Welcome back to chapter 6. Time for some action! Also read your reviews lol. So, I'm gonna keep those things in mind.
Hospital - 23:30
"Go kill her…" Goku woke up in a cold sweat. Looking at his surroundings. 'This is where gramps works.' Goku thought in his head. "Ahh… You're awake." Dr. Shuzenji said quietly. "I knew you would come around sometime. Your friend over there has been waiting for you to wake up for several hours now." Goku looked over to see Toru sleeping on a chair. 'I can't believe I made such a good friend. I'm so lucky' Goku smiled at his own thoughts.
"Gramps, what happened after I passed out?" Goku asked curiously. "Well, I was told that once the pros arrived, they arrested all the villains. But the main two got away. No one sustained serious injuries except for a green-haired boy whose legs broke." 'Dam… Izuku has got to really figure out a way to control his quirk before he damages himself beyond the point of no return.'
"Thanks for the updated gramps." Goku said, giving him a hug. "You go back to sleep. Tomorrow's classes are canceled due to the recent attack. The school is going to look through all of their security equipment and protocols to ensure this never happens again. So, you just focus on resting. Your aunt and I have been healing you for the past 4 hours and I'm just doing the finishing touches. You're lucky you were born with extremely quick stamina regeneration. It could've been weeks before you got back to 100%." Dr. Shuzenji said tiredly. "Ok thanks gramps." Goku layer back down on his pillow and closed his eyes.
'I should do something nice for Toru.' Goku though, drifting back to sleep.
- 9 hours later -
Hospital - 8:35
Goku woke up to see a card on his blanket. {Dear Goku, you're back at 100%. Don't do anything stupid again. You really worry me sometimes. I'm going to help out by taking care of Thirteen and Aizawa. Enjoy your day off. Love, Gramps} Goku clenched his fists and tenses his muscles to see their condition. 'That's odd… I feel stronger…' Goku thought. He looked over to see Toru still sleeping in the same chair he saw yesterday.
Goku got out of his hospital bed and went over to check on Toru. 'Thanks for looking out for me. I promise I'll do something extra special for you.' Goku thought. He then lifted her up, placed her on the bed and tucked her in. He grabbed his phone and started looking for good dating spots to make up for lost time.
'Hmm I know Toru likes cute plushies judging from her room… But what should I get her?' Goku struggled in silence thinking about what to buy her. 'I want it to remind her of myself… But also, not look out of place… Bingo! I'll get her a banana stuffed doll. I am the monkey king after all.' Goku thought laughing at his own inside jokes. *hehehe* Goku laughed in excitement. Goku picked up his phone dialing the shops he noted down.
- 30 minutes later -
Hospital - 09:10
*Yawn…* Toru rubbed her eyes taking in her surroundings before realizing that Goku is all better now. Hopping out of the bed she jumped towards Goku giving him a big hug. "Thank God you're ok. I thought you died…" She said, hugging him tight. "I'm not dead. I'm here, aren't I?" Goku smiled at Toru reassuring her. "By the way do you have any plans today?" Goku asked nervously.
"No, not really. I cleared out my schedule just in case it took you longer to wake up." Toru said bluntly. "Great! Let's not delay our after-school activities any further." Goku said smiling. "No. I don't want to go have a friend meet up with you." Toru said with puffed cheeks. "Make it an official date and I'll reconsider." The two blushed heavily looking away from each other.
Goku finally mustered up the courage and looked back at Toru. "Toru, will you do me the honors of going on a date with me?" Goku asked boldly. "Yes, Goku I would love to go on a date with you." Toru leaned in and pecked Goku on the cheek. "Meet me in front of my house. I need to get ready. I smell awful." Toru told the Saiyan still wearing his broken armor. Goku lifted Toru bridal style, launching himself from rooftop to rooftop.
Hagakure residence - 09:30
After several minutes he let her down on her room's window. "Oh. By the way, Goku. Here's your armor back." Toru said as she was taking it off. "Nah. It's ok. Keep it for a good memory. I'm getting another one made anyways. The shoulder pads really get in the way when I'm in a fight." Goku replied.
Goku launched back to his house as quickly as possible to clean up and get ready. 'I get to keep Goku's armor.' Toru thought, placing her hand on her chest. She took off the broken armor and placed it in the washer to remove any blood stains. 'Now then. Let's get cleaned up for my first ever date.' Toru thought excitedly.
After a nice warm shower. Toru sat in her undergarment looking at 9 cloth options. 'What should I wear?! I don't want to dress too provocatively. But I want Goku to notice me.' She thought with her hands on her head moving around in frustration not being able to come to a conclusion.
*Knock… knock… knock…* "You ready?" Goku asked through the window. "Just give me 5 more minutes. I'll meet you downstairs." Toru blurted out, not wanting Goku to wait too long. 'He's already back?!' Toru panicked and grabbed the clothing option in front of her quickly putting it on and rushed down the stairs.
She opened her front door revealing Goku in a button up shirt and jeans. "Wow. You look amazing!" Goku said blushing after he realized how loud he was after the fact he said it. Toru revealed herself in a white dress and heels with a floppy hat to top it off. "You really think so?" Toru said, embarrassed. Goku, knowing he already committed this far, decided to double down. "Of course. You look stunning." He said smiling.
Toru rushed forward grabbing Goku's hand, dragging him onto the street. "Come on. Let's not waste any more time." The two started to head towards the tram hand in hand excited for their date.
Main shopping plaza - 10:10
"Wow! This place is so empty…" Toru commented. "Yeah… I never realized this place could be empty. But I guess we're always in class so I'm not surprised." Goku added. "Yup! I only see a few of our seniors, retired couples and a few housewives." Toru said as she looked around the plaza.
"Come on, let's grab something to eat. I'm starving!" Goku suggested as his eyes lit up looking at all of the available food options. "Good timing too! We can catch the brunch special. Look there! That sign says half off on every menu item." Toru pointed at a small pizza shop. The two strolled towards the entrance of the pizza shop.
"Welcome to Poppin' Pizza. I'm Akari and I will be your waitress today. What drinks would the lovely couple like to start with?" The server asked energetically, causing both Goku and Toru to blush. "I'll have cola please." Toru replied, breaking the silence. "I'll have a sports soda please." Goku asked politely. "Right away. Here's the menu. We also have a lover's special which contains our special parfait and it comes with a free photo." The waiter smiled after suggesting the special then leaves to go get their drinks.
"So… What should we order?" Toru asked the Saiyan. "Well, I'm thinking of getting 15 pizzas, 5 orders of spaghetti and… if you want to share, we can get the parfait. What about you? '' Goku blushed, lowering his voice mentioning the parfait but tried to quickly move on. Toru responded by tinting the air around her cheeks red. "S…Sure, we could get that. I'm probably going to get the risotto." Toru spoke up after the blushing session.
Whilst the two were eating, staff seemed to be watching in awe at the sheer volume of food the Saiyan was inhaling. "Man… That hit the spot! I feel like I can go for round 2 with that Nomu." Goku jokes. Toru chuckled softly at the Saiyan's remarks. "You sure? I don't want to cry-hug you again. Unless you enjoyed being smothered." Toru said in a cheeky voice. Goku blushed at her comments.
"Here's your parfait. Now look at me and say cheese." The waiter pulled up a camera. *CLICK* A bright flash went off temporarily blinding the two. "Alright, here's your picture." The waiter handed the two each a polaroid. "I think getting a photo was a bad idea…" Toru commented, unsatisfied. "Come on, it's the memory that counts. Plus, rather look at the real thing… *Chokes*" Goku scratches his face looking away in an attempt to hide his embarrassment.
"I like seeing the real thing too!" Toru said, grabbing Goku's hands. The two blushed and locked eyes only to be interrupted by the waitress assuming Goku was just doing the Merkel-Raute (Hand together like an evil villain - Can't believe they have a word for this!). "Here's a refill for your water." She walked away shortly after.
The two finished the parfait and left looking for their next activity. The two strolled together around the mall. Toru clearly takes the lead and drags Goku by the arm jumping from shop to shop. The two eventually end up in a plushie shop. 'Hehe… All according to plan.' Goku thought. Goku slipped to the cashier whilst Toru was distracted by the hoard of stuffed animals.
One he came back Toru noticed a bag. "Did you buy something?" Toru asked. Goku, not wanting to raise suspicion, answered quickly. "Oh, I'm just buying this for someone I know. They wanted me to get it for them." Toru nodded acknowledging Goku's statement and didn't think much of it, turning back to play with more of the stuffed animals.
The two left the shop satisfied with playing with the plushies. "Hey Toru, let's go over there." Goku pointed at the cinema. The two walked to the ticket booth. "What movie do you want to watch?'' Goku asked. "Hmm… How about [Quirk eating Ghost 2: Hospital horror]. I remember the first one being quite scary." Toru suggested. 'Hehehe… This will be a perfect excuse to hug Goku' Toru smirking at her plans.
The two entered the cinema decked out with drinks and a family size popcorn bucket. The duo sat down waiting for the movies to start. "Hey Goku, in case I get scared can I snuggle up against you?'' Toru asked innocently. The two blushed. Goku nodded in agreement not wanting this opportunity to go to waste. The two continued to watch normally until they arrived at a hospital scene.
["Give me some of your blood… I want to eat it." One of the villains launched forward towards the screen with a needle.] Goku instinctively jumped back screaming "AHHHHH! NEEDLE!" Startling Toru. As a result of his impulsive move, he launched himself through several dozen rows of movie seats crashing through the wall out into the lobby.
Toru came rushing out at the sudden move of the Saiyan. "What happened? Are you ok?" Toru asked, concerned for her date. "Sorry… I just got spooked by the needle." Goku exclaimed, breathing heavily trying to calm himself down. 'The number 1 of our class… IS AFRAID OF NEEDLES?!' Toru thought in shock. 'Out of everything on this planet Goku is afraid of needles?' Toru faced palm at this realization.
Several staff came rushing to Goku to investigate if everything's ok. "Sir are you ok?" One of the employees asked. "Yeah, I'm fine, just got a little spooked." Goku replied weakly. "Fortunately, you didn't hit anyone so criminal charges won't be pursued. However, you will need to pay for damages for the cinema." The manager told Goku and Toru. The two gave their school insurance details which should cover all damages.
"Thank god we have U.A. insurance." Toru said in relief. "You said it. My gramps might have died on the spot if he had to pay for damages." Goku chuckled. Toru, still wondering about before, asked Goku about his phobia. "Hey Goku? Why are you so scared of needles? I mean you faced villains without showing a single ounce of fear. How can one little needle be your kryptonite?"
"Well… It started when I was a kid. Both my gramps and auntie came into possession of a bunch of needles when some mismanagement happened at the hospital. So, they decided to store all of them in the basement. Being the curious kid I was, I went to investigate. One thing led to another, millions of needles fell on me…" Goku paused to shutter at the revisited memory. "After that day I always fear needles."
Toru more understanding of the situation hugs Goku's arm. "Well, if you're ever scared, I'll always be here for you." Toru said sweetly, nudging herself up to Goku. "Thanks. I really appreciate that." Goku replied with a big grin on his face. The two walked around going from shop to shop looking at shopping items. Until they happened upon a large lingerie shop. The two looked at each other unsure about what to do. They both turned and continued walking. 'Maybe next time.' The two thought in unison.
The two stopped for more food, desserts and anything cute they walked upon.
- 6 hours later -
Main shopping plaza tram station - 19:40
"Man… I'm beat." Goku stretched. "Yeah. Today was really eventful." Toru replied. "But I did have a lot of fun. Too bad it has to end so soon." Goku said doing the thumb thing. "Yeah… But we can always go on another date." Toru said, snuggling into Goku's chest. Once the tram arrived the two got on waiting to go home.
Near Hagakure residence - 20:30
The two took the scenic route through the park to extend their date to the last possible second. They stumbled into a small corner of the park which had a large number of trees surrounding them. 'Now the perfect opportunity.' Goku thought. He stopped walking and turned to face Toru.
"Hey Toru, can you close your eyes for a second?" Goku asked, nervously. "What are you going to do?" Toru said, perplexed. "Come on, just do it." Goku urged her. "Uhh… I can't. I'm invisible, remember?" Toru replied. "Oh… I'm such an idiot. Now what shall I do?" Goku said, scratching his head. Seeing Goku struggling with this, Toru spoke up. "How about this. I'll turn around and when you say ready, I'll spin back around." "Great idea!" Goku said in excitement.
Toru turned around and Goku pulled out the plushie from behind him. "Ok ready? 3… 2… 1…" Toru turned around to be greeted by a giant banana plush with a cute smile. "Aww, it's so cute." Toru looked on in awe, squeezing it aggressively. "I'm glad you like it." Goku said, smiling at the invisible girl. "What? This was for me? I thought you got it for someone else." Toru asked, confused.
"It was for you all along but I wanted it to be a surprise. I felt like I needed to get you something special. You stayed with me the whole night even if you didn't have to. I just wanted to give this as a thank you." Toru hearing Goku's words pushes the banana plush out of the way placing them on his hips. "Thank you for the gift… But you really didn't need to do this. The reason I stayed is because I care about you and you mean a lot to me." Toru slowly moved closer to Goku as they both locked eyes.
"You mean a lot to me too." Goku said, wrapping his tail around Toru pulling her in. The two faces slowly moved towards each other locking lips. They both pulled away from each other blushing. The two looked at each other, not sure of how to continue after that moment of pure ecstasy. Breaking the silence, Toru spoke up in a serious tone. "Do you maybe want to be more than just friends? I know we're moving kinda fast but I do feel a special connection between the two of us. I feel like I want to be your forever…"
Goku looked back at Toru. "I mean… We could give it a shot. I like you a lot Toru and I don't want anything to come between us." Goku said sincerely. The two smiled and thought in unison. 'I wish this moment could last forever.' Toru slowly pulled Goku in and Goku's tail responded in the same way. The two hugged each other, lips still locked, feelings still strong. Their tongues embraced each other moving around instinctively, mixing fluids into a cauldron of pure raw emotions.
The two separated locking eyes. However, something magical was about to happen to the duo. Suddenly, Goku's eyes lit up. It was like he's seeing into another dimension. Goku rubbed his eyes to confirm if what he's seeing was true. Toru was there, visible, right in front of his very own eyes. He moved his hand touching her cheeks, rubbing it gently. "You're very cute…" Goku said in awe.
"What do you mean?" Toru asked. "It sounds impossible… but I see you. I see your face… Your hair… Your eyes… Before this I could feel approximately where you were. But… But this is different. I can actually see you." Goku said in shock. "Really? My parents said they could see each other but I thought that was just a joke… To think that it could happen." Toru said, questioning her entire existence.
"What do you think caused this?" Goku asked curiously about this phenomenon. "I have no idea…" Toru responded blankly. "But I'll be sure to ask them in case we get any information." Toru said brightly. "Ok sounds like a plan!" Goku responded excitedly. The two slowly make their way back to Toru's house.
The two exchanged one final hug and Toru being sneaky gave Goku a quick kiss. She walked to the front door and turned to bid the Saiyan farewell. "See you tomorrow morning!" Toru shouted back at the Saiyan. "Don't wake up too late! I'll be waiting right here tomorrow!" Goku responded.
The two parted ways excited to see each other tomorrow.
And that's the end for chapter 6 lol fun. Will be covering more MHA action and will be keeping the suggestions in mind. I will try my best to satisfy both the wants of yall and the flow of the story. But I like these types of chapters, not too much action, just some easy fun lol. Anyways imma go take a fat nap. Peace!
