AN: Hey guys! What's going on? Okay, it took me a while to figure it out but I finally nailed Fourze down! It took me a while to get it all down but I think I'm all good to go. Now, Showtime!

Kamen Rider Fourze: Reach for the Stars!

The young man was staring at Cecilia Alcott in the arena after she won her match with Ichika. He wasn't wearing the IS Academy uniform but he was wearing black baggy pants, converses, a red shirt with a dog tag around his neck, and a short black jacket. He appeared to be young and he had a strange fohawk hairstyle. His name was Hiroyuki Kisaragi.

"Surrender now and I might forget that this ever happened." Cecilia offered but Hiroyuki shook his head.

"Sorry, but just like my buddy Ichika…I don't give up that easily!" Hiroyuki answered as he got out a strange blue device with a monitor on the center, a lever on the right side, and two toggle switches on each side. On top of the toggle switches were other switches but each of them looked different.

The Orimuras recognized the device.

"Isn't that the…!?" Ichika started.

"Yeah, it looks like he figured out what it does." Chifuyu answered.

Houki and Maya looked at the siblings in slight surprise before paying attention to the match.

Hiroyuki placed the device on his waist before a belt appeared on the device's sides and around his waist. He flipped all four toggle switches down and when he did a figure appeared on the central screen and it sounded like the device was activating. Soon a countdown started.

"THREE!"

"TWO!"

"ONE!"

"Henshin!"

Hiroyuki then pulled the lever and raised his hand in the air, a space like tune played as a metallic circle appeared overhead, light shining down on him, and smoke coming out. Soon the transformation was complete and an armored figure was in Hiroyuki's place.

He appeared to be in some sort of white space suit with his helmet in the shape of a rocket and the lenses were orange. He had an orange circle on his right arm, a black square on his left arm, an X on his right leg, and a yellow triangle on his left leg. This was Kamen Rider Fourze.

"Uchu kitaaaaaaa!" Fourze yelled with his legs spread out and spreading his arms into the air. Fourze soon looked at Cecilia.

"What kind of IS is that!?" Cecilia demanded to know and looked at Chifuyu. "Does it even count as one?"

"Yes, it does." Chifuyu answered before Cecilia looked at Fourze who just fist bumped his chest before pointing at her.

"Kamen Rider Fourze! Let's do this one-on-one!" Fourze declared.

"Very well! Prepare for your defeat!" Cecilia said as she started flying towards the air and sent her Bits after Fourze. Fourze got a Astroswitch and he replaced his Drill Switch with the Hopping Switch.

"HOPPING!"

He pressed the Hopping Switch and Launcher Switch.

"HOPPING ON!"

"LAUNCHER ON!"

His legs, specifically the X and yellow triangle, soon transformed much to everyone's surprise. One leg had a Launcher Module and had five missiles staked in them while the other had something that resembles a pogo stick.

He started jumping out of the Bits' ways and his constant hopping was kinda messing up Cecilia's aim.

"Will you just stand still for bloody moment!?" Cecilia said.

"Sorry, but how about this!?" Fourze said as he fired those missiles but Cecilia easily dodged it and fired her own missiles at them.

"Hah! And here I thought that I was in-." But before she can finish she heard…

"ROCKET ON!"

She looked to see Fourze's right arm, which is now a rocket, fly into her abdomen and started the two started flying at fast speed. She also notices that the pogo stick on Fourze was gone.

"You were saying?" Fourze said.

"B-Bits!" Cecilia cried out. Soon the Blue Tears Bits went to where Fourze and Cecilia were and fired. Fourze had no choice but to let Cecilia go in order to dodge all of them in time.

"Alright, time for a switch!" Fourze said before getting a new Switch.

He replaced the Hopping Switch with the Spike Switch.

"SPIKE!"

He soon pressed on it.

"SPIKE ON!"

His left leg then had a spiked up boot. He flew to where the Bits were and directed himself to spin by sticking his Rocket Module and Spike Module out. Even though most of the Bits dodged or flew away from him, he still managed to hit a couple. But as he was spinning, Cecilia got out her rifle and aimed. She saw Fourze and her finger was on the trigger.

"I have you now." She said. But just as she fired her rifle, Fourze accidentally shut off his Rocket Module and crashed on the ground.

Everybody sees Fourze on his back with both his legs and arms in the air before they fell down. Fourze got up and was dizzy for a few moments before regaining his composure.

Fourze looks at his Driver.

"I still have a few kinks to work out with this thing but still…" Fourze said before looking up. He soon got the Drill Switch out.

He replaced the Chain Switch with the Drill Switch.

"DRILL!"

He soon reactivated the Rocket Switch and flew towards Cecilia.

"Charging me head on, how reckless can you be!?" Cecilia said as she sent out her Bits.

Fourze just flew and dodged past them only for him to punch her in the gut again and this time, he flew to a great elevation before letting her go. He quickly pressed the Drill Switch and pulled the lever again.

"DRILL ON!"

"ROCKET DRILL LIMIT BREAK!"

His left leg now soon began a drill and began moving. He aimed at her with a side kick position. The Rock Module then gave a lot of speed and so did the Drill Module. He soon charged.

"RIDER ROCKET DRILL KICK!"

He said as he hit her stomach and then aimed for the ground. Everyone could see Fourze coming in hot. They soon crashed into the ground, leaving a huge crater.

When the smoke cleared, they could see Fourze unscathed while Cecilia's armor appeared to be much damaged and she was injured. Fourze was declared the winner but he helped Cecilia up and moved her towards the paramedics.

"I guess I must've done a bit of overkill, huh? My bad." Fourze said.

"Why are you helping me? You could've just finished me off." Cecilia pointed out.

"Well…" Fourze stated as he lets her go and scratched the back of his helmet. "Truth be told, I could care less about that crap. I just wanted to make a point."

"A point?"

"That we men aren't as inferior as you see. We actually do have our strengths." Fourze explained.

"So you don't care about winning the match?" The injured Cecilia asked.

"Nope." Fourze plainly answered. "Just to show you that all the genders can be really good when it comes to this." He then took his arm out.

"Huh?"

"Will you be my bud?"

"Even after everything that happened?" Cecilia said, shocked. She didn't treat him or Ichika with equal respect because she believed that only females could truly handle and pilots the ISs. But now here she is, defeated by the gender she claim was inferior and now he wants to be her friend.

"Yup, well, what kind of a friend isn't a pain in the ass at first?" He said.

Cecilia stared at him for a few moments before giving in but when she touched his hand, Fourze did a strange handshake. He soon jumped up in joy before getting the toggle switches back to their original position. When he did, he reverted back to Hiroyuki.

Everyone in the booth was watching in surprise.

"So that's what the device did, huh?" Ichika started.

"Yes, it appears that all this time it was a personal IS." Chifuyu finished for him.

"What are you guys talking about?" Houki asked.

"When we adopted him, he was left a strange device and few of those switches." Chifuyu started.

"We never did figure out what it did but it seems that Hiro here has finally cracked the code." Ichikia finished. They soon watch Hiroyuki help bring Cecilia to the infirmary.

"At least he's made a new friend." Chifuyu mused.

"He always has a way of doing that, doesn't he? At least I'm not the only male here for what it's worth." Ichika said as he looked at his adopted brother.

AN: There's my Fourze idea. Usually, I'm not one for harems but I have to make an exception here. Hiroyuki is just like Gentaro except he's a whole less dense than Ichika is when it comes to the harem itself. I haven't decided who would be in that harem, save for a couple of girls.
