Chapter 12 The 'Security Program' Project
A.N. – So, this is the co-finally which sets the stage for next chapter as well as reveals the security program's resurrection program he was developing during the war. Sadly, he won't come back in this season. Maybe next season? Who knows? Let's begin!
Short Summary – The Lyoko Spies prepare for their final mission. They plan to get Evil William captured and then return home. However, this mission is more complicated than they can imagine.

The Lyoko Spies arrived in Ghana in the capital city of Accra. This was the closest spot to where the lab was hidden. The base was hidden at the ocean floor at over 16000 feet. The spy agency provided them with reinforced dive suits as the others would not support the depth limits. All they had to do was find their driver. They were at the coastline and saw a man with a boat.
"Hi, you the four Agent Chris wanted to take out there?" The driver asked.
"That's us" Aelita responded.
"So, where to?"
"The place where the Equator and the Prime Meridian meet" Yumi says next.
"Oh, that's out there. Roughly about 600 km. We should be able to get there by midday."
"That works for us" Ulrich says as they boarded.
They all sailed out to what was refereed as null island. This was the place where 0 longitude and 0 latitude intersect. Luckily for the spies, there was a buoy that marked the spot they were looking for.
"So, what trouble are you in? Why do you need to go here?" The driver asked.
"This is our chance to go home. Maybe decide if our world lives to see the next couple of million years" Aelita says, knowing that if Evil William is able to resurrect the security program, the world will soon perish.
"The sun will reach its zenith in about three hours' time." The driver said looking up.
"Then that's all the time we have to stop Evil William."
"Why is that?"
"That zenith will spell disaster if we fail."
"Well, look no farther, because there is the buoy."
The Lyoko Spies all equipped their dive suits and prepared to dive.
"I guess this is where we part ways" Aelita says to the driver.
"I guess it is" the driver responded.
"Remember, if you live to see tomorrow, it means we succeeded."
Aelita put her helmet on and dived to join her friends. She and her friends turned on their lights as they dove deeper, and it got darker. The depths also increased in meters and the suits were made to withstand the pressure. Suddenly, a light came from over a cliff, and they saw the laboratory. They all dove down deeper to find the entrance. They saw it and they all headed inside. Evil William was watching them the whole time.
"Come to me. You will be the first to see my master's grand arrival" Evil William said as he prepared the program.
The Lyoko Spies all took off the dive suits and equipped their Lyoko Avatar outfits and searched the lab. They walked through the silver corridors with no sounds or traps.
"Feels unnerving, doesn't it?" Ulrich asks.
"Yeah, feels like we're walking into a trap" Odd adds.
"We technically are. The program's complete. We just need to stop Evil William from activating the program when sun reaches its zenith above this lab" Aelita tells them.
"Then hold him off until the sun passes its zenith" Yumi adds.
"We also need to erase all the information, so no one finds out about this."
They continued to walk through the corridors, and they entered through a large metal door. They were now in the main lab.
The Lyoko Spies approached the control terminal where Evil William awaited them.
"Welcome to my lab. I congratulate you on finding it. I though you would never put two and two together" Evil William spoke to them, with his back turned to them in his chair.
"You did a lot to try to hide its position, but you failed" Aelita responded.
"No, you were too good. I should have thought about it more, but I never expected you to be the ones to try to stop me."
"Just give up now. You won't win, just like last time" Ulrich stated as the Lyoko Spies readied their weapons.
Evil William turned around and pushed them to the wall. "As you can see, I have adopted some of my master's powers. I've come too far to let you ruin my plans."
"What is this resurrection program?" Aelita asked.
"It was a program my master made from scratch. It was made to make him virtually indestructible this time. But he gave it to me in case he couldn't defeat you."
"How does the program work?" Yumi asks.
"The lab's provided that info. First, was removing his core, Project Carthage."
"Making him have no restriction, right?" Aelita asked.
"Almost. Your program that defeated my master last time was directed to attack his core. If he has no core, then nothing can touch him."
"We have weapons" Ulrich says.
"Those puny weapons won't make a dent in him. Your heads would be hanging in his throne right now if he wasn't tied to Project Carthage. Next I needed to know the sun's zenith."
"The Himalayan scientists" Aelita realizes.
"Yes, my master's program mentioned that he can use the sun's energy to power up enough to return. So, I researched this and had the scientist find out where the sun would be more powerful. This lab was constructed three months after they were kidnapped."
"So, you can have a perfect zenith point?"
"Yes, when it reaches the point where it is directly over the facility, the power it produces will fill the resurrection program, and then all I need to do is run the program and then the power will be redirected to resurrecting my master."
"Giving him the power, he had before" Odd states.
"Without supercomputers. Next, I gave him an organic molecular structure."
"Making him non-virtual" Aelita says.
"Exactly. If he's not virtual, no program you make will ever harm him."
"What about the fourth lab?"
"Since some of the research was incomplete, I had them finish it and when you arrived, they were already done. I just had them killed to spite you, and it worked."
"You killed innocents. Why?"
"Apparently you don't know how many I killed after you left Paris."
"How many?" Ulrich asks.
"Hundreds. Four lives are nothing to me. But you four will be trophies. And now, for the main event." Evil William pulled a lever and the lab ascended to the sea level and the roof opened and prepared for the sun's zenith.
"The sun's almost at position" Aelita notices.
"It's nice of you to show up to witness my master's grand arrival. It's sad that you will shortly die after, but I'll make sure that you are remembered as your heads will have a plaque. How about 'Here lies the former Lyoko Earth Defenders who failed to protect the Earth as they promised!'"
"You won't get away this time. Agent Chris is coming for us!" Yumi exclaims.
"Let him come. I'll just kill him and any government scum he brings!"
Agent Chris had a squadron of 50 special agents to engage Evil William at the base as soon as the Lyoko Spies gave the all clear signal. He didn't know of the current situation, and he was wondering what was keeping them.
"Sir, a base just appeared in the Atlantic at null island" an agent said.
"That must be the main lab. Let's all board and head out! Set GPS to 0 longitude and 0 latitude, null island!" Agent Chris said.
All agents boarded the helicopters and all of them headed out in the position of the warriors.
The Lyoko Spies are still pinned to the wall. Evil William snapped his fingers and a few specter ninjas appeared and they stripped them of their weapons and any of their powers.
Ulrich had an electrical restraint to detect high speeds. It would shock him if he tried to use his super sprint. Aelita lost her star bracelet and had her mouth shut with duct tape so she couldn't use her creativity. Yumi lost her eyebrows that helped with her telekinesis. Odd had lost all ability to try to climb without his laser arrow gloves. The Lyoko Spies were now like any normal person.
The ninjas grabbed hold of them, and Evil William released his grip. "Put them over there" Evil William said pointing to an area where they could witness the arrival of the security program.
Evil William went to the terminal and was ready to start the program. He looked up as he saw the sun slowly moving into position. He started up the program and a red beam shot up in the sky and as soon as the sun moved into position, the machine would drain all the power of the star and Evil William would succeed. All hope seemed lost for the spies…
A.N. – Next, the finale! Agent Chris arrives as the Lyoko Spies must stop Evil William and disable the machine before the security program resurrects! The final battle of this season is upon them!
