warren even more, and his face and body broken and bleeding at multiple points now.

A crowd had gathered to witness the whole thing as well.

Jin Ke's punching did not cease until Warren's whole body was a deformed and dead mess.

He then got up, looking at his bloodied fists, then looked at the madman's corpse in pure disgust before walking off.

Jin Ke was demoted to desk duty for half a month due to his brutality. It wasn't more because of his record and Warren's crimes, including attempted rape and murder of Katrina, attempted murder of Buffy, and the murder of the little girl.

He also managed to find a rare herb and sneaking into Buffy's hospital room, used it to heal her, bringing the Slayer back to defend the town.

But now all in town knew he was one to fear too.

And that's the end. Jin Ke would have ripped Warren apart in seconds but held back to give him some pain and humiliation first.

This is rated M on FF due to the kid's death.
