Updating for a special day today. Hope you enjoy.

yllannaantonio: They're like any other siblings. They fight and they watch each other's backs. Hope you like the other stories as well.

NextGeneration18: Glad you liked it. I am always wary about creating OCs.

PokeKing Charizard: I've always envisioned that Rafael was whinny as a kid but realized how to use it to his advantage as he grew older. Violeta, I believe, knows him well enough to know when it's real and when it's an act.

I do not own.

"Papi, Papi, Can I go over there?" Angel tugged on Caesar's arm.
Caesar looked up from his smart phone. He squinted at where his son was pointing. Today Caesar and Angel were spending time together at an indoor play center.

Beverly felt that Caesar needed to spend more time with his son. So she had ordered him to take Angel out for a daddy-son day. Angel wanted to go to a new place where he could explore. Caesar didn't want to do anything outdoorsy. So looking through the internet, Caesar found this play area.

"Hmm, mijo? Sure sure." He waved his 5 year old toward whatever he was pointing at. Angel dashed off before his father could change his mind.
When Angel arrived at the line the man looked at him.
"Where're your parents little boy?"
Angel thought quickly. His dad was no where near and if he went to get him he would lose his place.
"Over there." Angel replied as he pointed to a bunch of fathers talking.
"OK." The man stepped aside. Angel climbed the steep stairs to the top of the slide. He looked down. The slide led to a colorful ball pit. Angel plunged into the ball pit. Balls bounced everywhere. To his surprise he began to sink to the bottom. He flailed his arms as he tried to wiggle upwards. It did no good. He kept sinking.

"Papi!" He called out in alarm. The balls were covering his head. He was going to be lost forever.

Before he could sink any lower, he felt something close over his outstretched hand. A second later he was hoisted up like a trophy from a claw machine. Angel looked curiously at the glowing net around his hand.

"Angel, what are you doing in there?" Caesar asked sternly.

"Nothing." Angel replied hesitantly.

Caesar swung him from over the ball pit to solid ground and the net disappeared. Angel landed with a dull thud. Caesar walked over to his son and examined him. When he found no bumps or bruises, he gave a sigh of relief.

"I'm glad you're not hurt. I could just hear your mother now `What do you mean you lost him in the ball pit?'" Caesar mimicked.

"What's that thing?" Angel pointed to the thing he was holding in his hand.

"Oh this? This is my prototype of the tactical object retrieval unit or TORU." Caesar showed his son.

"Can I see?" Angel asked shyly.

"What? Oh sure." He handed the TORU to Angel who studied it.

He watched as Angel turned it this way and that. Then he pressed a button and energy net shot out and webbed a teenaged employee. Then the TORU automatically pulled him to Angel and Caesar.

"Sir? Is this yours?" The teen asked in a muffled, monotone voice from the floor.

"Um, yeah." Caesar said sheepishly. "I guess you want us to leave."

"Yes, please." The teen agreed.

Beverly sat by the living room window and looked at the clock on the fireplace mantle. It was getting late. She had dinner ready but her boys were still not back. She tried calling Caesar but he didn't answer, which was strange. Caesar always answered his phone even when it not the most appropriate times. They were almost thrown out of a theater once because he answered a call right in the middle of a live performance and proceeded to have a full blown argument with the person on the other line. When she asked who it was, he said it was a wrong number. Beverly wanted to smack him but restrained herself.

She really hoped he didn't misplace Angel again. That was embarrassing. She had called the police in hysterics and they found him asleep in the laundry basket underneath the unfolded sheets in their bedroom. She did smack Caesar that time.

She suddenly spotted headlights pull down their street and into their driveway. Caesar came out and went to the back to get Angel out of his car seat. They were talking enthusiastically. Hand in hand they walked up the pathway to their house. Beverly ran to the door.

"Well, how was the day?" She asked when she flung open the door.

"My buen, Mami!" Angel exclaimed as he jumped into his mother's arms. "Papi was telling me how I can create my own paticle asslerator. Can I get some youranum?"

Beverly shot a look at Caesar who was pulling off his jacket. When he caught Beverly's glare, he shrugged.

"It was all theoretical." He said.

Beverly smiled at Angel who was chattering away. "Okay, baby, okay. Let's eat dinner first and we can talk about it later."

Maybe it's not such a good idea for Angel to spend so much time with his father after all.
