"how are you Sam" asks Freddie as Sam ignores him
"she's decided to ignore people today" says Hanna
"I can't say I blame her but Carly demanded that Sam know there is a spot open at our place for Sam" says Freddie
"I refuse to be teased Fredward" says Sam
"Carly's not the teasing type you know that, not when it comes to love, we've decided for Carly's benefit that one person isn't enough, we need you in our lives" says Freddie
"you and I aren't compatible remember, we tried dating, it didn't work out" says Sam
"because we were only thinking about ourselves and we were always fighting about Carly or with Carly, with her in the mix we should be able to work things out, Carly wants this more than anything, Carly will call the shots if you agree to be with us, we both know she's good at keeping us in line" says Freddie
"what's the catch" asks Sam
"Carly controls your spending and while I'm working for Quinn wiring up the latest and greatest fast as ever internet into Butler Hall you and Carly can do whatever you want in bed together, though when I get home I must be included" says Freddie
"is this her rule, your rule or the courts rule" asks Sam
"Carly's rule but she got permission from the CIA and the court to alter your ankle monitor, we'd require a sensor on the door to activate and deactivate your monitor, activate when you leave and deactivate when you return to the rooms, Quinn had several walls demolished and a door installed, our home includes the bedroom, bathroom access, a kitchen and living space, approximately equivalent to the old iCarly studio space for the bedroom and living room, she was quite generous" says Freddie
"there is no way she just suddenly decided to be poly, it doesn't just happen like that" says Sam
"no you have a point it doesn't usually happen that way but the moment you said 'goodbye Carly' the first question out of her mouth was 'was I really that bad to her' as much as she begged to stay one and done she couldn't get the tone of your voice in that moment out of her head, it didn't matter how much she begged me to make her food so amazing that she forgot about you, it couldn't be done, not even making love could change her mind, it's gone from being 'if Samantha is willing' to 'I don't think I can remain sane without her too', it's genuinely tearing her apart, she's having nightmares about 'the incident' as she calls it and she won't talk with me about it because I like to write her dreams down" says Freddie

"yes I do, as much for your mental health as for hers, Nicole has spoken to her about the event in question and it's clear her memory about it is fragmented, some things she remembers in vivid detail and others she can't describe without uncontrolled eye movement, I suggest a monitored start where in you keep a medical professional like me or a doctor here in the loop of everything you do, from making food to making love, though without the details, we don't want to have to report any overly gymnastic activities to the FBI or CIA, because of Carly's paralysis from the waist down there are concerns it will spread or completely freeze her from the waist down, if we don't know about specific details then we won't be liable to report it, Carly has thus far denied us access to pertinent health information regarding her condition, information that could help us fix the problem those drugs did to her" says Hanna
"I'll accept your approval however you won't get direct access to her, any tests will have to be done in a different way, I'll accept any excersize that you want her to partake in but unless she absolutely needs to return to the hospital I won't make her come back here, my suspicion is that her time here is part of the cause of her nightmares" says Sam
"if you're suggesting we traumatized her or someone with authority did so go ahead get names because this was designed as a safe space for victims, if some doctor touched her believe me they will lose their job and license" says Hanna
"she did mention a doctor was creepy around her but she won't give names" says Freddie
"I know it's not my boss, she's barely here in the hospital and when she is she's in her office with Tori or one of them prescribing meds, she doesn't have permenant residence here and she has NEVER talked to a patient, not directly" says Hanna
"it was probably a man, she's not spooked by women being interested in her while in the hospital, she's had a few incidents of male doctors and nurses trying to treat her bisexuality back in Italy, the only reason nothing happened to her is because I'd kick them, I was never charged" says Sam
"she didn't say he or she, she called them a they them person" says Freddie
"that tells me exactly who it is, only one person in this hospital at the moment goes by they/them/she, unfortunately she has a past of being a victimizer, and it's not a doctor, she's a phych patient, my boss owed the San-Francisco general hospital a favour, this being an isolated hospital they hoped she wouldn't be a problem, she believes the devil is out to get her for having body dysmorphism, she's gotten out of hospital care in San Francisco three times, masquerading as a doctor, she's been otherwise fine here, if it makes Carly feel better we can have her restrained" says Hanna
"Carly won't want that, she'd rather get to know that person, she had aspirations in Italy of becoming a psych doctor, one of her interests that often annoyed me, when we weren't out getting drunk off base we'd visit the phych ward at hospitals in the area around Venice, she'd get this caring look on her face and no matter how bad the delusions none of the patients she visited freaked out, they'd accept meds from her when the doctors would fail, there is something about Carly that they felt wasn't a threat, one time we spent three days there, seven patients were deemed to be stable by the time we left" says Sam
"ok then go ask Carly if she'd like to meet her though I can't guarantee how Elise will react" says Hanna
"no doctor ever wanted Carly to visit those patients yet they were always shocked when they didn't attack her, the times we visited the hospital were the only stretches of time where Carly refused alcohol after dinner, once she took a break from the hospital it was back to getting drunk, anyway we'll be right back trust me" says Sam
45 minutes later as Sam and Freddie bring Carly into Elise's hospital room
"that's them" says Carly almost instantly changing state
"why did you come to this hospital" asks Elise
"the devil's servant touched me, I came here to get clear of his grasp, why did you come here" says Carly as 'the entity'
"they think I'm insane" says Elise as Hannah's jaw drops
"it wasn't your fault, your dads death, it wasn't your fault, know that he cries for your pain" says the entity
"but he was mad at me, that's why he crashed the car, I came out as trans, he told me I'd never be his daughter, that I'd always be his son" says Elise
"know that he made a mistake, that it truly was not your fault, he's asking for forgiveness Elise, he cries at the life he destroyed because of his actions, he needs you to get better so that his soul can move on" says the entity
"the meds make me a zombie, they don't make me feel better, I hate my body, its not the body I was meant to be in" says Elise as Hanna cries
"know you will now get the meds to get the body right" says the entity as Carly returns
"that always freaks me out" says Sam
"ya me too" says Carly
"…. What just happened" asks Elise
"Carly here has the ability to channel those who have died, there is a spirit known as 'the entity' that brings peace to those who are wrongly chained in hospitals because doctors didn't get an accurate history, she has helped seven trans peoples before you that once cleared of fog were treated properly and became stable" says Sam
"for hormone treatment we need consent Elise, will your mother consent" asks Hanna
"I don't know, she's never had a problem with me being girly but she thinks I'm insane" says Elise
"so you don't think she will" asks Carly
"not if she believes as my doctor does, that I'm insane" says Elise
"she doesn't, she wouldn't have any weight against a big hospital like the one in San Francisco, San Diego or Los Angeles, she'd save money paying for treatment that do not work in your case than she would suing the hospital for malpractice" says Carly
"does your family have a history of spirit contact" asks Elise
"on my moms side yes, she actually died doing what I was just doing, when I was very young she would go to hospitals and do what I did, with the same spirit in fact, my mom was brave, she took on patients that no doctor believed could be saved, she never failed, that is until a doctor became convinced she was molesting these patients and killed her, he's eligible for parole in ten years" says Carly
"how do you know this if she died while you were so young" asks Elise
"because she recorded everything, from my first tooth to those patients, when I turned eighteen three years ago I was given access to the tapes, she wanted to show people that miracles were possible, that even the combative patients want to get better" says Carly
"what was her chosen patient type" asks Elise
"unstable girls usually, turns out most of them were abused at home, it isn't a choice we get to make, we are guided to those who need healing, it's a different experience, being someone who has PTSD, it seems that helping others helps me" says Carly
"what does it feel like when the entity takes over to heal people like me" asks Elise
"it's both the best feeling in the world and the most awkward, this time I could tell she used my voice, normally she uses an old lady voice because she was the oldest person in her country when she died, almost a hundred and fifteen years old, she's very to the point, she also usually let's me introduce myself and explain what's going to happen, it is unusual for her to just take over like that, she'd only ever done it once to my mom in her nearly fifteen years of doing registered faith consultations as my mom called them" says Carly
"and you were allowed to do this in Italy" asks Elise
"the pope himself tested my gift, the hospitals I visited were staples of the pope's national empathy to those who suffer, the patients in those hospitals receive only the essential fees, patients would pay the equivalent of rent, in return the money they pay for rent goes towards paying for the medication, there are no excessive testing, only the basics and when they do extra tests it's only done if the prior tests require it, my mom called them faith consultations, I call it restoring faith in humanity one step at a time, a long name sure but it fits" says Carly
"and this restoring faith kept you from drinking" asks Hanna
"yes, though it fails to stick for more than a day or two, the pope said every healer has to have some form of issue to ground us and remind us that we are still human, he said there are a few that only focus on making money off their gifts and lose sight of the purpose we were given" says Carly
"are you sure you met the pope, that doesn't sound like something he'd say" says Sam
"believe me I was surprised too Samantha Gregory Puckett, when I asked him if he was serious his response was 'I don't get many genuine healers looking to actually help, I don't often get to heed warnings like that', what I took from that is many healers have turned their backs on the faith, that even though I'm not a practicing Christian, that God's love knows no bounds and we just have to look" says Carly
