I do not own...

Angel looked at the card he made his mother. It had flowers and rainbows. Something was missing though. He wondered what it could be. Maybe it was too ordinary. His mom is special and she deserved a special card. He decided to ask his father for some help. He hopped off his little chair and went to look for him.

After wandering around the house, he found his mother in the living room reading a book.

"Mami, where's papi?" He asked hiding the card behind his back.

Beverly looked up from her book. "I think papi is in the basement." As Angel turned to leave, she added, "But be careful. He's working on something. Knock first."

"Okay." Angel agreed. He walked to the kitchen where the door to the basement was located. Opening the door, he realized too late that he hadn't knocked first. He was hit with some ray and was knocked to the floor. It didn't hurt, just that his limbs felt tingly. His father was standing over him in seconds.

"Angel, mijo? Are you hurt?" He asked with concern.

Angel sat up and rubbed his head. "No, I don't think so." He looked at himself.

Caesar gave a sigh of relief. "Bueno, good." Then he looked at his son. "Let's not tell mami, okay."

"Okay." Angel agreed. There were lots of things they didn't tell mami. "Can you help me with my card?"

Caesar got up to go back downstairs. "Not right now, mijo. Maybe later."

Angel watched with disappointment as his father disappeared behind the door.

"I guess I'm going to have to finish this myself." He mused. His nose twitched and he gave a violent sneeze. When he looked up, he saw himself standing in front of him.

"Uh-oh." They both said at the same time. Angel quickly knocked on the door. "Papi!"

"Not now, mijo. I'll help you later." Caesar called up.

"But Papi, this is really important!" Angel protested.

"Later!" Angel's recognized his father's irritated tone.

He looked at his double. "Um, hi."

His double waved back. "I'm hungry. What do we have to eat?" He asked.

"Let me see." Angel went to the refrigerator. Looking inside, he pulled out some yogurt, an apple, and some carrot sticks. "Want any of this stuff?"

Angel 2 wrinkled his nose. "Eww, all that's healthy."

"Yeah, I know. Mami always buys the stuff that's good for you." Angel shoved the food back in the refrigerator. "The other stuff she hides in the top shelf in the pantry. I can't reach it even on a chair."

"I bet the both of us can reach it." Angel 2 suggested.

Angel looked at his double and then the shelf. "I bet we can."

Angel tried to stay as still as he could as his double clumsily tried to get on his shoulders. "Hold still." Angel 2 complained.

"I am." Angel insisted.

"Almost got it." Angel 2 grunted.

"Good, because I'm heavy." Angel muttered.

"Got it!" Angel 2 declared triumphantly. Then he lost his balance. Both Angels tumbled to the floor.

Cookies spilled all over the floor.

"Darn." They both said.

"Five second rule." Angel said. They bent over and picked up the cookies shoving them into their mouths. "Mami's floor is so clean that you can eat off of it."

The cookies were gone in minutes save a few crumbs.

"Hey, maybe you can help me with the card for mami." Angel said to his doppelganger.

"Sure." He agreed.

They carefully snuck out of the kitchen. Angel looked out to make sure his mother was still reading. She was. They quickly ran across the living room. Angel 2 tripped and fell knocking over the lamp.

Beverly looked up. Angel dove behind the ottoman. "You okay, honey?" She got up to check on him.

"Yes, ma'am." He got up dusting himself.

"Ma'am?" Beverly frowned.

"Mami, I said mami." Angel 2 corrected himself.

"Do you have any boo boos you want me to kiss?" She asked picking up the lamp.

"Um," He looked over at Angel behind the ottoman. Angel vigorously shook his head no. "I'm fine. Thank you mami. I'm going to my room now."

"Okay, honey." She went back to her seat. "Don't forget we're going out with your cousins tonight for Mother's Day dinner."

"Will Raffy be there?" Angel asked from behind the ottoman.

Luckily Beverly did not turn around. "Of course."

"Yay!" Angel forgot himself and jumped up excitedly knocking over the ottoman. This time Angel 2 duck behind the couch as Beverly looked up. "Be careful."

"Oh sorry, mami. I'll fix it." Angel pushed the ottoman upright. Beverly went back to her book. Both Angels immediately ran up the stairs.

"The boy sounds like a herd of elephants." Beverly muttered without looking up.

The Angels made it to the room. Angel 2 slammed the door after him. "That was close." They both said and burst out laughing.

"Let's work on that card." Angel said.

"Okay." Angel 2 agreed.

An hour later, they were done.

"Wow, this looks awesome." Angel said.

"Yeah, you just needed some glitter." Angel 2 pointed out.

"I guess two heads are better than one." Angel said.

"Angel, honey, who are you talking to?" Beverly said through the door.

"Myself." Angel replied.

"Well, get ready. We're leaving soon."

"Okay." They both said in unison.

Beverly did a double take, before shaking her head. She was just hearing things.

Angel looked at his twin. "What are we going to do with you?"

The twin looked back at him. "What do you mean?"

"Well, we can't both go." Angel said.

"I can't stay home by myself. I'm only 5... well, technically I'm only two hours old." Angel 2 said.

"I think we need to talk to papi." Angel said. "I need to pull myself together."

As they went down the stairs, Angel 2 tripped again and knocked into Angel. Angel 2 fell on top of Angel. The force of the fall merged the two Angels together.

"Oh, Angel, are you okay? You're so clumsy today." Beverly said as she ran down the stairs. She picked up her son.

Angel looked at himself all over. "Huh, I guess I fixed myself."

"What?" Beverly asked startled.

"Nothing, mami. Happy Mother's Day!" He handed her the card.

"Oh, it's beautiful. Thank you." Beverly gushed over the card.

Caesar emerged from the kitchen. "Ready to go?"

"Yes," Beverly smiled taking Angel by the hand.

"Put on your shoes then." Caesar said holding Angel's sneakers to help him put them on.

"I hope you're hungry because we're going for buffet." Beverly said.

"That's good, because I'm eating for two." Angel walked out the door.

Caesar and Beverly looked at each other in confusion before shrugging and leaving.

Happy Mother's Day to any mothers out there who read this... which I guess isn't many.

To the Guests who leave reviews, since I have no way of PMing you, I guess this is the only way.

Guest about chapter 45: Allergy shots are time consuming. I just found out recently that my daughter's going to need allergy shots because she develop asthma from the allergens in the air. She will need to get one shot every week for 2 years! Then she'll need another shot once a month for 3 years. That's a lot of time to invest. Yeah, I don't think Six would do that.

Guest about Chapter 38: The prequels I'm talking about is Episode 1, 2, and 3. Episode 1 was sort of okay. Episode 2 was cringey. Episode 3 had me so mad I almost screamed at the screen. And I actually fell asleep through most of Episode 2. I saw the original Star Wars (4,5, and 6) when they came out in the 80's. Sure the special effects weren't that good put it had a good story. If you enjoyed those particular prequels, I respect your opinion. But for me, I was so let down.

Guest about Chapter 32: It's not easy to write in that vein. But if another idea pops up that I can write it like a TV script, I'll give it a shot. BTW I lost my sense of humor 10 years ago. If found, please return along with my mind.
