"hey Tori how long has Cat been standing there, I've been texting her for an hour asking if she was still coming to lunch with me, Kazu has this amazing new grill and he's giving everyone half off burgers today" asks Zoey
"she's in a memory loop, a news story about Carly and Sam came up, apparently they're missing, anyway she's been in a loop for an hour or so, give her ten minutes and she should be back" says Tori
"Kazu's closing for the a few hours in less than five minutes, what's with her recent memory loops and Sam and Carly, it seems like an awfully odd trigger" says Zoey
"for years Cat and Carly were penpals, the memory loops happen whenever someone mentions Italy, almost as if it drags a memory out of hiding, Sam and Carly were last seen in Venice, there are smuggling rings in that area" says Tori
"what's with you and knowing where all the smuggling rings are" says Robbie
"I was a CIA agent remember, it was part of my job to know where to avoid, the smugglers in that area have been known to take hostages" says Tori as Cat comes out of it
"fear, sadness, anger" says Cat dazed
"fear, sadness, anger, who is that directed at Cat" asks Zoey

"Sam and Carly, what memory loop memory did that story trigger" asks Tori

"you think they're drunk" asks Robbie
"uh uh, bad sneaky glug glug, that's why they're missing, Sam is strong but Carly, she has an allergy to a specific brew, she specifically avoids it, her dad warned all bars in northern Italy to not serve her that brew, her dad won't stop till he finds them" says Cat
"then I feel bad for the people who took them" says Tori
"why" asks Robbie
"because Steven Shay is Navy, he wouldn't be shy about drowning them, not when they endangered Carly's life, Spencer runs his own art styled restaurants in California now, Carly is easily trusting, anyone that doesn't hurt her right away she'll trust, sometimes blindly" says Tori
"oh God, it'd be like stealing a puppy" says Robbie
"Carly doesn't seem like the stupid type, surely she'd know how to avoid bad people" says Zoey
"Sam was in and out of Juvie the whole time Carly's known her, Carly blindly trusts Sam, she trusts that that anger will never be aimed at her" says Cat
"sounds like love" says Zoey
"for Sam to be in a STABLE relationship with Carly would take finesse, something Sam isn't exactly known for, Samantha is sneaky, they've been dating on and off for years, hiding it from everyone, even Spencer, that's not something Carly does easily, she would have preferred to let the world know, Sam convinced her that letting the world know they were dating would hurt her image because as far as the police care Samantha is a delinquent and always will be" says Cat
"I assure you Spencer has known for quite some time, as has Steven" says Tori
"how do you know them so well, we only met them once" asks Cat
"Steven Shay was my European contact there's another agent over there now trying to find them so Steven doesn't have go leave his post" says Tori as California State University officials arrive
"may we talk to Zoey for a moment" asks Daren Carmen
"Cali U right" asks Robbie
"yes, we'd only just learned of what happened to her, we'd like to attempt to make amends" says Daren
"I was at the Camarillo campus, I don't want to talk in private, you identified yourself as a Cali U employee and because of what happened I don't trust you guys alone" says Zoey
"if we gave you an album of students enrolled at that campus could you identify them" asks Daren
"no, they kept me drugged and tied up, I know it was at least fifty people consistently, they nearly ripped me apart, they were very aggressive" says Zoey
"that alone confirms the group of people guilty, there's a frat of very aggressive football players, some of them have had minor drug infractions, mainly alcohol though they do have friends who have been arrested on drug charges before, please know they will be arrested and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law" says Damen
"what about the girl who greeted me and brought me to them" asks Zoey
"Ariel Simmons, yeah, when we announced the investigation she came forward, pleading guilty to being an accomplice, she said she knew who they were but they'd kidnap her little sister if she told on them, she said Stacy Daniels paid her fifty grand to 'take you in', her and her family are being brought here for safety reasons, hopefully then she'll talk" says Damen
"why would she take the money if she knew what it was for" asks Tori
"as you know miss Vega, gambling is a big problem in this area of California, Ariel had a gambling debt to one of the other frats for bad bets she made on California university sports teams, she was fifty grand in debt to them, if she didn't pay she'd have been inducted into the frat as payment, and that frat along with the Football frat have a bad reputation when it comes to girls" says Damen
"if they have such a bad reputation why weren't there ever investigations" asks Tori
"the Camarillo Campus values academics over ethics, they didn't care what students did outside of the classroom as long as there was no evidence of a crime, the as they call it 'the Zoey incident' is their first real investigation into rape on campus, they're taking in ANY claims of rape by ANY frat on campus, as bad as this sounds I think the person who commited the crime had an ulterior motive and I don't think it was hurting you" says Damen
"they guy responsible for paying Stacy Daniels to pay off Zoey's dad to send her there is a convicted sex trafficker guilty of selling over three hundred thousand Chinese TEEN girls into sex slavery here in the states and Stacy Daniels only cares about money so the only other person who could have the ulterior motive is Ariel Simmons" says Tori as Newa hugs Zoey
"then by all means Ariel is a hero" says Damen
"why, she knowingly let me be raped for almost three months" says Zoey
"because Ariel Simmons is a CIA operative" says Tori
"huh" asks Damen
"yeah that doesn't make sense" says Zoey
"well for one any normal person who knew what that campus was like would have told Zoey to flee, Ariel's only mission was to find a bank robbing team at the Camarillo Campus, not as dangerous as a prevalent rape culture, if she helped expose this rampant rape culture at the campus she did so on her own and not as any CIA directive" says Tori
"is that expected behaviour for a CIA agent" asks Damen
"absolutely NOT, we are all given orders and we are expected to follow them to the letter, in fact for all I know she could have interfered with another agent's mission, which could genuinely put her in danger" says Tori
"what CIA agent would I talk to to save her life" asks Damen
"that would be Patrick King, his area is domestic violence and or rape cases, why how many people have come forward" says Tori
"every girl on campus has either been raped by that frat or knows someone who killed themselves after being raped, to put it in numbers a solid two thousand confirmed and many more coming, after the investigation the whole administrative team is being fired for letting it happen, there had been reports for years but like I said that campus cared more about academics than ethics so none of the reports of rape had ever been taken seriously, Ariel genuinely fears for her life" says Damen
"she has every right to be, if Patrick had an agent working to expose that rape culture in that campus and she steals the show he will be absolutely rabid, he's unstable mentally but as a result he sees the things others don't, get her and her family here ASAP, he won't touch her if she's on this property" says Tori
"what are you some sort of untouchable agent or something" asks Damen
"far from it actually but Riley Stuart is my boss and she has a security detail protecting this place, Ariels boss is Wendy Benson, a relative of Freddie Benson, she was working Ariel up to be an outstanding international agent like Riley is, there is a code among California CIA agents, domestic and International agents are NOT allowed to mess with one another, us international agents have far more clearance than the domestic agents do, Riley and Wendy are international agents and Patrick is a domestic agent, you get Ariel and her family on International agent protected land and there is nothing Patrick can do but talk, outside this property Ariel and her family would be in domestic territory, I'll go and get them myself if I have to" says Tori
"can you actually do that" asks Cat
"yeah I could, I'm a top rank agent now, I'm now an equal to Riley and Wendy, there are buildings on this property that were solely used for sports purposes, similar to the frat idea but they were organized by the PCA board of directors and monitored closely, Riley has purchased a few buildings on the north of the property that very few students have ever touched, it wasn't part of the school part of PCA, it was more like a teacher retreat or where the influencers and school funders lived" says Tori
"can the CIA really buy property off of a civilian like that" asks Damen
"I should have said rented not purchased, and no they can't, not without explicit government approval" says Tori
"if you think you can get them safely then I suggest you do so as soon as you can, the University will pay for any fuel you use to get them" says Damen
"even Avgas, I have a helicopter, five to six seater" says Tori
"if need be yes, since you know her as an agent do you know where her family lives, if you don't I can give you their house address" says Damen
"I know of her, she's an amazing agent, probably one of the best in California, likely even better than me, I know her family isn't fond of her being an agent though, they fear for her life every day" says Tori
"she went to Newbury park high school, I can tell you to meet them at Dos Vientos Community Park, they live near there" says Damen
"you'd make it look like a kidnapping, can't I just have an address" asks Tori
"it's a private neighbourhood, you said you had a helicopter, if you took that to their house the cops would be called in seconds, where if it happened at the park it would look more official and less like a kidnapping because it's more open I'm from that area, trust me the park is the safer option, they've done shoe box drives there before where a helicopter would land and pick them up so it wouldn't seem too out of place, besides her father works at a helicopter factory" says Damen
"have them head there in the morning, I'll be there about nine" says Tori
"ok, what does the helicopter look like, I'll need to tell them what to look for" says Damen
"they'll hear it before they see it, it's designed to disappear, for covert missions against evil men or women, when they can see it, it will sparkle, reflecting the suns light" says Tori
"what about Ariel" asks Damen
"I will pick her up first, there is a code phrase that all agents know, it's meant to identify an agent or a person hired by an agent to other agents, it's not to be spoken around civilians" says Tori
"should I at least let her know you're coming" asks Damen
"no, her boss's will, we are trained against believing things like that, the only way she will know its true is if a fellow agent or her boss warns her of such, it's a CIA thing, I'm only telling you this so you don't tell her" says Tori
"understood, Zoey don't be afraid, not everyone is evil" says Damen as he leaves
