"you accidentally intervened in another agents mission by speaking and sending Zoey to that frat to be raped, their boss isn't exactly known for honoring code, he's killed an agent before for doing just that, accidentally or not" says Tori as she leads Ariel to the helicopter
"how is taking me to that property going to help" asks Ariel as she gets in the helicopter and Tori starts the engine back up
"because it's protected by Riley, my boss, remember the code" says Tori
"you just said he didn't tend to honour that code" says Ariel just now realizing she hadn't set down her luggage
"property protection is one rule he can't break, if he does he will be killed, not too dissimilar from how countries after a war or major disagreement find international property to sign treaties, the old PCA property is protected by Riley, which makes the property said international land, you and your family will be living on said international land for the time being, you should know better than to gamble by the way" says Tori
"it's my boss's only squabble with me as an agent but she doesn't understand that my family was literally built on a gamble, me and my little sister are mix race as you can tell, my grandmother on my moms side said she could do better than my dad a few years before I was born, my mom bet her that her first child would be the smartest person in the family, which turned out to be true, my grandmother died two years ago after that big quake that unsettled Hollywood arts's foundation, as a result of losing the bet she'd left me with three million dollars in her will, that's more money than I could ever dream of making, you know you're an amazing agent right" says Ariel as they approach the park
"I failed my mission, I'm not that good" says Tori
"I beg to differ, Wendy says that Riley brags about you, both you and Lola" says Ariel

"can they see us" asks Ariel
"they can hear the rotors but they can't see the helicopter till it lands, it's specifically designed to not be seen while in the air, it's designed for strike team missions where they don't want to be noticed till the last second, or for things like this where they don't want people to be tracked, for safety reasons" says Tori as Tori lands
"cool, I've only flown in simulations" says Ariel as Tori opens the doors
"Ariel, I'm so glad you've stepped down from your position, your little sister has been panicking for days" says Frank Simmons as Ariel looks at her little sister
"my mission was a safe one dad, the bank robbers didn't use guns to rob the banks, they would digitize THEIR information and bank pins on someone's bank card then use it to withdraw large sums of money, remember when your bank said you took out fifty grand and you denied it and they said they had proof you did" says Ariel
"oh, are we to get into this helicopter" asks Frank
"yes, she accidentally injected herself into another agent's mission to out the rape culture on campus, that agent's boss isn't mentally stable, as long as you remain on what is essentially public property your lives are at risk" says Tori as they get in
"what about our house, we only brought a few days worth of clothes with us and a few bits of tech" asks Athena Simmons
"you are to give a CIA agent your keys and they will call you once they affirm its secure and you will be able to request certain things from your house, that will take a few days, until then we have ordered a bunch of clothes and toys to the on site store that are arriving later today, you are free to borrow any such thing from the store while you're on site, you will also be given on property transportation" says Tori
"how does the CIA know we aren't the threat to Ariel's life" asks Athena as Tori takes off and heads for home
"because you guys have been vetted, not only by the CIA but the CIA has contacted your employers and asked for a record of behaviour, if you were a threat she'd have never gotten the job as an agent, family threats are a major concern for the CIA, they won't hire anyone who is currently at odds with or in hot water with their family" says Tori
"we're headed for the old PCA campus right, Ariel really wanted to go there instead of Newbury high but we couldn't afford it" asks Frank as Julia Simmons crawls up to Ariel and falls asleep
"yes" says Tori
"how do we know we're safe there" asks Frank
"because it's under the protectorate of an international ranked long time CIA agent, the mission Ariel accidentally stepped in on is being overseen by a domestic ranked agent, international ranked agents are seen as protectors of their agents, as well as any agent in danger, no domestic agent may step on grounds protected by international agents, the best the agent in question can do is call Ariel's boss and request a video call, he can only step on the ex-PCA grounds with explicit permission from upon high, of which so far he will be denied" says Tori as they speed up the helicopter

"this isn't the PCA campus" says Frank
"actually it is, the property is bigger than just the main PCA campus, everything besides the main six halls were either sports centres for athletes or acting centers or teacher retreats, the CIA has rented out the north portion of the property for a safe haven for agents that need to lay low like Ariel at the moment, it's designed to take in agents and their families, anger between agent groups isn't uncommon, I had quite the feud with another agent in China, they were on a separate mission to save some other Chinese person, they had a tendency to call me sexist names, one was even race based" says Tori
"will it be like a military environment we'll be in, I don't want Ariel or Julia to be in any sort of military environment" asks Athena
"there are military styles drills to keep agents in tip top shape but it doesn't go farther than that, there is no military inspection type requirements for living in this are of the property, only the drills" says Tori as she opens the doors and Wendy greets Ariel
"I'm sorry you couldn't finish your mission Ariel, I know you wanted to get people their money back, especially your father's but your safety matters above all else, you are shaping up to be quite the agent, even with your gambling issue" says Wendy giving Ariel a hug
"I'm sorry what gambling issue" asks Frank
"it was for my work dad, not to enrich myself, the robbers used the money they stole to fund the gambling operation they run on campus, I purposely made bad bets in the hops of being taken to the robbers, at which point I could call in swat to arrest the bank robbers, at which point the money would be returned to their original owners, I was maybe a few weeks from getting arrests made when Zoey showed up, I knew what was going to happen to her but I was raped six times when I first arrived at the Camarillo campus two years ago, I reported my rapes to the campus security and they laughed at me, I wanted them to pay for all the victims they left feeling worthless, I had no idea I was messing with someone else's mission, I stopped gambling to make sure I could get her out the moment she would have a chance to, I was hoping to get her out after a week, I had a contact in the frat that would have gotten her out of there but he was found unchaining her and he was expelled from the frat immediately, I never intended to let her be stuck in their hands as long as she was, in my eyes their tactics were CIA level, as if they KNEW my plan of action" says Ariel as Riley walks over having overheard that
"you're suggesting Patrick has an agent HELPING rapists getting away with rape, because that's a crime" says Riley
"what's a crime, Ariel saying there is an agent helping the rapists or the having an agent helping them get away with it" asks Frank
"the latter, if her theory is right she's eligible for a ten million dollar pay out for outing corruption in a federal organization" says Wendy
"Wendy you know Patrick best, would he do something like that" asks Lola
"it is possible yes, he's always pushed the boundaries, if he genuinely thought he could get away with a crime I could see him doing so, I could also see him coming for Ariel if he thinks she knows, it is unfortunate but there are shadow agents in the CIA, the problem is finding them and arresting them, the high up's already killed three after finding out they were Aiding Huang in evading authorities, the high up is not impressed with the corruption in his agency and has threatened to kill the new agent program entirely, which would leave Ariel unemployed and not even solve the problem as the corruption lies in the older agents not the young ones" says Wendy
"why hire Ariel at all, clearly her life was in danger from the start" asks Athena
"mom I contacted them, Julia, the meds she will have to take, the therapy, the treatment she will need, you guys can't possibly afford that, nana left me with most of her money, left you guys with slivers of her lotto winnings, it wasn't right, besides I knew you'd reject me giving you any of the money nana left to me, they pay big money for just investigation, getting an actual arrest and completing a mission gets an agent a massive bonus, she has autism and dwarfism dad, you can't deny paying for her treatment would make us homeless" says Ariel
"she is not your responsibility Ariel, your job is to be a big sister, we'd have made the budget work Ariel" says Frank
"what kind of big sister lets her little sister be terrified of becoming homeless, she felt like your money issues were her fault dad, yes my work made her scared I wouldn't come back but she understands why I chose to work, she was born in that house dad, she's very attached to it, your way of 'making the budget work' is moving into a smaller house, away from her only friend, your work almost crippled you last year dad, mom's not able to make enough money to keep that house, if I let you make the plan to 'make the budget work' we would most certainly be homeless right now, it is only MY INCOME that has made certain that she didn't have to be afraid of becoming homeless" says Ariel as Julia looks up at her and Ariel picks her up
"ok I guess I didn't see it that way, I'm sorry for being angry at you, Issac was stupid to leave you, you'll make an amazing mother one day Ariel, the only person Julia looks at is you, she doesn't sign to anyone but you, not me, not your mother, not her therapist, not even her doctor who is doing everything to try and get the dose right, I guess I was just angry that Julia barely gets to spend time with you" says Frank
"Issac cheated on me dad, I broke up with him,… wait she doesn't even sign with Connor, they're very close" says Ariel
"he says she doesn't have to, that she speaks with her eyes, whenever he's over she's glued to his side, usually cuddling on the couch watching her shows, my impression is he loves her" says Athena
"there is no ifs ands or buts about it dad, they are in love, they may both be months away from being ten years old but she looks like she's three because of her dwarfism and he's on his way to six feet, no cop in their right mind would see them kiss and not arrest him, he treats her like a queen, he would be so good for her but her size will make sure they're kept apart" says Ariel
"I assume he's talked to you" asks Wendy
"yes, they have kissed, less than a minute and she initiated, it was over Christmas break, his parents are moving to San Diego in September and he has to go with them, that's why she's being so clingy to me, she's depressed, afraid she'll never see him again" says Ariel
"Connor what Ariel" asks Riley
"Connor Hayes, why" asks Ariel
"his mother is my friend, Christy Hayes, a damn good agent, her ability to turn any con artist upside down is unmatched, I can explain the situation and I can have Dana pick him up" says Riley
"would agent Turnover really do that, she doesn't seem the type to let her son just come here alone" says Tori
"she boasts about how caring her son is to the 'cute dwarf girl' in his class, if she knew they were in love she would request he be allowed to be around her while she's on mission, she says she couldn't be more proud of the man he will be, trust me if Dana can't go get him she will send him here herself" says Riley as she dials Christy

"he isn't an agent, he doesn't fit the exclusion criteria, also you might want to interrogate Patrick, he's after Wendy's star agent Ariel after a mix up, she says the football frat is full of rapists and that they seemed to know her entire game plan after she directed their attention to Zoey Brooks as a way to bring revenge upon the campus for ignoring her own rapes after she informed them of the rapes" says Riley
"was that her mission" asks Christy
"no, her mission was the campuses bank robber students who have so far been hiding in the dark, she was paid by Stacy Daniels to hand Zoey over to the frat, she hadn't intended to let Zoey be raped for as long as she was, her plan was a week max but her contact upon attempting to smuggle Zoey out of the frat building after a week had been caught and expelled from the frat, leaving Ariel with no choice but to either wait till spring break or blow her cover" says Wendy
"I'll send Connor over asap but you should know that the money Stacy Daniels was paid came from one of Patrick's former agents, ever since the university launched the investigation looking for any and all reports of rape on campus Patrick has been AWOL, not responding to anyone, he's completely off the grid" says Christy
"if I were you I'd check the channel islands" says Ariel
"why" asks Christy
"because if this Patrick is working with the rapists he might also have worked with the campus bank robbers" says Ariel
"on what assumption" asks Wendy
"it's fact not assumption, during my gambling efforts to try and find the robbers funding the gambling operation on campus I learned that the gambling operation would give the sports frat money for drugs and any restraints they needed for their rape victims" says Ariel
"what's the connection to the channel islands" asks Christy
"the frat running the gambling operation is known as the nature research frat, they're supposedly all about saving islands like Hawaii and the like, they often charter ferries to the channel islands national park, it'd be pretty easy to hide money or bodies there, it's not as monitored as the government thinks, it's a corrupt bunch of workers there" says Ariel
"I'll check it out, if it's true and there are bodies, money or Patrick on that island Ariel has more than earned that corruption popping reward money and a promotion much like Tori received after Newa revealed all the information she has on the trafficking organization in China" says Christy as she hangs up
"I don't want Ariel in any danger" says Athena
"in this case a promotion means she would be training agents, here in fact, she'd be completely out of harms way" says Wendy
"but Tori doesn't train agents now, why would I" says Ariel
"actually I am training one, in helicopter flight training, though the role I chose was a protective detail, like what I just did with you and your family, you guys were in danger so I got you out of dangers path, any agent in need within twenty-seven miles north, east or west of this property I can help, south east though I can go almost forty miles, which gets me to Turnbull canyon" says Tori as Julia falls asleep just as a helicopter comes into view
"that sure was fast" says Riley
"you know Christy, never found a reason to be slow" says Wendy
