I've been rewatching my old favorite TV shows and movies when I was a kid. Once is called Gargoyles and the episode called the 'Walkabout'. And then there's Brother Bear and Balto. I like the songs of Phil Collin called Great Spirits from Brother Bear the movie and Balto II the song called 'Who You Really Are/Praise For Father Sun' and also based on that scene. The ideas came from Blooms18 and dragonstorm676.

This part is Jack's POV.

A Wolf's Journey

Zosia's adoptive brother-Xenthos and Keizer Corvus, were searching through a dark forest of Nevada. Their mission was finding wolf Jack. He ran off in his wolf form after Master Salvation shot his mother. Luckily, she survived, thanks to their sister/friend, Zosia. Jack has been gone for months now and they can't find any leads. Even though they are amazing at tracking, for some reason, they keep losing Jack's trail. As if he doesn't want to be found.

"How hard is it to find a 20 feet tall wolf in the middle of the forest?" Keizer mutters out, searching through the trees.

"Keizer." Xenthos scolded, reminding him not to let his guard down.

Keizer has his back turn as he waves at his brother. "Yeah, yeah. I know, bro. I'm just saying, we could've spotted that big guy in a second but somehow, he keeps disappearing."

"As much as I want to agree with you, Keizer, but finding him cannot be an easy task. After all, he just witnessed her mother being shot." Xenthos explains almost solemnly.

Keizer sighs, turning towards his brother, and agrees with his older twin. "You're right, once we find him, we should be able to get him back on his paws-I mean...human feet...and call it a day, right?" Keizer proposed.

Xenthos nodded. "Of course, even though it will be difficult, we should be able to help him once we bring him to his mother." He explains.

"That who is not dead." Keizer added with a finger up.

Xenthos sighs. "Yes, be glad that Zosia was able to heal her before her wounds became too fatal."

"I know, right? I can't believe that a psychotic human tried to sacrifice them for something insane." Keizer said as he and his brother were about to leave when they suddenly heard something, a weak groan. The Corvus Twins took out their swords and turned towards the source. They slowly made their way to the undergrowth with weapons raised.

"Anything that comes right at us, they're going to meet my two friends: Pain and Death. And I'm the executioner." Keizer referenced both of his swords.

"Quiet. It could be Jack as well. Whatever we're doing, do not engage. We just need to talk some sense into him." Xenthos explains quietly.

"If it's still there!" His brother whispers back.

Xenthos and Keizer slowly made their way through the undergrowth and once they reached the end, they found a surviving Equal Salvation member. He was barely alive, he was lying on the ground, with his suit mauled and burnt. Xenthos and Keizer looked in shock at the man. They knew Jack would go berserk after Master Salvation shot his mother, but they didn't know he would take it this far to a member like this. Keizer bent down to inspect the body.

"You think Jack's responsible for this?" Keizer asked.

Xenthos rubbed his chin as he observed the body of the unconscious Equal Salvation member. "Hmm...Could be. He looks like he was maimed and burnt. The gashes are deep, but fresh. Indicating that he wasn't too far." He explains before looking at the damage part of the forest with claw marks and some burns. "And I believe that Wolf Blade must still be in control and is evolving with new abilities."

Keizer looked at his brother with wide eyes. Xenthos is alway the logical brother while Keizer...yeah, he's the hard headed one. "Are you saying that Wolf Blade has a new power?"

"Yes, it seems that he gained a pyrokinesis ability after seeing his mother must've triggered it." Xenthos theorized as he looks at the unconscious Equal Salvation. "And I'm guessing that Jack was hunting down the remaining Equal Slavations and succeeded."

Keizer almost groaned in annoyance. "Great! Thanks to this unconscious human's idiot master, he made Jack into some sort of flaming wolf. He's lucky to survive and escape his rage." He said to his brother, gesturing to the unconscious Equal Salvation member.

Unaware that the Equal Salvation was slowly waking up, seeing Keizer looking at his brother and was distracted, he slowly about to reach for a weapon-that is a knife-and was about to stab him. But Keizer, without looking, knocked him out by punching the member on top of his head so hard that he fell into unctuousness.

Xenthos has his arms crossed as he raises a brow at him. "Was that necessary?" He questioned his brother.

Keizer waves him off. "Pfft! He's fine! I just knock him out, he'll wake up in a few hours...possibly." Keizer suggested.

Xenthos signs and unfolds his arms. "Just tie him up and we'll drop him off to Fury for questioning when we find Jack. And when I meant to drop off, I meant giving him to Fury and not really dropping him." He said to Keizer seriously, remembering his brother has a sick sense of humor.

"Awww…" Keizer whines as he ties the member with ropes.

"Keizer." Xenthos called out to his brother, causing the younger twin to look at him, as he pointed something on the ground. Keizer slung the unconscious Equal Salvation member on his shoulder and went over to his brother as Xenthos found a footprint that belonged to a very big wolf aka, Jack.

"Is it me or is Jack taking his vitamins?" Keizer questioned, noticing how big the pawprint is.

"Come on, it leads to this way." Xenthos said, going that direction.

The two brothers walked through the forest with the unconscious Equal Salvation on Keizer's shoulder. They wonder if there are other members out there, but their guesses are good as theirs considering that the remaining Equal Salvations are either killed by the cave or died by giant wolf Jack. Soon, they came across a cliff that leads to the ocean from below. Keizer puts the unconscious Equal Salvation member as he and his brother look at the edge of the cliff.

Keizer, without looking at his brother. "You don't think he swam out of Nevada?"

"No, he didn't swim." Xenthos said as he looked at the vast ocean. "Jack ran through the ocean."

The Corvus Twins knew that Jack's wolf form could run on water. And now here's the bad news, since Jack can run on water, meaning he's probably going to another state or continent.

That is bad.

*Meanwhile*

Deep within the forest of Alberta, Canada, lies a small hut. Inside of the hut was an old male Shaman known as Achak, who was meditating near a small fire. It was dark outside and all was quiet, but for how long. The fire in Achak's hut suddenly turns blue, indicating that the spirits were trying to warn him. Achak listens to the spirits, who were warning him about an unknown presence coming to the forest. Soon, the fire returns to normal as Achak grabs his staff and stands up from his meditation before walking out of his hut to the outside. He walked down the path, feeling the presence was coming close. He wasn't afraid as he followed the source. Suddenly he stopped briefly and stood from his spot. He waited for a few minutes when the ground started to shake. And soon, white-tailed deers were running past him in a panic, scared by something coming their way. Achak wasn't fazed by this as he waited as all the deers were gone. And soon as they did, a massive tall black wolf-about thirty-five tall-appeared from the undergrowth. Its fur was pitch black and its tail was moving like a mist. The giant wolf snarls at Achak, who wasn't scared of the big wolf. The old shaman could tell that inside of the terrifying looking wolf was a scared pup inside.

Suddenly, the giant wolf attacked Achak with open jaws. But when it snapped its jaws at him, he disappeared, angering the wolf in the process. The giant wolf turned around and saw Achak was standing on a rock, still not fazed by the attack. Barking, the giant wolf charges at Achak aging, but Achak created a magical barrier that prevented the giant wolf from attacking him. The giant wolf was pushed away and crashed on the ground. Angry, the giant wolf got up again and snarled at Achak.

"Calm yourself, boy." Achak said to the giant wolf. "You must not let your anger get to you."

The giant wolf responded with a growl, not listening or caring about the old man. The giant wolf took a deep breath and released a silver sonic howl at Achak.

Narrowing his eyes, Achak teleported himself away from the blast, causing the sonic howl to destroy some trees. Achak appeared behind the giant wolf, not pleased for what it was doing. The giant wolf turned and growled as it saw Achak. Angered filled with the wolf's mind as it suddenly set his fangs on fire. The fire is pitch black almost like a shadow. It charged at Achak with opened-flaming jaws. However, Achak slams his staff on to the ground, creating a powerful force of wind that sends the giant wolf flying off of a cliff nearby and falls onto a big lake. The giant wolf crashed into the water, creating a big splash. It was wet but unharmed. It growls as it gets up from the water, sniffing the air to find the old shaman. Suddenly, he heard a banging drum. The giant wolf looked up and saw Achak at the shore, banging a small drum while chanting something. With each bang of the drum and chant, dark clouds form around the night sky, creating sounds of thunder and lightning. The giant wolf was fazed by the loud thunder or when the lightning flashes, all it thinks is to take down the old shaman.

But when the giant wolf was about to attack when Achak banged his drum one last time and a giant lightning bolt came from the clouds and struck the giant wolf. It howled in pain as it was being electrocuted. Though, this lightning wasn't meant to kill the wolf, but rather helping it. Achak watched from a distance as the giant wolf was struck by the lightning after a few minutes, the lightning stopped and the dark clouds disappeared. Achak looked at the lake and saw, not a giant wolf, but a male teen.

And not just any male teen, it was Jack Darby.

Jack's clothes were damaged by the transformation. His pants were ripped under his knees, his shirt was torn from the sleeves, making it look like he was wearing sleeveless, and he is not wearing shoes-probably ripped off when he turned to a wolf-and his hair has grown long and reaches to his back. His body was covered in smoke by the lightning as some was escaping from his opened mouth. Soon, Jack's body fell limp in the water, floating above the lake's surface. But he didn't stay there too long when Achak suddenly appeared, standing on the water like it was nothing and carefully carrying Jack, with surprising strength, and placed him on both his shoulders-fireman's carry-and brought him to his hut. There, Achak will treat Jack's wounds.

Jack was inside Achak's home, unconscious but alive. He was resting on piles of blankets and his body covered in bandages. His shirt was gone to reveal his bandage chest-he was slightly muscular for a teen. His arms and legs were also covered in bandages along with his head. He was unconscious and was slowly breathing, indicating he hasn't recovered yet. Beside him was Achak, the old Shaman was pounding some herbs on a pot that was on the fire. After bringing the young male into his hut, he's been treating Jack's wounds and keeping him alive. Apparently, in his wolf state, it took a lot of energy in him and some damage. Even though he had a healing factor that was helping him, Jack was still not yet fully recovered. Achak puts the herbs in the pot, letting it boil by the fire. He glanced towards his guest, still hadn't awakened from his slumber. Achak went over to the teen and kneels down beside him. He could feel the negative power inside of the teen, indicating that his inner wolf was still in rage, waiting for his vessel to awake.

"Achak?" Came a young boy's voice.

Achak turned around and saw Muraco coming in his hut, carrying a bucket of water. "Ah, Muraco, just in time." Achak said calmly.

Muraco came in the hut and placed the bucket next to Achak, allowing the old shaman to dip a small cloth and squeezes-making droplets of water to remove-before placing the cloth on top of Jack's head. Jack stiffened but continued sleeping. Muraco looks at Jack curiously and then to Achak.

"Is he going to be alright, Achak?" Muraco questioned.

Achak nodded his head. "He will be, he will awaken soon." He explains.

"That's good." Muraco said with a smile before wondering. "What do you think happened to him?"

"Actually, he caused it by himself."

Muraco looked at him in confusion, not getting what the old shaman means. "What?"

Achak explains to Muraco this. "He is no ordinary man nor a wolf." Muraco was still confused on what he meant until Achak said. "The spirits spoke to me about him. This young man, named Jackson Darby, was born with a human mother and a father that came from the darkness of space, yet their love blossomed and gave birth to him. A man that has two souls, both light and darkness, each fighting for control over his body."

"Fighting?" Muraco asked him.

"Yes, he didn't know about his gift, he couldn't control it, denying his heritage. Thus, it took a mind of its own, taking control of his body and committing acts of justice and vengeance."

"I understand, Achak. But why can't he control his gift?" Muraco asked him.

"The wolf within him is filled with vengeance, rage, and sadness. Unlike you, Muraco. You embrace your gift for good uses. As for him, he is trying to deny his true self thus creating a war in his mind."

Achak brought his staff and waves it above Jack's unconscious body, revealing a dark aura that surrounds his body. Muraco was shocked to see how dark Jack's aura is. It was black as the night with no stars.

"The man and the wolf within are in a war of control." Achak began, looking at the dark aura. "The wolf inside of Jackson is fighting its way to control his body as his own, so it can be free and to hunt."

"Jackson's inner wolf...is it really that powerful?" Muraco asked him.

Achak nodded. "Yes, and I fear that the wolf within him will have no sense of remorse to the innocents. Instead, it will be lusting for power and revenge once it takes control over Jackson's body." He explains.

Muraco looked at the old shaman. "Is there a way to save him?"

"There is a way, but only if he wants to. Go no, Muraco. I will take care of him." Achak said to Muraco.

"All right, take care, Achak." Muraco said before going out of the hut and through the forest.

Achak smiles at the boy. He may be young, but he is very mature. Looking back to Jack, Achak knew that the road that he will take will be difficult, filled with obstacles and challenges along the way. But Achak knew that he would make it, he would face them like a wolf. Achak covers his upper body with a warm blanket, keeping him warm as he wakes up.

"Get well soon, young warrior." Achak said softly.

For the past three days, Achak has been keeping an eye on Jack's sleeping form. He guessed that his body was still healing. Achak would put healing herbs on his injuries, allowing Jack to heal faster. Achak was a very patient old man, he knew that Jack would wake up. And by some miracle he did, Jack woke up at the middle of the night while Achak was tending the fire. Jack slowly sits up with a groan, catching Achak's attention. Jack placed a hand on his head, still feeling dizzy, as he slowly opened his eyes while adjusting them.

"Ah, you're awake." Achak spoke.

Jack turned and saw the old shaman coming to him with a warm cup of herbal tea. Jack didn't know what to say, but smelling the tea indicates that he needs some of it to get his strength back. Slowly accepting the tea, Jack blows on it, cooling it down, before slowly taking a sip.

"How are you feeling?" Achak asked him.

Jack puts his tea on the ground and looks at Achak, slowly responding to him, even though his voice was a bit crocky and weak. "I-I'm f-fine...thank you."

"You are welcome, Jackson." Achak responded, causing Jack to look at him in surprise.

"H-How did you-"

"Know your name? The spirits told me about you, young one. For you are the one born with light and darkness in you." Achak answered him.

"Spirits?" Jack asked in confusion, not believing the old shaman.

"I know it sounds strange, but I can assure you that what I say is true. For you have suffered a dangerous path." Achak said with assurance.

Before Jack could say anything, a flash of memories came to his brain. He saw himself being taken, his Autobot friends trying to save him, almost being sacrificed, and his mother being shot. Jack yells in pain, clutching his hands on his hair as the memories gave him pain. Jack growls in response as he could feel his teeth turning into fangs.

"Calm yourself." Achak said sternly, causing Jack to snap at him with a snarl, his eyes turning silver. "Do not let your anger get the best of you, otherwise. You will lose control again."

Hearing this, Jack instantly stops as he suddenly remembers the incident in the cavern. He doesn't know how, but these memories belong to him and yet it felt like it wasn't him. He saw how the cavern was destroyed by him. And how he was on a rampage. His eyes turned back to blue as they grew wide at these memories. Seeing himself as Wolf Blade.

"I-It can't be me." Jack whispers out, holding his head. "That can't be me!"

"Jackson-"

"I AM NOT A MONSTER!" Jack exclaims in fear.

Achak placed a gentle hand on his shoulder, causing the young man to look at him with wide eyes. Achak's eyes softened at him as he calmly patted Jack's shoulder.

"I know you are scared. But you can't deny what you are." Achak said slowly. "You believe that you are human, but inside, you have a hidden secret of your family heritage."

Jack looks at him in confusion as Achak withdraws his hand. "W-What do you mean?" He questioned him.

"I will tell you once you get dressed." Achak said, mentioning the clothes beside him. "Once you're done, meet me outside, where I will tell you everything."

With that said, Achak got up and walked out of the hut, leaving Jack to change. After a few minutes, Jack came out, wearing native pants, vest, and belt. The bandages are still on him, keeping his injuries to a minimum. Achak saw him and nodded as he guided Jack to the location. Jack follows him, wincing a bit from his stiff bones, but was able to pull through. Jack follows Achak through the thick forest, moving some branches out of the way. Jack wanted to ask the old shaman about where they were going, but it seems Achak knew where they were going. Soon, they reach a cave that was hidden beneath the trees. Jack stops at the entrance and notices that there was something in there.

"Are you coming?" Achak questioned, standing at the entrance of the cave.

Jack hesitated, not sure if he should go in or not. He could feel something ancient and powerful in there as if it was waiting for him. But seeing Achak standing patiently, he knew that if he wanted to get some answers, he needed to follow the old shaman. So, taking a deep breath, Jack made his way to the cave and saw the inside of the cavern was filled with sparkling gems, mostly made of crystals, that sparkles like stars. Jack wanted to admire it but decided to follow Achak to the heart of the cave. There, Jack saw glowing crystals on a rock slab while some were on the floor. They illuminated the room like an aurora. Achak soon made his way to the crystals and stood in front of the crystals and closed his eyes as he started singing.

Praise for the red dawn
Grass that we walk upon
Praise for the river's whispered tune
Praise for the wind brother

Jack stared at Achak strangely, wondering why he was singing, but as he did, he noticed that the crystals illuminated by this, glowing different colors as Achak sang. Jack got to admit, Achak may be old, but he's quite a singer. Jack started swaying to the beat of the music, feeling calmed and relaxed by it.

Praise for the earth mother
Praise for father sun
And sister moon

Praise for father sun
And sister moon

Suddenly, Jack started howling, matching the beat of the music in doing so. It didn't bother Achak as he enjoyed the howls of the wolves.

Hey-ya, hey-ya, hey-ya
Hey-ya, hey-ya, hey-ya

After this, Achak turned towards Jack with a small smile. "Your singing is quite beautiful." He complimented.

Jack almost blushed by this, recalling that he howled like he was singing. "Umm...thanks, I think. I don't know why but I just can't help myself. I'm sorry if I interrupted you.

"Oh, not really. I do love to hear wolves sing. It's one of your specialties." Achak said as he sat down and picked up a crystal. "You also have such a keen sense of smell."

Jack watches Achak as he sighs gently and places the crystal on the stone slab. "Such wonderful creatures you are."

"I'm not a wolf." Jack said sternly, walking up to Achak.

"Then that is why I'm not afraid of you." Achak said calmly with a light chuckle. Jack was confused as Achak adjusted a small crystal on the stone slab. "Why should I be afraid of one who does not know who he is?"

Jack almost felt offended by this as he gave the old shaman a small glare. "I know who I am! I'm Jack, Son of Silver and June, who happens to be both humans. Who are you?" Jack questioned the old shaman with a small growl.

Achak wasn't fazed by his growl as he simply adjusted the crystals. "I am Achak, a wise shaman, son of Antinanco and Halona, both of them simple humans." Achak calmly answers, causing Jack to calm down. The old shaman gestured to the crystals. "This answer tells us what we are, but not who we are."

Hearing this, Jack looks at Achak, his mind now clear from anger, wondering if these crystals would explain about him and his family. "Okay...then how do I find out who I am?"

To answer his question, Achak simply adjusted a crystal towards a moon's light, coming from a small hole. Jack raises a brow, confused on what Achak is doing. "What...are you doing?" He questioned.

Suddenly, the crystal that Achak adjusted, reflects with the moon's light, passing the light to the other crystals, turning into a color of fire, as it illuminates the dark cave to reveal animal constellations on the cavern's walls. Jack awed to this, seeing so many drawings of the constellation.

"I am shedding light where darkness lies." Achak explains to Jack in a riddle tone, looking through the cavern's drawings. "When every creature in the world is born, a spirit stands beside them."

"Why?" Jack questions him.

"To light their way through the long, dark night and sing them songs to guide them."

"Why?" Jack asked again.

Achak wasn't fazed by this and he answered Jack's questions. "Because each of us has a destiny that sets us all apart. The path is different for you and me, but the journey begins in the heart."

Ahcak took another crystal and placed it down beside the moon's reflection, creating a rainbow light on the cavern's walls. The animal drawings seem to come alive, moving through the walls, showing Jack, guiding him to the answers he seeks. Jack looks at the pictures, unsure if it's true but...he wanted to know who he is. He then looks to Achak.

"Do you know what's my destiny?"

"If you want to know who you really are. You must seek the spirits." Achak explains to him.

"The spirits?" Jack questioned him, earning a nod from Achak, as Jack sat on the floor.

"You must venture to the mountain, where the lights touch the earth. The Spirits shall help you to find answers you seek." Achak explains to Jack, who was having doubts about this journey. And seeing his face, Achak knew that Jack was feeling unsure about his destiny. "Or you can turn back home. Back to the place where your friends are."

Upon hearing about his friends, Jack began to worry about Raf, Miko, Fowler, and the Autobots. Are they okay? Did the Autobots survive the cave in? Is his mom still alive and made it out? So many questions in his mind, with no answers. He wants to know if they are okay, if his mom survived her injuries. Jack was lost, scared, and confused.

"I know you are lost and confused, but unless you want to know who you are, you must make the journey." Achak explains to him.

Jack looks at Achak with doubts. He still isn't sure if he should go, but Achak said that he is going to find answers about him and his friends, he needs to go do that journey, even if it means climbing a mountain. So, Jack turned towards the old shaman and nodded, agreeing to make the journey to find the answers and help from the spirits.

"All right, I'll do it." Jack agrees.

Achak smiles at him, seeing a hint of determination in his eyes. "Excellent, but before you go, you must take the journey in the eyes of another."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Jack asked, not sure what Achak said.

"It means you must take the form of your spirit animal." Achak said to Jack.

"Say what now?" Jack asked in confusion, clearly stating that he didn't get that part.

"Your spirit animal inside of you. Jack, you must take the form of your spirit animal, to see the world in its eyes." Achak explains to Jack clearly.

Jack looks at his hands, thinking about the wolf that was inside him might take control again. But if he wants answers, he has to take that risk. Clenching his hands to a fists, Jack looks at Achak in the eye. "Achak, if I turn into my spirit guide, can it help me?

Achak nodded in response. "Yes, it will guide you, but only if you accept and embrace it, make it part of you and become one."

"...And how am I going to do that?" Jack asked in confusion.

"I will show you in due time, but you must rest and recover. You have a long journey ahead of you." Achak said before getting up.

Jack soon gets up as well as Achak guides him outside. But before they leave, Jack turns back to the cavern and sees that everything was back to normal while the crystals continued to illuminate. Jack turns and follows Achak out of the cavern towards the outside.

For the past few days, Jack lives with Achak's hut. The old shaman treats his wounds and helps him recover. Jack learns that Achak is a shaman of a mysterious clan that is hidden from civilization. Achak has been teaching Jack how to live in the forest, learning which berries are edible and poisonous. Achak even taught Jack how to use the stars as a map or compass, to help him on his way. Jack learns from Achak all he could as the old shaman taught him how to cook and make herbal medicine. Soon, Jack's wounds healed, allowing Jack to relax a bit. Though there was one problem, Jack barely slept from every night since he couldn't stop thinking about his journey. He doesn't even know if he can do it or if he could make it. He wanted to know who is and how he got these powers. He always thought that he was just an ordinary kid. His mom and dad were normal. His dad, Silver, was an army soldier and his mom, June, was a nurse. They spend all their time with Jack, giving him the love that he deserves. Jack idolizes his dad a lot. He serves their country and protects others. But Silver was also a devoted father and always was there for June and Jack. That's why Jack idolizes his father before he...he died on one of his missions. He wishes that he was still alive, so he can help him, guide him in this. But he's gone, and Jack is dealing with another problem.

Wolf Blade.

Somehow, Wolf Blade was in his dream, telling Jack that he needs him to survive. But Jack didn't believe him and ignored Wolf Blade, saying that he isn't real, which angered Wolf Blade a lot. Wolf Blade angrily says that Jack can't ignore him forever, for he is part of him forever. And that woke Jack up with cold sweat.

Jack soon got out of the hut, after eating breakfast that was provided by Achak, and went to the field to see Achak standing in front of a totem pole. From top to bottom are carved animals mainly Eagle, Cougar (Mountain Lion), Bear, Fox, and Wolf. Jack walks over to the old shaman and stands next to him as he looks at the totem pole. Achak greeted Jack with a nod.

"Good morning, Jackson. I see you're feeling better?" He questioned.

"Yeah, a little better...so, what's with the totem?" Jack asked Achak.

"The totem pole will help you on your journey." Achak explains, causing Jack to look at him in confusion. "The animals on the totem pole are animals that represent spiritual meaning. You need to know them as they will help guide you on your journey."

"They...will?"

Achak nodded and pointed his staff on the eagle totem. "The Eagle will be your guide in your journey for it is a teacher and has spiritual connection to the great divine. The Cougar will teach you leadership, loyalty, courage, and responsibility. The Bear will give you the strength and will-power. The Fox is a cunning trickster yet it will teach you to be cunning and quick-witted. And finally, the Wolf as it is a pathfinder in this never-ending journey." He explains the animals on the totem.

Jack stared at the totem, feeling a strange spiritual connection with it. He placed a hand on his chest, where his heart is, as he stared at it. He could feel something inside of him to be released, wanting to run, to hunt, to be free. He could feel his nails turning sharp as well as his teeth-turning into fangs-and his eyes were turning silver.

Wolf Blade was coming out.

Seeing this, Achak tapped his staff, creating a small spark, snapping Jack from his trance as he turned towards the old shaman. Achak knew that the wolf inside of him was trying to take control over Jack. If Jack continues denying this, Wolf Blade will be his spirit of vengeance and power.

"Jackson, you cannot deny him." Achak said to him.

Jack stiffened as he slowly looked at Achak. "I-I don't know what you are talking about." He lied.

"Don't lie to me, boy. You encounter him in your dreams, haven't you?" Achak said to him. Jack looks away, clenching his fists in anger. "You can't pretend he is not real."

"He isn't real! And he's not part of me!" Jack exclaims in anger, facing Achak's unfazed look, as he placed a hand on his chest. "Wolf Blade isn't me, he isn't real, and I don't need him!"

Achak raises a brow at him, watching as he angrily breathes heavily. "Is it? Then answer this question."

"What?" Jack asked almost angrily.

"Can you recall how you manage to succeed in helping your friends?" Achak asked.

This caught Jack off guard, recalling the events when he was young. As a kid, his ball was stuck on top of a tree and he easily got by climbing very fast. And when he was in middle school, some kids were picking at him and hiding his backpack. But soon, Jack was able to find his bag on top of a tree because he smelled it and was able to climb the tree with ease. And when he was with Autobots, he was able to save Ratchet from Scraplets by using a fire extinguisher as if instincts told him to do it. Or when he was chosen by Optimus to carry Key to Vector Sigma, and helped Optimus to regain his memories even if the chamber is below the planet's surface, Jack used the Key to activate it and began to download the contents of the Matrix of Leadership while able to defeat an Insecticon with the Scraplets, and was able to download it.

And then Jack manages to attract the claw of the Decepticon's warship-Nemesis- and tricks it into hitting the stasis lock Megatron, who topples over, dragging the lever down, dumping the dark energon, and reversing the energon flow, shifting the ship to be neutral, while dodging a stasis lock Megatron in the process at such speed that he didn't realize that he had. And when Jack saved Raf from those incoming dodgeballs during gym, and how he tried to save his mom from the Equal Salvation. It was Wolf Blade, he was doing those things for him, as if he was trying to help or protect him.

"You see, Jackson. Wolf Blade may be a part of you, but he also sees your friends and family as his pack. After all, a wolf cannot live without a pack." Achak said.

"Y-You think so?" Jack asked in surprise.

"How else he didn't harm your friends and family?" Achak pointed out, causing Jack to look away a bit. "I know you wanted to have a normal life, Jack. But Wolf Blade is more than just your alter-ego, he is your spirit animal."

"He's my what?" Jack asked in shock and surprised by this. "You can't be serious?"

"I am, you can't ignore him, Jackson. The more you do, the more he will become evil and turn on you. That is why you must accept him as part of you, become one of both light and darkness." Achak explains.

Jack wanted to protest, but thinking back how Wolf Blade was able to help him, even though he didn't know it yet, as he was giving him power to defend himself. He got to admit, Wolf Blade maybe a vigilante or somewhat monster, and yet he proved to be helpful for his friends and the Autobots. Jack sighs as he looks at Achak.

"How can I be one with him?" Jack asked.

"Tonight, I will tell you how."

And that night, Jack and Achak were inside a cave. They stood separate from a fire that was in the center. Pots and bowls were on different sides of the cave. Achak was placing herbs onto the fire, creating a strange aroma on it. Jack wasn't sure what Achak is doing, but it seems like he knows what he is doing. Achak placed his staff by his side and took out a tribal drum and slowly made music. Jack listens and looks at Achak.

"W-What are we going to do?" He asked suddenly.

"It is not we, it is you who will be going." Achak said.

"What?" Jack asked in confusion.

"If you wish to make peace with Wolf Blade, you must go to the walkabout and find the Dreamtime." Achak explains to Jack.

"The...Dreamtime?" Jack asked again, still getting used to the whole thing.

Achak calmly gestured outside. "It is all around you. A dimension parallel to this one." He explains as he puts a finger on his head. "A world on the mind and the heart." He said as he placed a hand on his chest-where his heart is-before looking at Jack. "Find the Dreamtime and you will make peace with Wolf Blade."

"Okay...are you coming with me in this Dreamtime?" Jack questions him.

Achak shook his head, "This quest is yours alone, no one will disturbed you on it." He explains to Jack.

"But how can I make peace with Wolf Blade if I don't know how?" Jack questions himself.

"Remember this, Jackson. In the Dreamtime, things are not what they seem, but as you make them seem." Achak said to him before taking out some sort of purple powder from his pouch. "Are you ready?"

Jack takes a deep breath and sighs, feeling his heart pounding in his chest. "Ready as I'll ever be." He said softly.

"One more thing, if Wolf Blade attacks you. You must face him head on and learn to conquer your fear." Achak said, causing Jack to slowly nod.

With that, Achak threw the powder onto the fire, turning into a purple mist that surrounds Jack. The teen froze as his eyes widened and pupils shrunk. His body lay motionless and stiff as he stared blankly through space. Achak knew that he had entered the Dreamtime and he knew that Jack would succeed.

"What's happened to him?"

Achak turned and saw Muraco coming over, searching for Achak. He sat outside of the cave's entrance, not wanting to disturbed on Achak and Jack-who wasn't moving. Achak simply answered his question.

"He has crossovered to the Dreamtime."

Jack appeared in a strange realm, filled with strange land forms and strange floating purple paths that he was standing on. It looks like one of those paintings he sees an art museum. Though the sky was black as night with stars. Jack whistles out, it echoes through the strange Dreamtime. It was weird, but beautiful at the same time. He bet Miko would love it here, after all. That girl likes something new and adventurous. Jack searches for Wolf Blade, trying to find any traces of him. But it seems he has to find him.

"Well, it's now or never." Jack whispers out as he walks through the pathway that leads to the ground that is made of tall grass.

Jack looks for any signs of Wolf Blade, hoping that he won't be hard to find. But it was proven futile as there was no trace of Wolf Blade anywhere. Jack scratched his head, thinking that Wolf Blade might still be mad at him for saying that he's not real. Jack hopes that Wolf Blade's tantrum would end soon because it was hard to find him. It didn't take Jack too long. He found himself standing on a stone statue of a giant wolf with silver eyes like gemstone. Jack stared at it in awe, amazed to see such a big statue.

"Wow…"

He was about to walk up to the wolf statue when he heard a loud growl. Stopping at his tracks, Jack saw a large black wolf about twice his size, glaring at Jack with silver eyes. Jack backs away from it as it slowly stalks to him with a dangerous growl. Jack knew that this black wolf is Wolf Blade.

"This is bad." Jack mutters in fear as he sees the Wolf Blade. "Hey, buddy. I don't want any trouble, I'm just want to-" Wolf Blade snarls at Jack with open jaws. "Nope!"

Jack made a run for it as Wolf Blade chased him. Jack somehow evaded the Wolf Blade, dodging him just in time before he could pounce at him. Jack quickly ducks behind a strange rock before Wolf Blade almost bite his arm off. Jack runs towards strange rock formations as he hides behind one, panting out in shock, his heart beating rapidly. He could feel himself sweating from the sudden adrenaline rush. Jack could hear the Wolf Blade snarling, searching for him. Jack could feel his rage, he doesn't know why, but his gut tells him that it was his fault that Wolf Blade is mad at him. And he knows why, because Jack has been denying and ignoring Wolf Blade, causing him to fuel with rage.

Suddenly, Jack felt the hairs at the back of his neck straighten up, feeling something bad is going to happen. And he was right, Jack quickly ducks away when a sonic howl came from Wolf Blade, destroying the rocks in the process. Jack rolls on the ground before getting up on his knees. He looks at Wolf Blade with wide eyes as his 'Spirit Animal' snarls at him with rage. Wolf Blade took a deep breath and released another sonic howl. Jack quickly dodges it but hits his back on a rocky wall. Jack yells in pain by impact, and didn't have time to recover when Wolf Blade placed one of his paws on Jack's chest, hard. Jack cried out in pain as he looked up and met with Wolf Blade's snarling face. Knowing that he won't escape, Jack wanted to scream for Achak to help, but a thought came in his mind, a reminder from Achak.

"The Dreamtime is you want it to be."

Basically, Jack can use his imagination.

Taking a deep breath, Jack releases his own sonic howl at the wolf, sending it flying through the field, crashing into some strange trees. Jack quickly got up, recovering from what just happened. Jack thinks of a plan on stopping Wolf Blade from attacking him. But Wolf Blade recovered and charged at Jack at full speed. The teen quickly counters Wolf Blade as he makes a pillar underneath him, sending him up and avoiding Wolf Blade's attack. Wolf Blade barks at Jack in rage while Jack thinks of a plan.

"Come on! Think! How can I stop him?!" Jack questions himself.

Jack knew that Wolf Blade can destroy this pillar with one sonic howl. Jack needs to think to overcome Wolf Blade and help him on his journey. Achak reminds him that if Wolf Blade attacks him, Jack must face Wolf Blade head on with no fear because he has to conquer it. Jack has a crazy plan, he hopes that it might work, probably.

Taking a deep breath Jack jumps off the pillar and plummets to the ground, face first. Jack could feel the wind whistling through his ears as he saw Wold Blade below. Sensing Jack from above Wolf Blade lifted his wolf head up and was about to release a sonic howl, when suddenly, Jack brought his hands up and released a powerful black fireball at Wolf Blade, creating a huge explosion during impact. Before Jack could crash, he teleported himself away from the explosion. He lands on the ground safely and looks at his work. The area that Wolf Blade stood in was in flames, Jack was shocked to see what he had done. He was about to go forward when Wolf Blade appeared out of the fire like a speeding bullet and tackled Jack so hard that air escaped through Jack's lungs. They skids on the ground while Wolf Blade bites Jack's arm before he tosses Jack away, who crashes on the ground. Before Jack could recover, Wolf Blade releases his sonic howl at Jack, sending him flying towards some rock pillars, destroying in the process with such force. Jack crashes on the ground with a loud yell as he landed on his back. This isn't good. Jack knows it. Nothing he can do that can stop Wolf Blade's rampage. How is going to stop him now? He can't do this on his own.

Wait a minute.

Jack remembers Achak's words about a wolf cannot live without a pack. Wolf Blade may be part of him, but his friends, mom, and the Autobots are his pack-his family. Thinking about them gave Jack more strength, much greater than Wolf Blade's, as he slowly got up from the ground and faced the big wolf with narrowed eyes.

"I know you're mad at me for ignoring you and I know you're stronger than me." Jack said to Wolf Blade, who snarls at him. "But I do know that you can't live without a pack."

Wolf Blade growls savagely as he releases another sonic howl. Jack did the same as their sonic howls clashed, creating powerful sonic force like wind. They both stopped when everything was covered in dust. Wolf Blade searches for Jack, anger coursing through his mind. He snaps at the direction where he felt Jack's presence before being tackled by a white blur. The black wolf crashed onto the ground, getting up in a second as he glared at the one that attacked him. And to his shock-for the first time-he was a white wolf with silver eyes, like him. But his energy is pure.

And that white wolf is Jack.

Wolf Blade growls at the Wolf Jack, who was giving him a neutral look, before they both charge in uch incredible speed that they almost broke the sound barrier. The two mighty wolves clashed, energy fields surrounding them both. Wolf Blade snarls at him with rage as Wolf Jack narrows his eyes with determination. Their force created a powerful explosion that sent them flying in separate directions before they both landed on their paws, facing each other. Wolf Blade wasn't going down without a fight, no matter how long it takes, he won't lose. However, Jack knew that they can't fight forever, he has to make amends with Wolf Blade and become at peace with him.

"Stop and listen to me." Jack spoke through Wold Blade's mind, sharing the same minds after all.

"Why should I listen to you!?" Wolf Blade growls in Jack's mind. "I thought you said that you don't want me? After all, I ain't real!" Wolf Blade mocked Jack angrily.

"I know what I said was wrong and I'm sorry."

"You think your pathetic apology can save you?!" Wolf Blade snarls. "Nothing can change the fact that you deny your heritage, Darby! You're afraid of what power that I possess!"

"You're right, I am afraid. Afraid of the responsibility of power and what I will become." Jack said to Wolf Blade as his eyes slowly softened by this. "I need your help."

"Why should I help you?!" Wolf Blade snarls at him.

"Because we are a pack." Jack said to Wolf Blade sternly, causing the dark wolf to stop. "I know that now after what you did for me...for our friends. You gave me the strength I need that I didn't know I had. You help me save my friends...I am grateful for that. Even though I've been denying you for days now...I want things to change, to fulfill my journey...OUR journey."

Wolf Jack walks over to Wolf Blade, who stood there unmoving, as the white wolf faces the black wolf. "So, please, let us change for the better and become one. That way, we can help our pack...our family."

Hearing this, Wolf Blade suddenly eases his attack and aggression. Jack knew that he finally made reason with him, after all, they are one with the same minds. Wolf Blade sighs mentally as he looks back to Jack's white wolf form.

"You finally face your fears, Jack." He said before the both of them changed back to their human forms.

It was looking at a mirror. Wolf Blade looks exactly like Jack. But he wore a black leather, hoodie jacket with chains on his chest. Black pants, combat boots, and fingerless gloves. Two sharp sickles were attached on both of his sides. His hands were in his pockets. Wolf Blade removes his hood and looks at Jack with his silver eyes seriously.

"Just to remind you, once you and I become one, there's no turning back." Wolf Blade informs him, outstretching his hand.

"Don't worry, I won't hold back." Jack said to him before he grabbed Wolf Blade's hand.

And with that pact, Wolf Blade gave a simple smirk, knowing that Jack finally accepts who he is, before dissolves into shadow and entered Jack, becoming one and unlocking his full power. Once it is done, Jack opens his now silver eyes as he releases a silver howl throughout the Dreamtime.

Indicating that he successfully made one with his animal spirit.

Jack returns back to the real world as his eyes flashed silver and then back to blue. He looks at Achak with a smile, who smiles back. Achak knew that Jack had successfully made peace with his inner wolf, and now he will learn to no longer fear his own power.

"Ah, it seems that your words were well chosen." Achak said to Jack.

Jack nodded as he clenched his fist together. "Yeah, it wasn't easy." He said.

Achak chuckles at this. "Nothing is too easy in the journey. But you will succeed in yours."

Jack nodded and looked over to Muraco, who was sitting beside Achak, and was surprised to see him. "Who's this?"

Achak gestured to Muraco and said, "This is Muraco, the chosen guardian of the Moon Goddess, Komorkis. He too is like you, but he was blessed with the gift by the goddess herself." He explains.

Muraco bows and smiles at him. "It is nice to meet you, Jackson." He greeted him.

"Just call me Jack." Jack said with a smile as he looked over to Achak. "So, magic and myths are real, aren't they?" Jack asked Achak, who nodded.

"Indeed, few only know about our magic while the rest of the world has forgotten about it." Achak explains.

"Wow, if Vogel was here, his mind would be blown." Jack said with a smile.

Vogel is a street sweeper in the New York subway underground and one of the most dedicated conspiracy theorists there is. They met when Jack and Miko wandered through New York City subway to find one of the relics. Vogel found them and questioned the two teens about their presence in the subway tunnels. Luckily, Miko was good at lying as she convinced Vogel that they were lost students, and he believes them as he offered to take them on a ride in his sweeper train. He told them about the tunnels having a darkside, stories like mole men and monsters supposed to lurk within the depths of the tunnels. Though, when Miko and Jack made their escape, Vogel later found them prowling through the tunnels again and was less than satisfied with one of Jack's lies. But eventually, they told him the truth. Well, Miko did, since Vogel seems trustworthy. And once they did, Vogel helped them save Bee and Arcee from Knockout and an Insecticon. With Vogel knowing the Cybertronian existence, Miko calls Agent Fowler, so he can deputize Vogel into the nonexistent Department of Interstellar Relations., which made him happy.

"Vogel? Is he one of your friends?" Muraco asked.

"Kind of, he's an ally of ours since he helped my friends." Jack explains to them, a small smile spread on his lips. "You guys would love to meet them."

"Actually, we have seen them here before." Achak explains, causing Jack to look at him in surprise. "They came here not too long ago, giant metal beings, searching for their allies."

"You saw the Autobots?" Jack asked in surprise and then to Muraco. "You too?"

Achak and Muraco nodded. "Yes, and it seems that you are surprised to hear this." Achak said to Jack.

"Um, yeah. You're filled with surprises, you know that, right?" Jack said with a smile.

Achak chuckles. "So, I've been told."

Jack smiles and wonders. "What's going to happen now?" He asked.

"Now, we prepare for your journey of answers." Achak answers Jack's question. "This journey will help you control the wolf inside of you as well as your powers."

Jack nodded in understanding, knowing that the path he took, sealed his fate.

And he will succeed.

Part II will be soon but I'm going to make another chapter about Val and her friends. Sorry if it's not good, I was getting lazy in writing. And the next chapter, curtain characters will be brought back.
