The younger brother of Seto Kaiba, Mokuba was kidnapped by the Big Five to get Kaiba Corp turned over to them by forcing Mokuba or Seto Kaiba to sign it over to them so they could continue the pursuit of weapons manufacturing.
While under Pegasus care he was treated as well as a bird in a gilded cage. He decided to make his escape when he overheard Pegasus talking with the Big 5 and heard them talking about taking over KaibaCorp.
While making his escape he was captured by Kemo who was taking him back to Pegasus when he was rescued from Kemo by Jason. He seems to respect Jason and has bonded with him and sees him as a brother like Seto.
Jason helps him create a deck and teaches him how to duel while on Duelist Kingdom.
While somewhat jaded and Naïve he is actually willing to learn if someone is willing to teach him.
